My husband and I stayed in the condo with our son and his wife and their two small children. We stayed upstairs in the loft and it was very comfortable for us. The bathroom is small but certainly adequate. The bed was very comfortable. Our son and his wife were very happy with the downstairs bedroom and the kids slept on the pullout couch. The kitchen was VERY well equipped. The board games were a nice touch although the weather was perfect so we didn't spend much time indoors. The beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and pool noodles were such a pleasant adition so we could be comfortable on the beach or the pool. We loved the location, so close to the beach and shops and restaurants. I don't know if we will ever get back to Hawaii, but if we do we will certainly be happy to stay here again!!

Absolutely fantastic location! We were four adults who stayed, including someone who slept on the sofa sleeper, and it was more than enough space for us all. Wonderful use of space and very well stocked. Would absolutely stay again.

Shannon's place has everything you need! She even has beach gear that you can use which was really nice ( beach chairs/umbrellas). Check in was super easy and shannon was a very responsive host. Just make sure you get the email from shannon regarding check in around 1 week prior. Its under her personal email and not VRBO.

This was the perfect place to stay for my family of 5. A well designed condo with great utilization of space. No neighbor noise, close to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, tennis and pickle ball racquets. Had a great stay and would stay here again.

I agree with all the other compliments given by reviewers — Shannon is communicative and warm, the place is spotless and feels new, beds are comfortable, and the view is amazing. What I will add that people haven’t mentioned as much… we felt like we didn’t have neighbors it was so quiet! Also, despite being a family of five with three teenagers, we never ran out of hot water. We used the tennis/pickle ball courts and they were great. It is so nice that equipment is in the unit so no rental fees. Finally, the A/C units are perfectly positioned to cool down every space. I sincerely hope we can make our way back here someday!

This is a great location if you want to see all of Maui and not just the resort areas. Unit is centrally located with a fabulous view of the ocean. It is well loved but very clean, we enjoyed our time in Kihei and on Maui. Loved that we stayed in a place with laundry and kitchen, both came in super handy. Everyone we contacted by phone and email were super responsive with any questions. Also the unit was very well maintained and well stocked to get your vacation started off right.

Perfectly located in Kihei across from Charley Young Beach, this fully equipped 2bd condo has all the comforts of home. It is in a quiet, solid concrete building with awesome ocean facing view. Shannon provided helpful, clear instructions for driving from the airport, check-in parking, amenities, and check-out. Easy peasy and no-fuss. A/C always kept us cool and comfy. Bathrooms well supplied with towels and toiletries - the entire unit for that matter with washing up and laundry supplies. Did I mention the proximity to the beach? Shannon supplies guests with all your beach needs (cooler, chairs, towels, umbrella, etc.). We spent every morning on the beach, afternoons touring, and closed out our days with an evening dip in the pool. Perfection! Thanks so much Shannon for sharing your home with us. Mahalo

Super close to beach and restaurants. View was gorgeous! We had an issue upon arrival and the owner was super responsive and helpful in getting it resolved quickly! The property was very clean and had everything you could need for a day at the beach. I would definitely stay at this property again!

This condo has everything you will need. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and appliances (all good quality and working order). Literally across the street from the beach. Nice partial view of the ocean from the lanai. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and an awesome wagon to haul everything around in for trips to the beach. Snorkel gear in the unit too but we brought our own. Said there are boogie boards but we didn’t find them if they were there. Tennis racquets and balls in unit so you don’t have to rent them. Tennis courts and bbq area right downstairs. Would be nice if there was more seating around the bbq’s but we just brought down a couple lawn chairs from the unit. Beautifully landscaped all around the buildings with nice walkways between buildings. Nice pool as well. Maybe on the small side but we didn’t use the pool at all, we prefer the beach. AC worked great and hot water on demand was excellent so no one had to wait for hot water to shower. Comfortably sleeps 5-6. My only minor complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom downstairs felt a little tired and sagged a bit in the middle……most nights I was just too tired to care! My daughter slept on the pull out bed in the living room and she had no complaints. Plenty of parking in the complex. Love the location as it’s walking distance to beaches and shops/restaurants although we ate most meals in the condo. Kihei is a great location on the island as it’s only 30 min from the airport (and Costco/Walmart). I would highly recommend this unit and would definitely book it again!

