This unit is absolutely as beautiful as the pictures make it out to be. Located in the Waikiki Sunset, the condo is just over one long block inland from Kuhio Beach, our favorite area of Waikiki (due to the breakwall). The unit is well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels (bath, hand, kitchen, beach, etc.), shampoo & conditioner, etc. I noticed at the end of our stay Courtney even had laundry detergent 'for guest use' in the supply closet. The king bed was very comfortable and there were no complaints from my fellow travelers who utilized the sofa bed and bunks.As for building amenities: The pool isn't large and lacks a hot tub that other properties may offer, but the water was warm, the pool deck was clean and we never found it overcrowded. The parking garage was easy to enter and exit. The unit was quiet and though we occasionally heard noises from the hallway, other guests were respectful of the posted quiet hours and we were never disturbed during those times.As a host, Courtney was a great communicator. We had no issues during our stay but I've no doubt if issues had arisen they would have been dealt with promptly.

I can’t review the actual room, as it was flooded by a previous guest. Upon arrival I called to check in and found out they could offer a different room lower in the building that was comparable. I suppose I’ll never know but the room we were moved too was dated, the door looked to be kicked in and poorly repaired, along with a air leak in the sliding door, leaving a constant whistling.While the host was very responsive and kind and attempted to rid us of the whistling, I just don’t know that the room was comparable. I wouldn’t have paid as much as I had for this room. We had already landed, the week of Christmas with no real other options, we took what was offered.

We had a great stay. Only issue was that there were no dish clothes and dish towels. Rental Agency expected us to use paper towel, which is difficult with no dishwasher. We had to go buy some to use. Other than that minor item, we enjoyed the unit and it had some great views of the mountains of Waikiki.

Very welcoming. Safe and secure on a high (29) floor. Had to buy most basic cooking needs (salt, pepper, oil, etc) but stores are nearby. Needed help with resetting the AC and the digital door lock is quirky. Nice Weber grills available. The bidet was great. Recommend for a couple.

The condo is located right off the main road along Waikiki. Very walkable to rhe beach and stores. Lots of food and shopping available. It's also located close to tour pickups if you opt for that. Beautiful sunset from the beach and the balcony. The unit itself is decorated very nicely. There are plenty of towels, beach chairs if you need them. There's a very handy parking pass to use. Mattresses are very comfortable. The only issues I had were there's no tv in the bedroom. The only tv is in the living room. There's a sofa there that lays down to a bed. That sofa is the most uncomfortable one to sit on. So being tired after our outings, it was unbearable to sit on the couch. I just went to bed early. But that's just us...seniors. if that doesn't matter to you then THIS is the place for you

As stated in the description even had salt and pepper but when I got in I was so tired I didn’t check before heading to the store. There was cooking oil and other spices, as well. Furniture could use an update. And hotel could rug doctor that carpet in the hallway. Great distant to the beach. I’m very thankful for free parking offered. The pool was good. Location was good and free parking was included. We figured out how to use the lights and extra fans but instructions would definitely help some people to figure it out.There was a beach chair and some boogie boards to take to the beach.There is lots of odds and ends that needed to be fixed. There was no dish towels provided. No extra pillow cases for the pull out. Pillows and pull out mattress need to be replaced as they were stained in multiple places. Shower head had one setting that was on full blast. Also some updates needed such as covers on the lights and a few more odds and ends

The location was great! Only a block away from the beach. The room is dated and could use some upgrades. The host was very attentive when we had a question. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and appliances. It could use some extra towels and new sheets on the bed. There was mold and mildew in the shower. The unit could have been cleaned a little better. We were there for 3 weeks and would stay here again.

Courtney was a great host! She provided a great little welcome package. It was clean, close to the beach, and the parking included was invaluable. We loved it.Only reason that this was 4 stars was out of Courtney's control. It's really noisy for 2 reasons: It's close to the fire station, and there are a lot of emergencies in a big city. It also is really loud due to air pressure in the hallway. It sounds like it's windy, but inside.

Everything felt polished and professional, making it an easy five-star experience across the board. The view was gorgeous and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The only thing I was a little worried about was the lock — since it used a preset code, I felt uneasy about leaving valuables in the room.
