The condo has a lot of positives. Communication with the owners/managers was exceptional. Entry and check in were seamless. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Very convenient and walking distance to beach, a few restaurants etc were close. Great air conditioning and air circulation for the hot afternoons when the sun comes in.
Sunset from the balcony was beautiful as was the view from the beach closeby.
It is on a busy road so there is definitely car and truck noise. It’s value for money.

This vacation home away from home had much more than expected. Stuff you don’t really think about until you need it. The pictures do not do the views justice. We had an amazing time very relaxed and the hosts were amazing with communicating updates and requirement timelines. Had a fabulous time.

Justin and Yoko condo is in a great location, well equipped to meet our needs. It was easy to walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We found the condo to be very clean, comfortable and had wonderful time. They were helpful, responsive very communicative from the beginning of our booking until the day we left. If we are in Maui again, we would be happy to rebook. We highly recommend this Kihei condo.

First, the hosts were amazing with communication so it was a breeze to book and arrive /depart with all the information we needed.
We loved the keyless lock as we didn’t have to worry about a key.
The view! Wow. Simply a half a block to the beach access that had a few trees if you needed shade but white sand beaches abounded.
It was just two of us (girlfriends) so we loved the two full bathroom and two king beds so we each had our private time to call home and retreat after a long day.
There were wonderful sand chairs, sand umbrella, snorkel masks(etc) so I left mine at home as I wanted to pack light. Their snorkel I liked better than mine! (There were boogie boards, noodles, and just a few other items neatly organized and clean.)
Fully stocked kitchen (better than anywhere else I have rented) but all we used it for was coffee and warming leftovers.
The place was clean. Great views, easy parking, and I would rent again in a heartbeat.

We had an outstanding 7 day visit. The condo had everything we needed and all we had to do was walk across the street and we were at the beach. Great communication throughout by the hosts but we never needed to contact them during our visit because everything functioned as described.

I've had some nice vacations, but this vacation was just amazing! Especially because of this beautiful home in Kihei. John and Yoko are excellent communicators, and they have put so much loving thought into making this stay easy and memorable. Beach essentials are provided and the location is just the best. Maui Vista condos are situated in the heart of Kihei. It’s really close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We stayed in two different places, and this was, by far the best - yet reasonably priced. Perfect for two couples. The ocean view was a bonus. The owners were awesome and super accommodating to our special requests too. The space is compact but well laid out, well-equipped and well cared for. Highly recommended.

The condo was clean and cute as a button. It was great to walk across to the beach and see whales playing out in the ocean. I even saw one from the lanai one evening! Not having to bring boogie boards and chairs and using the ones in the condo saved a lot of hassle. This place is a gem in Maui ❤️

We stayed at this Maui Vista condo in November. It was probably one of the best well stocked we have ever stayed at- from kitchen to beach gear! This is critical for us as a family that spends much of the time at the beach (chairs, sand toys, even snorkel gear) and preparing/eating most meals there. The view is great to open up and see the ocean and palms! The AC and good window coverings helps with the afternoon sun. The section of the beach known as Charley’s of Kam 1 is less than a block!! Easy! Each bedroom area and main living had a tv. One of the bedrooms is the back of the unit and one is a loft -each has an adjacent bathroom. Worked great for our family of 4 - we will be back!

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids 9 and 12) stayed 10 nights in Maui at this condo. The condo was exactly as described. Amazing! The location was much closer (5 min walk) to the beach where we spent almost every day at. A short walk (less than 10 min) left or right brings you to a host of amenities . Food groceries and shopping...easy access to the main highway to visit other towns...close to ritzy Wailea as we. The host was very communicative and shared all the info for check in and out and amenities we'll in advance.. highly recommend to any future traveller's wanting to spend time in Maui and Kihei!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 where our 2 kids could stay in the loft and have their own bathroom. Location was great, short walk to Charley Young Beach where we were greeted by a sea turtle in the sand on our first day in Maui. All the beaches nearby were great, soft sand, clear and calm waters, clean. Loved that restaurants were walkable like Kihei Caffe (delish). The condo beach closet was wonderful, we used the beach towels, beach chairs, boogey boards, snorkels, and beach toys. The shower had great water pressure, beds were firm, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The a/c was a bonus as it was pretty hot the week we went. Would definitely stay here again!

This is not the first time we've been to Kihei,or Maui Vista.My wife and I used to stay in a one bed,one bath until we had our boys.This unit has a great ocean view,it's very clean and more than enough room for a family of 4.

My friends and I came for a girlfriends week and the location was just perfect. A beautiful beach a block away and restaurants, bars, and shops all within walking distance. The condo had everything we needed and then some. The beach towels, chairs, and snorkeling gear were really wonderful to have at our disposal. It was peaceful and nice an cool with the A/C and fans. The only downside was that if you had the A/C running, the A/C unit out on the lanai blew hot air at us and made it impossible to sit out there. But we just turned off the A/C if we wanted to sit out there. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed on Maui. The condo is well equipped with everything you could ever need including a supply of laundry soap dishwasher soap toiletries etc. It is centrally located, you can walk to almost anywhere in Kihei in just a few minutes and the view of the ocean is spectacular. The hosts are so wonderful. We had an issue with the TV it wasn’t more than a couple hours and I got an email from the host asking me if it was fixed and if not they would further contact me. They are so kind, accommodating and communicate very well. I would recommend this property to anyone and my family and I plan on staying here again. Thank you so much for an incredible and memorable graduation trip for my grandson.

All I wanted for my trip to Hawaii was a view to enjoy my morning coffee. :) Justin and Yoko's place of course delivered on that and also provided us with plenty of other creature comforts and conveniences. 1 block to the beach, pool was convenient in the afternoon, walking distance to markets and cafes, and centrally located for our drives to Lahaina, Wailea, Haleakala, and Molokini/kayak tours. You won't be disappointed!

We had a wonderful holiday, the location is perfect - right across the road from a nice beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is clean and very well stocked, everything that is needed for holiday. It is a little older but it is still great.

The Condo was perfect for my family of 4. Beautiful Oceanview sunsets and parent happy hour on the deck every night. Loft with private bath was perfect for teens. Air-conditioning in every room! Loved the closet full of Beach necessities (chairs, boogie boards, plush beach towels). Kitchen had every appliance needed. Washer and dryer were awesome. Early checkin and late checkout was convenient. Walk to beach and restaurants. Four pools on site to choose from. Overall, perfect place to stay.

My family and friends loved this place. Their pictures really do not do it justice. It was so much nicer in person and I would recommend anyone to stay here. Their view is indescribable and we couldn't get over it. It's right across the street from the beach, so you can watch the stunning sunset. Everything is basically walking distance. It's a short walk to get food, souvenirs, or even book an excursions. This home fit all 5 of us comfortabley and to be honest I think it could have fit 6. Coming from Ny we had high expectations and they were met. One of the best places we've stayed in. If we ever come back. This would definitely be our place.
