From August 22, 2022, to approximately September 30th, 2022 the elevator at Kihei Beach will be shut down for replacement. Upper floors (2nd-6th) will only be accessible by stairs for our guests, and owners.

Kihei Beach is located at the end of the building, which allows it to feature an additional window in the dining area with views of the South Maui shoreline and Haleakala. The kitchen is open to the dining and living room. The master bedroom is beach-front, as is the living room area.

Kihei Beach is a moderately sized six story beachfront property located in North Kihei. It offers sweeping views of Kahoolawe, Molokini and the dazzling Pacific Ocean and a friendly casual atmosphere. Fronting the property is Sugar Beach, well known for it’s romantic sunsets, great swimming, miles of unspoiled strolling beach and seasonal whale watching. Kihei Beach offers an oceanfront pool area, gas barbecues, laundry facilities and free parking.
