We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Poipu. The place was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and priced extremely well for what you get. It felt like the perfect home base for exploring Kauai. The location couldn’t have been better — walking distance to beaches and great dining, and just a short stroll to Kalapaki Joe’s for dinner and drinks after long adventure days. At the same time, it was perfectly positioned to explore the whole island. We spent one day hiking Waimea Canyon and the next tackling the Kalalau Trail, and being roughly an hour in either direction made it easy to experience both sides of Kauai without feeling rushed. And the real MVP? The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Absolute game-changer after full days of hiking. There’s nothing better than soaking your legs and relaxing before heading out for the evening. If you’re looking for space, value, walkability, and a great central base for island adventures, this is it. We’d absolutely stay here again.

The condo location was perfect to a conference at the Hyatt and to a stroll to the beach. The occupants had their own rooms, space in the house and own bathrooms, all in working order. The kitchen was spacious and in good order. We had a concern with the dryer the was addressed in a timely manner. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in Kaua'i at this condo! The location was great: only about a 20min drive from the airport and a few minutes walk to the beach. This place was great for our stay on Kauai. We arrived to yummy snacks and a great supply of coffee. The beds and linens are comfortable and nice and the kitchen was very well stocked for our stay. The management company we dealt with was super responsive and patient with us when we asked questions that had already been answered. Pickleball, golf and the beach are close by along with many restaurants and shops. The in-unit washer and dryer was fantastic to help us keep up with laundry. We also took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella that we hauled in the provided wagon. If there would be one thing I’d change it would be the fact that we could hear our upstairs neighbors very clearly. It took away from the serenity of the place but overall our stay was comfortable.

We had the absolute best stay at this home! The condo was clean and spacious super close to so many beautiful attractions! We loved to spend our mornings out on the lanai sipping our coffee reading a book before a short walk/drive down to the water! Having this home with AC, a full kitchen, and washer and dryer made us feel like we were in a home away from home. Highly recommend staying at this condo :)

Absolutely AMAZING Poipu condo!!The host was one of the best hosts we have had during our many stays on the islands. We never ran out of toliet paper or paper towels during our 12 day stay and we were a party of 5!! The beds and furniture were super comfy and the kitchen had all the tools needed to cook awesome meals. There was even a rice cooker!! The condo itself is in the best location. The bedroom lanais are super private, and there is a closet with everything you need for a beach day. Which btw, you can get to both Poipu and Shipwreck with just a short stroll down the path. Oh and the Murphy bed was insanely comfortable!! In fact all the beds were. If you see availability for your vacation dates, dont hesitate!! Mahalo from us Alaskans!!

The property was great and well maintained. We loved all the pools and could walk to the many beaches and some restaurants. The views were spectacular while walking along the path that goes through out the condo village. Kalapaki Joe's was our favorite spot for good prices for Happy Hour and they have the best chicken wings I've ever had. We will definitely be back to that area but would not rent the specific condo we were in. It was advertised as having a patio that we could eat meals on. That table on the patio was very small and only had one chair and a bench seat. Their were up to six of us staying in the condo and that was not enough seats for us to eat a meal together. The pictures of the patio for that condo were not accurate. The washing machine had mold on the inside of it. Also the floors in the condo were filthy. I wore white socks and they were black from the dirty floors. I washed the floors myself just to grt them clean. Other than that, we had a great time.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. The location was perfect, with convenient walking paths to the beach and nearby trails, which made exploring the area a breeze. Having the pool and BBQ right outside the door was an added bonus and made relaxing and enjoying meals so convenient. We just returned from a wonderful 18-night stay in Kauai, and I cannot recommend this condo enough for families. We traveled as a group of six, and the layout was perfect. Having three bathrooms was a huge plus for a group our size! The upstairs area offers great privacy with its own room, bathroom, and loft.The standout feature for us was the kitchen. We cooked all our meals at home, and this was the first vacation rental we’ve found that actually had everything we needed. From quality pots, pans, and appliances to a coffee grinder and tools for baking and making smoothies, it was incredibly well-equipped.Some furniture was a bit unstable, but that did not make our stay less enjoyable. We submitted a checklist to the manager with some items that could be improved; hopefully, they'll make improvements going forward. The location is fantastic. It is a quiet building, set far away from loud bars, but you have access to two pools right next to the unit. It is an easy 5-minute walk to Brennecke's Beach (great waves for boogie boarding!) and right next to Brennecke's Beach is Poipu Beach for snorkeling. We saw plenty of turtles and a couople of monk seals there, so definitely bring your snorkeling gear.The grounds are clean and well-maintained with beautiful walking paths. It’s also very convenient for supplies - about a 25-minute drive to Costco, Walmart, and a 24-hour Safeway (though plan for 45 mins if it's rush hour). It was also an easy, beautiful drive to Waimea Canyon from here.The condo was clean and stocked with essentials to get us started. We would love to stay here again and strongly recommend this condo for family stays!

The condo was as described, clean, and convenient to all things in Poipu. Decently stocked and appointed. Biggest issue was noisy neighbors. Upstairs had loud kids that ran up and down the stairs and through the unit a lot. Next door seemed to have a family that lived there, or a very long term rental. They had young kids who were quite noisy, which is all well and good but the acoustics between units was poor.

The space was ideal for our family. An abundant supply of beach gear including beach chairs and beach towels made it easy to enjoy our adventure. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and we appreciated having coffee filters (although we could have used a couple more coffee cups). Beds were comfortable and the table was perfect for games and dinners.

We stayed in Joel's condo for 30 days, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The information he provided was so appreciated, and his unit was so well stocked. We had relatives come during our stay and there was room for everyone. The air conditioning worked well, the pool/hot tub/barbeque area were right outside our door, and the concrete paths in the area were great for getting to Poipu or Shipwreck beaches. We might just have to come back sometime.

The house was exceptionally clean, it was very well stocked with all of the amenities that we needed including extra clean sheets and towels, cleaning supplies, everything we needed to cook meals in the evening, beach, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, wagon for the beach. It was reasonable walking distance from two great beaches. We visited a few other beaches on the island while we were here, but found ourselves drawn to the beaches right by this property. They were accommodating with our request requests and replied very quickly. Check-in was easy and the list of things to do when we left was not difficult at all.

This place is amazing! Shipwreck Beach is 5 min away, Poipu Beach is 5 min away. The condo is beautiful and they had so much stuff for us to use! Find, snorkeling gear, body boards, golf clubs, big coolers and small, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. I was blown away by how well equipped they were. The beds we comfortable and the bathrooms beautiful. I have nothing negative to say. This place was exactly what my family of 5 needed!

The location was ideal. Adjacent to the pool which my granddaughter enjoyed and a comfortable walk to the beach. The condo is far away from congested areas but had easy access to area attractions and restaurants plus the main highway. Excellent support from the manager to deal with the couple of issues that arose. We would stay here again if availability coincided with our next visit.

We were overwhelmed with the size and spaciousness of this beautiful condo. Our stay was amazing and the walk to Popui Beach was only about 7 minutes and so tranquil. We went swimming every night and watched the turtles beach themselves every night. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was the most stocked I have ever been at. The washer and dryer and normal size so huge! The decor was Kauai and beach themed and perfect. I felt so at home it was hard to leave. We will be back to this unit!
