First of all, Kihei is delightful--easy, not crowded, funky and relaxing community and the unit is one very short block (if that much) from a beautiful beach! I checked in and made it downstairs for the sunset almost seamlessly! The condo is great--just enough space, clean, stylish and comfortable...had everything we needed--and the table on the lanai was perfect, as well...and no steps anywhere, it's very easy for all ages and mobility levels too! Easy check-in and all that, and great communication all the way around. And Kihei is only about 20-25 minutes from the airport and the central part of Maui, and easy to get to either the east side (Hana) or the west side (Lahaina) and anywhere in between. Tons of restaurants and quick bite places nearby too (coffee, shave ice, more shave ice...) and all in all, a great find!

Was a perfect condo for a small girls weekend get away. Really well stocked kitchen with pantry staples and cookware.
Ideal location for access to all of Kihei and Wailea as well as the main highways for the rest of the island.

The mattress had a hot mattress pad on top of an overly worn out mattress. One side had a dip in it while the other side wasn't nearly as bad. Both, my husband and I were so tired the entire time due to not sleeping well. This was the worst experience I have ever had because of a horrible bed. It makes me sad to write this due to the rest of the condo being great.

It felt claustrophobic. These could be easily minimized and leave more room for guests to store belongings. Master bedroom needs an AC unit. The AC unit in the living room is super loud. Fold out couch needs a new thicker foam topper. Rental needs a deep clean/ dusting. Vacuum needs replacing/ cleaning With a few improvements to the rental as mentioned above- we’d stay there again.

A decent size place with everything that you need. It was really clean upon arrival . It would be nice having an a/c in the bedroom thought. And I would say time for new linens and pillows.

This condo in Kihei was a great location for our first visit to Maui. Right across the street from Charley Young Beach and a beautiful sunset, this condo provided us beach equipment so we could maximize our fun without maximizing our luggage. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The overall stay was fine; however, the washer/dryer was out of order which was a major inconvenience for us. Although the shower looks renovated, its floor clearly needs to be leveled because no one should have to help the water drain out. Newer sheets would be nice as well. It’s great that beach chairs, coolers and accessories were available to borrow.

This condo was perfect for a relaxing beach town vacation. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen and plenty of beach accessories for guest use. The location was perfect, walkable to many parks and beaches and in very short driving distance from some beautiful beaches on the island. The local town hosts many cafes and delicious restaurants as well as grocery stores and shops. I most definitely plan on coming back and renting this unit again!

Maui Vista grounds are immaculate. Location is great. Short walk to the beach. Pool was wonderful and well maintained. The bbq's are like new and the cleanest we have ever seen.
Condo was quiet and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and appliances are good. AC or a decent fan is required for the bedroom. Could use a new mattress. We really enjoyed our stay. Mahalo!

The complex is a short distance to Cove Park and Charlie Young Beach. It is very well maintained with lovely plants and good tennis courts. The unit itself is well stocked with beach and pool equipment, even floating noodles! We would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Maui Vista! The unit is well appointed with beach chairs, swim toys, the kitchen has everything you need and a comfortable couch and recliner in the living room. Unfortunately the bed in the bedroom is very uncomfortable and you fall into the middle as it needs to be replaced. Adding a foam topper did not help it was very gushy & only made us sweat all night. Please consider getting a new bed for the bedroom and a room darkening curtain for the window. Thank-you!

Maui Vista is the perfect location with Charley Young beach across the street, and many delicious restaurants within 15 minutes walking distance! Condo itself was clean and provided us with beach necessities so we didn’t have to purchase chairs. Parking was always easy and the pool is nice to have if you don’t want to get sandy some days. We would recommend this location for a vacation in Maui to our friends and we will be back!

In such a convenient location in the middle of the island, theres an ABC right down the street and a gas station. We got breakfast there every morning + there are little food trucks around the block too! Parking was easy in the complex and check in was convenient and fast. Overall, great stay! Plus the beach is right across the street as well and loved that there was an in unit washer/dryer.

