We had the most amazing stay at this rental. The owners made the check in/check out process very easy and very accommodating. Everything about the stay was perfect and we would love to stay here again. The location was perfect for a quick walk to the beach or to restaurants and stores and the view from the balcony was amazing. Thank you for making our holiday trip relaxing and special.

This condo unit helped make family’s 1st trip to Maui amazing. Unit is as tidy as can be & updates make it easy to clean. Had everything needed to keep it clean for a week+ stay (vacuum, broom, cleansers. Dishwasher & IN-UNIT washing machine/dryer, A/C worked perfectly. “Strong” setting on A/C units would cool rooms quickly. Lots of good ceiling fans. BOTH FULL bathrooms updated & clean. Furniture & all 3 beds clean, newer, comfy. Didn’t use bed in the sofa, but firmness & velvety cover of the sofa were wonderful. All linens & various pillows in great shape & very comfy. Kitchen was thoughtfully & thoroughly stocked. Had all things needed for cooking, grilling, picnics. Grills were newer Weber & worked perfectly. All beach gear in good shape & super useful; chairs, umbrellas, cooler bag, 4-5 boogie boards, beach towels. Closest beach, Charley Young Beach, had good boogie boarding, saw turtles from rocks, nice mix of tourists & locals, heard snorkeling was good, fun at sunset. We only snorkeled at Olowalu (oldest coral reef in main Hawaiian islands?), it was so clear & beautiful! During week+ stay, only heard faint construction nearby 1x. Parking was always easy. Recommendations in “Welcome” binder led to exceptional meals & experiences. Amenities nearby were walkable; food, gear, gas, dining. "On Island Representative" reached out about forgotten retainer and stuffed toy before we landed in CA!

George has a beautiful, well maintained and super clean condo. We were four of us and the two bedrooms and two bathrooms were timesaver and convenient. George is a great host with prompt communication. He answered all our questions patiently. His few pages of instructions and information were precise and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly visit again.

We had everything we needed here. With clear and simple instructions on the condo and local tips on the neighbourhood from George. This was the only place we found in Maui that actually seemed like reasonable value. I would easily recommend staying here.

Our family of 6 had the pleasure of staying at this condo. George was communicative from the start of our reservation.
The check-in process was smooth and easy. We arrived late evening and woke up to an amazing view. The location is perfectly suited and close to amenities for all ages. Further, the condo was clean and very well-appointed. It had everything we needed including beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels. etc. We had a wonderful time and look forward to our next visit to Maui. We would definitely stay here again.

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay in George’s condo. It was very conveniently located across the street from Charley Young beach. The sunsets and water views from the deck were great. It was fully furnished, including beach umbrellas and beach chairs. The pool was nice and George was easy to communicate with. This is a very comfortable, well located condo for the money. We had a great time!

If the condo doesn’t have it, you probably don’t need it. George has provided everything you could possibly need for a comfortable beach vacation in Maui. George was extremely responsive and gave us a head up whenever there was any kind of issue that we need to be alerted to.
We have stayed in multiple units in the Maui Vista condo complex, and George is by far the best. Mahalo for letting us stay in your place George, we hope to be back soon!

A few family members visited for my birthday and we decided to stay a little closer to the beach. The host was very communicative and friendly. The condo was perfectly cozy and was very well stocked with beach gear, kitchen utensils and even spices and condiments. I would absolutely book this unit for any future stay cations as well as recommending the condo for visiting friends and family.

Great communication with owners, very clean and had all the extra touches that made our stay incredible (cooler, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc). We loved the central location!! We explored the entire island and it was always a short drive to and from. My teenage kids loved the Cove Beach that was walking distance from the condo. They surfed at the beach daily! Ocean view from the balcony and enough space for everyone!

We had 5 sibling families all in the same complex and each were jealous of our unit. The owners provided four (4) AC Units to help cool the place down at night! Such a bonus. Between the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and towels our every beach need was met. Not to mention the use of beach bags and a flex beach cooler with ice packs in the freezer.
Washer and dryer were also a huge bonus for our week long stay.
Tennis in mornings, pool in evenings and walk to beach during the day was an ideal family vacation spot. Thanks for the great stay!

George is a wonderful host. The unit is just across the street from Charley Young beach or Kamaole 1, which we believe to be one of the best on Maui. The unit was very clean andwas adequately stocked (toiletries lasted us our 4-night stay) and they even have Tommy Bahama beach implements and boogie boards (my son's favorite activity). There is adequate open air parking and so many dining options nearby. George provided a list of his recommendations and he was spot on. Our recommendations: Gus The Bus for shave ice (a VW bus converted into a shave ice truck that parks a block away in the afternoons to evening) and Kinaole Grill (food truck right beside Gus for fish and shrimps). The ABC store 2 blocks away for ube pancakes and quick supplies/souvenirs, but the Times is just a couple of minutes in the opposite direction (north). Havens for burgers (the absolute best on Maui).
Best of all, they weren't lying about the view. Sunsets were gorgeous which was especially appreciated since this was the final stop on or 4 town tour.
A couple of things, the master's bedroom has a small window that opens directly to the hallway outside so it can get noisy. Maybe it was just the kids staying next door at the time, but it can happen. The check in office was closed when we were there and we were told by security that they've been closed for a good while. The security guy checked us in but he didn't have access to the tennis equipment that were supposed to be available. No worries, we went to the beaches instead.
