We loved our stay at Regency. The condo was in an amazing location! It is just a short walk to 3 beautiful beaches and one of the most scenic hikes on the island. The condo is huge. It had everything we needed for grilling, beaching and laundry. Some of the beach equipment could use updated but we considered having it a bonus. We couldn’t have had a better home base! Mike answered every question we had quickly.

We very much enjoyed our stay and your beautiful island. I will start with the positives: The condo was in a beautiful location, easy walking distance to the beach. The grounds were beautiful and the pools were very clean. We appreciated the boogie boards, chairs and wagon to take everything to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was large enough to accommodate our group. AC and washer and dryer were a great convenience. There were a few things to be improved: one of the bathrooms did not have a door and only had a shower curtain in the opening. This was not shown in the images although we made it work. There is also not a large table on a lanai. This was pictured but not in the unit. We were disappointed in this as this was something we specifically looked for so that we could dine on the lanai. We also found a dead cockroach/waterbug under the sink in the bathroom on our last day there. We would have reported this although were were leaving the next morning. The bathrooms are dated with some mildew and could use some updating. All in all, we had a very pleasant time and would return.

This was our second stay and had just as great of an experience as the first time.
Condo has a great layout and is well stocked. We put the beach gear to good use as we did the 10 minute walk to the beach at least daily. The pool is also right around the corner. The location really cannot be beat.
Also love that the condo is stocked with a pack n’ play and stroller - made life so much easier!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Surrey, the property manager, was very responsive and accommodating. There were clear instructions pertaining to check in, recommendations for during our stay and check out. We picked this location for the proximity to the beach, and it is an easy walk. We really appreciated the beach equipment, especially the wagon! The sheets were so comfortable- we all want to know what kind you use?

Just returned from a perfect five days at the Regency 421. Felt like every need for my family and me was taken care of from the baby amenities (pack and play) to the beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, coolers). Mike was extremely responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect with plenty of pools and very easy beach access. I was highly surprised with how roomy the space felt with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Will definitely stay here again!!

The property with its spacious rooms, loft, and amenities provided our family of 5 with all we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better, more centralized, location to see all of the sights on the island from Waimea Canyon, to Koloa Rum, to Sleeping Giant and Hanalei. The condo is within walking distance from beautiful Brennecke and Poipu Beach where we saw countless turtles! It is also just down the road from the beautiful Poipu Bay golf course, which is a must-play for any golfers in the group. One of our favorite things to do was make the short drive to Koloa Town for good food and shopping. The resort area itself is quiet and provides great access to hike the magnificent Poipu Cliffs and Mahaulepu Heritage Trail. The condo is well-equipped with boogie boards, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and other useful items. A great experience all around!

Enjoyed our stay. Condo is spacious. Nice grounds, short walk to Poipu. The condo bedrooms were warm when we arrived. We texted about it and got a fast response and good communication from the manager. Just needed to wait for the AC to catch up. After that first day we were comfortable, but note this is not the place for you if you like to keep your bedrooms cold.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. Right on the greenbelt and very quiet. It is just as the pictures show - very clean. I would say the only thing that could be improved was that it sleeps 8 but there are only enough towels for 6. We ended up having to go buy some extra towels. Otherwise, it had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely book again.

Perfect location for visiting our 3 favorite beaches in Poipu! We took advantage of walking to see the sunrise and/or the sunset almost every day.
There were great amenities for our young kiddos (4 and 1&1/2) including a pack n’ play, kids dishes and beach toys.
We also put the wagon, boogie boards and coolers to good use.
Plenty of room for my husband and I, our kiddos and my parents. Highly recommend!

