We encountered a minor issue upon arrival, but the host addressed it immediately, and the rest of our stay was flawless. This condo is well-appointed, comfortable, and the location is ideal for sunsets, relaxation, and quiet. We have stayed at this resort several times and have found this to be our favorite condo so far. We were distracted only by whales from the lanai as we worked at the table (it was a working vacation). We would love to return to this condo in the future.

First of all the condo has the best view one can wish for. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Very quiet building. The beach is beautiful and accessible. Our host went out of his way to help when I had forgotten important belongings. We hope to return each year.

Where do I even start? The unit is spotless, modern and has everything you need for your stay, including beach chairs, boogie boards, and a perfect view of the ocean for sunsets! The kitchen was well stocked and had things like spices, oil and vinegar, and foil which were great to not have to purchase. The hosts were the best, helpful and accommodating hosts I’ve ever dealt with on VRBO! They really helped us out with our arrival and checkout times when the airline changed our flight times. And they were super responsive both prior and during our stay when we had a few questions. They even gave us a sweet welcome basket of helpful things and treats. The space was just what my son, husband and I needed for a break after a hectic year. We are grateful for our opportunity to stay there and truly hope to return and book their unit again. Mahalo!

Great quiet end unit, easy to access with the stairwell. They have an on island contact that was fantastic with any questions and responded quickly. The place was clean and refreshing. The bed was comfortable. The lanai furniture was great. Thank you for having such a great space! I would book this unit again (I've stayed in several units in this complex). I wondered about a flashlight, or lantern for power outages. The conplex had 2 in December. Luckily it came back on after about an hour, but I did wonder if there was anything just incase... maybe people just use their cell phone lights? The place was GREAT. Mahalo!

We loved the large lanai and views of the ocean. Absolutely stunning. The kitchen was stocked with All-Clad cookware. What we didn’t like. For the premium price we paid for a 21-night stay:The kitchen was not stocked with spices, trash bags, or dish soap. There were little starter bottles that are not adequate for more than a few days. There are (2) Brita water pitchers with expired filters that were not clean. The hand soaps in the bathroom are watered down. We had to contact management for WiFi issues and cigar smoking in a unit below us. The management team responded quickly. WiFi is not stable.

Enjoyed ground floor lanai. Overall condo is very small and not much space to put luggage or other things.

We had a wonderful stay! This was a ground floor condo right on the beach. Sugar Beach is a nice beach for long walks in the morning or early evening - enjoyed both. Great location in North Kihea. Great communication with the host... much appreciation for a much needed vacation in Paradise!

We had an amazing stay at Sugar Beach Resort! The unit was very clean and came with a great starter kit of amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent pods, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, spices available, etc). We also loved the beach items available to use - 2 chairs, 2 umbrellas, boogie board, beach towels, beach cooler bag. Loved being right on the beach and fantastic sunset views! We highly recommend the stay and would stay here again.

Our host, Sherry, was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. She checked in with us and went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival from another island. Once the unit was ready, she allowed us to drop off our luggage so we could settle in and make it to dinner with ease, which we truly appreciated.The unit was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and with a wonderful view. For those who choose to use them, the pool, hot tub, sauna, and grill area were a great added bonus. Diane provided excellent communication from 2 weeks before our arrival to when we arrived. The condo has amazing views and we loved the location for both proximity to restaurants and shopping as well as the beautiful beach just steps from the condo. I didn't realize there was a lovely pool and sitting areas which we enjoyed. And we were surprised as how quiet the condo was at night.
