Totally enjoyed my stay. Nice pool close to unit. Grounds are well maintained. A 1-minute walk directly across street to fabulous Sandy beach and a 5-10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The condo had everything I needed and more for a sweet island stay. Hosts were promptly responsive and friendly!

The condo was the perfect location for my mom and I to celebrate our birthdays. Easy access to everything. Across the road from one of my favorite beaches with everything you needed to enjoy your time there. It made the trip amazing.

Incredible location - literally steps away from a pretty beach with the most magical sunsets!
The condo was just lovely with a cozy bedroom and cute living room that opened into a sunny patio. Steps away from the on-site pool and bbq area made it even better. It was thoughtfully stocked so it felt like a home away from home and the communication was seamless. Finally everything was close by! Grocery stores, shops, water sports rentals and the highway to drive to other spots on the island. Highly recommend this condo 😊

Who would have thought that a simple coin flip would change my entire adventure? Initially bound for San Antonio, fate decided to take me on an incredible detour to Maui. And oh boy, am I grateful it did! This unexpected twist has turned out to be the best decision ever.

This condo is in a great spot. Charlie Young beach is just across the street. It’s great for snorkeling, swimming and enjoying the sunsets. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The condo is well stocked including beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling and pool gear.

This Condo was as advertised. It had all the amenities of home. Across the St. from a beautiful beach and walking distance to food, bars, and the ABC store. Highly recommend and the host was amazing with all our questions. Book it!!

Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Felt like home. Has everything you need. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Great communication with owner. Air conditioning in living room and bedroom really kept the place cool. Close and easy walk to beach. Really enjoyed our stay, hated to leave. Would definitely rent this condo again.

This was a very nice unit. Has had some remodelling done recently. Owners are great and easy to deal with. Fantastic location close to everything in the complex as well as Charlie Young beach. Seems to be right in the middle of Kihei, restaurants, activities, grocery stores are just a short walk away in either direction. I hope to be staying there again in the future.

Maui Vista is a perfect condo complex with some great amenities, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Very well stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels. Even had a box fan, which we love when we sleep. Loved having washer/dryer inside the condo. Going to the beach everyday, it's nice to undress and wash. Our family of 4 was comfortable here. Not much space for many more than that. Would stay here again if we get the chance.

Brenda's place was perfect. It included everything we needed to enjoy our stay from toiletries, pillows and blankets for both pull out beds and the bedroom. Also everything we needed to enjoy the beaches...chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler and boogie boards. And best of all located right across the street from the beach where we saw turtles and walking distance from many food trucks including shave ice!! We also enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the lanai every morning after our walk on the beach. Thank you Brenda, we are so happy we went with your place.

The condo was updated and had a nice backsplash in kitchen. The living area was roomy and we loved sitting on the lanai to eat our meals. It was comfortable and on the first floor, which was nice! We could easily walk out to the backyard and go to the beach. The only thing we did not like was that the "heated" pool was so warm. It didnt feel refreshing. I really hope the condo property does not heat the pool.. I hope it is just from the sun or that would be a waste of money!

Kihei is a little slice of perfection… and this condo was the icing on the cake. It’s like walking into an old friend’s place where you immediately feel at home. The owners have thought of everything, right down to insulated coffee mugs for enjoying our mornings on the lanai. The condo is tastefully appointed with comfortable furniture and every implement you could possibly need. Maui Vista is just a few steps from the spectacular Charley Young Beach (sunsets are WOWZA!) and walking distance to a plethora of restaurants. I’m grateful to have found this gem.

The overall process of renting was great! It is one of the few that allowed you to cancel up to the week before if need be without penalty. Make sure you read the email they send you the week before so you know how to check in and such. Although space was clean, we found it to be a little bit further than we wanted it to be from our parked car but it was only a few steps away from the pool and the beach which we loved! Although we followed the protocol of emptying our garbage we still had some unwanted pests in the kitchen that I did not care for. We enjoyed our vacation there.

