Great communication prior to arrival and during our stay! The property was very clean and it definitely met our needs. Our group ranged in age from 14-73. We had plenty of space! What we really liked was the location near Poipu Beach, shopping and restaurants. We also appreciated how quiet the condo development was, and how walkable the neighborhood was!

Everything was great during our stay! We appreciated the condo being well stocked in the bathroom and kitchen with cookware and utensils. The condo was quiet and clean.
We walked to the beach everyday at least twice a day to say good morning to the turtles at Poipu Beach or enjoy boogie boarding at Brennecke Beach in the afternoon.
My teenagers loved the Poipu Beach Athletic Club access.
Communication with the property managers was very responsive, positive and helpful.

The unit was large and well appointed. Nice to have large capacity, modern laundry machines. Access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club was great - easy running/walking distance away.
The owner was friendly and responsive for any questions we had. I’d definitely rent this unit again if returning to Poipu.

The condo was as represented. We found it conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The 5 of us were comfortable there.
My only complaint was parking. We had 2 cars and one reserved spot. We were told to park the second car in visitor spots but found them often unavailable.

The place was perfect for a family of 5, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all! Lots of seating and space for family meals! The location was easy walking to 3 beaches and short drives to everything else. Check in and out was a breeze and we loved the added athletic club access. Highly recommend!

We stayed here with our 4 college-aged children. We had enough room to sleep comfortably and enjoy each other’s company without being in each other’s space. The resort is lovely. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool and hot tub are just around the corner from the condo. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Overall I'd give this condo 4 stars! There were a few bumps such as checking in. The door code we had was wrong and we didn't have the phone number to the new property manager. The property manager who was on our emails did not answer her phone and when she did call back, she said she no longer manages that property. She was kind enough to get us to the right person but it did take awhile before we could get inside. Plus it wasn't fun carrying 1/2 of our luggages upstairs not knowing we couldn't get in. Once inside, everything appeared clean until we got to our beds where the bedding and towels did not smell fresh. They were folded nicely but smelled like they sat in the washer a little too long. I had to wash all of the bed sheets, pillow cases and towels before we used them. Other than that, it was really nice being walking distance to the beach. The condo is very roomy. We really liked having an assigned parking space too. I would request to stay here again and refer family/friends to stay here also.

We were very happy with this property. We had 6 adults in our party and to have 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms for each couple was amazing! The condo is spacious, very clean and well stocked. The lanais were very clean too.
I was a little confused by the layout of the rooms from the website pictures, so to clarify (for others who might also be wondering), the master bedroom and the bedroom with the two beds are on the same floor that has the kitchen, dining and family room. The bedroom with the queen bed is upstairs. It is like a loft, as one of its walls is open (closed off with shutters and a half wall) but it’s great. All the rooms are very roomy and comfortable.
There are around 5 beach towels, 2 boogy boards and a couple of pool noodles, in addition to chairs and sand toys.
My one complaint is communication with the property management was a little slow and seemed very automated. I wasn’t sure if I was actually texting with a real person or not. Sometimes when I texted there was a response as soon as I hit send (that’s why I felt it was automated) but other times I had to wait over an hour for a response. And when I called the number (right after receiving a reply), the call would not go through.I wanted to clarify what needed to be done before we checked out. Surprisingly, nothing. But it would have been nice to know this a little sooner than very late on our last day.

I loved it here! We had stayed a few years back at the same property but different unit, but I liked this one so much better. It actually had an AC which was appreciated. It had everything we needed for cooking and the beach. The cable in the master bedroom wasn't working which wouldn't be a big deal, but watching TV in the living room was loud for our daughter in the upstairs room. Could have had more beach towels as we had 4 for a family of 5 but that's so minor I hate mentioning it. Great location, easy to get to Poipu beach where on one side you can boogie board and the other you can snorkel. We loved having so much room. Would definitely come again. and will 100% stay in this same location. The property managers were very helpful answering questions when we had them. Highly recommend

What a perfect setting for vacationing with our daughter and her family. The upstairs suite provided us privacy while my daughters' family enjoyed the 2 on the main level. The kitchen is well equipped; loved having all the spices available. The swim snorkels and boards were a surprise bonus. The beach club access was a real treat for all of us. We also enjoyed the lovely Greenway providing an easy walk to the beach and beautiful views of the sunrise. There was some miscommunication on the checkin code, but property manager answered our call promptly and addressed our issue. We loved the property and highly recommend it.

