This fully upgraded 1 bedroom plus den condo at the Honua Kai Resort boasts breathtaking views of the West Maui Mountains. With 915 sq. ft. of living space that has been renovated with designer furnishings, this condo offers two private sleeping areas, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a full-size tub.
Located on the peaceful south side of Konea Tower and just a few steps away from the elevator, you'll have easy access to the resort's pools, beach, Duke's restaurant, fitness center, spa, and underground parking. The main bedroom has a King size bed, access to the lanai, and a smart TV. The den has double doors that can be closed for privacy, its own closet, a queen bed, and smart TV.
The living room features upgraded furniture, a new flat-screen smart TV, a queen-size sofa bed, and bi-folding glass walls that open up to the outside lanai, allowing you to experience Maui's indoor/outdoor living. You can relax and unwind on the covered lanai with glass railings and incredible mountain and resort views.
Konea 312 also boasts a glass-walled walk-in shower, with a relaxing massage shower head, a separate oversized soaking tub, and two bathroom sinks with granite countertops for added convenience.

🌺Dukes Beach House: Located right on Kaanapali's North Beach, Duke's Beach House offers an authentic Hawaiian dining experience while paying homage to the restaurant's namesake, legendary Hawaiian surfer Duke Kahanamoku. The restaurant serves a variety of fresh, locally sourced foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, & offers live music on a regular basis in its bar area. It is highly recommended that you make a reservation in advance as this is a popular dining option at the Honua Kai Resort. They also offer poolside food service to the 3 main pool areas.
🌺 Aina Gourmet Market: 'Aina Gourmet Market offers a wide selection of groceries and sundries, as well as a charming, rustic cafe that features a full coffee bar, deli case of pastries, salads, and snacks. They serve 100% Maui Coffee along with fresh acai bowls & freshly squeezed juices. They have lots of unique Made in Maui food & gifts, with a focus on small businesses & farms. The 'Aina Gourmet Market is located in the Hokulani lobby.
🌺 Whaler's General Store: Conveniently located in the Konea lobby, Whaler's General Store conveys the essence of old Hawaii with a modern twist. Here you will find not only great Hawaii gifts and souvenirs, but also snacks, toiletries, and everything else that will make your stay in Hawaii enjoyable and memorable. The selection of gifts, toys, food, and drinks will make sure you don't miss anything - or anyone - on your list! Start your morning off right by grabbing a fresh cup of coffee or muffin. As well as iced & hot drinks, there is also a variety of options on offer such as bubble tea, tropical juices, frappes and lattes, and smoothies, to name a few.
🌺 Fitness Center: Located in the Konea Tower, the Honua Kai Fitness Center is available only to Honua Kai guests. Fitness Center machines include stationary bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, strength training machines, and free weights.

Such a beautiful condo and resort! Our lanai was my favorite as it is right over the waterfall and little stream on the property. Very clean, spacious, updated and great location! Beautiful Condo - Perfect for our Trip with our 7 month old daughter. The resort was excellent, our daughter loved the pool and the restaurant and convenience store were great. The condo was perfect, great views of the mountains, perfectly clean and spacious.

Lovely view of the mountain/green space. Well maintained with all the amenities you need. Beach chairs and boogie boards a nice bonus.
Nice big balcony for eating outside.
Grocery store and food trucks 2 min walk from complex.
Resort itself is well maintained - only downside is villas and 2 huge condo units have access to 3 pools. Very limited access to lounge chairs - the resort has lots of signs that say "not to reserve chairs" but towels on every chair with no one on it.
Close drive to whaler's village and hotels/restaurants along the strip.

Five star place. If we ever return to Maui, this is the place we will choose again for our stay. We spent 10 in Maui of which 5 days at Kaanapali and although it was great to explore and stay at different parts of the island, this place was absolute our favourite and we could easily just stay here for the entire time, which we will next time :)

The place was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Morning coffee and ending the day on the lanai with a nice warm breeze. Beautiful view on the quieter side of the resort. The place was spacious with everything ready to go for our family. The pools are well spread out with a nice common grill area next to Duke’s. Short walk to the beach and the kids used the boogie boards that were provided. We will be back!
