I liked this place a lot, unfortunately the fridge and floors could have used a deeper cleaning. The location was great and we really enjoyed that part. However, we indicated we were bringing a baby and then very quickly had to go through and move all the items that a baby could break or hurt themselves with.

Wonderful place to stay when visiting Maui !! Very clean condo with everything you need to have a great vacation. The hosts were so quick with communication ! When we asked to stay an additional night they immediately returned our messages and helped us set it up. Would gladly go back to this condo again ! Super location in Kihei made it easy to walk across to the beach, drive to West Maui, Lahaina, and to the airport area. Communication with our host was excellent—they provided all the info we needed before arrival and clear instructions on checkout. We particularly loved our balcony and its view. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware , but those pesky teaspoons do tend to disappear.

Mark and Pam are generous, responsive hosts who made our stay smooth and welcoming. The condo is clean, spacious, and modern, with comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen (plenty of pots, pans, and utensils), and lots of beach gear. Its location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach, with food, gas, and groceries close by.A special note of gratitude: they kindly allowed us a later check-out, which may not always be possible, but made our last day especially relaxing. This was the perfect home base for enjoying the island, and we would gladly stay here again.

Location was okay. It was the towards the tail end of S. Kihei Road. Easy to navigate to and signage out front made it easy to find. The room itself wasn’t very clean. Floors and kitchen was pretty dirty. Had to go to the store to purchase cleaning supplies to clean it up. Also didn’t have much extra linen for the pull-out sofa bed so we had to made do with what was provided.

The property is just like the pictures, well almost, I believe the dinning room table is different, but it was nice. you have air-conditioning in both rooms. Rice cooker, stove works, only thing I would suggest is to open the padio door when you are cooking, because there is no ventilation above the stove. We did have a problem with the toilet not shutting off, but I called the rental company, and they had someone out within the hour, and it was late friday after noon, was very impressed with that, they even sent me an email saying that Marlyn was on his way, he was very nice and professional as well, and had the problem fixed, right away. you can op to drive down to the beach, there is a parking lot right across the street, otherwise the walk down is easy, a little bit of a hill coming back, because you are in the 3rd building, which was quite and less traffic, we have stayed in the 2nd building, and it seemed more people in and out there, we enjoyed being in the back. the pool is right outside your lanai, and it never got too noisy from anyone, and you can walk right thru the grass to the pool which is salt water, very nice. Couple of tips for everyone, if you go to longs drugs, go to the travel section, and they have mini bottles of laundry soap, six loads for 3, perfect for our stay, but bring your own dryer sheets, Check out the Wailea Mall down the street, they have a free hula show, very entertaining, lasts about an hour, get there early for a seat, check website

The place was located in a great spot. Across the street was the beach and a few blocks down was the Maui South Garden Food trucks. Unfortunately, the place wasn't the cleanest when we arrived. The floors and dresser drawers were all covered with a red dust film. When I spoke to someone they explained that it is due to the winds. However, even the dresser drawers were dirty. I ended up buying products to clean the drawers before placing my clothes inside. I also mopped the floors as well. The stairs had nails that weren't flat to the floor so it hurt the kids feet when they walked up and down. The air condition in the bedroom worked very well. The bedroom upstairs utilizes the air condition in the living space, but it did get cool at night.The washer and dryer worked. The place came with all the necessary kitchen equipment. It was great they had beach chairs and beach towels. FYI, the bathroom downstairs hot water isn't as strong as upstairs bathroom. So if multiple people were to shower and want hot water, then use the upstairs one. The upstairs bathroom appeared to be a jacuzzi tub. The concern with the upstairs bathroom is that you have to step onto a small ledge before stepping onto the floor. The ledge can get slippery without an added floor towel. The bathroom shower in the upper floor can be dark once you pull the shower curtains closed. The downstairs bathroom was nicely renovated. Lots of closet space.

It was very convenient as far as the beach across the street. Condo, very comfortable and convenience with a Washer and Dryer in the condo, that was great. Parking was easy to find a spot. Chairs and towels for beach was an added plus. Meeting up with manager was hard because of our schedule.

