Not worth . Had dirty dishes, shower, refrigerator. Had to wash dishes and refrigerator before use. Lanai was covered in sand and can opener did not work. 1 good thing was sheets in bed were clean and it had beach chairs. I contacted the host and did not hear a peep back from them during entire time in condo. Very disappointing for the price we paid.

First the view was perfect. You could watch the sunset from the lanai. Second was location. Charles Young Beach access was directly across the road, close to restaurants hwy access, Markets and Kihei’s weather and beaches are exactly why you travel to Maui. The resort had private pools and BBQ areas and the room had everything you needed. Full kitchen with washer and dryer. We will be back. Mahalo

We had a great stay at this condo. Check in and directions were super easy. The condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella. We were just across the street from a nice beach with a beautiful view. Speaking of view, we could see the ocean from sitting out on the lanai, where we could enjoy the beautiful island breezes. We didn't really cook, but did bring home some take out and simple groceries, and found everything we needed in the kitchen. It was a blessing to have access to laundry facilities right in the condo. We had our 22-year old son with us, and it was so nice that he had his own space in the loft. Finally, this was a great location for us. We explored basically all of the island, and this was quite a central location for that. Also walkable to some different restaurants and food places. Really, really great stay. I'd recommend to anyone. And you won't need an alarm clock, because there is a rooster that wakes you up every day!

We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. Amenities were great however laundry soap located under the kitchen sink needs to be re-labeled. Stored in a purple water bottle type container (this is what we thought it was-empty water bottle). We called Vrbo saying we didn't have laundry soap.

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn't do much cooking because there are so many restaurants (and a Foodland) nearby. Parking was convenient, but our car sat for a couple of days because the beach and restaurants were so close that we walked everywhere. The unit is just far enough back from the street that it was quiet and peaceful. We spent plenty of time out on the balcony. The beach gear was perfect for a little snorkeling and relaxing, and you just have a 5-minute walk to the beach!

The host, Suzanne, was very attentive and filled us in on all the little details we needed to make our stay comfortable and go smoothly. The location of this condo is unreal! It is literally across the street from Charly Young beach which is gorgeous! There are many eateries within walking distance from the condo & Suzanne has a guide prepared with many suggestions. The condo has absolutely everything you need for your stay and for having a great time on the beach! Grab your sunscreen, snacks and drinks from ABC store and you will be set! You don't need to bring anything else from home!

This was a perfect spot for both of us. Mark and Pam were absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Another thing I like is that the communication between Mark and ourselves was fantastic and very quick. Perfect location for our stay. You can walk to beach easily and small reef at Charley Young Beach has turtles.Condo had all the amenities we wanted. Small problems with condo promptly remedied.
Lanai is in the shade and very private which we quickly appreciated as the heat of the day arrived. King-sized bed comfortable. AC in both bedroom and living room used as couldn't leave sliding screen open at night as ground floor unit.
We were able to play pickleball everyday as good court availability.

I chose to book this unit based on the reviews of location and cleanliness. The location was excellent, but I was extremely disappointed in the overall condition of the condo. I am not sure if there miscommunication with the cleaning staff, but I would be remise if I dd not write a detailed review outling some of the issues I encourtered. On a positive note, the set up of the condo easily accomodated our group and the added portable air conditioners were very much appreciated. It was a quiet, bright unit, and excellent walking distance to all amenities. However, the condo was overall, shabby and very dated looking: in need of a thorough clean, significant repairs and a good coat of paint. Specifically, the ceramic tile baseboards had a very noticealbe accumulation of dirt, railing handles and around door handles showed obvious signs of not being painted or cleaned in a very long time. I have reached out to the owners outlining some specific maintenance concerns as I feel this condo has excellent potential.

We were extremely satisfied with the unit! My only few recommendations would be to change the bed sheets. The cover over the mattress was very “silky” slippery and would not stay tucked in and was consistently slipping. The edges of the mattress in the main bedroom are getting very soft. Also, when I was booking the unit I was very surprised and to be honest little nervous since there wasn't a cancelation date and deposit refund in a case of an emergency. The condo needs a thorough cleaning. The shower floor was moldy. Some of the glasses, mugs, & silverware were put away dirty. The window coverings were horrible for keeping the sun out & not very user friendly or pleasant to look at. The air conditioner in the living room took forever to cool down & was very loud. The pillows were old & dirty & need replacing.

This rental was fantastic! Great location, you can walk everywhere in Kihei from this unit. The unit was updated and had everything you could possibly need for cooking and going to the beach. The check in was easy and the owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating, This is my new go to when staying in south Maui.

Great property. Well stocked with supplies, beach equipment, kitchen stuff, extra linens. Comfortable (firm) king bed. In-suite washer/dryer was great to have. Of note, AC is in living room. Works well to cool main area, however cool air does not reach bedroom. There is however a large ceiling fan in the bedroom that works fine to keep you cool.
