The place is fresh and clean with cabinetry and counter tops, tile and flooring clearly done recently. We loved the location literally 1 block to Charlie Young beach which is great we drove to a couple other beaches and parking is alway an issue, we put the beach chairs and umbrellas to full use. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need to cook a large meal. Most things you need are in walking distance, grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. As some have noted it faces S Kihei road so there can be some traffic noise outside. It rarely pervaded inside except on one Friday night and if you have the AC on you cannot hear any traffic. The bedroom has a king which is great and we never heard any noise in the back where the bedroom is. We never really have to contact the owner other than for the security code because everything was great We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit! It was clean and easy to access! we were golfing so we had clubs to carry in and out so it helped being on the ground floor.
The unit was clean and well kept. Lots of beach supplies and the kitchen was very clean with all the dishes and cooking utensils that we needed. The room was air conditioned and during the month of July on Maui sooo helpful.
The location was perfect for us, close to Wailea and just 10-15 minutes away from the golf courses, yet close enough to Azeka’s and other eateries and grocery stores. It was also walking distance to the beach. We had a great time!

My wife and I stayed at this property right as the wildfires started. We were out of harms way, but Allyse was very attentive and gave us the addresses for the emergency evacuation centers if we needed it. The iron was broken and she sent a new one over right away. I couldn’t ask for more. The location was great and right in the middle of Kihei. Beach is a quick 2 min walk. And it was very well kept.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the two AC units in the living room and bedroom. The Wifi is very weak, so if you are planning on working online for the condo, I would not recommend. Kihei is a great location to stay in when exploring the island of Maui!

What a fantastic experience! We stayed in this same complex but in a different unit last year. Since it was just the two of us on this trip, a one bedroom was the perfect size for us.
The condo was even nicer than what we expected from the pictures. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for an amazing trip. Everything ran so smoothly from the time we booked to the time we left so we didn't have much need to contact Allyse, but when we did reach out, she responded immediately.
I noticed that some of the other reviews mentioned street noise. This unit is in the building that is closest to the street and we could hear traffic from the living room, but it wasn't bothersome. We could not hear any traffic from the bedroom.
We liked being in this building because it was a very short walk to the beach. It was convenient to walk over early in morning to snorkel then go back to the condo to clean up, get lunch then head back to the beach in the afternoon.
We're looking forward to staying in this same unit again someday. Thank you Allyse for sharing your beautiful space!

This Maui condo absolutely rocks! Perfectly situated in the middle of everything - top-notch restaurants, cool local shops, and the beach just a brisk walk away. Talk about location!
The interior design is straight out of a magazine, modern yet cozy, exactly as the listing pictures showed. It has everything you need for a perfect stay.
This isn’t just a condo, it’s a total Maui experience, wrapped up in one cool, comfy package. Would recommend to anyone!

The unit is exactly as is shown in the pictures. The cleaners do amazing job! The place was absolutely spotless, even in places most guests never would check (but I do). Great location, steps to the beach. I saw a previous review about the street noise, yes, there is noise, but common sense would dictate that when the unit faces one of the main roads, there will be noise. It wasn’t an issue for us at all. I would highly recommend this unit and the host was excellent to communicate with.

This is a well maintained and beautifully updated condo. Proximity to the beach and local amenities is great. Owners were great. Very responsive in replacing a broken beach chair. However, the street noise makes sitting on the lanai unbearable. It’s so loud it even disturbs you inside the condo with the AC running.

We loved this condo,it was in the perfect area for us .We liked the close access to parking and floor level was so convenient to go out to the beach .The condo lanai is very private as it is at the end of building where people don’t walk by.No complaints from us:)

It was clean and very close to the beach, which was the main reason for going. Check in was a breeze with great communication with property manager. We even got to check in a little early. Wonderful, nice people! Would stay again.
Only suggestion would be to get a pull out mattress for a living room couch in the near future! Haha

We enjoyed our stay at this property. For 2 people, it's perfect. All new appliances and countertops. Very clean. Location is great - less than a mile north or south and you are at all the best beaches and bars in south Kihei. Easy to walk to calm Charley Young beach across the street. The lanai is nice and big. This was our first stay in a ground floor unit and, even though this is probably the best building of the complex, there is no view of the sunset or ocean. We never used the pool or tennis courts but they are very close and easily accessible. Full size toiletries available but not enough TP or paper towels for a full week so pick some up at the store. Overall, it was perfect.

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Less than 5 min walk to a beautiful beach, the condo was very clean, updated and great appliances. Bed was very comfortable. Condo is on main floor, easy to walk out slider and go to the near by pool. AC in living room and bedroom was very helpful.

Excellent condo for our week-long stay in Maui. Great location with walking access to great food trucks and pretty central to a lot of the things we were doing on the island. Condo was also clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, really nice beach across the street. Short (~10 minutes) walk to restaurants/bars/markets. Beach gear in the condo was great (2 beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, pool noodles, beach towels). The place was very clean and had all kitchen stuff you could need. Great property, owner and location. All aspects exceeded our expectations. We loved our 10 night stay in this modern, clean, updated condo with so many nice extras. We used the tennis courts, beach gear & BBQ's almost every day. The outdoor patio was perfect when we had friends over for cards and games. We appreciated the included parking and extremely professional security staff. Building 1 is a must for me. A+ experience

Unit was filthy on check in and owner was impossible to contact for several hours but after a quick change to cleaning crew and some negotiating with the owner our unit was ready to go. Super cute, updated, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, noodles for the pool all supplied. Washer an dryer in unit was a blessing!
Located directly across the street from Charley Young beach and a quick walk to many restaurants and shops.
Lanai is located on the street side of the property. And is closest to the road so you get lots of street noise, but otherwise we couldn’t have picked a better condo.