My family really enjoyed our time in the property. The property is in a nice location, with a great view, and very well-stocked. We appreciated the two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen had everything and more that we could have needed. There were also beach chairs and towels. We liked being easy walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries and even proactive about making sure we had timely and complete information, which was very appreciated. You won't regret staying here!

We spent Christmas 2022 in this awesome condo. Everything was exactly as described and exceptionally clean. Probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Tons of storage for your clothes and suitcases. The kitchen is beyond fully stocked, we ate a number of our meals in and I never wished for a specific utensil because it was there! The drawer of tupperware was awesome for taking snacks and lunch down to the beach. The wagon was a life saver for hauling all our gear down to the beach as well. We utilized the washer/dryer as well, both are newer and worked perfectly. We loved our time in Kihei and would absolutely stay at this condo again.

Where do I begin! This place far exceeded all of our expectations. From the view, to the location and layout/cleanliness. This was our third trip to Maui but by far the best condo we have stayed in. We are a family of 4 and this condo was perfect for us. The owner was great and checked in a few times throughout our trip to make sure everything was going well and we had everything we needed. The condo was super clean, and had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony in the evenings and opening the curtains to such a beautiful view every morning. We would not hesitate for a second to rent this condo again in the future. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

This was a wonderful condo providing everything we needed. When we had trouble with plumbing, the mangers quickly sent help. The location is awesome, really short walk to a beautiful swimming beach and shopping.
The only problem was the loud annoying construction noise with a new condo that’s going up next door. It started up at 8am every morning and was non stop.

This cozy condo unit is very clean and newly upgraded. We didn't do much cooking in the condo but the kitchen has everything needed to make your own meals. The washer and dryer in the unit is convenient. There was an issue with the downstairs bathroom, it makes a lot of noise the whole time. Besides that, everything we in good condition as listed, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit.

This is an absolutely beautiful place, which was even better looking than the online pictures. We loved the location, cleanliness, the ocean view with Molokini crater, and how centrally located it is in Kehei to everything we wanted to do in the island. Shannon was very quick to respond to my queries. Very spacious place for a family. Everyone in my family simply LOVED this place.

This condo was simply amazing. It is in the best location in Maui and the condo has been updated with all brand new appliances. The loft with bedroom and bathroom on the second was perfect for the kids. Also the small touches having the beach items, cooler, snorkeling gear and more for us to use helped so much. The home owners were quick to respond and accommodating on everything. We'll be definitely back and we will be recommending this place to everyone heading to Maui.

The only thing that we are disappointed with is the people that are not staying at the condo using the facilities, pool and bbq. We had to leave the pool twice because there were 15 +people that flew in for the day using the pool and the next time someone working on a condo let 8 kids and two adults use the pool. The three couples that were at the pool left. I know this is not the owner fault. It is just to bad that it has to happen. Bbq had two Thursday night 50 +people who were not staying there.

Best place we have stayed so far in Maui. Very nice condo, everything new and clean. All the new appliances. Lots of beach gear, kitchen fully stocked, comfortable beds, excellent view from the patio. Big screen TV, board games, books and more for the whole family. Close to the beach, yet very quiet and secluded area! Worth the money. Thank you for providing us with this nice place to stay for our family trip.

We stayed 3 nights in this condo with 2 adults and 4 kids (2,6,9,16) and loved it! So much to do within walking distance and on the property itself. We were in Lahaina for the first part of our trip and had a friend recommend a few nights in Kihei as well so we picked this unit. We arrived later than we wanted and weren’t sure of the area because it was overcast and light rain on and off that day on the island - however, the condo itself ensured us it would be a great stay and it was! Everything was really up to date with cute decor touches. We had everything we needed for home cooked meals or BBQ’s and everything and more for days at the beach. The beaches are within walking distance and having a wagon to haul everything helped - I wish we had planned for more beach days while here! Great communication with the host, the view was gorgeous. AC’s and fans kept it quite cool. My only minor dislike was the attached bathroom in the loft because it was small. It worked for my husband and I since we took the upstairs bedroom but since I’m 5’9 the shower felt like a tight fit - not a big deal because the main floor bathroom was so big so we had options when getting ready for the day/evening. The hosts did a great job giving this place a “home away from home in paradise” feel. We would definitely stay here again!

