We had a great stay at this Maui Vista condo and would definitely come back. The location is hard to beat—just a short walk to Charley Young Beach and the Kamaole beaches, which made it really easy to go back and forth throughout the day. We especially loved being able to walk to so many good food spots nearby without needing to drive.The condo itself was comfortable and well set up for our family. The A/C worked well, which we appreciated, and having beach chairs, towels, and a cooler made beach days much easier. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the washer/dryer was very convenient.The pools were great for a quick dip. Overall, this is a great, easy, low-stress place to stay in Kihei, especially for families. Great location, comfortable setup, and everything you need for a fun Maui trip.

We have stayed at Maui Vista 3 times and it is so perfect you can walk to the beach and great restaurants. This exact condo was perfect for our family of 6 they had everything you needed including beach supplies (cooler/beach chairs umbrella and beach toys if you had little ones. The condo was clean and they provided extra paper towels garbage bags and toilet paper which most rentals leave you enough for 3 days. We only had one recommendation is to get a comfortable mattress topper for the pull out as the mattress was very uncomfortable. I would recommend this place and would rent it again.

If you are looking for a quite relaxed experience this is a good choice. My teenagers liked the new tennis courts. This unit is bright and clean, if you are looking for a super fancy resort feeling, this may not be for you. It feels more like an apartment. The ample free parking was great! Everyone was very friendly.

Everything about our stay was unbelievably good! We were family members, Mom in Suite, Son & Wife in 1st King, Granddaughter and great granddaughter (2 turned 3 yr old while in Hawaii) in 2nd King, Two grandson's 13 & 16 yrs old in Two Queens off the kitchen, Niece in King Loft(Great view of Sunset from this room) Son & Grandson in 2nd loft with two Queen beds....The kitchen was well supplied and we were all able to functioned comfortably. Dining area was plenty roomy for all along with outside table which was close by. Having two living areas with plenty of couches and sitting area was great along with bathrooms in each sleeping area and extra hall bathroom. We all enjoyed being together and never felt overcrowded. I would return to this property anytime I traveled with group. And it was all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!

This condo was perfect for us two. Washer and dryer were really handy and the kitchen was wonderfully supplied. The condo is perfected located across the road from Charlie Young Beach and easy walking distance to other beaches, as well as coffee spots, grocery stores, great restaurants and fun night spots. This was a good location in S. Kihei in building 3 of Maui Vista and about a 13 minute walk to the beach. There is limited parking to unload chairs etc. Condo was nicely stocked. Everything worked. Comfortable for the three of us...Mom, daughter and teen. (2 bedrooms/1loft.) There are instructions on use of everything and owner plans to update tv instructions for those of us not too "techie"with several remotes! Rental was just after storms in Hawaii and the property cleanup was very good. The Property Mgr. works only sporadically on weekend, and getting a parking pass was challenging at checkin. Streets were all drivable with repairs continuing. A pool exists for each complex and is nice. Grocery and restaurants are within driving but quite expensive which was anticipated. Our favorite was Nutcheree Authenic Thai in the Azeta Mall. We liked shopping in Paia. Love Maui and you can't beat the sunrises and sunsets.

Our stay was scheduled for March 27–April 2, but we could not safely visit due to extreme weather. Kīhei experienced severe storms, heavy rainfall, flooding, mudslides, flash flood warnings, and widespread power outages, and the Maui County emergency management issued official evacuation warnings. Emergency shelters were open, roads were closed, and emergency rescues were occurring throughout the area. Ocean water was unsafe due to runoff and sewer water, making swimming in the ocean impossible. Flying to Maui at that time—as a solo parent with three minor children—would have been unsafe, irresponsible, and extremely risky.As a fellow VRBO owner, I understand cancellation policies exist for a reason, but when events are extreme, uncontrollable weather, there should be some flexibility or accommodation for guests.I contacted the rental management company multiple times to adjust our arrival dates so we could safely enjoy the condo. They confirmed the property was in good condition, but I explained it was not safely accessible due to hazardous conditions. Our requests were denied, and we were charged in full for a week we could not use—thousands of dollars for a spring break vacation we never got, which caused significant financial and emotional stress.We sought a reasonable solution but received no flexibility or support, despite clear safety risks. This reflects a lack of guest-centered policies for severe, uncontrollable events and left a lasting negative impression.

Mark was awesome and super responsive. Had a lil glitch when we arrived. Mark was quick to resolve the issue for us.We had a great stay. The location was central to parks and beaches and plenty of shopping and dining options. Pool right off the lanai, bbq out the front door in a common area. Parking was plentiful and easy and security kept an eye on everything 24/7. Walkway to the Charlie young beach was right out the sliding glass door, past the pool, and across So. Kihei Road. The condo was super comfortable and well stocked. Kitchen had everything to cook if you wanted to (pots pan, toaster, olive oil, seasonings, etc), Both a drip and a kruerig coffee maker. Huge smart TV for streaming. Closet full of beach items like chairs , towels, beach toys, coolers, umbrellas. Even found an iron ironing board, tape, and small sewing kit. Air conditioning and ceiling fans kept the inside comfy and patio was great for morning coffee or evening cocktails under the umbrella. This is a totally stocked property and is on the ground floor. Lots of extras and we didn’t want for anything. Due to food allergies, we fixed all of our meals at the condo and had everything we could have needed. Great parking and within walking distance of the beach and stores and not too far from the airport. Brenda was very accommodating about answering questions we asked because of the flooding, so we arrived feeling all was ok, and it was!

Our stay was amazing!! This condo has everything you would ever need and more!! We stayed as a family of 5 it was tight and we knew well ahead but this space was great for us all sleeping, showering and adventuring outside!The condo was very clean! This was our 3rd time staying on Maui vista grounds and they are so well kept and clean! Our host was amazing also! Communicating extra through the storm to ensure us it was safe to come! Maui never disappoints! We will be back as soon as we can!

The condo was not clean and the dishes all needed to be cleaned before using, they were filthy with food still on them. There was hair in the tub and everything needs to be dusted! There was a Kona Low when we were there and the roof leaked. Sent info and pictures to property management but no one came to check. Water stains on ceiling looked like it had done it before. The air conditioner spits water all over the lanai and makes a huge mess. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Appreciated the pickleball & tennis racquets as well as cooler bags. there was snorkel gear in the storage box on the lanai (but we couldn't use it due to the storm run off). 3-minute walk to the beach.

The location is perfect and the unit itself had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves on the island(the beach chairs, coolers, tons of dishes in the kitchen). All made out stay even better. We came just after the big storm and it was windy so we were at the pool for more than we normally would have been. Loved that it was right behind our unit and being on the ground floor gave us easy access. Would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning was effective. Having us of a washing machine was great after a day of hiking or at the beach. The view was spectacular. The dishwasher was a challenge until we realized the drawers were in backwards and blocking the soap dispenser. The shelves in the oven were also in backwards. The shower created a huge puddle in the bathroom until we realized the tiled lip of the shower under the glass was installed draining out. We noticed the remnants of some silicone grout on the tile at the opening of the glass. We reapplied this and we had no more issues with water. The apartment was a perfect location with an amazing view. The inside, although older, was sufficient. We would return.

The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed to hunker down while the weather passed, which gave us great peace of mind.From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—the space was clean, check-in was easy, and there was plenty of convenient parking.
