The condo was as described in the listing and it met all of our basic needs for the week. A few pros: AC inside the unit worked great, shower pressure was nice and we always had hot water, location to beach, restaurants and markets was excellent. A few cons: the clothes dryer didn’t work so we wasted money trying to get clothes dry and ended up air-drying inside the unit. Towels cannot be refreshed without a fee - it would be nice to get a fresh set of bath and pool/ towels a time or two throughout the stay, or based on nights paid. Entry/lobby, corridors and elevators really need to be renovated - the public areas of this property are very dated and made us re-think what we had booked before entering our unit upon check in. Definitely an oversight on my part, but the unit does not have a dishwasher. Not a big deal but wasn’t expecting to hand wash dishes on vacation.

The apartment had a beautiful view of the ocean and Diamond Head. The kitchen was nice, but need dish towels to dry dishes. The carpeting looks tired and needs replacing. I had to get workman in to get the bathroom outlet to work and showbar put back on the wall of shower. I liked the fact there was free parking. Beds were comfortable and overall great location.

Dusting really was lacking, the dust on the fake plants was so thick I placed one out on the patio. It was lacking a lot as for the kitchen, no pot holders, or spices. Not enough TP and they won't give you more at the front desk, you're expected to purchase more. Shower hot water was hit & miss. Bedding wasn't comfortable. There was a portion of tack strip exposed on the threshold of the bedroom, it would cut at my feet. As a landlord myself this place had untapped potential. The electric panel is scary, the outlets weren't reliable. It needs a remodeling for sure. The location is a bit sketchy, but inside the staff takes pride in their care of the place.

I can't say enough positive things about our stay at Courtney's! The condo was immaculately clean, we had everything we needed available from beach towels/chairs, water boards, amenities. The condo was a cozy place to unwind after a long day at the beach. The view was beautiful and the walk to the Waikiki Beach area was only a short distance away. Excellent location for our exploration of Oahu! It offered us the ability to eat in or check out the numerous dining options around us. Waikiki beach was short walk away, and Diamond Head was a short drive away. Parking was a big plus! The ability to use laundry facilities was also a plus. Sleeping options were adequate for four adult females. We greatly appreciated the towels provided.

We really enjoy staying on this end of Waikiki. The building is easy to get to. Parking was easy. Great communication with the host and the unit itself is clean and has a nice view of Diamond Head. The only issue we had with the unit is the shower head is super strong or a mist, with no in-between, which was annoying because you have to hold it in your hand. The building itself, however, could really use some updating. The hallway carpets need replacing, the reception area could be a lot more welcoming, the snack shop and fitness room were closed, an elevator was wonky... those sorts of things. They aren't vital to have a good time, but would certainly go a long way in getting a return visit.

Loved our stay here Checkin and checkout very easy and organized. The property is in a great location a few blocks from Waikiki beach. Our room included covered parking and the room was huge for two people. Nice living area kitchen and balcony with amazing views of Diamond Head and the ocean. Big Bedroom. Everything you need and spotless. The swimming pool was heated and very nice. Our unit had 2 TV’s but we had trouble trying to figure out how to use it. Could only get Pluto TV with no ESPN. Not a big deal. We would definitely come back.

We stayed for 10 days. We enjoyed the condo to the fullest with a full kitchen, coffee maker, ice maker. We used the BBQ on the 6th floor. I will be staying here for my next trip to Oahu. Location is great. Easy check-in and checkout. The laundry room is down the hall from unit. There isn’t anything special about this unit. The owner is only interested in making money on this unit. There is isn’t anything that has been upgraded. Ice cube trays leak. Missing towels racks. Towels are old. Day we checked in the unit had a strong smell like something burning. We called and reported the odor. The smell lasted for several days. The fan in the bathroom needs cleaning. The blanket we took down from the closet had hair all over it, like it was never washed. Which was gross. It seems they only have a very basic cleaning done.The kitchen floor hasn’t had a good deep cleaning because I dropped something and when I was wiping it up my paper towel was black. Like the floor was very dirty and hasn’t been deeply cleaned. We will definitely not rent this place again.

I’m usually not the biggest fan of vacation rentals mostly because I don’t like the chore list that comes with staying at one. That being said, I felt that my stay at Courtney’s place didn’t have these things. There was one ask and that is to bring the trash out which is totally reasonable considering the tropical area. Not to mention incredibly convenient because the trash shoot is next to the unit. The cleaning crew did such a great job of setting up the unit for our arrival. It was very welcoming. As someone who doesn’t like vacation rentals over resorts I would 100% stay at one of Courtney‘s again.

If you’re looking for a nice place to stay, in the heart of the action of Waikīkī, this place is for you. I stayed for 5 nights with my two young sons. The unit itself was very nice and clean. The living room has a let out sofa bed, which my boys enjoyed very much. I didn’t do any cooking but, the unit had pots and pans should I have chosen to do so. Refrigerator was regular size which was great for storing leftover food, milk, water, and fruit for the week. Bowls, plates, silverware were available for our use as well, which we did use. The bedroom was later with a nice view of Diamond Head, and the ocean. I would have liked a television in the bedroom just so I didn’t have to watch what the kids were watching BUT, it wasn’t so much of a bother that it took away from the awesomeness of this place. The location was AWESOME! Just two blocks to the beach, a five (5) minute walk to the zoo, a ten (10) minute walk to the aquarium, and about a 15 minute walk to International Market (the mall). Dominos is right across the street, Denny’s is about a three (3) minute walk, and the ABC store (convenience store) is about a two (2) minute walk. There is a convenience store in the building as well. Also, there’s a laundry room on the floor at the end of the hall which I did take advantage of during my stay. The host, Richard and Monica were EXCELLENT with communication. Speedy responses with all questions/concerns I had. You can’t go wrong booking this unit! Easily 5 s. 10/10!
