Regency is part of the sprawling
Poipu Kai Resort. Poipu Kai Resort is an amalgamation of different buildings stretched out across 70 acres, not all connected. The different complexes within Poipu Kai all look different (built at different times), and don’t share pool access, but all have access to the 9 court tennis facility.
Regency actually consists of 3 different sections - Regency I, Regency II and Regency Villas. Each section was built at different times, with Regency Villas being the newest section. The sections are located next to each other.
The pleasant grounds of the resort lead to the ocean and Brennecke Beach and the adjacent Poipu Beach Park..
