This condo was perfect! The location is in the middle of everywhere we went. It was very well stocked. The patio furniture is much better than what is pictured (must have been updated after the photos). The sunsets were glorious.

This unit is in the perfect location. The beds are super comfortable. There's ample room in the unit and a wonderful view.The kitchen is stocked well enough. You will need refreezable cooler ice.and more Tupperware.The drawbacks1)the smell of sewage was a constant. Increased whenever the wind blows. It was so bad it would wake us up. Even with the bathroom door closed closed.2)bugs, so many midge flies. They crawl right through the screens. If you have windows open or the slider the unit will become infested. The entire floor needed to be cleaned every morning to sweep up the dead flies. Smelled of sewage and we couldn't open the windows.3) you can not use the washer and dryer. It's there but you will be instructed not to use it.

Well appointed and clean. Plenty of room for the three of us, four would be fine, five would work as well. Very close to the beach, not crowded at all and quiet, yet only a mile or two from "downtown Kihei" . Would and have recommended to others

We had an amazing stay and can't complain about the condo, it was fully stocked with everything we needed, even found toys for the kids, water toys, everything you could need in the kitchen.Two things that I didn't enjoy were the trade winds in the afternoon, this complex gets hit hard and 8 days out of 10 we had to drive 10 min north or south to find another beach to spend time at, which isn't anything anyone can change.The other part is communication, I e-mailed and called Destination Maui twice, left a VM and didn't hear back, so this part was disappointing.Otherwise, a nice unit, thank you to the homeowners for everything they provide and the cleaners are amazing.

This was my 2nd stay at kihei beach resort. I love the location and the beach. Although it was convenient to be near the pool I don't think I would stay directly above it again due to the noise. I also didn't like being that close to the designated smoking area. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable although the dryer didn't work. I don't know if it was the time of the year for ants (I was there in November before) but they were especially bad in the kitchen.

This is located on a quiet and lovely stretch of beach. The condo is just steps from the sand. This unit overlooks the pool area and the ocean beyond. The grounds are very well maintained. Across the street is an ABC market that has a good variety of convenience items, a very good bakery and coffee shop, shave ice and a farmers market. The condo had a pretty good variety of supplies, but could have used some small Tupperware type containers for leftovers. other than that it was perfect!

WE've stayed at Kihei Beach Resort several times and absolutely love it! The location is perfect, it's close to everything we need...the beach, pool, a Starbucks and it's not far from the airport and Costco. We'll be back soon!

This is our second time staying at this location, right across the street from coffee/bakery, acai bowls and farmers market, ABC store and shaved ice! You can walk right to the beach from the place and enjoy nice walks up and down the coast. Pretty central location to get to everything else on the island too. The place was clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed the condo, very clean, location on S Kihei road excellent and fairly quiet. Only complaint was we did not have access to washer and dryer as was advertised in the amenities, supposedly units were broken but they looked new to us. That was very disappointing but would stay here again.

As a family that travels a lot for work and leisure, we count on the accuracy of reviews when booking a stay. The apartment has great views with direct access to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking pans and they even have beach supplies you can borrow(umbrella, chairs, cooler). The patio has a table for enjoying meals but we found that this could only be used early morning. Once evening approaches, you must close the sliding door because there are gnats that will enter the apartment.
The cleanliness of the apartment is rated as a 3/5. The washer and dryer are not functional but they do have a onsite coin laundry. You are provided a hotel size shampoo/conditioner, so do count on providing your own.
The communication with the host is exceptional and they address all your needs in a timely manner.

Excellent location. The unit is well kept and has all required amenities and appliances.
Few things to improve
- The dryer is a bit outdated and does not work well. It is unable to properly dry towels for instance.
- AC unit works but is quite noisy.
- Furniture is in working order but it is a bit outdated
Overall this is an excellent place and I'd definitely rent it out again.

This property was perfect. Great location right on the beach with an ABC store, bakery, shaved ice and farmers market right across the road. Short drive to many awesome snorkeling beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo 201was clean and stocked. The master bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The only complaints I have are that the dryer didn’t work and the stock of towels and washcloths was low. However, it wouldn’t stop me from staying in this exact condo again.
