We loved our time here! It was relaxing and carefree. Our activities were a quick trip away and we found it to be the perfect launching off point. The bakery across the street was extremely convenient and a delicious start to most of our days on the island. We also loved all of the Beach supplies like coolers, chairs, and snorkels that were provided for guest use. Thanks so much for a great week!

We had a great time in Maui! This condo was just as advertised! Great location on the beach. Right across the street from the best shave ice place. They had everything we needed, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, boogie boards! We cooked a few meals there and the kitchen was great. The place was very clean and nice decor. We enjoyed watching the canoe club every morning too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in Maui.

This condo is in a perfect location. Beautiful ocean view. Across the street is a fruit stand, ABC store, bakery, and shave ice. So convenient the condo had everything you needed from a washer dryer unit to a boogie board, lawn, chairs, umbrella, Snorkel gear and ice chest. WOW, what at GREAT Time. Let me tell you a little about where we stayed. The place was AWESOME, easy to find, RIGHT ON THE BEACH! If we were any closer, we would be WET! If you leave window open like we did you will wake up to the sond of waves rolling onto the shore and a rooster will call out to you to get up and start the day. And you want to because there is just so much to do. The place has everything you need. Kitchen has all the utensils you need stove, oven, microwave, air cooker, refrigerator. The rooms are spacious with two very nice bathrooms. You are located at a good spot on the island. Right across the street is an ABC store however, I recommend dropping off the luggage at the condo then heading back to costco which is right by the airport and a good place to refuel your rental car before leaving. Also, right next to the condo is a place to rent kayaks and stuff. If you have any boating experience, I would also recommend "Aloha Outdoors" for a boat rental. We stayed here for a week in mid June and everything was just as it said it would be. Very comfy beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The unit is right beside the Outrigger Canoe club and we absolutely loved watching the boats go in and out in the mornings and hearing their horns and Chants. There is also an amazing bakery, Hawaiian Ice Place and Farmers Market right across the road. The location is wonderful. Far enough away from town to not be crowded but close enough to be at a restaurant or grocery store in about 10 minutes. We loved how it was very central on the island as well. 15 minutes to the airport but we could be anywhere on the island relatively quickly. The host were very nice and very responsive to anything we needed. The only thing that was a very small negative but out of the host control was the water quality in front of the unit was a little murky but just swim out about 15-20 yards and the water gets clearer. It’s just the sand making it cloudy. We had a wonderful week here in paradise and if we ever come back we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Maui. This condo was exactly as listed. Very quiet area, the views from the balcony are stunning. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. The kitchen is wonderful, everything we needed was there. It was very clean when we arrived. There is no management on site after 1pm and on weekends, which makes it difficult if any questions arise. The book in the condo did not have accurate information as to the codes for the pool or the laundry but we were able to get them quickly. The laundry room is old and extremely small. It would be nice if this condo had a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again. This condo sits directly on the beach which is exactly what we wanted.

My BFF and I stayed at the Kihei Beach condos for our birthdays. The property manager met us upon our arrival and showed us around our condo. They had a box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts and a happy birthday balloon for us since we were taking a special vacation to celebrate both of our birthdays! The condo was lovely, the view was exquisite, and overall we were very impressed with the property. Would recommend to others and definitely would stay again.

Property was quiet and only steps away from beach front (no highway to cross). Condo was well equipped with most items you’d need such as coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, toys for kids, kitchen appliances, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. The on-site property manager, Luigi and staff member Danny, were friendly and helpful. Luigi helped push our rental that died to the side of the road.

This place is all about the location - on the beach, amazing view, walkable beach, away from the crowds, ABC Store across the street, as well as Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani’s Shave Ice. The condo could use some updating, but that’s what’s keeping the price down. The other units are more expensive.

Amazing trip of a lifetime with my family! Travelled with seniors and the first floor location was so convienient. The one bed was also lower to the ground so it was easy for them to get in and out of. The unit had everything you need and more and it was super clean! Coffee maker and coffee was supplied as well as all the spices you need for cooking The access to beach chairs and pool toys was perfect so you didnt have to go buy anything. If you travel with little ones it a perfect location as the pool is two steps away and fenced. Access to the beach was easy and there is an outdoor shower on the property to wash up before returning to the unit. Never had an issue with finding loungers to lay out on on the grass.
The property manager was incredible! Always responded to any questions and was so kind. I cant say enough great things about this rental. You wont be dissapointed.

