My husband and I had a wonderful trip to Maui- the second time we have stayed in Vicky and Jim's unit. The location of their condo is unmatched- close to the pool, the beach, shops, and restaurants. The condo had everything we could possibly need for our trip and we will be back! Vicky and Jim are very responsive and we had no concerns- their unit is beautifully updated!

Vicky communicated wonderfully from the start. My 2 adult daughters & I took our 1st trip together & loved staying here! They were super comfortable in the Murphy Bed. The home was just as the photos showed & has all been totally remodelled. We had everything we needed to cook. We loved having access to a BBQ.
While I wanted to spend more for a water view it wasnāt in the budget & truly the best beach in Maui from our perspective was a 4 minute walk away. Easy walking into town. We would stay there againš. One really needs to rent a car to see the island which we managed to do for $39/day. It wasnāt the prettiest lolš

Excellent vacation rental! Clean, cool and comfortable. Centrally located allowing you to walk to many convenient beaches and shops as well as making day trips by car around the island a breeze. If we have the good fortune to visit Maui again we would stay at Jim and Vicky's place without question.

This was a beautiful property. King bed, nice shower and lanai. Great kitchen although we are out mostly. There is a Murphy bed if you have an extra guest and the lanai is a great place to enjoy morning coffee and end of day cocktail. Hand no troubles reaching out to Vicky with any questions and always got a quick response. I recommend this property and would request it again

Vicky and Jim's condo was absolutely wonderful. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every thing you could need. Close to some great restaurants and shopping, Wonderful beach just across the street. Vicky was great with helping out for whatever was needed. We would love to stay there again in the future!! Vicky was amazing to work with! The condo is very updated and clean. It was stocked with everything needed including beach stuff. Check in was very easy. We loved the area. We could walk to the best beaches, shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend.

This place might be the best and most well thought out VRBO I have ever stayed at. Clearly the owners stay at this location as they have attended to every detail. The kitchen has every amenity, there was everything youād need for the beach or pool, the bathroom was well stocked, there is a water and ice dispenser, ample fans and AC. It was steps from a beautiful beach and in easy walking distance to all amenities. Such a perfect stay. Mahalo.

We had such a great stay at Vicky's home away from home. There was everything in it that you needed. The location was fantastic, so close to the pool, tennis courts, beach, and restaurants. All good, especially the landlord, Vicky always helped immediately.
The location of the apartment is perfect. The kitchen is perfect.
The bed is big and comfortable, a little bit on the soft side for us but we are very very sporty people and super spoiled back home with our mattress so this is nothing negative. On the contrary, it was soooo comfy!!!

This was our second trip to Maui, and first trip to Kihei. We loved how centrally located this condo was and how comfortable it was to stay in. The AC in the living & bedroom area was a huge plus, as well as the washer/dryer.
Vicky was very easy to communicate with. She helped me out when I couldnāt get the oven to turn on, and on the 2nd to last day one of the beach chairs broke. I offered to get a new one for her and she promptly venmoed me back for the replacement.
It was challenging to find in the dark, as we got to the island at 9:30 pm, but once we found the condo it was easy coming & going. We only went to charley young beach once, but this is a great condo that wouldnāt require a rental car if you were wanting to go to Kihei beaches and local Kihei shops.
My husband and I would definitely come stay again.!!!

We had a great stay in this beautiful condo. It was well appointed, nice deck area for relaxing in the evening and soaking in the warmth of Maui. Short walk to the beach and amenities you needed. The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had and were helpful in every way possible. Mahalo!!

Hosts are superb. Quick to respond, easy to communicate with, forthcoming and helpful.
Condo is small one bedroom, Murphy bed in lvg room. Both beds SUPER comfy!
Corner unit, bit of a walk from pkg lot.
Lots of traffic on the walking path next to unit at sunset, as it is a very short walk to the beach otherwise quiet.
Would rent again!

Honestly I cannot find a single negative about our stay or the property. It was centrally and conveniently located in Kihei, easy walk to the beach, convenience store, restaurants, surf lessons, snorkel rental place. It was right off the main highway so it made it an easy launch point for road to Hana and Lahaina. It had pools (yes plural) and tennis courts. Condo itself was very comfy and clean. It also had W&D which was so helpful during a week-long stay. Communication with Vicky was prompt and always so helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely rent again.

We absolutely loved this property. The location is 10/5 starsā¦ walk 5 min in either direction and you are at all the great restaurants. 1 min to the beach. The condo was clean and well organized. We really appreciated the beach gear that they provided. Vicky went over and above for us when we found out our flights home were cancelled. Thank you for the great experience!

I have been going to Kihei for nearly 20 years and this was the best condo I have ever stayed in... by far! The host was extraordinary and went out of her way on a number of occasions to help make sure our stay was as comfortable and easy as possible. The condo had everything you could possibly need, both in terms of comfortable furniture and kitchen and beach toys/supplies. I will 100% be staying here again and strongly recommend this condo and this host!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The condo is located in a prime location close to our favorite beach on the island (Charley Young) and several amenities. If you are looking for a place to stay in Kihei, this is it!
The hosts were lovely and the space, perfect. We spent our mornings and evenings enjoying the spacious lanai and enjoyed being within walking distance to just about everything. If you are a tennis fan, two tennis courts are located directly out the door but we were not able to hear any noise from them. We canāt wait to come back!

The condo is modern and well maintained. It is one of the best locations in Maui Vista. The property owners were extremely responsive in all instances where they were contacted. I highly recommend this property - except by doing so it likely means it's less likely to be available for my next visit š so I hope you please save me a spot for the next trip to Maui.

My husband and I as well as the couple that was staying with us loved this condo! It was one of the nicest ones we saw (compared to other family staying on location for a wedding). Loved being on the ground level as well as the end condo, felt private. Very updated and beautiful. Great Murphy bed so we we all slept comfortably. I think the only thing I would suggest to the owners is adding a couple more beach towels. It was odd to us that for a condo that accommodated 4 people, there were only 2 towels to share. Obviously not a deal breaker and overall we loved it and would highly recommend!

This recently updated property matches everything as described. Excellent communication w/ the owners, a beautiful place to relax, quick access to shopping and good food, and amazing Charlie Beach only two blocks away gave us another great time on Maui. We will return to this condo in the future!

This condo renting experience exceeded all my expectations! Vikki and Jim were so responsive and supportive throughout the renting experience from the time of booking thru the end of our stay. The interior of the condo is super clean, updated, and cute! I had a few friends also stay in the Maui Vista and everyone voted that this condo was the best of them all! The A/C and beach chairs+umbrella provided were awesome. The location is walking distance to the beach and local Kihei shops/restaurants/bars. We hope to be back one day!
