The availability of food service, pools, fitness center, bell valet, BBQ grills and other amenities may be limited or closed. By reserving this condo, guest understands that all amenities may not be available during their stay and agree to abide by any and all regulations and restrictions in accordance to government and health guidelines. PROPERTY DETAILS Watch sunrises over the West Maui mountains and enjoy ocean views from our 2-bed 2-bath condo located at the luxurious Honua Kai Resort. Our condo resides on the 4th floor in the quieter Konea tower where the fitness center, Ho’ola Spa and Whalers General Store is also located. At 1250 sq ft plus a 230 sq ft lanai, our condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. King sized beds in each bedroom (one king can be converted into 2 twins upon request), queen sleeper sofa and a pack n play allows for flexible sleeping arrangements. Both bathrooms have double sinks, tub and a separate glass shower. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler are also provided. Please note there is no telephone in condo. Our lanai also has more privacy with the neighboring lanai only on the left side and an expansive green lawn separating us from the other tower. So open up the fully retractable lanai doors and enjoy the sweeping mountain views and island breezes. Honua Kai is 38-acres of beautifully landscaped beach front property located on the world famous Kaanapali beach. Amenities include 3 pools (infinity lap pool, family pool with slide, and lazy river), 5 hot tubs, Viking BBQ grills, fitness center, Ho’ola Spa, Whaler’s General Store and Dukes Restaurant. Honua Kai is the perfect base for your island adventures and only minutes to Lahaina, Whalers Village and Kapalua. PROPERTY FEES A resort fee of $20 per night is added to your quote and provides the following amenities: underground self-parking for ONE vehicle, WiFi, kiosk pool towels, and use of the fitness center. A $49 non-refundable fee is required for all reservations and provides coverage for accidental damage of Owner property during Guest’s stay, up to $1000. Guest will be responsible for damages that exceed $1000. Any damage must be reported to the property manager in writing before check-out. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations more than 60-days prior to arrival date are 100% refundable. For cancellations made within 60-days of arrival date, every attempt will be made to rebook the property, and if we do, you will receive a prorated refund based on the re-rented dates and amount less a $150 cancellation fee.
