It is wonderful place to stay which is upgrade kitchen, very comfortable bed with pillow and bedsheet etc. It is really beautiful place for 6 people to stay.Except dishes are not clear and floor is not clear, but it is hard to see the dirty since the color of floor There is hair in bedsheet. Hopefully, cleaning lady will do more work in future. :-)Thanks so much anyway!

Easy communication and check in. I added a second person that arrived before me and it was flawless. Fyi- laundry is not coin - need app. Thecplace was clean and comfortable. There was not a book to explain remotes etc but the phone for contact worked and things were explained. Recycles are on floor not floor 8 as on sheet on door. Ca few things could of made visit a little easier but place was perfect

Guest took great care of us - when the original unit went down due to mechanical /AC issues and the windows were not operable because of construction, they allowed us access to great alternate condo in Waikiki - CAPT COOK did a great job, thank you!

The overall condition of the condo was not great.
The walls and floors have not been scrubbed in quite some time. some of the paint was peeling from the walls and doors. All of the appliances are dated. The unit was equipped with everything I needed. If I had been there for any other reason than a place to sleep while I was working in Honolulu, I would not have stayed there.

The condo was in a great location, easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Had everything you need for your stay (kitchen items, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler). Host was amazing at communication! The only downside was that the photos were a little deceiving. There have been several updates to the condo, however it could use new paint (the bedroom, bathroom, vanity had peeling paint which was unexpected and dirty looking). Not related to the room, but the harbor is not as pristine as the photos, it is full of garbage which was surprising after looking at the pictures on the listing.

Dirty furniture, no end tables, dark (needs lamps), cable equipment just piled in a basket, 2 of 4 remotes had dead batteries, very outdated decor, medicine cabinet molding loose, window AC unit runs non stop. Fortunately it had a beach view. For being part of Ilikai "luxury" rooms and suites we were disappointed. .

We had a very pleasant stay. The property is in a great location with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The property was well maintained and stocked with the necessary supplies for our stay. The host provided good communication and allowed us a late check out. Onsite parking was also convenient.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had!! The unit had a serious cockroach infestation — dozens of cockroaches. At first we noticed them near the kitchen sink, but later found them inside our suitcase and on the walls.
This was disgusting and unacceptable. We had to throw away clothes and were worried they had gotten into the coffee maker or food. We never left food out. This was clearly a health and safety issue, not a minor inconvenience.
The host refused to provide a full refund and requested a pest inspection, which somehow claimed there were “no signs of cockroaches,” despite visible cockroach bodies left on the walls and around the sink. Completely unbelievable.
Our entire trip was ruined, and we had to contact Vrbo multiple times just to get this handled. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

Our host James sent an e-mail directing us on how to "check-in" and we were to contact him via text. We had one question for him and never heard back, until we asked for some extended time for check- out - which he said was not possible. The door to the lanai did not open, asked if it could, never heard response. We did learn from neighbors their door worked. Great location! Thank you for making our trip to Hawaii possible!

Host was very responsive, location was fantastic (we were able to watch the Friday fireworks from the comfort of our lanai), lots of room, comfy furniture, nice shower amenities. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the property from beach chairs/towels to a fully stocked kitchen, even some cheater eyeglasses in case you forgot yours! A really special property!

This place is made my trip to perfect! When i open door, can see beautiful ocean and beach! It wasn't noisy, and safe! Also, Window shades is really work for sleep! I love that! Home is very clean and furnitures, kitchen items, beach items etc, there have everything with great condition! The building is very clean, and the security workers are very kind and it feels very safe.:). I had great time in this place!

Best part is the location, close to all interesting activities. 10min walk to the Hilton Waikiki village and Kahanamoku beach, 15min walk to Ala Moana mall (the whole family loved the food court there). Whale watching tour start right on the block. Harbor Pub downstairs is great for breakfast and Chart House is a nice place for dinner. The room and furniture is a little dated, but it is clean, just like what you'd expect if staying in a friend's or relative's home. The checkin is smooth and the host is very accommodating when we asked to get in earlier since our flight arrived early. There are plenty of towels for our family to use and 2 beach chairs are great to have. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

5+++⭐ Great communication and responsive email responses for all our pre-trip questions. We visited Waikiki for Christmas and loved our stay. This condo was spacious for our family of four. It had a beautiful view of the marina. Perfectly loved just outside of all the touristy hub-bub. We loved how quiet our part of the area was in comparison. Quaint coffee shops within walking diatance and we loved our sunset views at night. We will definitely be back

Great location between Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana areas! Even though it was raining the majority of our visit - we were still able to enjoy the beautiful view of the harbor every day. We enjoyed our extended stay and really felt comfortable, safe and we look forward to going back again soon!

I loved waking up and hanging out with such beautiful views. Bed and couch bed were comfortable. Perfect for our family to use over the holidays. Kitchen had what we needed and easy to use. Apartment is in very poor condition, not as advertised! It's old and not well maintained! Bathtub is disgusting and a shower head is liking. The vent is so loud, I couldn't hear myself! I want to take a shower without constant noice! Kitchen counter was sticky as well as refrigerator's handles. After 8pm almost no hot water. We would never rent this apartment!

The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was clean, but the sofa was quite uncomfortable for prolonged sitting (it would be fine for short periods). During my stay, I couldn't open the windows at all due to construction work. Eventually, I asked Marina Hawaii Vacations directly about the construction schedule. On days when the wind was strong, the noise was particularly loud coming through the gaps in the windows (especially at the center top), which made it difficult to sleep (though I'm not sure if it was due to the construction equipment).
There was not even a single packet of dishwasher detergent despite having a dishwasher. When I communicated with management, they stated that there was no intention to provide dishwasher detergent. If you stay in this unit, please bring a few small tablets of dishwasher detergent with you.
To everyone overseas: dish soap and dishwasher detergent are different, so make sure not to put dish soap into the dishwasher. For those with rheumatoid arthritis in their hands, it can be inconvenient during a week-long stay. During my stay when, after 7 PM, the shower only provided lukewarm water(3 nights), but hot water came in the next morning. I have never experienced this before (we stay Ilikai Marina regulary), it seems to be an issue with the building itself, possibly affected by the number of guests and the time of day. Location is good. We hope the management company can provide accurate and prompt answers to customer inquiries.

Jack's place was a perfect location for accessing Ala Moana Beach Park and Waikiki. It has a lovely view for watching the sunset over the ocean and the Ilikai Marina. The kitchen in the condo was clean and neat. The carpeting was thick and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Hopefully you won't need to use the hide-a-bed. Jack has provided a number of amenities for families with young children -- car seat, playpen. Jack's instructions for getting to the condo were very clear and helpful. Staying at Jack's condo was a great experience!
