We enjoyed our short 4 night stay in this unit! Beautiful ocean front view. Just as pictured. Comfortable, clean, Kitchen stocked with the basic necessities, home away from home. There was also a white binder in the living room with information about the rental, resort, and emergency protocols.Easy check-in & checkout process. As a sleep number owner with back injuries, I was pleased with the bed. The mattress topper was great & made the bed very comfortable. The owner let us know the bathroom/shower exhaust fan would be out of order during our stay, it did not affect our stay in anyway.2 full sets of bath towels & 2 beach towels were available if needed. Washer & dryer worked great.Only used the dishwasher upon leaving but it seemed to be working fine.The unit has 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, a deck of cards, Scrabble board game, and a beach paddle ball game set.We loved the sound of the crashing waves, especially at night. Peaceful. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am. The resort has a bar. I didn't realize it til our 3rd night when I went to Dina's to pick up a salad. It closes at 11pm unless it's a slow night. The drink special was a tequila sunrise for 5.50 Memorial Day weekend 2026. 5.50!!! That's a great special. Highly recommend you stop in during your stay. Perfect proximity to EVERYTHING MAUI has to offer. Location, location, location! 15-20 min to the airport. 5-10 min to Wailea. 15-20 min to Lahina. 25-30 min to the start of Road to Hana.

It is the best of both world staying here. You’re on the first floor, but you’re on the front side so your view is of the water but very handy. You can walk out your back patio and turn the corner and be in the pool but you don’t hear the pool noise. Best of both worlds working with the host was fantastic. Very responsive very clean. Definitely can tell that they know how to remodel and made the condo very fancy. Thank you again for letting us stay at your place. You can tell you take great pride in what you own.

We had a great time at the condo.There was everything you could need. The view was amazing and we sat outside every chance we had and enjoyed the ocean. The beach was steps away. The pools was always clean and you never had to fight for a lounge chair. The condo was convent to many nice restaurants . We had so much fun. Plan to return for sure.

The condo was beautiful. It overlooked the pool and there was a nice view of the ocean. There was a deli/bar located on site that had delicious sandwiches. The sleeper sofa was the most comfortable I’ve ever been on the kitchen was well stocked for us. It was a very convenient location to get around the island. The host replied within 15 minutes to the one request I had.

Kihei is not our favorite place in Maui. We stayed part of our time in Kaanapali and part in Wailea and both areas are much better than this location in Kihei! The views are amazing but the property is old and a bit icky!

The unit was nicely renovated, well equipped and had everything we needed. Its on the top floor with a spectacular view. The instructions provided by the property management company were very good and we had no problems entering the unit when we arrived. There are beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided. The complex is maintained very well!

Absolutely fabulous condo! Location central for all island sites. Beautiful sandy beach to walk on, steps away. Loved sitting on lanai drinking coffee and watching the Outrigger Canoe Club. Very clean, great AC, has everything you need to cook, beds comfortable . Communication with owner and local manager A plus from booking to departure. Fulfilled all my expectations. One thing that could be made more clear is that you need to check in at the Sugar Beach Resort office to obtain a parking pass. Mahalo for an amazing peaceful stay away from the crowds and big resorts.

A very quiet and well maintained condo. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to make a breakfast, lunch or dinner. Food stores are only a few miles south in Kihei.Excellent views of the bay, outrigger canoes racing by and a short walk to the beach. Parking is ok although sometimes it gets busy. The location is great with easy access to anywhere on the island.

Everything about the unit was exactly as planned. The snorkel shop attached to the resort has long closed - wish we’d known this the day we arrived so that we could have gotten gear rented for an early morning snorkel.

This was an amazing place to stay. The location was perfect - close to the chaos of south Kihei but not in the middle of it. A great place to stay to enjoy the beach, pool, walking/running paths, and all that Kihei has to offer.
Everything you need for a great stay was already there, and it was well kept.
We highly recommend this location and will definitely use it again when needed!

Darling little condo on Sugar Beach! The location was perfect since there was often a lot of traffic on Kihei Rd, we avoided all that trying to come or go from home base.
The condo was lovely and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Cooking in a rental condo is often tricky but this was the best kept kitchen we have ever stayed in. Bathroom was well stocked with towels and shampoo and the laundry machines in the room worked great. Everything was clean and spacious for our family of four and we never felt cramped.
Being on the first floor was great, our lanai opened up to the fountain and the pool area and was just a few steps from the beach and the grills.
Check in and out were easy as could be and we could not have been happier with our stay!

Lovely, we recommend. The condo balcony is full ocean front. The unit was clean with a renovated kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee maker, pots pans knives, etc etc) washer dryer in unit, lots of hangers, towels, beach stuff, full fridge and rangeThe pool was cleaned daily. Nice size. Hot tub, plenty of loungers, 3.5 mi beautiful walkable beach. Close to shopping restaurants. Communication clear and timely. Be aware that the bathroom is connected to the master bedroom with a sliding door, wall length, that has to be closed to separate Bathroom from bedroom. We were just a couple using the condo so not an issue for us.

This was the perfect condo to rent for two weeks. It is on the ocean. It is equipped with everything you'll ever need in the kitchen, on the beach with chairs and towels. We had a question for the owner, Diane and she responded immediately. We would definitely rent her condo again. Oh, loved hearing the waves crash all day and night long!
