The condo was very comfortable for our family of 4. We truly appreciate that it was stocked with all the basics and tons of fun extras to make beach trips comfortable. The beach is walkable, but we chose to drive down farther and had no problem finding parking. The pool is right outside and we used it, too. No complaints here!

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights in May for our honeymoon. It was one of the more affordable options, which is amazing considering everything that comes with it! Our bedroom came with extra sheets and blankets for the bed. There was a closet full of beach chairs, a boogey board, lunchboxes, an umbrella, beach towels, etc. They are all stocked up in case you forget anything! Also that way you don’t have to worry about overpacking. It’s also a very short walk to the beach, I forget which one but the views are absolutely beautiful. It’s also in decent walking distance of the Kihei cafe (amazing for breakfast) and the food truck oasis. Whenever we come back, this is definitely where I would prefer to stay.

This condo is perfect! My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights in June. The condo is clean and has everything you need. It is so comfortable and nice. The decor is beautiful, the bed is wonderful. The beach is so close! It’s just minutes away. Also there is everything you need for the beach. Chairs, umbrella, towels (we loved the quick dry ones!), snorkel gear, boogie boards! So much fun. And there is a great wagon to help carry it all down to the beach. There are restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. This condo is what I would imagine if I owned it myself! Just beautiful. The hosts were great too! Communicating with them was very easy, check in/out was a breeze and They left a beautiful welcome gift that we can’t wait to display to remember our trip. I just can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re looking at it, just book it.

A perfect landing pad for our Maui adventures. Comfortable, easy, and well appointed --even with washer & dryer. Kids declared the fold-out sofa the most comfortable they've ever slept on (and they've got experience!) 500 steps (we counted) from the door to one of the best beaches on the island, and an easy stroll to the idyllic South Maui Gardens food carts.

My daughter and her family had a wonderful time staying here and it worked out perfectly for us with me staying in the condo next door. We had an ocean view from the 4th floor and the cathedral ceilings were beautiful. The proximity to Charley Young beach made it so easy to walk over with my two grandkids. This condo was amazing! Being on the 4th floor gave us an ocean view and beautiful cathedral ceilings. The owners have everything that you need for the beach - 5 chairs, 2 umbrellas, many snorkel & fin sets, 3 boogie boards, and 7 beach towels. The pool for Bldg. 2 was close by and not busy at all. The owners were quick to respond to a couple of questions that I had also. We had a wonderful time and will rent this again for sure!

We loved our time at this spot. Stocked up with all the supplies you need for a great stay - It provided a great base for us to relax and explore the area. Check in process was easy! The location is great, easy to walk to South Kihei Gardens or to any of the Kamaole beaches - Cross the street and you are at Charley Young beach! This penthouse was perfect for our family of 14. Plenty of seating and beds for everyone. The pool is not huge but we mostly had it to ourselves so no one even complained about the size. It’s nice that you can leave bags down in the yoga studio until you’re ready to go to the airport. It’s also right by a few beach areas, perfect for watching the sunset and building sand castles. Right in the middle of town also, so it’s close to everything you need. Thank you! Shahaf, the property manager, texts back almost immediately and helped with the few things we needed. Overall had a great stay, the condo had all the amenities you would need. We enjoyed the washer and dryer especially. The air conditioner in the bedroom had a moldy smell to it but it didn’t affect our stay as we didn’t spend much time in there.

The 3 sleeping spaces, 2 bathrooms, great kitchen and lovely balcony made it so pleasant and easy to be together and enjoy our time. Great central location for exploring the island. So close to beautiful sandy beaches for a swim or sunset. Groceries, food trucks and variety of restaurants were also conveniently located and made meals a no fuss breeze. The complex and neighborhood felt safe and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Well equipped with toiletries, comprehensive kitchen for self-catering with a large fridge-freezer. A large range of cooking utensils & dishes as well as plastic containers & bags, foil, clingfilm etc. Fantastic beach equipment including child life jacket, beach umbrella & chairs, snorkel & fins, cooler bin with icepacks, and even a boogie board. Quiet location despite a main road nearby - we slept so well & were never disturbed by people or traffic going by. So nice to get a phone call from the owner on our first evening, making sure we'd settled in OK. Very comfortable bed, pillows, & air mattress with bedding for our 5 year old. We totally recommend Nancy & Stafford's condo in Kihei.

My daughter and I spent week in this property to celebrate her high school graduation. We have been to Maui several times and have even stayed at Maui Vista before.The property we had previously stayed in was unavailable but fortunately for us this one was available. It’s a highly desirable ground floor unit facing the beach. It’s very quiet and safe, there is on site security but this unit is in the heart of Kihei, a very safe and convenient location.Communication with Greg was excellent, from the initial conversation to my thank you message. There was plenty of parking, washer and dryer in the unit and all the utensils, beach chairs, cooler and everything we could ask for.The bed and couch are very comfortable. There is AC in the living room and also in the bedroom. I used the AC briefly after a day in the sun, cools down quickly. This is something my wife will love when we return next spring.The unit is decorated nicely, really captures the tropical vibe. The pool was nice, never crowded and very clean.I would recommend this property at the highest level.

The condo was well keep and the everything was clean upon arrival. Just a few comments, Window coverings were only in the bedroom. The rest of the windows could used to be covered as sleep in one of the other to areas difficult at night and early morning. The table on the deck was a little big and made it difficult to get by but in the end it worked out fine. Also the AC unit is on the deck and could use a deflector so that the deck does not always seem hotter then the outside air.Again we enjoyed ourselves and the wonderful island of Maui as we would pick a different place base on my comments above when we return.