The condo had everything we could have possibly needed! Pack n play, high chair, gate for the stairs, sand toys, wagon, beach umbrella, coolers…you name it, they had it. The condo is so spacious and was perfect for my family of 5 and grandma and grandpa. The grounds and walking paths were beautiful. Short walk to the beaches as advertised. 3 pools to use were really nice. Air conditioning was great and helps with the humidity. Would definitely stay here again! Overall our family's stay was wonderful and Michael and Surrey's home is just as advertised. It was great to be able to walk to Poipu Beach for sunset or Shipwreck Beach for sunrise and a close drive to plenty of restaurants in Poipu. The unit had plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and all of the beach items (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys) were amazing to have. Would definitely stay again!

This place was just right for our group. We came here looking to relax from our everyday pace of life and Poipu delivered with its peace and quiet and beauty everywhere you look. We went to several beaches in different areas of the island and in our opinion the best beach is the one only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. And so many turtles! We thoroughly appreciated the beach equipment provided (beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler), and made use of them every day. The larger property is beautifully landscaped and so enjoyable to stroll through. We also used the hot tub most days after coming back from the beach. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Overall a great and relaxing stay.

The AC is a nice addition when it gets muggy and there’s plenty of space to spend out here for everyone in the family. Well stocked, new appliances, and 4 TV’s so that everyone can chill to their own channels.

We did have a rooster friend who lived in the tree out the window and loved to give early wakeup calls. this was more fun than annoying though, he was cute.

This place was excellent.
Location was under 10mins walk to Poipu Beach.
3 pools to use within the large complex.
Only had one issue... the master bedroom bathroom is missing a door.
This needs to be addressed, as it's not very ideal.

Location is located close to Brenneke beach, Poipu beach,, just a short walk or drive. Walking paths joins several complexes, walk frim Brennekes to the Hyatt on path and more. 3 pools to access, we used one it was great!
Condo was well appointed with everything you need. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.! Condo updated (bathtubs could be updated, would be nice to have soaking tub n master). Deck chairs were a bit rusty, but comfortable and useable. What we reallly appreciated was the beach supplies, everything we needed! 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach towels, and much more. Also, for a family, strollers and pack n play!
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Condo was perfectly located near the beach. Was stocked with all the appliances, dishes, laundry detergent, trash bags and a few toiletries. Was spacious and clean. The showers could be updated, was challenging giving the 2 year old a bath with the sliding glass doors. Owner was very responsive and helpful during our stay. If you do the ATV tour, don't use the white towels after your shower, the red dirt will stain the towels but the tour was fantastic!

Our family of five soent 10 days in this beautiful condo. It clean, close the beach - only 5 min walk! And has everything we needed for cooking and beach fun . Huge collection of sand toys for kids, floats, a lot of beach chairs , new umbrella , reef shoes, etc.

My wife and I traveled from Europe for a two week stay in Hawaii, our second week was spent with two other couples in Kauai and Michael's condo provided perfect accommodations for the 6 of us. Very clean and fully appointed from beach towels, sun chairs to Netflix for relaxing after a day of sunshine and sand! Assigned parking, quick beach access and a couple restaurants in easy walking distance. Michael was very communicative and the arrival information was well described. If you're looking for three bedrooms and three bathrooms, close to the beach, this is the condo that you'll want!

Michaels house is lovely. It’s very comfortable and clean and in an amazing area. There were some essentials int he cupboards the only thing we found we needed was a kettle. Lots of towels and comfortable beds. A door on the 3rd bedroom would be a plus for privacy. We had an amazing trip.

We rented this condo after much research for 9 of us, 6 adults and 3 kids. It’s was a great place and close to poipu beach. Michael’s condo has all the stuff needed for us to enjoy Kauai, including water shoes, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. The condo is situated on a beautiful property with lush Hawaiian landscape. One recommendation I have is to reserve the 2 air conditioners, the trade winds are nice, but I would definitely get the air conditoners, it helps to cool area that you want at night. Being from Arizona, I wasn’t used to the humidity. I would definitely rent from Michael again.

I loved the location. It wasn’t too close to all the busy stuff, but still close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. The condo was furnished with everything we needed.
