With just a quick walk across the street you are at a beach! The extras in this place like a cooler, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc was really convenient. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious and we enjpyed our stay. The only drawback was that the washer/dryer were a bit small and inefficient for a family of five, but we stayed here right in the middle of our vacation when we had the most laundry. This location was very convenient to drive around Maui and we had a great time here!

Check-in was extremely easy! The property is lovely. The beds are large and comfy. The beach is very close by--literally across the street and it is absolutely beautiful. The second bed is upstairs so if you're travelling with someone older they should probably sleep downstairs.
The property is clean but the air vents are pretty dusty and the filter light has been on the A/C unit since arrival. If it gets cleaned it might work better.
We received a nice email reminding us about checking out and asking us if we can clean the sheets if we have time but that it's not required. We decided to wash them but the washer and dryer are quite outdated so it took forever. I would highly recommend a replacement.
Besides that we loved our stay and would totally book again.

Loved this Maui Vista vacation rental property! The location was fantastic as it is a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach and minutes away from great shops, coffee, delicious cinnamon buns, a gym and restaurants! The condo was very quiet, clean, had beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler, comfortable beds with great closet space and bathrooms! Beautiful lanai to sit, have a breakfast in the morning and a drink and watch the sunsets at night! The property also has tennis courts and a great BBQ area which we enjoyed! VIP property management were fantastic in responding quickly to all of our questions and brought us ice and coolers when the fridge/freezer acted up! They replaced the fridge with a new one within 2 days! We highly recommend this rental property and plan to stay here again!Overall, fabulous!

Shampoos, soaps and additional toilet paper are not provided so remember to bring these along with you during your stay. Property provides beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. for your usage - was wonderful. Would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful loft-style place with a fully stocked kitchen. We loved looking at the ocean on the balcony during the morning and walking the short walk to the beach for sunsets. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear & boogie board regularly and were delighted with how close everything was. Kalama Park had lots to watch & do (surfing, paddle boarding, volleyball, walking, etc.) and the condo was also walking distance to great places to eat (such as the Paia Fish Market and the Blue Door Bread Co.). We also loved the on-site pools for down time in the afternoons. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. The property management company was always available to answer any questions we had and made us feel very welcomed.

The decor was very nice. cozy. The pillows on the beds need replaced. The bathroom doors were dirty. The closet runners were full of dirt. There were a bit of ants on counter when we first got there. All in all, the rest was good.

The condo was well suited for 6 adults. The king beds were really comfortable. The sofa bed mattress was a comfortable foam bed but the springs were a little creaky. The kitchen was very good. Clean and good pots, pans and utensils. The bathrooms were good with a tub upstairs. There are a couple of minor things that need improving which the property manager has committed to do.

After staying in many of the Maui Vista properties, this one was one of the better ones. Pros: the beds, showers, professional arrival communication and quiet location. Cons: pretty outdated smart TV, if that matters to you.

It offered a super short walk to Charlie Young Beach, an elevator, tennis courts, and a very small pool. Parking was always very accessible and the front office offered everything you could need. It’s very well run and always very quiet. It’s an amazing place to stay if you have a big family and want to avoid being cramped in an overpriced hotel room. It’s also centrally located in a good area and there are some good restaurants nearby. The condo was stocked with everything a family needs on vacation. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the condo!

The building and condo are a lot older than we realized but most condos in Kihei are about the same age. The pools were disappointing as they were really small and pool area is not vey inviting. Our condo was newly renovated and a good size. I feel like the pictures make the condo look "brand"new, which isn't the case. Overall it was fine but I don't think I would stay here again. The management company and Mick were great and replied to our concerns quickly.

First time going to Maui with friends went well thanks to this nice unit! Check in process was simple and the property was well cleaned. Spacious enough for five adults to stay in (be prepared to share beds) and the proximity to the beach and food options made mornings and nights very relaxing. Definitely would stay again!

We love this part of Maui for its proximity to Charley Young and other great beaches. The Maui Vista condo complex is quite pleasant. We used both the tennis courts and pool. The unit has air conditioning and a lot of beach amenities. The only reason we did not give the unit five stars is that both the freezer and dishwasher were not functioning properly while we were there. The property manager was very prompt in fixing the dishwasher and we saw that there were parts ordered to fix the leaky ice maker, so future guests should not be concerned about these issues. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Charley Young Beach was across the street for quick and easy access and we were in the heart of Kihei close to all our favorite restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay here, the location was awesome! The beach is just a couple of blocks away and the VRBO was very centrally located in general. When anything went wrong, the host was very quick to respond! He was very, very generous with his time on the phone and went above & beyond in giving us great recommendations to do in Maui (which we followed through on, and we ended up loving each rec)! That was a huge plus :)
There were a few things that could be improved on: the pull-out sofa was not the most comfortable, there wasn't any laundry detergent or garbage bags, and it would've been nice to not have limited toilet paper, but otherwise we were happy with the set-up, the location, and the look/feel of the place. Thanks for a great stay!

The management company was very professional and helpful. When we arrived, the pool key was missing, so arrangements were made for us to pick up a new one at the main office right away. On the second day, the toaster died and we had a new one that same evening. All our interactions with the management company were great! The condo was exactly as described. The beach was within walking distance and we were near the downtown area of Kihei. The lanai is a little on the small side but very pleasant. We would stay here again.
