Property and unit were beautiful. Pictures accurately described the unit. Unit had everything you need for a great week. Beach chairs, towels and cooler were supplied. Spectacular lanai. Quiet building. Duke’s is a great, on-property restaurant. Make reservations in advance. Stefanie was great to work with. Extremely responsive and helpful. I would rate this property and experience a 10 out of 10.

An absolutely perfect vacation rental experience. Incredible views of Mountains and Ocean from our lanai. Very spacious, very bright 2 BR/2 Bath unit. Would very comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Beautiful resort, great location, wonderful restaurant, good onsite stores. Easy walk to great shopping, fun bars, and wonderful restaurants. Great space to relax on the balcony as well as watching a movie at night. Nice size refrigerator and kitchen for having easy access to snacks and having whatever else you need. Costco was so handy right from the airport before heading to the property.

This condo was absolutely perfect! Plenty of space for our family of 4. The ocean views from the patio are just beautiful and made for some spectacular sunsets. With a fully stocked kitchen we were able to eat in for some meals, which was nice. Everything about the condo feels high end and added to our experience on the island.
Resort property is really nice, with multiple pools and direct access to the beach. The location of the resort was also ideal for us, as it felt centrally located to all activities, being a quick drive (or walk) to whalers village area.
We will miss waking up to the sound of the ocean and can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as pictured and more! Spent every morning on the lanai, sipping my coffee and watching the sun as it hit the island of Lanai. Well equipped kitchen, new appliances, plenty of bath towels as well as beach towels, beach chairs and more. Location of this unit was great- top floor so it was quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was just wonderful! Definitely a home in paradise!!! The unit was well equipped and had everything we could have ever dreamed of needing! The entire facility was well maintained, extremely clean and the staff were courteous. The property manager was so easy to work with and was very responsive. We definitely want to come back and when we do, we will be looking to rent this same property. It was a memorable vacation! And a big part of that is due to the comforts of the unit and property! Stefanie’s condo is excellent, well equipped for activities, comfortable and spacious, and super clean upon arrival. Beds are fantastic and we were well rested nightly after long days of activities. The location here is fantastic- beautiful, peaceful, and far less busy than the main Kaanapali hotel areas. Looking forward to staying here again!
The restaurant Duke’s get busy here at night so be sure to make a reservation or go early. There are also a lot of other restaurants at the neighboring resorts nearby, and the walk is short and very pleasant!

Everything the listing said it was and more! The views, the amenities, the balcony, the BEDS 😍…all amazing. Prompt communication with the Host, convenient parking, beautiful location (rainbow mountains on one side, ocean waves on the other!), and so many helpful details: luggage holders, hair dryer, beach towels, chairs, cooler. Our favorite was the fully opening sliding doors. Only thing we wished it had was a full length mirror. 😉 Would absolutely stay in this beautiful condo again!

Stayed 3 days with my 3 adult daughters for our annual getaway. The condo and the location were excellent. Loved the food truck lot, Slappy Cakes and the beach for snorkeling and boogie boarding. No books on places to go in Maui and only 3 sets of fins were the only disappointments. I would highly recommend this condo!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay in Hokulani 710. Being on the top floor was very quiet. The master suites provided nice separation for the two couples. Stefanie was very prompt in answering our questions and sending out timely reminders about the unit and check-in/out procedures.
There was easy access to the pools and beach; the unit provided beach chairs and other equipment. The kitchen had complete sets of pots/pans, dishes, and cutlery. One small improvement would be to have brighter lighting for the kitchen and dining table area. The unit was very clean and spacious. From the lanai we had great views of the mountains and the ocean.

We loved our condo! The beds are super comfy! Its very spacious and the lanai is bigger than pictured....great ocean views. Kitchen is well stocked, great ice maker. TV is great and lots of options for watching movies! Condo is stocked with beach chairs and boogie boards, snorkel gear and a cooler! Super impressed with the organization and storage of everything too. Loved the decor....lots of hawaiian items!

This is our second time staying in this unit and our third time at Honua Kai. The view from the lanai is great (when we were there in February we could see whales breaching right from the lanai!) and it's shaded most of the day, which we liked as it made it more pleasant to sit outside during the day (we typically come back mid-day to take a break from the sun and I enjoyed reading out there). The unit is nicely decorated and well maintained and we really appreciated the boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear left for guest use (decent snorkeling from the beach right in front, there is a turtle that hangs out there too :). We like the balance the Honua Kai provides between a resort feel and the space of a condo. Things definitely felt a little different during COVID - less pool chairs so harder to find a seat. We found seats hardest to come by in the morning - and not much enforcement of the "no saving seats" rule, as we saw lots of chairs saved with stuff and no people for hours, but usually were able to find chairs in the afternoon (so beach in the morning, pool in the afternoon). We couldn't get into Duke's for dinner, but did takeout twice (food was ready in about 30 minutes and was delicious). Stefanie was very responsive and great to deal with.

We stayed at the Honua Kai resort on our first trip to Maui and the accommodations did not disappoint! The condo was very comfortable and spotless. It was nice to have such a nice, big lanai with a beautiful view each morning as we sat down for breakfast. We enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen to cook meals as well as a washer/dryer to wash a few things prior to our departure. The check in/check out process was easy peasy! We will definitely be looking to rent this unit again in the future.
One word of caution, even though the resort property was booked at 100% capacity, the poolside & restaurant seating limitations created some challenges & frustrations...hardly the property owner's fault...just be prepared for what restrictions the State of Hawaii/Maui County might have in place.

My family and I had a great stay in HK710. The location was perfect with beautiful views of the ocean. The unit was very quiet, clean, and well-appointed. The multiple beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and snorkel gear were perfect for our day trips and relaxing days on the beach. The underground parking and easy access to the elevator helped us get around quickly.

Wonderful place to spend 5 day stay in Maui for a family of 4 (wife, myself and two teen daughters). Pools were very nice and snorkeling equipment was useful right off the beach or at a number of others close by. Close enough to an "out of the way" elevator that getting up or down from the parking or lobby floor was always easy. Owner was also very flexible in meeting some other requests we had. We would certainly come back.

It was a beautiful condo and our family loved our vacation in Maui. The place was very spacious and had all the comforts of home. The highlight for my son was snorkeling off the beach and hovering just a few feet above a sea turtle. We also were able to see whales in the distance as well. I would definitely recommend staying in this unit. Finally, Stefanie was very prompt in answering the couple questions we had.

This condo is perfectly situated in the Honua Kai resort just above Duke’s. The property has many ammenities including a fitness center, resort-style pool, conceirge services etc., found in a 4 or 5 star hotel. This particular unit is very comfortable with 2 master bedrooms, a lanai with an ocean view and a kitchen that is contiguous with the great room that makes for a wonderful social setting.

We had a great experience at the Honua Kai. Stephanie was very accomodating for our late arrival and is pleasant and easy to correspond with. This unit is perfect for two couples or a large family. It's very large, beautifully furnished and has easy access to getting out onto the grounds. The kitchen is furnished quite nicely and the beds.......fabulous! We absolutely love walking the beach path to the Whaler shops and other restaurants and beaches. We'll be back!
