This was the perfect place to enjoy Maui. And it's no mistake that the first picture of this property is the view from the balcony - it is perfect and watching the sunsets from here is amazing. The unit was clean, cute and the perfect size for 2 people. If you are unfortunate like me and have to do some work during your stay, the desk is even placed right next to the balcony entrance so you can gaze out over the ocean while you check your emails. The pool is nice and the location on the beach is even nicer - great for early morning or sunset walks. The size of the property doesn't allow for a lot of people to stay here, which is nice too. Loved that there was a bakery, shaved ice, farmer's market and ABC store right across the street. It was also fun to watch the members from the canoe club next door do their thing each morning and evening - those folks are in good shape! I really can't say enough good things about this place. It is the perfect Maui getaway especially if you aren't into the crowds in the "resort bubble". I miss it already!

The building itself is a little older 6 story structure. It is very well maintained. The unit we had has been renovated and is very nice. It is well appointed with everything you need. The management group is not on-site but they communicated very well. The beach is terrific. The parking worked out very well. The building itself is on a busy and rather noisy road, however and the building is well insulated and you really do not hear the road noise from within the building. This unit was on the top floor and the balcony has a set of glass doors at the one end. Those doors provide a sound barrier to the roof top air conditioning units. The balcony was very enjoyable, and offered beautiful views. The bed was comfortable as well as all of the furniture in the living space. The unit has a lot of mirrors and is very bright. It is very well suited for two people. For what ever reason, to access the ocean and pool side of this property, you need to go down to the front parking lot and walk around the side of the building to get to the ocean front. It seems as thought there was a ground floor office / reception at one time but it is closed and you can not walk through the building to access the ocean side. During our stay there was an incident where some guests got a little out of control, and it ran its course without on-site management / security. This is a quiet part of the area, with a small farmers market right across the street. Overall we were very happy with this location, with the unit and the folks that you deal with.

We were very happy with the location - close to everything Kihei without being too busy/crowded… Beach was wonderful and again, not too crowded or noisy. Beautiful sunset spot :) The unit itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

This was a great place to anchor. We were right on the beach with the penthouse condo. It is central in Maui so if you want the tourist stuff, 30 minutes to Lahaina. Hana Hwy? 30 minutes to get on it. Paia? 20 minutes. You want to enjoy the sound of the waves without the sounds of busy tourists? This is your place!

This was our second condo during our stay on Maui. This location is outstanding! The grounds are well manicured and fantastic and the beach is just incredible! If your looking to be amongst the crowds, don’t stay here. We had a few things come up during our stay, but they were handled very quickly. Furniture and bed are very comfortable, thank you for the wonderful rental! Would love to return.

My husband and I rented this condo for 10 days in March 2020. The beach-front location is fabulous! The condo was very clean when arrived and the check-in process went smoothly. The condo had everything we needed for a most pleasant stay. We particularly enjoyed the lanai and spent many enjoyable hours enjoying the ocean view. Just a couple of notes for future renters to be aware of... the parking spaces are tight (we wished we had rented a smaller car) and the coin-operated laundry facilities are located one-floor down.
