Our unit- 3310 - was in excellent condition - updated, very clean, all necessary cutlery, dishes, cookware and appliances. Air conditioner, although we didn't really need it at night. Building and grounds well maintained. short 10 minute walk to nearest beach, food tucks, etc. Restaurants were a short drive away. Enjoyed the stay.

Condo was very clean, updated, WiFi excellent. All appliances worked just fine, although we mainly ate out All owel and linens very nice. Plenty of space for the two of us. Nice small balcony. Entire complex very clean and well maintained. Lots of parking. 10 minute walk to mile ln stretch of beaches, restaurants, food truck, shops etc.

It was a great location to walk down to the beach. All the items you need for the beach were there which was nice. The view was good until the crane went up which ruined it.

This was the perfect condo for my husband and I on our trip. It was very clean, well maintained, and it could not have been in a better location. The beach is across the street from the complex and it nestled between a ton of wonderful restaurants (Three’s and Ohana Seafood were some of our favorites). The condo had great amenities and even provided beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, etc which made our trip more enjoyable. Maui Condo was wonderful to communicate and respond to us quickly the one time we needed to reach out on our trip. We would highly recommend this place to our friends and family and we will stay here the next time we come to Maui.

Another great stay at the Maui Vista. A short walk to some of the best beaches (Charlie Young and the Kam’s) on the leeward side of the island. The condo was tidy and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. My third time there and will keep going back.

Good location, partial ocean view, old but doable kitchen, the mattress in the master killed our backs, wife slept on the sofa.........guess it is the trade off for being in the heart of Kihei.

I stayed for 4 weeks here and 1 week in bldg 1. This was by far the superior unit! beach stuff furnished, great bathroom & kitchen remodel and a view of the ocean! I will be back to this unit again

Great location, close to coffee, shops, restaurant/bars, the beach. The pool was right out the back door and also used the grill. We had the use of beach chairs, noodles for the pool, coolers. The kitchen was supplied with all the necessities for our stay. We could see the sunset from our lanai. Will definitely return.

Maui Condo is the most attentive rental company I have ever worked with. They checked in via text or messaging several times during our 10 day stay just to be sure that we were satisfied and had everything we needed. The only hiccup was a little confusion regarding obtaining the condo door combination, but that was quickly resolved. The unit we rented was exactly as described. The view was beautiful and access to pools and ocean were simple and quick. We had a great stay. Thank you Maui Condo!