This VRBO is great. It is very comfortable and in a prime location. About a 10 minute walk to Poipu Beach and a similar walk to the Grand Hyatt. I highly recommend staying here.

The condo was comfortable and it was easy to find and easy, fast communication with the owner and management.
It was unfortunate that the shower in the master bedroom wasn't fixed since August, but the owner gave a $150 refund.
The 3rd bedroom is actually a loft with shutters opening or closing it off the living and dining room below, and it has no door at the top of the stairs, so privacy was reduced and the noise level for our group was a problem as some like to sleep in longer than others or go to bed earlier than others. I missed this detail in the description of the condo.
The plastic plants, flowers, and dining room chandelier need dusting/cleaning, otherwise the condo was clean and tidy. One member of our group thought the couch fabric needed cleaning and the flat, older couch pillows could use replacing. The beds were comfortable enough with good pillows. Towels and linens were good. Kitchen items were good as well. Pool and hot tub were a convenient, few steps away.
We liked the lighted path down to Brennekke and Poipu beaches where 40 or more turtles come at sunset to sleep the night on the beach! We drove to the beach due to all our chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, coolers, etc. If you want to walk the trail to the beach, I recommend that you get a wagon and rolling cooler. We had to rent beach chairs as the one at the condo were kid sized and 2 were ripped. Decent snorkel gear but we always bring our own. Two good boogie boards were nice to have, but the umbrella pole didn't work correctly so couldn't it, however we didn't ask if this could be replaced.
The owner and new management team is very responsive. They had two hairdryers replaced in a couple of hours after we asked. Our code to open the door didn't work as the manager was changed just before we arrived. The new manager answered my call right away and was there within 10 minutes to get us into the condo and a new code to use.
Overall we enjoyed our stay in this condo and area.

All in all this was a perfect place to stay. Hans is a great host and the condo is the ideal size and location for a family. It is walking distance to 2 great beaches and and very short drive to 2 shopping centers and several restaurants. Everything you need is so close. The beaches have everything from surf, to swim, to turtles! It was a dream come true.
The owner recently changed to a new property manager, right before our trip, and it seems that they have a few wrinkles to figure out but I can tell that they will work them out. Because of these, I had to take off a star. If I could give a 4.5, I would have.

The kids loved the nearby pool. We walked to the beach, it is not a short trek. We were very comfortable with the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen appliances could use an upgrade. There were a lot of beach supplies, boogie boards, chairs, sand toys and snorkel equipment which we appreciated. It is located in a quiet 4 unit building.

Overall we had a nice stay, loved the island. Had issues with property managers at first. Confusion with two different property managers but owner was helpful. Had to sign a separate contract with first property manager and wanted credit cards even after we secured with VRBO. Then owner went with another property manager and they wanted me to pay in full [we had already paid]. Once again this was resolved by the owner. 2nd property manager was very nice.Was informed by the owner three weeks out the master bathroom shower cannot be used and could not get it fixed in time for our stay. He gave me back $125.00 one time payment. One of the other bathroom showers [upstairs] drains very slowly needs repair and should have been addressed prior to our check in. Closet where the water heater is located was surrounded by paper bags and beach/pool items..may be a hazard. TV in living room has exposed cable wires coming out of wall. May be a hazard for kids. Security at the complex was very good. Grounds were very nice and kept up. Condo could use some upgrades. If not looking for fancy it will work for you. Location was good, could walk to beach 10 min. and walk to get coffee etc.

Property was spacious, clean and close to a lot of amenities. We Appreciated having beach items to use, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling supplies. We enjoyed walking the path to the beach and restaurants over at the resort. The beach within walking distance at the end of the path is called shipwreck beach. It has some trails for a quick hike up to cliffs overlooking the ocean. Beautiful!