I rented the condo in April of 2022 for a stay in November, our flights changed MULTIPLE times between then, we needed to add an extra day because our arrival changed to a day earlier, they were very accommodating, we moved up to a 2 bedroom the day before thanksgiving because our kids were arriving, they let us do a late checkout so our food and belongings would stay cold and safe. The one issue we had (light in kitchen was broke) they came and fixed it RIGHT AWAY. My ONLY complaint is no air conditioner in the bedroom, we had fans trying to blow the air back to the bedroom at night but it still didn't work. Otherwise it was PERFECT (Especially compared to our upstairs 2 bedroom location that was severely falling apart, warped pots and pans that were almost unusable, and just dirty- side note it was a completely different rental management company).

Great location, right across from Charley Young Beach which connects to Camaole 2 and 3 . Walking distance to beach 5 minutes. Lots of dining and shopping options around, 15-30 min walking. Condo was clean and comfortable with exception of the noisy bedroom as the window is facing the building outdoor hallway and people walk by all the time. Owner was very responsive id something was needed.

Condo was just as described in write-up. Felt like a great value in comparison to other properties I looked at. Place was in nice condition and very comfortable. Beach just across the street from the condo complex. Management was very responsive to a call I made when bathroom sink was stopped up - they came and fixed it within a couple of hours. The only gripe I have is that the place was not ready at check-in time - we had to wait another hour to get in.

This was my first time to Maui so I did some research on where to stay. Regardless, I feel like I really lucked out with my pick. It is not on the beach, but just across the street from the Charley Young Beach and within a short walk to the Kamaole I and II beaches. It also was in walking distance of many restaurants, including "The Triangle," several grocery stores, and an outdoor tourist market. The unit itself was affordable and had most things you'd need. If you can't live without A/C, this unit is light on the A/C, which seems to be the norm for this complex. For our April visit, we did not use the A/C at all since the balcony door let in a nice breeze and there were fans in all of the rooms.

The time of pineapples and seashells died about four decades ago. Dirty. Small TV. Poor maintenance. Owners take the money and run. No respect for guest experience.

Condo had all the necessities that you would need to enjoy your vacation (beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, cooler, beach cups, etc). Air conditioning worked great, lots of fans throughout. Kitchen is fully stocked. Right across the street from Charley Young Beach and a few blocks down from Kamaole Beach. About 1/2 mile from many eateries and shops. Bedroom is close to walkway so you can hear people if they are loud walking by. Clear check-in and departure instructions.

Unit as described, mattress topper on Queen bed an added plus. Sofa pull-out was comfortable. The dinning table had only 2 chairs, and countertop had 2 bar stools so couldn't sit together at meals.
Also, having blackout curtain in bedroom would have made sleeping easier, the light from lanai is bright. No light in ceiling fan, just lamps.
Note: This unit requires "wiping down the shower walls, glass door & tile floor using the squeegee" after each use.

We were impressed how quickly management responded on a Sunday morning when we need a small plumbing issue fixed. It was great to have different styles of beach chairs to pick from and the umbrella kept us safe from sunburn. Have a blast with the boogie boards, snorkeling gear and fins provided. You don't want to miss Shawna's band perform at Ohana. We are already looking forward to our next vacation at Maui Vista.

We stayed here for our first trip to Maui and it was amazing! Our host was very kind and welcoming and check in was an easy process. Our favorite part of the trip is that the beach is literally, quite literally, a 3 minute walk from the space. The space itself is very nice and has a beautiful view off the balcony. I will be recommending this unit to any friends and family who are planning to visit Maui! (:

We had very nice stay at this condo. It is simple, spacious and comfortable, literally across the street from nice beach, pool is not big but warm and nice, tennis courts are free. We liked the location, easy walk to grocery and cafes. Nice sunset views from the balcony.