We loved this condo. It was easy to get to and close to a great bakery, farmer's market and great shave ice! The condo was clean and well stocked with everything! Beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, towels, pots, pans every convenience you can think of. We loved our stay here and will consider coming back. This condo had a great view. The only thing we wish is that the pool was heated as it was a little chilly so we didn't go in. The beach was magnificent to walk and watch the sunsets on. You won't be disappointed with this condo and the owners. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a great property for a group, located on a quiet beach. The inside furniture is more comfortable than most of the other properties I’ve stayed at, and the kitchen is very well stocked. The AC did struggle to keep up, but it was worked on during our stay, so hopefully the problem is fixed.
The only issues we had were that:
1: The pool code we were given was wrong both in the app and in the notebook in the unit.
2: The lanai furniture is impractical for a unit that sleeps 6. There were only 2 chairs & 2 very uncomfortable bar stools, which made it difficult for us to enjoy spending time out there.

Great location, just outside of the typical resort area. I don't like to be in the middle of everything. Unit was clean, beds were comfy, had everything we needed, enjoyed using the beach chairs and cooler that are kept in the unit. Would have liked it better if the washer and dryer were in the unit. One of the TV remotes was missing so we couldn't log into any of our Netflix, Hulu, etc. could only watch cable. Door code I was given was incorrect but they answered when I called and sent me a new one right away. Code to the pool is also wrong but I think everyone at the resort had the same old code because everyone was just reaching over the gate to open it. Loved being steps from the beach and watching the canoers. Store and farmers market across the street were very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sensationell ,davon lebt das Appartement, die Einrichtung bis auf die Küche ist älter, z.T Badarmaturen eher grenzwertig, die Fenster und Wände dünn, man hört alle über und unter einem bei den Nachbarn, Party , Kinderlärm etc., insgesamt für 4-5 Tage o.k. guter Parkplatz, Supermarkt und Bakery gleich über die Strasse.Was wirklich eine Frechheit war ist die Waschmaschine und der Trockner: verrostet, dreckig , versifft , wahrscheinlich auch verschimmelt, gesundheitsgefährdend ! Niemand mit Verstand will hier seine Wäsche waschen oder trocknen, wir mussten mit dreckiger Wäsche nach San Fran weiterreisen.Somit Preis-Leistungsverhältnis grenzwertig, die Insel und der Strand machen vieles wett, ich weiß nicht ob ich das Appartement wirklich Freuden empfehlen kann, wir waren ganzen Tag unterwegs und fast nur zum Schlafen da, dafür war es o.k.

This was a great condo, with ocean views and super comfy king bed (I have never slept better on vacation!). It is right in front of a more sheltered stretch of beach (not super wavy) and across the street from a great little bakery and fresh produced market. If you want to be a bit away from the busier parts of Kihei, this place is great!

We stayed here for five days at the end of February. When we entered the condo and looked out the balcony, we were immediately aghast at what was sitting on the beach right in front of us -- a huge, rusted, decommissioned military boat. The view was not what we paid for and workers on the boat made it impossible to have privacy or quiet. However, I wrote to the management company requesting some financial remuneration, since we would never have stayed here had we known we would be confronted with the rust heap. Fortunately they gave us back $500, about 10 percent of what we paid for five days. The boat was also later towed away, and even though it was in our sight on the side, at least it wasn't blocking our view. However, the boat had been there at least a month before we arrived and they should have warned us ahead of time. Otherwise, we enjoyed the condo. We were grateful for the ample towel supply, toilet paper and the few supplies in the kitchen such as plastic wrap, salt, pepper, etc. The location was great and made for easy drives everywhere. The washer/dryer were convenient. Although it was clean, the cleaning fluids used before we got there were so strong, it took us the entire five days of airing the condo to diminish the smell. Also, although it's modern and nicely furnished, don't expect a luxury, up-to-date condo. It has outdated popcorn ceilings, and kitchen cabinets that were difficult to open in a couple of cases, for instance, because there were no knobs.

The location of the property left us pretty far from just about anything. There was very little within walking distance. Unfortunately for us the Chaparral boat wreck was directly in front of our condo unit. That's nobody's fault but made for an eyesore of a view. The unit was well equipped and comfortable. All things considered I would not stay in that part of Kihei again.

The view was fabulous. AC worked great! I think the condo should have a few more towels and warning on not running two many appliances/ blow dryers at one time. We lost power because we were using a blow dryer and dishwasher at the same time. We found the breaker box (in kitchen) , reset it and all was good.

Property was a nice location right on the beach. Sorry to say there was also a stranded 85 foot boat in front of us. Not the condos responsibility though. Condo was adequate and clean could use some updating but so could I at home. Barbecue is inconvenient and next to the garbage.. would have been nice to have a representative. Explain the workings of the condo but nothing too hard Here to figure out except the television! Susan was a great help
