This condo is very clean, well stocked, and a three minute walk from a very nice beach. Great place to come back to after a fun day out exploring. Complex is friendly and parking is easy. This unit is overlooking a busy street so we didn’t spend much time on the lanai, as the traffic was pretty loud. No AC in the bedroom but the fans were much appreciated and helpful. Mattress is very firm. Everything was super clean and owner was very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely stay!

This unit was just fine for the two of us. It is convenient to the beach just across the street. The road can be a little noisy but the plumerias were in bloom and smelled wonderful. The property is well maintained and convenient for walking to restaurants or shops.

This unit was perfect for our stay on Maui! The owner of the unit was extremely accommodating, friendly, and communicated efficiently with us. The unit was clean, AC worked great, and we had zero issues the entire time we were there. Loved it, would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay in this condo. Everything had been remodeled. It was so clean and new! We especially appreciated the queen bed. It was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities. There were plenty of towels and nice beach chairs, mats, etc. Mike was easy to contact and to communicate with.
The view of the ocean from the lanai was partial but the sunsets were beautiful.

My time in Maui was fantastic! The condo was in a great location. It had all the amenities I needed to make me feel like I was home in paradise. I only had to contact Michael one time, but he was very responsive and was a great help! I would definitely stay here again. next trip is 2025!

Travelled solo this time for some much needed downtime. I’ve stayed in Maui Vista a few times previously, and unit 1216 in building one is a good spot to
pick.
Right across beach, freshly renovated, and only one flight of stairs for convenience (there is also an elevator for luggage and grocery days.
The bedroom could get a bit muggy without an a/c unit, that would be a nice update to add.

Michael was generous to provide us communication on the littlest things from check-in and check-out processes, to the local neighborhood entertainment. The home was fully stacked with essentials. Accurate description of the home and beach access. I would recommend anyone to return for another vacation.

We love Maui Vista. The location for us is perfect. Very close to the beach. A short walk in either direction and you'll find great food and shopping.
This condo gives you a nice view to the sunsets and the shortest walk to the beach. Very clean and recently updated with all the amenities you would need. Cant wait to come back.

The condo was in tip top shape. Everything was newly remodeled, and in great working condition. We were very,very,very comfortable. The location is exceptional as well for accessing the beach, restaurants, shops…etc. I want to add that Michael is an exceptional host, and goes all out to help in any way possible to make your stay cozy, and restful. Michaels place matched the listing to a dime. His home was recently remodeled with new floors and brand new appliances. I really appreciated how clean and true to the picture his place was. Location was great across the street from Kamaole beaches and close to shops and restaurants on Kihei Road.

We had an excellent visit to Kihei and this condo was the PERFECT place to stay! It was in an ideal location right near the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. and the condo itself was fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The beach is a 2 minute walk and the condo is stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and coolers for a wonderful day at the beach. Michael is a top notch host who was wonderful with communication (before and during the trip) and responded quickly to all messages. All of these things made for an truly enjoyable stay in Maui!

This is a great alternative to the traditional resort. Everything is here including beach equipment (umbrellas will not work in any wind - forewarned). Making our own breakfast saves half the eating out. Nicely equipped - not bone bare. Needs light to come on earlier in entrance hallway to see combo lock.
Charley Young Beach and Three's Bar & Grill are as good as any beach and eatery and are within walking distance.

The condo was clean and exactly as described, with everything we needed, including beach supplies. A short walk to the shore and great food nearby (skip the line at Paia Fish Market and grab a plate at Kinaole Grill food truck or Aloha Thai food truck on Alanui Ke'ali'i). We visited in early June and the AC and fans were adequate for the weather. One of us slept on the sleeper sofa in the living room and found the street noise to be a little disturbing. But overall a great experience, I would stay here again!

About a block away from the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The unit looks exactly like the pictures. It has extra blankets (convenient for visiting Haleakala) and beach chairs (if you want to watch the sunset at the beach). Would stay here again.

