This was a return trip for us, and as before, we had a wonderful time. From the lanai I saw a whales breach and enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. We loved the upgraded kitchen and bathrooms! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, glassware, and the ice maker was a big hit. We look forward to returning next year!

Size and location was perfect for our family, we enjoyed our stay in Kihei. Owner was quick to respond and thorough with information. We were short beach towels and the beach umbrella was broken when we tried to use it, they responded right away and delivered new items. Would recommend.

We found this condo perfect for our visit to Maui. It is centrally located and close to all necessary amenities. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, grocery and gift shopping. Short distance driving to many beaches and tourist attractions.
The unit itself was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens as it provides separation and privacy bt the 2 main sleeping areas and has 2 separate bathrooms. We had everything we needed for the beach, in the kitchen, bedding and bathroom.
Check in was easy and the hosts were prompt to any queries we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found it stress free.

Clean and comfortable, and an awesome location. The condo felt small at first, but with the high ceilings and upper loft, it proved to be ample space for our family. Being on the top floor gave us a partial ocean view along with a direct view to the pool below, and very convenient to the elevator. The quick walk just along a path and across the street to the best local beach was also nice. Both the owners and management company were available and responsive, answering all emails very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a very nice home away from home. The view is beautiful from the unit! Had what we needed for our stay. The laundry in unit was a big bonus as I did not think we would need it except once but we used it especially for our towels. Having enough beds for all of us made me happy. We did use the pull out couch too.

It was our first time in Maui, and staying in this property was a great choice! We even thought of staying longer.
The beach is 3mins walk, it was sandy and easiest one of the best beach around Kihei. All great restaurants, grocery places, and foodtrucks are all less than 10mins walk as well.
The place is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The owner and property manager were all very friendly and accomodating. We appreciated the complimentary beach supplies and cooler too. Beds are wonderful and comfortable which made our sleep very restful.
When we stayed, there was a brief power interruption in Maui (about 2-3 hours). Please do not panic as it was fast to be resolved.
TIP: If you are checking in late at night (like we did), check the signs around and you can get a number to call the security... they can check you in and give you your parking pass so you do not have to wake up early to check in with the front desk.

This lovely condo was roomy enough for our group of 5. I quite liked the separation of floors which gave that bit of extra privacy. The location also was great right above the pool and on the oceanside so we caught a great sunset. Charley Young beach is an easy walk across the street. For us going there earlier in the day or early evening was best as there's not much shade ( umbrellas in the hall closet are handy ) and the sand gets awfully hot on the feet. We were lucky to see turtles swimming close to shore at both Charley Young beach and Turtle Beach which is a 10/15 minute drive south. The condo is about midway and walkable to many shops and food outlets. A great location, great hosts and a very nice getaway!

They also provide everything you need for a beach day from chairs to a cooler to snorkel gear! Being able to see the ocean and mountains from the balcony is just fantastic!

Having stayed at this property before, choosing a unit here was a no brainer; however, Cindie's unit has everything most people would need/expect from a vacation rental (assortment of pots/pans, beachwares, cleaning supplies). The biggest nitpick would be the pocket door in the upstairs bathroom. It's a bit "sticky" and hard to open/close. The newly renovated main floor shower is nicely done. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with four adults and a 4 year old. It was exactly as advertised and in a phenomenal location. The beach was just across the street, shops within walking distance, and the check in process was easy. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The grounds are great with a good pool and bbq’s. Everything was clean and functional, and every necessity was supplied. We were actually surprised by how much was included for cooking and recreation. The downstairs bathroom has been updated and is nice. Upstairs was totally functional and there was ample storage. Would definitely stay again!

The condo is in an excellent location within a 3 minute walk to the Charlie young beach - a beautiful beach to relax or boogie board. Tons of restaurants and markets nearby within walking distance.
The condo itself is clean, spacious and well appointed. The pictures don’t do justice to the view from the lanai. You get to see a beautiful sunset over the ocean from the lanai.
Cindie was an excellent host and easy to communicate with.

A great location for Island adventures or just walking across the street to the beach. So many options that don’t require a car with short walks to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Property was fantastic and we really enjoyed the two levels of our unit. Overall an amazing experience!

The location of this rental is great for easy access to Charley Young Beach and Kam 1 (with a lifeguard). Perfect for those who want to spend time at the beach! The unit is the second building from the entrance. You walk out of the complex, cross the street with a crosswalk and blinking lights on road, and walk down a short block, and down some steps to the beach. There is a rinse shower at the top of the steps. It is also near shopping and dining options.
The unit is as described. It is an older unit with small, minor issues like a shower door that is hard to move. Overall, it's clean. The loft is open so it may be better for kids who don't need a lot of privacy. Because we went during a storm when it was relatively cool, we didn't use the air conditioner, so I can't speak to that. It has the all important washer and dryer unit in a closet in the kitchen. Parking was plentiful when we were there.
For the price, it is a great option for families.

