Enjoyed this condo and it is super close to beaches etc. food can get a little pricey so having a small kitchen to heat up leftovers and even have a quick breakfast was super nice. We will most definitely be back!
We traveled all over the entire island and found the location to be super convenient.

This place has everything you need to feel right at home. A/Cs worked great, beach gear was super convenient, the surroundings were so tropical and beautiful. We had so much fun watching the many different types of birds right from the lanai. Almost every evening we did the 4 minute walk (yes, I timed it) to get to Charley Young beach for sunset. Feels surprisingly private for being in a condo building. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for what we wanted to do, the complex was nice, however we were unable to use the BBQs because the proper utensils were not provided. Otherwise we enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it

We saw lots of ants in the kitchen which wasn't exactly the best to deal with, it was pretty hot there was no A/C in the living room and the a/c in the room barely did anything so sleeping wasn't the best experience. Also I've never been to an Airbnb where I had to wash the towels and clean up, in that case what's the point of the clean up fee.

The apartment was, as can be seen in the pictures, very nicely furnished and made us feel very comfortable from the beginning to the end. Communication was excellent, as all necessary information was made available with plenty of time in advance and reaction to questions was fast and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here.

What a score! We booked this whole trip on a whim, and we couldn't have done better. I looked at exactly two units and choose this one. This unit is across the street from Charlie Young beach (one guidebook called it the “best swimming beach on Maui” and we agree!!) and central to all the Kihei action. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Unit is very sound-proof as well - we never heard our neighbors next door or above. Management was very helpful and responsive.

This place is awesome! Love love love the location. So close to great food trucks, groceries and beaches. It's great to walk right across the street and be right at the beach. So easy. Even easier, there is a key code to enter which means you don't have to carry around a key (or potentially lose it in the sand). The bed was just the right amount of firmness for us. The accommodations are fantastic. Everything you need. We loved just sitting on the porch and watching the sunset while sipping on drinks. 12/10. Grateful for such an easy joyful stay. Pro tip: Costco is a great place to stock up for a long trip and Foodland is great for affordable poke.

Location of the property is great and within walking distance for food and activities. Unit is quite and not too close to the elevator. The cleaning and personal hygiene supplies were plentiful. The master bedroom air conditioner is functional but it could use an update since it doesn’t cool the room very well. The only major complaint was the pillows as they have lots of yellow stains on them.

The location of this property was perfect. Fairly central to a lot of activities we did on Maui. It was within walking distance to two amazing beaches and excellent dining. The many different sets of tennis courts and pools were great. The pools were small but my teens managed to find times that they could have it to themselves so then it was okay. My only complaint about this property is it wasn’t clean. In fact, I’m unsure if the cleaning was missed before we checked in. I ended up washing all of our bedding and would have washed the bathroom and floors myself if the proper supplies had been available. The washer and dryer was great to have to stay on top of washing towels and clothes before we moved onto our next stop. The air conditioning was a huge relief after a full day outside in the heat.

Our stay was absolutely amazing and we would definitely book again! We appreciated the cleanliness, organization, and how well the condo was stocked! It have everything we could have needed, it really felt like a home away from home. The location is so convenient, close to many restaurants and charley young beach! Including our favorite restaurants PAIA Fish Market and Kihei Cafe! We did make a fun memory one night with me and my fiancé getting locked out on the lanai because the door automatically locked on us while we were both out there and shut the door. Also the bed truly is SOOO SO COMFY!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great location and condo. Walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants/cafes, grocery stores and light shopping. Keep in mind that if you're a light sleeper the birds are loud in the morning (sounds as if they are in the bedroom with you). The window is right at the head of the bed and everyday at 5:30 am the birds will wake you up.

A great condominium that is walking distance from a perfect beach (Charley Young Beach). The bed, sheets, and pillows were so comfortable! The kitchen was outfitted perfectly for breakfast and coffee. There are some good food options just around half a mile away. Some of the best food in the area are from food trucks!

We had a great time. There were a few problems with screens and the refrigerator door handle, but we called and people literally showed up the same day. The area is very walkable to restaurants, grocery store, parks and beaches. Enjoyed our stay.

maui vista condo is ideally located close to family friendly beaches. The kitchen is really fully equipped with toaster, coffe machine etc Beds are confortable and recent. All surface were sparkling clean. We had a few desagrements but they have been addressed professionally addressed. The property would benefit from being disemcumbered from some unnecessary deco ( plastic flowers and empty boxes ...) and of more than necessary blankets.

This condo is exactly what is represented in the photos and was exactly what we were looking for - clean, great location, quiet, comfortable king bed, no carpet, laundry in unit, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, and so much more! Added bonus were all of the extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towel, water filter, great wifi, etc. The management was attentive and quick to respond to any questions. We would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!