I was not sure where to stay in Maui due to this being the first time on the island. Kihei is a great location with convenient access to other areas of the island. Easy check-in process. The condo exceeded my expectations. It felt like We were walking into someone’s home and not a vacation rental with attention paid to every detail. My niece and fiancé seemed to like the privacy of the loft. The condo is on fourth floor providing a nice breeze and ocean view from the lanai. Key code access to the unit was convenient for easy check-in and not having to keep up with keys. The complex is across the street from the beach with easy access to the beach. The property is convenient to stores and restaurants. The complex appears to be well maintained. Shannon and Holli, the property manager, were inviting hosts.

The property was great and the pictures from the lanai doesn't do the view justice. You have close to a 140 degree view where you can watch the whales play during the day and finish with a perfect view of the sunset. Communication with the owners was excellent. The condo had all the amenities we needed to make our stay amazing and nothing is needed for your trip to the beach other than your swimsuit. Mahalo for a great trip!

I loved the view from the property. I liked the space in the property. I rented 3 properties at Maui Vista and we had 10 family members all together. We all fit in this property for a Christmas eve dinner & gift exchange. Every time I called Shannon she was available to speak to me about small matters. I would rent this property again.

We stayed here for our Thanksgiving holiday weekend and it could not have gone any more perfect! The condo is very equipped with all kitchen necessities and standard house hold items to make your stay comfortable. I have stayed at many rental's and this one was by far the most comfortable.
We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 children and the condo was a little tight space wise. I would recommend only staying here with 4 guest.

We all love the unit. The furniture and appliances were well maintained and functioned as we expected. The dryer had a minor squeak which I found to be within the norm, but Shannon had indicated that it was slated to be replaced (kudos). We did several loads of laundry and it was great. The location is great there is a nearby Safeway and a Foodland, but best to stop by Costco on the way from the airport to stock up. Lots of great nearby food and it’s a short drive to the highway (really more of an expressway). I found the location better than Lahaina or Kaanapali because everything was less than 30 min or less away (I remember driving 40 or more last trip). Sunsets were great from the balcony. Only issue we had was elevator maintenance happened during our stay and the start time was delayed by a day which then made the completion happen after our scheduled departure date (no fault to the owner). I got my workout loading out but the proximity of easy parking helped out. We would totally stay here next time we are in Maui. Thanks to Shannon!!!

This property was in a great location. We were able to walk to a beautiful beach. We could also walk to some food and shopping, though it was a bit further. It was a quick drive to many great food choices. There was a good amount of sleeping room for the 6 of us, however it was a bit tight for all of us to sit around together and for eating. We were appreciative of the wagon and boogie boards, as well as the beach umbrella, towels and the games and tennis rackets for our kids. It was also great to have access to the washer and dryer and air conditioning. Overall the property was a great choice for us at a great price.

The condo was close to a beach just a Ross the street and the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas all fit into the wagon making getting to and from a piece of cake. Thanks for a great stay!

Upon walking into the condo both myself and partner were incredibly impressed with absolutely everything about the condo. It was clean beautiful modern and had a perfect view. The only regret and thing that we wished we had was more time to stay there. It made our why vacation especially at the end complete and perfect. We loved everything about it and honestly wished our home apartments were as beautiful as that condo.

A very clean and tidy property where one can find all tools of fun at the beach. Tennis rackets, beach chairs and boogie boards available for use. Impressed by selection of decoratives items. The only down side is the location is little far from beach but have a nice view of ocean though esp during Sun Set. Overall v enjoyed our stay at this property at such a reasonable price.

The condo was clean and well-equipped. It had everything we needed: beach chairs, beach towels, reef safe sunscreen, boogie boards and more. The location was ideal -- close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We were able to drive to several beaches, Road to Hana, Haleakala. AC units in all three sleeping areas is a plus. I highly recommend it.
