Conveniently located in Waikiki. Our entire experience and stay in the condo was spacious and comfortable. All amenities were available and we didn’t have any issues. Would definitely recommend and will consider staying at this property again!

Location was good and free parking was included. We figured out how to use the lights and extra fans but instructions would definitely help some people to figure it out.There was a beach chair and some boogie boards to take to the beach.There is lots of odds and ends that needed to be fixed. There was no dish towels provided. No extra pillow cases for the pull out. Pillows and pull out mattress need to be replaced as they were stained in multiple places. Shower head had one setting that was on full blast. Also some updates needed such as covers on the lights and a few more odds and ends

The location was great! Only a block away from the beach. The room is dated and could use some upgrades. The host was very attentive when we had a question. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and appliances. It could use some extra towels and new sheets on the bed. There was mold and mildew in the shower. The unit could have been cleaned a little better. We were there for 3 weeks and would stay here again.

Courtney was a great host! She provided a great little welcome package. It was clean, close to the beach, and the parking included was invaluable. We loved it.Only reason that this was 4 stars was out of Courtney's control. It's really noisy for 2 reasons: It's close to the fire station, and there are a lot of emergencies in a big city. It also is really loud due to air pressure in the hallway. It sounds like it's windy, but inside.

Room was very clean. Check in was very easy. We did have to sign in with resort security which wasn't included in the directions but it was posted in the lobby and we were able to figure it out. Free parking was a HUGE plus. Location was great and many things in walking distance. I would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautifully designed, comfortable, spotless, and so thoughtfully laid out. Everything felt polished and professional, making it an easy five-star experience across the board. The view was gorgeous and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The pool area wasn’t quite as charming as the rest of the property, but still totally fine and functional. Overall, a phenomenal stay — we’d absolutely return!

The units are very dated. The carpet was really badly stained and so was the furniture cushions. The carpet was loose where it connects from the living room to the kitchen and torn up. Very disappointing. Did not want to sit on the furniture.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed my stay. I I could see a rainbow almost every day from the balcony.The rental process was smooth and easy. The only thing I was a little worried about was the lock — since it used a preset code, I felt uneasy about leaving valuables in the room. It would be nice if guests could set their own passcode for extra security.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would love to stay here again.

We found the property owners good to deal with, they were very accommodating allowing us to check in early. The view was great and the air conditioning worked well. We did not need to use the car park but they had a spot available for free parking. The property is well located at the far end of Waikiki beach which is not as crowded and the beach areas were good. Wifi was available free of charge. Checkout was easy as the cleaner dealt with all the riding up except the rubbish which we disposed of. A laundry is located on the same floor with 1 washing machine and 1 dryer, 1.75 per use. The only issues we had was the kettle did not work and the bed was two mattresses which unfortunately sagged in the middle, slightly uncomfortable if you ended up there, if you kept to your side it was fine.

The building was easily accessible, had ample parking spaces, and was a quick walk to the beach. Courtney was extremely accommodating leading up to our arrival. Thanks for a wonderful home base in Waikiki. Every detail of this apartment is exactly as it is described. It is updated, comfortable, very clean, and has all the amenities you will need for your stay. The view is exactly as photographed. The elevators worked the entire time and we did not wait more than a minute or two for them. The convenience of the parking garage was priceless! This being our 3rd trip to Oahu, we explored other areas of the island and could not have done it without a car. Check-in and check-out was simple and seamless.

In addition to this condo being extremely immaculate, the host included so many amenities which made our stay complete. Located just a few blocks from the beach, it was also convenient to get out of Waikiki and drive to other areas since parking was included. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. This is a fantastic location and beautiful beachfront. The room (902) was small, but very clean and comfortable and quiet. The kitchen had a fairly large refrigerator and freezer and a two burner stovetop as well as a fullsuze microwave, coffeemaker,utensils, plates and cups and glasses. We slept comfortably each evening after long days enjoying the beautiful beach and otherisland outings. Beautiful breathtaking view of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. Lots of food andshopping places nearby.

They kept extra money for cleaning, after the cleaning fees were paid already. The apartment is old, staned and dusty, we saw cocroaches there. We cannot figured out what they charged us for. Communication is difficult.

Loved the apartment! Close to the beach 1 block away, with shops near by. Many restaurants walking distance and easy enough to DoorDash food. The unit had shampoo and soap plenty of towels and toilet paper. Would recommend to any family. Free parking and ease of access. Keep in mind parking garage is small so don’t rent a tall car and parking big cars can be difficult but there’s plenty of parking didn’t have an issue finding a spot.

We really loved that this unit had parking included! This made doing our day trips very easy. Proximity to all of Waikiki was amazing. Building itself is on the older side though it is well maintained. The unit itself is modern and clean. We had 2 people staying but could easily have had at least 1 more with plenty of space. Check in was only confusing in that host wrote about check in via DM but didn’t include info about needing to sign in with building security. Otherwise everything was very clear and host was great at communicating. 2 of the beach chairs the host provided were broken but since there were only 2 of us, it was ok. We’re grateful those chairs were provided, so thank you!
