Excellent location directly across from Charley Young and Kam I beaches. Quiet 3rd building in Maui Vista, away from traffic noise. Nice small pool a few steps from unit. Owner was very prompt and responsive.
Could use some updating as follows: electric key pad door lock, replace main AC (old one is very noisy and runs nonstop, and is not energy efficient); replace old TV with a smart TV; replace umbrella on patio table with one that tilts to block the sun; new bedroom pillows; larger dresser. Also could use more bedroom closet storage given that owner’s storage containers take up 3/4 of the closet (including the locked side).

Lovely condo with everything you need provided. Easy parking and a short walk to the beach. Only issue was with the screen door which kept on jamming. We spent many mornings on the patio with our coffee and breakfast watching the varieties of birds that would come and say hello. Definitely recommend this condo

If you love white noise from a cold AC, this is a great place. Kitchen had everything we needed. Was a short walk down to the beach. Short walk to food. Parking was easy. Host was very responsive to any questions. Everything was quiet, we didn't hear any neighbors. Slept great on the big bed. Would love to stay again in the future.

Great location, walking distance to beach and about 1/2 mile walking distance to restaurants and awesome food trucks. Unfortunately, the property was not throughly cleaned. The bedroom sheets and sofa pull-out had dirty sheets. We found towels, linens, and mop rags in the washing machine and dryer. There were no basics like: aluminum foil, sandwich bags, shampoo, body wash. These are items that I usually find when I rent properties for family vacations.

We loved this condo in Maui! It had absolutely everything we needed to be comfortable inside and at the beaches near by. Check in was a breeze and the property is in a great location on Maui. Would stay again!

This place was just amazing, we had access to BBQ, tennis court and pool. A beautiful beach was on the other side of the street, where we saw turtles. The location is perfect, can go the beach, to restaurant and even the grocery can be walkable, but we used the car. We had access to washing machine direct in the property, kitchen fully equipped, even had a dishwasher.

Location is 2 minute walk from the beach and is in good proximity to restaurants, grocery stores etc. The unit has excellent a/c and all the amenities you’d need. Patti was very easy to reach and responds very quickly. The unit appears just like the photos and even though it’s a ground floor unit we did not have any issues with bugs! Thanks again Patti

We travel to Maui every February for the past 15 years except during the pandemic. This unit was fine, but could use a bit of extra care. The microwave turned on but did not rotate. The knobs on the stove had no markings so it was difficult to tell which were the low and high settings. There were no paring knives for cutting fruit, as well as no scissors. Nothing major and it was very comfortable--just somewhat minimal.

My Favorite part of the stay was eating dinner on the Lanai every night and watching the sunset over the ocean! Wonderful apartments with everything we needed. So close to a great beach. Property had beautiful property maintenance and landscaping, will be renting again when we return!

Patti was very easy to communicate with during our stay. The condo was just in the right spot for walking as well as driving along the coast. Great kitchen features made it easier to make breakfast each morning. Overall, very good stay.

Perfect location in Kihei. The bed was comfortable and unit had everything you need to enjoy your vacation! The place is a bit older and a little tired looking, but has its charm. Pool is super close to the back patio, and tennis courts and BBQ’s out front. Super convenient!

Pros: Good value, kitchen has everything needed along with oil and spices, walking distance to restaurants and beach, ground floor, in back of complex so it’s quiet. Nice neighbors.
Cons: Springs in pullout sofa are uncomfortable, kitchen faucet needs adjustment to shut off easily, items were left in fridge and washer/dryer.
Overall, a good place to stay and served our needs. Thank you!

The location of this condo is really nice and it’s easy to get around Kīhei as well as generally around Maui from here. It was simply stocked but had everything I needed. The back lanai was great and you could watch sunset from there, beautiful. The condo complex is quiet and all neighbors were respectful, there’s an outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off if you come back from the beach with extra sand and it was very easy to get a parking pass.
When I initially walked in the condo there was a very strong musty smell, I think due to the AC there is a lot of additional dust and then it all just settled on the popcorn ceiling. The dust was visible across the ceilings and it was thick enough that it did irritate my allergies, made worse by the fact that the apt was closed up and ACs off when I got there. I unplugged the ACs and opened all the windows and this helped immensely within an hour or so. The condo gets a GREAT cross breeze and with some airing out the musty smell lifted and wasn’t an issue the rest of my stay (I left windows open and AC off throughout my stay).
Overall I would stay here again and will recommend to friends and family for a comfortable home back for this side of Maui. Thanks!

Great place if you’re looking to stay in Kihei. The condo is conveniently located to shops, restaurants and beaches all within walking distance. Condo itself was lovely and had amenities we needed. Communication with owner was also easy. Would recommend to friends and family and would stay again if I’m ever in Maui again.

As many others have noted, this property is a little older, but it does have a cozy, homey feel that made us feel comfortable right away. There is a pack and play, and being on the ground floor is great with an active toddler, so he could walk right out onto the grass from the patio. Word of warning to anyone with littles, all the furniture is glass topped, do be prepared to be vigilant about that. The covered patio was also great to have all our meals so we didn't have to worry about the kid dropping food on the carpet.
Location is great for walks to lots of local cafes and shops, and beaches. The condo is at the back of the property, but there is a path that runs along the length of the property so you don't have to walk through the parking lot to get out to the main street (which is right across from a decent beach with a rinse shower.)

The condo was very nice, had a great time. Large TV. nice kitchen. Beach chairs, boogie boards. It would have been nice if there were two tennis rackets and balls. It would be nice if the complex has some bikes available. The location was great. Beaches right near by and restaurants too. Would love to stay there again.