We enjoyed our Maui Vista stay. The condo had plenty of space for our family of five. We were able to cook several simple meals with the provided kitchen tools. The condo has a great view and was very quiet. We were a bit bummed the provided beach umbrella was broken but we grabbed a new one to leave for future guests. The location was central to lots of our favorite Kihei restaurants and Charley Young beach is right across the street to catch the sunset.

The apartment was in the perfect location. A great central location to get to Wailea or Sugar Beach just north. We were easily able to walk to the beach and other little spots for coffee and food. The condo itself had everything we needed and was the perfect size for 3 people.

We had a great view! Ocean scenery was amazing. Condo was very close to beaches, dining and shopping. Very clean, and exactly as listed. We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed our stay very much. The extras at the condo are great. Coffee filters, bug spray, soap, laundry detergent, etc all amazing to have at hand. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrellas cooler and towels as well. Everything was really great. Did I mention the views.. amazing!!! We will definitely come back. Also, communication with the owners was fantastic. Cindy was very helpful with check in, and even with dining recommendations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was just right for the three of us and it was nice to have a bathroom upstairs. The kitchen was stocked well and I was glad to find a hand mixer to make a birthday dessert. The location was great and we walked across the street to the beach to watch the sun set. Mornings on the balcony with a view of the water started our days. Also within walking distance were numerous restaurants and shops. We were very pleased with the accommodations.

This is a great condo in a perfect location. Several beautiful beaches, snorkeling, surfing, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The condo has comfortable beds, big closets, washer and drier, plenty of pots and dishes, beach chairs and umbrellas etc . Communication with the owner was great!

The condo is in a great location. We could walk to several beachfront parks, restaurants, and shops. There is a view of the ocean from the balcony. The air conditioner did not cool the bedrooms very well.

What a beautiful property. It was my wedding so we had 7 units in the building and this one did not disappoint. The view in the morning makes the property very special. The wall mounted AC worked way better than a lot of the units window units and there were lots of fans to keep the air moving. All the beds were very comfortable. If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs for the master, as with most of the units at the Maui Vista, you can hear the hallway traffic. Overall we had a wonderful time at the property, loved the amenities and will be back. Cindie is fantastic for communication!

I felt that this specific unit was one of the best in the building given that it’s on the highest floor and has amazing views of the pool of ocean. This unit was located just off Kehei street and in just the right place. Being able to walk either up or down the street gave lots of options for shopping or eating. David and Cindie were wonderful hosts. The property is well maintained and incredibly situated, truly a few steps right across from the beach. Location is impeccable and near good eats and the Foodland. Check-in and out were a breeze. Singular A/C isn't as strong or efficient in the sleeping areas as could be, but plenty of fans move the air around really well. Thumbs up and mahalo for a wonderful experience!

I loved the location of this condo; close to the beach, farmers market, grocery store, shops, stores. I appreciated the easy communication I had with the owner. Cindie was very helpful with any of my concerns. I really valued the info about the farmers market. Produce was better than the grocery store. I cooked most of our meals during our stay. The condo had everything I needed for basic food preparation. The washer/dryer was another value I needed and used, as well as the beach chairs. Maui has very very good scuba diving and snorkeling areas. Loved the whole experience!!

We love Maui and the Kehei area and have always found the Maui Vista a great place for us to stay. The beach across from it is wonderful for kids (or anyone) it close to everything and it has very nice setting. In the Vista, there are three buildings, my preference is building 2 as it is a little further from the South Kehei road and does not seem to get any road noise and it is built higher up a hill giving it great views, still it closer to the beach than building 3. This unit is in building 2 and has one of the best views of all the units in Vista. It really is incredible. I think we manage to be sitting on the lania for 13 of the 16 nights we were there to enjoy the sunset.
The unit itself is well laid out and has been nicely updated. All the beds are comfortable, even the pull out sofa. The unit had everything we needed, toaster, blender, plates glasses etc and it even had some Tommy Bahama Chairs and Umbrella for the beach and a boogie board! It might have an extra boogie board now as we always buy one at costco for $25 when we arrive and leave it behind.
The owners are great to deal with and very nice people. The on island rental company they hire was also great to deal with.
We will still here again in the future.

Excellent accomodations...in a perfect location. Several beaches, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. Condo was clean and had everything we needed and then some. We didn't make it to the pool or the gas grills - but both looked very nice. Not a bad drive from the airport. Very much enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at Maui Vista with family in 4 different condo units. We had the opportunity to stay an extra day and moved into unit 2406 for just the one night. (thanks Cindie!). The condo unit is very clean and well organized - the nicest of the 5 units we had access to in buildings 1 and 2. The views from the lanai are fantastic!
Aside from the condo unit itself, Maui Vista is a great location for family vacations - it is close to shops and casual restaurants and a 3 minute walk to Charley Young / Kam I beach, where we spent a lot of time. We also watched the sunrise at Haleakala, went to a luau at the Kanipali Westin, and a snorkeling tour on the Four Winds II, which were all great.
