It was my families first time visiting Maui and we picked this condo due to the proximity to the water, the space for our family of 4, and for the affordability. The condo is in a great location, easy to find and close to shops and restaurants. Our kids enjoyed having their own loft area, and the bedroom for us parents was perfect. We walked down to the beach multiple times during our stay, loved having laundry handy and sat on the lanai every evening. During the Lahaina fire, both our property manager and the owner made sure we were okay and safe, it meant a lot! We would definitely book this place again! Thank you so much!

The location of this top floor unit is across the street from Charley Young beach and close to amenities such as Foodland, shopping and restaurants. Our kids loved the loft area with the twin beds because they had their own space as well as their own bathroom. It was really warm during our stay so having 2 a/c units was great. Kathy was always quick and helpful with any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful day.

First of all, I want to Thank whoever left the aloe Vera gel! We had sunscreen but still got burnt in so many places! The condo was great! It was everything they said it was. Our view was the best in the place. We had other family members staying in other condos, not the view we had. The king size bed was awesome for us. We bought pillows, but they had plenty. Now they have more. The AC in the bedroom was Amazing and much needed. There are ceiling fans in all the areas which was great. Having 2 full bathrooms, was wonderful too. The laundry really helped out with going to the beach often and using lots of towels. We also used the chairs and umbrella everyday. Tha location was perfect. Walking distance to beach, food, shops, park. We still rented a car to travel throughput the island. The TV Spectrum would not work at first, but we figured it out, so dont give up. You can also stream your favorite apps. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Fully stocked kitchen and appliances. Had everything we needed. While the welcome sheet reads the host doesn’t provide beach gear, prior guests left chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and water toys. The bathroom downstairs has a tub. The master had space for our travel crib. The stairs led to a loft, which we thought was a second bedroom, so instead the kids took the master and we the parents took the twin beds. The extra bathroom was great. We did have to bring in our own toilet paper and laundry detergent, but otherwise everything else was provided. Pool was great. Bbq was great. Charlie young beach was great. Highly recommend.

We love staying at the Maui Vista condos. Here we are close to everything. Beach is a close 5 minute walk from door to sand. Many amenities at this condo. I highly recommend this place.

The view and distance to the beach were amazing - down the street from a cute little market as well as a great breakfast spot. The evening you can walk to a local pub or take a stroll by the water. And you can see the small but well kept pool from the balcony - great if you have kids. The apartment could you a few updates as it’s showing it’s age but other than that it was the perfect place to stay for our 10 days in Maui.

Our first time in Hawaii, Maui was amazing with our stay at this property. Conveniently located and close to a lot of different restaurants, bars and beaches. The condo had everything we needed when it came to essentials and beach items. The AC was great. We didn’t use the kitchen too much but it was fully stocked with supplies. Walking distance to beaches and convenience stores. We loved our stay here and we will never forget our trip!

My family had a wonderful time during our stay at this lovely condo. The location was convenient to get to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The coolers, beach chairs and umbrella were so nice to be able to use while we were there. The bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a home base during our vacation.

My family loved it here. It was the perfect location- close to beach rental place, Food Land and ABC store for groceries or yummy food to go. AND across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches not a lot of people know about, Charley Young Beach. We rented a car to explore island but don’t need it otherwise. The place was clean enough and comfortable. Loved having two bathrooms. Teens loved privacy upstairs. Preteen was comfortable on couch. I would totally book again and am recommending to friends.

We had a great time staying here for a few days. It was right across the street from the beach so we enjoyed heading their easily for some sun. Also recommend Kihei Cafe for breakfasts. We walked there every day. One thing to note. This property is right above a heavily trafficked road. So you will get a lot of road noise in the living room and upper loft bedroom. Additionally the master bedroom is located right against the main guest corridor / elevator. So we got a lot of noise from other guests while trying to sleep.

We loved the condo but there are a few issues that could have made this a better stay. The check-in with a key code was great, but once inside we didn’t have an instructions booklet or welcome package. We did call the property management company “AA Oceanfront” next morning to ask about a welcome package but they said it’s just a brochure. We asked them to come see our lighting in master bedroom as no lights came on. They did come and fixed the fan light overhead but said they couldn’t get bedside light to work and how important was that to us as they could try and replace it. We let that go. Then we couldn’t get TV to work and there were no instructions to help us with that so we didn’t have a TV for the 9 days we rented. Lastly we used the oven one night but it would turn off after 5 minutes with a F2 warning code, so we stopped using the oven. We decided we didn’t want to waste our vacation on calling the property manager each time but our family rented in another unit in Maui Vista and had a personalized welcome package, full instructions binder on all equipment and personal recommendations for eating and entertainment. These were sorely missed in our unit.

I can’t overstate how fantastic this condo is. It was ideal for our family of 3. It was clean and welcoming with a well-stocked beautifully renovated kitchen, comfortable furniture and all the beach gear we needed. What makes it so incredible is the location - so close to shops and restaurants, minutes away from the beautiful Charley Young beach and the view from the patio is breathtaking - no picture can do it justice. We could watch whales breaching while enjoying a glass of wine on the lanai.
The property owners were extremely communicative and accommodating. Had a small hiccup on check-in with the door code but it was quickly resolved. The grounds are lovely, the pool was small but my daughter loved it - overall a perfect place to stay. We will be back.

The location is excellent. We opted not to rent a car & found restaurants, shops & grocery store within 10-15 mins walking. There was also a local bus that we used to check out other beaches but ended up liking Charley Young Beach the best. We also watched the New year fireworks from our patio which were spectacular. The unit is well equipped if you want to do your own cooking & has beach chairs, umbrella & cooler to spend the day at the beach.

Our Christmas stay was wonderful. Walking distance to beach, stores, restaurants. Plenty of parking. Nice deck to watch sunset, and morning coffee with Ocean views. Would recommend for friends or family trips. Downstairs has 1 bedroom with big bed, and upstairs loft has twin beds. There was also a hideabed, which we didn't use.

We just returned from our stay at this property. It is close to everything we wanted to do. We were able to watch the sunset from the lanai when we didn't want to sit at the beach. The property manager came within 24 hours to fix the patio doors. It was very clean and that is important to us. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful clean comfortable condo. Easy walk to shops restaurants and gear rental. Easy 5 minute walk from condo building to Charlie Young beach for swimming and snorkeling and easy 5 minute walk to The Cove for surfing. Sparkling clean and quiet pool on grounds. Beach bag, towels and chairs came in real handy along with a set of snorkel gear. Remember to check your VRBO messages for all the rental details.

Cute little condo across from the beach and walking distance to the supermarket, restaurants and tourist shops. The owner answered all my questions before arrival, but frequently referred me to AA Oceanfront - the management company in Maui whom l was told would provide is with an information packet when we arrived - which we were never given. There was a sign on the dryer which instructed that the AC be turned off while drying clothes- very frustrating because since AC must be turned off while out of the condo, it was always hot when returning, and we needed to try to cool the condo, then switch it off to dry clothes. The oven automatically turns itself off every 10-15 minutes- l avoided using it. The view is very pretty, the towels and linens were newer and beds were comfortable. I would love to come back here someday, it is paradise!

Super convenient, easy 5-minute walk to soft sand beach (Charley Young), with swimming and snorkeling. Several shops and restaurants within walking distance. Excellent supply of beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, 2 sets of fins, no masks/snorkels - we had our own). Appreciated the air condition units, which we used most nights when sleeping, but otherwise took advantage of the nice breezes from the open glass sliding door at the balcony with the ocean view. Great communications/quick responses with host and property management company. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!