The condo was just what we needed and conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, lots of little shops and places to eat. So close to the beach that you could quickly walk outside and watch the sunset each evening. As for the condo itself, it had everything we needed down to the beach gear (towels, lounge chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.). The bed was comfortable and the condo stayed fairly cool with just the ceiling fans being on. We never had to turn on the a/c.
I read a previous review about the place not having power strips on both sides of the bed, and guess what, now there are! It's so awesome the hosts listens to guest's suggestions! There were a few bugs here and there but nothing too scary. The toilet seat could use a little tightening; when you sat down it moved to the side a little. haha. One other thing to note was we had a few experiences (3) of things being dropped from the upper floors -- one being glass that shattered, but luckily we were inside when that happened. Also, some mornings I would find sand on the patio table and realized it was from the guests above shaking off the sand from their towels or other gear. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying here. The host was a great communicator as well!

This is a great condo in a very nice location. You can easily walk to nearby beaches and if you want to walk a little further there are coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the AC and the bed is comfortable. Big bonus having a washer and dryer in the unit. The only downfall for us was the bugs in the condo. There were bugs in the dishwasher, drawers, and even the coffee maker. The host informed us it was due to the short term renter before us and the host had someone come and spray while we were out. There were still some after we left but I’m sure with a thorough cleaning in between renters they can clear them out of the condo. The host was extremely friendly and kind with our issue. We never used the pool but there is one on the property as well. Thanks for letting us stay in your condo!

Great property and great people, both the owners and the resort staff. Had a couple experiences of things being dropped from upper floors onto our patio which extends out a few feet further out than the decks of the upper floors. One was when a beer bottle was dropped from the 4th floor and smashed glass on our patio table and all over the floor.

Perfect staging point for our stay in Kihei. Nice end Unit. Check-in process could have gone better as we arranged to have an early check-in and when we arrived the door code didn’t work. Called the owners and they responded quickly and resolved the issue. The Condo was clean and just right for my wife and I. Only suggestion my wife and I would suggest is to have a power strip on both sides of the bed. I use a CPAP and had to take the side with the power strip, leaving my wife not being able to charge her phone and tablet Overall, everything was as advertised and we would come back when we next visit Maui.

Everything noted on the listing was completely accurate. The suite is very well appointed and the owners have successfully covered very want and need we had and many more. The attention to detail with all the little touches is so appreciated. Very comfortable, great location and a quiet building. We had friends meet us in Kihei, they took a different unit in the same complex and the difference between ours’ and theirs’ was incredible. We would look no further on a return visit if this unit is available.

Awesome property, the condo has everything you need for the beach. (And everything else you need honestly) I bought a book to have for this trip and it was already in the condo. (Maui Revealed) There is an awesome binder with great information in it as well. The communication with Brenda is great. The location is amazing too. It cuts down greatly on your drive to Haleakala/Upcountry and the Road to Hana. I especially loved that the area felt local and not a Resort town like Kapalua. I will be staying here again if I come back to Maui.

Overall we had a great stay here in this conveniently located property. It was really nice to be on the first floor. Additionally, the unit is very quiet. The unit has everything that you need. However, be prepared to buy toilet paper and laundry soap early on. Some was provided, however it was pretty minimal compared to the many other rentals we have stayed in for even less duration (maybe this is standard in Maui?). Additionally, check out was at 11 and we were loading the car up prior (~10:30) and I happen to stay back in the unit and my partner discovered the key code no longer worked and he couldn't get in. I was able to open the door since I was inside, but I also was thankful we both didn't go to the car and had our stuff including cell phones in the condo to be locked out. We don't know the exact time the code stopped working that morning. Additionally, someone maybe the owner? came at 10:50 to see if we were still there and to verify we were leaving by 11. We were planning on leaving right before 11 as we were finishing tiding up and we didn't need to leave prior to check out. Even though it was only 10 minutes early it was a bit awkward.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time in Kihei before heading North to celebrate a friends wedding with a larger group. The condo here was just what we were looking for: quiet, clean, well stocked (beach chairs, umberella, coolers, tennis gear, boogy boards, coffee, etc.), and in a perfect location right across the street from the beach (less than 5 minute walk). We’d recommend this condo this condo to anyone looking for a place to call home while visiting Kihei!

When we rented the property, car rental prices were really high. The location was within walking distance from good eats such as kihea coffee, coconut fish. It is across the street from water where we saw people did activities, but we didn't.
Fortunately, we were able to extend our car rental so traveling to Paia, Road to Hana and Northern Maui (30-45mins) was convenient. There was a full kitchen and wifi suitable to play video games. The air conditioner made noise but the owner was transparent about that and we got use to it.
Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and recommend the place.