We had a great stay in Poipu and found the location of this condo to be perfect for exploring the area. The condo is very spacious and great for a group. We had some issues with check in but these were resolved quickly. We also had issues with the beds in one of the rooms which wasn’t resolved until the next day. The kitchen needs some updating too - microwave handle and some other things were broken or damaged. This condo felt like it needed some love, but aside from that we had a great time!

We had such an amazing 2 weeks at this property! Perfect location to get to beaches, restaurants and whale watching locations. Very comfortable place and well stocked with beach stuff. We had an amazing time on the island. The condo was better than expected. It was very spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. There were plenty of towels and even a closet full of beach accessories. Parking and checking in was very easy. The short walk down to Poipu Beach every evening to watch the sunset was the best part! Will definitely book again. Hans did a great job of communicating with me. 5+ stars all the way around.

We spent 7days with our family of 5 for a week. The location was great. It was less than a mile walk to Poipu beach. The AC was great during summer, as well as the ceiling fans, for keeping cool. There are two pools for use by the Regency Poipu Kai guests. There are also grills available. Only downside is that the upstairs bedroom has no door which isn't ideal for someone trying to sleep while others are downstairs in the living area. The unit is very spacious and was great for our stay.

So happy we chose this property for our trip to Kauai. My husband and myself took our 20 and 17 year olds and one 20 year old friend. The property is amazing with a bathroom for each bedroom, plenty of towels and beach items, plus a beautiful kitchen. The pool is fantastic and we made lots of friends there. There are also 2 barbeques for everyone to share there. The location is perfect. Only a 5-10 minute walk to either Poipu Beach or Shipwreck's beach, both are amazing. Our host was very communicative and provided everything we could possibly need. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Kauai.

We were thrilled with our stay in Kauai! The condo was so big, clean and comfortable. We loved the location as it was so close to the pool! It was a decent walk to the beach, but not unmanageable (there were other options closer to the beach if that's important). The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedrooms were huge, with bathrooms for each room! We rented a car so all of Poipu was easily accessible but we could also walk to the Grand Hyatt that had lots of eating options, as well as a couple of other restaurants and the wonderful Big Fish Coffee. We really loved staying here and would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others!

We were a family of 5 adults. This place was perfect and had everything we needed. It was clean, well stocked, convenient to both Poipu and Shipwreck beaches, as well as two wonderful restaurants. The deli was a huge hit by Poipu beach for a nightly stroll and ice cream while watching the sunset. During our visits to Poipu beach we frequently saw monk seals and sea turtles. The condo has a pool right around the corner as well as grills for your use. The washer and dryer was very nice to have. Lots of ceiling fans as we liked to have the windows open. Another reviewer mentioned the street noise. We did not notice that at all. The condo had a cooler, beach towels, and reusable bags for your runs to Walmart. Walmart charges extra for bags because they do not provide bags. Costco was the best place to buy your gas and groceries as well as Safeway. The concierge was a nice touch. She was able to book all of our activities for us and great to work with. We would highly recommend this place and stay again.

Even with wind and rain the first week, Kauai is a beautiful place to visit! Wonderful beaches, laid back and lush scenery. With plentiful sunshine the second week, the views and comfort were even more stunning!

All in all, a wonderful stay. Central location on the greenbelt to go towards the Hyatt or towards Poipu Beach. Fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Our 15th stay in the Islands and it was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at to date. a couple of items of note. We like to keep the windows open while sleeping and enjoy the cooling trade winds instead of using AC if possible. The Unit is in close proximity to Pe'e Rd and you will start hearing traffic @ 6:30-7:00. Also make sure that your earliest risers stay in the upstairs loft bedroom as it is open to the main living area and you will hear everything going on down there . Would have received 5 stars without the noise issues.

3 couples stayed here for 6 days. Love the location -- walking access to Shipwreck beach and Poipu beach. Condo is very comfortable and well appointed. No complaints at all. We will try to get it again if we come back with 6 people!