Overall, good place. Nice sized fridge, ceiling fans and 2 air conditioners. Comfortable beds, with nice pillows. Tuberware in kitchen was great for leftovers. Easy to manuever parking lot, and getting parking permit was a breeze. Check in and out had no issues. Barbecue area was handy.Best part: quiet area, no loud noises at night.Cleaniness in bathroom we rated lower as the tub looked a bit dirty and two of the towels had either dirt or stains.Smart TV was big, but kept buffering/losing internet connection.Pool was a bit small, but there was a nice hose for car washing in the parking lot, which was a bonus. Close to Charlie Young Beach, easy walking distance.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The condo was clean and updated with central air and fans in every room. We had everything we needed to take down to the beach (chairs, cooler, boogie boards, umbrella, and towels. All we had to do was walk across the street to the beach. It was awesome. The view from the lanai was also great. There are several great restaurants, shopping and groceries within walking distance. The owners were great communicators and so kind to work with. My family would choose this exact location next time we come to Maui.

The condo and location were nothing short of amazing. Kihei (mid island) is the perfect place to stay in Maui, not only does it have great beaches close by, it also as lot of great restaurants, the food trucks (my personal favorite ) and plenty of shops. Being in the center of the island makes it easier to visit other parts of the island as well. The condo has everything you need for a perfect beach day, it also has great views and is fully stocked with all the things you need. We will be back to Maui for sure. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home while in Maui.

This place is in a perfect location. It is right in the middle of nice beaches and restaurants/food trucks. Also right by foodland grocery store. It was so nice having snorkel gear and beach stuff there. We did notice most of the remotes are out of batteries and there were not any extra so we had to use one pair of batteries and switch them around to turn the fans on and off. We also found a few cockroaches in the house throughout our stay. They would kind of just show up on the ground so we were cautious about walking around in the dark or leaving our suitcases open. Overall tho very nice place and location for the price! We love Kihei so much!

IF you like a large spot of thick fuzzy mold growing on the wall next to your bed as well as an infestation of several hundred ants go here. Was told it was due to a hole in the wall that would be repaired later. Had to go through multiple avenues to have it rectified. I kept getting passed onto someone else to “solve” the issue. IF you like MANY people smoking on a “non smoking” property go here. The bed was AWFUL, I slept on the couch at times because it was so bad. The unit is right next to the elevator so you get all the noise coming in near your bedroom at all hours. If you like being cornered by employees telling you about their personal life problems rather than leave you to relax go here. Worst of all the unit next to it or the next one over has permanent tenants. They smoke continuously, had a LOUD yappy untrained dog that barks day and night and is mean. It actually attacked the feet of a young couple waiting to enter the elevator as the dog and owner exited. The dog went after me multiple times so I had to wait for safety if they were near the elevator or close by. UNACCEPTABLE on MANY levels. NEVER AGAIN will I stay in this unit. I have stayed in the complex before. Check in and front desk people were great. If you want a quiet, smoke free, mold free, bug free and comfortable bed go elsewhere. The lock code is NOT changed for each guest. The welcome papers dated MONTHS ago had the same code and I was told by maintenance it’s the same too. This could be a tragedy!

We've been to Maui about 8 times over the last 20 years, always staying in Kihei. We stayed for 7 days this time. This condo is in a very good location, between Kihei and Wailea. It's easy to access the Piilani Highway to get anywhere else and across the street from a very nice beach. Kihei shopping/restaurants, Wailea Center, Poolenalena Beach, Big Beach, and Little Beach are all a short drive. Within walking distance is 2 Kihei Caffes (one very close at the Maui Coast hotel). The ABC store is also close by as are a couple of shopping areas and restaurants. There's also a large food truck area with something for everyone. My only real complaint was no A/C in the bedroom. There's a window A/C in the living room that has to blow air down the hall to the bedroom. You'll have to turn the living room temperature down low in the evenings if you want to get the bedroom to near 72F at bedtime. If you arrive later in the day, expect to wait three hours for the bedroom to cool off if you like sleeping at about 72F like I do. We figured this all out quickly and it wasn't a big problem. If you sit on the couch, you'll be right in front of the A/C. I just learned to have a blanket when I did sit on the couch in the evenings. The neighbors were quiet and it's not very close to any of the complex pools. There are a lot of tennis courts that were seldom used. There's even a car wash area for hosing the bird crap off your car which I did almost every morning. I'd certainly rent here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit is an ideal vacation spot with an easy walk to a fantastic beach under the palm trees. The owners left easy to follow directions for everything from the TV to the kitchen. No need to take beach accessories either. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys, snorkel gear all provided. I suspect this is the prime spot on the property with great views out the from and back doors with easy access to parking, BBQ pits, and the elevator. We did't lack any of the necessities. The grounds are well maintained and the BBQ grills were cleaned nightly and felt almost new the times that we used it.

The location is nice in a safe neighborhood. We love that it has a AC. Getting parking permit was a little tricky since the front office wasn’t opened so we had to get hold of the security office. It’s not too bad but wish there is better instruction with the phone number to call. The floor wasn’t supper clean. since it asked us to remove our shoes, our kids were running around bared feet and their feet got really dirty.

Our graduating senior shared her well deserved trip with mom, auntie and grandma. There was something for each of us everyday. Lounging by the almost private saltwater pool, short walks to Charlie Young for swimming, walking the beach and watching the sunset. Centrally located and convenient to all our excursions. For snorkeling don’t miss Keawakapu . It’s a real winner. The beach chairs and boogie board were much appreciated.