The condo was clean and fresh smelling. There were plenty of towels, and paper products and spare bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, cups, plates and cutlery. The dishwasher, fridge, microwave, washer and dryer and cooker were modern and worked well. There was a modern large screen TV, but we never used it. I assume it was fine. The location was great, with three clean pools and tennis courts. There was plenty of parking and the area was kept clean the entire time we were there. I was happy to see recycling bins down by the trash room. It was just a short walk across the road to Charley Young beach. There are shops and dining, including plenty of food trucks within easy walking distance. I would have no problem staying at the condo and community again.

The unit is excellently located, perfectly stocked with all I needed, and so convenient being a ground floor unit. Communication, check in, and a very minor repair all were seamless. There grounds, courts, BBq grills, trash area, and pools were all very well maintained. While the area is quiet and very safe, security was always present, and helpful with answers to my questions. I would stay in this unit again and again.

Very nice apartment, comfortable bed, good parking, well situated. Laundry pods and dish washer soap were provided as well as paper towels. The only thing I would suggest is to add some baking dishes because there is none and to provide basic cooking start-up items like cooking oil and basic spices because it is very inconvenient to have to buy those things for a short week’s stay. Initially I thought there were a lot of spices but it’s just a bunch of salt and pepper that people left behind. Also a few tea bags would be nice, this is what I am usually accustomed to. Lastly make sure to verify that the dishes in the cupboard are cleaned properly.

The property is very cute. The bed is extremely comfortable. The condos seem safe. The walk to restaurants and beaches can’t be beat. There are so many things to love about this property. I was in Maui to work and practice yoga and it really came through. There are a few things that need updating (washing machine makes very loud noises when it drains and it very old), the guest bedding needs to be replaced (my friend stayed on the pull out couch otherwise I never would have even noticed that), it seemed like someone very very heavy (?) sat in the living room chair because you sink waaaaaay in, and the cleaning staff could do a better job with the bathroom. But, most of this has zero to do with the owners, who were easy to work with and just lovely. The million dollar question is always, “Would you stay there again?” Yes, absolutely! I plan to come back next year and will hopefully do just that. Thanks for a wonderful stay!! This condo is a great mix of comfortable, easy, with pretty views of trees and birds off the patio. If you’re in the bedroom you’ll sleep like a baby. It really has everything you need. For what you get and where it is, you really can’t beat it. Thanks for having us!

I love these condos, great location, and easy access to the beach, like a 4-minute walk. Close to shops and restaurants. The place was clean, and the comfortable bed and pillows were great. I do suggest that you check to make sure it is stocked will because I had a slight issue, but contacted the rental company and they took care of everything ASAPI would also make sure to check supplies before going to the store; some rentals have more than others. The grounds are well-maintained and beautiful, very peaceful. It is a little confusing about what guests are responsible for before leaving, and what cleaning services you are paying for. I feel like some owners may have different expectations, but not sure. Overall, a great place.

This rental was in prime location of Kihei. A couple block walk north you are at the food truck pod of Kihei and a long block south you get to one of the best Shave Ice vender. Gus's Shave Ice. The beach is across the street and access is very easy to get to and the beach is very clean. The check in was very easy. We arrived after 4:00 pm so I needed to get the parking pass for the gaurd.

Condo was perfect for our little girls trip but was hoping there was a full length mirror in the living room and we ran out of paper towels and toilet paper relatively quickly and the trash was too small. My all time favorite place to stay while in Maui. Maui vista is a great condo place with food, beach, park, and more just walking distance. Plus an amazing pool and bbq to use on sight. But it takes more to be a great host, they provide many supplies for the stay, from beach supplies to toiletries to tons of pillows and blankets. The host is also very helping and friendly from check in to check out.

This was the most amazing stay!! 10/10 recommend. It was so so clean, the owners left the place so stocked with so many thoughtful touches like extra sunscreen and after sun, beach supplies, extra towels, and the kitchen was full of everything you would need if you are cooking. Overall a perfect experience and the location was very convenient for driving to different parts of the island and in a nice area.
