Enhanced Cleaning Procedures: The health and safety of our guests and staff remain our top priority. Rigorous cleaning protocols as recommended by the CDC are implemented by trained house cleaners using EPA-registered products. All high-touch surfaces such as light switches, door handles, countertops, faucets and remotes are fully sanitized at each cleaning.
Honua Kai is continuously monitoring and following the changes in recommendations and guidelines of the local government and the health authorities. The availability of food service, pools, fitness center, bell valet, BBQ grills and other amenities may be limited or closed. By reserving this condo, guest understands that all amenities may not be available during their stay and agree to abide by any and all regulations and restrictions in accordance to government and health guidelines.
This amazing 1-bedroom home is located on the ground floor tucked away in a secluded area of Honua Kai Resort. It sits just behind an oceanfront 3-bedroom condo making it the closest 1-bedroom to the beach. Lush lawn and tropical landscaping border the 230 sf lanai creating a large semi-private outdoor-living space. You’ll appreciate being able to walk from your lanai to beach, pools, hot tubs and BBQ grills. A nearby stairwell will also lead you one floor down to the parking garage so you never need to wait for a slow elevator!
Our condo is one of the largest 1-bedrooms available at Honua Kai with a spacious 780 sqft floor plan and 11 ft high ceilings. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen equipped with Bosch appliances, Vitamix blender and beautiful granite counter tops; an over-sized bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanity; a King size bed and Queen sleeper sofa and HD TV’s. Please note there is no telephone in condo.
Honua Kai is 38-acres of beautifully landscaped beach front property located on the world famous Kaanapali beach. Amenities include 3 pools (infinity lap pool, family pool with slide, and lazy river), 5 hot tubs, Viking BBQ grills, fitness center, Ho’ola Spa, Whaler’s General Store and Dukes Restaurant. Honua Kai is the perfect base for your island adventures and only minutes to Lahaina, Whalers Village and Kapalua.
A resort fee of $20 plus taxes is added per night and provides the following amenities: underground self-parking for ONE vehicle, WiFi, kiosk pool towels, and use of the fitness center.
A $49 non-refundable fee is required for all reservations and provides coverage for accidental damage of Owner property during Guest’s stay, up to $1000. Guest will be responsible for damages that exceed $1000. Any damage must be reported to the property manager in writing before check-out.
Cancellations more than 60-days prior to arrival date are 100% refundable. For cancellations made within 60-days of arrival date, every attempt will be made to rebook the property, and if we do, you will receive a prorated refund based on the re-rented amount less a $150 cancellation fee. The VRBO service fee is non-refundable.
