Our family of four stayed here the last five nights of our trip. Clean and comfortable unit with great views. Check-in went smoothly. The location is very convenient for day trips. We walked across the street for shave ice and to pick up groceries several times during our stay. The area is less fancy than Wailea but a great value for the money. We would stay here again for sure.

This was a great rental in an amazing location. The view from the windows and balcony were awesome. There are a great bakery and shaved ice place right across the street. The rental is dated, and the kitchen could really use an update. The location and views made up for the older areas and the bathrooms were updated recently and nice. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a really great stay. The property manager replied to my texts right away when the water stopped working for a couple of hours in the kitchen. The view from the balcony was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The pool gets the perfect amount of sun so that it's not too cold while swimming. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, shave ice and farm stand across the street. Great for kids and short distance to drive for restaurants, shopping, etc. 10 min drive to the marina for the Molokini snorkeling tour, try SNUBA it’s awesome! Overall a really nice place and super convenient for family.

Great location. Not as down Kihei like many of the resorts. So the beach was not crowded and lots of local activity. Easy to reach all the destinations we wanted to see from this location! Loved having the balcony face the ocean for those great morning views and easy access for the kids to swim! Able to walk for coffee and breakfast morning. The unit was clean, nice breeze and all supplies that I needed were provided. Would love to stay here again!

Our family of 4 stayed just over 2 weeks. I’m fact we loved it so much we extended our stay! The sound of the ocean right outside your door was amazing. Excellent location close to everything. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The only thing that would have been nice is more seating in living room and another TV in the unit. Maybe in master bedroom. Property management company was good at getting back to us quickly with any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommend! Excellent value for money. We will be back for sure.

The condo had everything we needed. The complex was under renovations, which we didn't know when we booked, but wasn't a big deal. The beach and pool were great, and were nearly empty the entire week we were there. Great location. Quick drive to airport, Lahaina, and Wailea. Would definitely like to cone again.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property. It is very well located, right across the street from an ABC store, the farmers market, Ululanis and the Sugar Beach bakeshop. The beach (Sugar) in front of the building has miles of walkable sand and good swimming. It was also fun to watch the canoe club out on the water first thing every morning. The pool was heated and a comfortable temperature. The elevator was also in service, even though at the time of our booking they said it may not be. Amazing unobstructed views from the lanai. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the air conditioner and ceiling fans kept us very comfortable. Even had in suite laundry. This unit is centrally located for all you island adventures and only 20 mins from the airport!

Our KBR stay was wonderful!
Pros:
Immaculate property grounds. Pool clean and pool deck clean. Nice showers to rinse off from the beach. Unit 410’s view was spectacular. Ate meals on the lanai. Washer/dryer in the unit. A/C was cool and comfortable. Ceiling fans worked well. Very nice updated bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Beach towels and bath towels provided. Beach chairs provided but not used by us. ABC store across the street is more like a convenience store and was easy to walk to for drinks and snacks and sunscreen and toothpaste and deodorant.
Cons: no ice maker but we had no problem freezing water in ice trays so not really a con for us. Sink faucet difficult to turn and was not attached well to sink.
Overall a fabulous stay and we would highly recommend staying there!

ACTUAL CONDO::
+spotless upon arrival
+updated bathrooms with tile/stone showers (listing pics have not been updated to show bathroom updates)
+kitchen had everything we needed (we didn't cook much tho)
+beds were very comfortable. from the master room with the king, you can hear the waves breaking even with windows closed at night. such a peaceful sound.
+a/c worked wonderfully
+view off balcony is completely accurate from photos...amazing!
-Our ONLY "con": We wished that the extra chairs for seating in the living room were more comfortable like the couch, not just wicker chairs. Small complaint.
LOCATION:
+Being in north Kihei, we were only 5-7 minutes from the south side of Kihei, and maybe 15 minutes down to Wailea
+Being on the north side also shortened our drives to Lahaina (25-30 mins) and further north. It was also a short distance to get on the highway to head back over to the area by Walmart, Target etc. (That was about 15 mins).
COMPLEX/GROUNDS:
+the lawn looking out from the beach is like a golf course green...very soft and manicured and the lounge chairs out there were never full. Not a lot of shade for that area because it's only the tall palms. But with the breeze, it was perfect to lounge in the mornings and evenings.
+/- pool was on the small side but it was never busy. very clean.
+the beach out front is definitely walkable and soft, water isn't very clear so we didn't really swim, only waded out.
+there is one elevator but it is centrally located and was only a 20 second walk to the front door of the unit. Was not busy and only had to "wait" a couple of times.
+prompt communication with management.
+/- always found a parking space but the spots are small (which is the case all over Maui) We rented a small Nissan and it was a squeeze. A large SUV may have issues here and most places on the island.
OVERALL:
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So much easier coming and going than traipsing through a large resort. This felt very private and we highly recommend unit 410 at Kihei Beach Resort!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Fabulous views right on the ocean in a very locals area, which we like better as we don't like to stay where all of the tourists stay. A great farmers market, bakery and shaved ice place, and ABC store right across the street. And it was fun to watch the canoe boats racing in the morning. Having a washing machine & dryer was also really helpful and management was great and very informative. I would definitely stay here again!