I was in town for a friends wedding and looking for a place to stay by myself. This place was very clean, close to everything, and felt very safe. It was a little loud (people walking outside the bedroom) but it wasn’t too bad.

This property offered everything we wanted in a vacation condo. The host, Michael, was very responsive and genuinely cared about our experience. He kept us updated with all the information on the check in process as well as things going on with outside work on the condo buildings. The property is in a prime location in Kihei. It had a comfortable bed and sufficient furniture and beach gear for all of our needs. Overall we had a great experience!

We love Maui Vista and have been coming for over ten years and this property was just one of the best we've stayed at! The bed was very comfortable and we slept so well. The kitchen had all the nec. stuff, we didnt use any of the beach stuff but I noticed that all the fun stuff was there. This condo is wonderful. Bed was comfortable, location great. Store was close by and a wonderful beach across the street. The only thing was the BBQ had broken thermometer. Only one was working for our building. I would definitely rent this condo again. Thank you for letting us stay here. With car rental so expensive we were able to enjoy everything we needed.

Property is perfect for an easy walk to Charlie Young Beach! Only thing missing was a need for more storage containers or plastic bags. I bought some and left them there for future guests. I would rent here in the future. 🤙

The condo was very clean/plenty of supplies and the beach towels and beach accessories were definitely a bonus. Michael was very helpful with our tourist questions and quick to respond. It's located in a busy area so there is a lot of street noise, the floor fan in the bedroom helped drown it out. Overall very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

This condo was perfect for our honeymoon/ first trip to Maui. Kihei is a great spot to stay. The condo comes well stocked with anything you need for a beach day and your only a 2 minute walk away from a really good beach. Michael was also very responsive to any questions we had. The unit was very comfortable, well maintained, stocked with anything you would need for a beach day or to prepare homemade meals, and ideally located in South Maui. We had a partial ocean view and were within walking distance to the beach across the street as well as shops and eateries nearby. The lanai was well used for people watching, having meals, and just enjoying the sights, sounds, and fragrant smells of Maui.
Michael was quick to respond to all our inquiries and was most helpful during the incredible storm that passed through the islands during our visit. Overall, it was an amazing and most memorable vacation! Highly recommend this property!

Michael's place was perfect for our first trip to Maui. The condo is mere block away from the beach. The condo has everything you need for a stay in Maui. Michael has beach chairs as well as pool/beach towels. There is a parrial view of the beach from the balcony/lanai. The condo complex has few buildings and many condos where our other friends stayed.
I would like to add that communication with Michael was very easy and thorough. Parking is ample in the complex. We encountered some issues due to construction in the parking lot (which I may add is all done now). Michael was extremely helpful and even gave us a 20% refund for the days we had to park a little further away from our building.
Again, definitely recommend! Hope we get to stay again.

A great vacation beach spot; 2 min walk from the beach. The condo has everything you need for a beach relaxation day (cooler, umbrella, chairs, etc.). The place is clean; there is no AC in the bedroom but the AC does cool the entire unit pretty much. The kitchen also came handy to cool meals and has all the utensils needes. We would certainly come back to this unit again

You are right across from the beach and the just a short walk to food and shaved ice. Grocery store was a very short car ride away as well. The place was clean with lots of beach towels and helpful beach chairs and coolers! Michael was also very responsive and helpful during out stay there!

Michael is VERY responsive. He is QUICK to respond and quick to pass along any information. 2 of the pools were closed during a portion of our stay and we overheard several other people talking about not having any idea. Michael filled us in as soon as he knew ( before we even packed to leave) and offered accommodations. He also let us know when they reopened. Maui vista is in a perfect location relative to a great beach. It doesn’t hurt that my sister lives right around the corner. Security performs regular patrols. The lone complaint is that the AC only truly covers the main part of the condo. However, Michael did provide a fan that made the bedroom quite comfortable.