What can I say....this couldn't have been more perfect! When we vacation, we need as much ocean as possible. This location fit the bill perfectly. We spent every morning on the lanai with coffee and pastries from the bakery across the street. We watched the magnificent whales starting their day in the ocean. We loved seeing the canoe team taking off next door. I think we may have even seen a sea turtle in the surf one morning. We ended every evening with a drink on the lanai watching the stars and listening to the surf. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was just right, the kitchen had what we needed. The resort itself was clean, tidy, and quiet. One issue were some ants in the kitchen, but I notified the front desk and they had it handled that same day and we did not see any more ants. We were not familiar with Kihei so did not know how spread out the island was. We spent a lot of time in Lahaina which was a 30 minute drive away. Despite that, there was plenty available in Kihei and I think we would stay there again rather than in the popular resort area which was more crowded. I would recommend this room to anyone who is like our family and needs the ocean in close proximity. Also, we named the local rooster Charles. So if you stay there next, say Hello to Charles for us!

This unit is on the 4th floor of my favorite complex, Kihei Beach Resort. It is a corner unit, so you get a bonus view down the beach to the south. This complex is smaller than most, about 50 units so it’s not crowded around the pool or BBQ area. It is as close to the beach as you can get! There is an ABC store, small bakery, Shaved Ice and trinket store right across the street.

Things to improve on, wipe down the drawers in the bathroom, there was hair in the drawers. And dust the ceiling. The popcorn ceiling collects dust and can look like spiders webs.

Perfect for 4 people. Kitchen is very well equipped. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. But due to flooding we couldn’t enjoy pool and snorkeling on site.
The location is perfect to visit all island. You are closed to everything.

Absolutely gorgeous sunsets, everything very clean and a fully stocked kitchen with everything we could possibly need. The bakery, ABC store and shave ice across the street were the cherries on top. Ocean in front is perfect for swimming, and the pool is clean and refreshing. Loved waking up to the roosters and the outriggers going into the water at the canoe club next door. Five stars and will definitely be back!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Great location literally as close as you can get to the water without being in it. decor a little outdated but clean. There were some tiny tiny ants in kitchen and bedroom but not a major issue. Would recommend this place.

Our family had an incredible stay at this amazing, clean corner unit condo! We loved the views, the quiet beach (some days it felt like we had it all to ourselves!), the pool, the comfy beds, the updated bathrooms, and close proximity to all the island has to offer! It was so nice having beach chairs & towels and boogie boards on site, and easy beach access just steps from our door. This condo was the perfect landing point after a day out exploring and a comfortable place to relax with the sound of the waves and ocean views. And we loved having a delicious bakery, shaved ice, and a convenient mart just across the street! We can’t wait to come back!

This property in Kihei is perfect for a group of four! It is clean, well supplied (there are beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, an umbrella, and a cooler), and literally steps from the beach! Maui has a lot of beautiful beaches, but my favorite was hanging out right outside of the property. This beach is not as popular, and therefore is usually empty. Communication with the host was wonderful. All of our questions were answered within 24 hours. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Stayed 6/17-21 in this gem of a spot in Kihei. Great beach access and convenient farmers market, ABC store and shaved ice right across the street. Very centrally located to Wailea, Lahaina, airport (15 mins), and Haleakala (1 hour). We had a great time and would definitely stay again! Just be wary of the rooster that likes to crow starting at 3:15AM, but usually would get drowned out by the sound of the waves breaking.
