We loved staying here. The view was amazing. The property was clean and well equipped. We did not use any of the beach items they provided as we were visiting for work but I felt it was worth noting that they have beach items in the closet for adults and children. I appreciated having a full size ironing board and iron available. The property location is very walkable. We walked to dinner most nights. The check-in process was seamless. The laundry facility in the building was convenient. The only down side to this property was the TV. The right half of the tv is dark which made it difficult to watch. This was not a big deal for us as we were not in the unit most of our visit. I would absolutely stay here again.

The location was perfect for nearby shopping, beach’s and the parks. We did a few tours and was within a block of the pickup location and we had a blast. I would definitely book thru Ali'i Beach Rentals and VRBO again and will suggest it to friends and family.

The view from this suite is very beautiful, the kitchen was fully equipped with cooking utensils. The room was clean, except for the stove top was greasy. The king size bed and pull out queen size couch was very comfortable to sleep on. I would totally recommend this suite for anybody wanting to stay in Waikīkī! Also our host James was easy to contact when needed!

Suite was clean and had a great view of the marina. There were shops nearby within walking distance and the AC kept the suite nice and cool. This suite had an amazing view of the sunsets and the host was responsive and check in and out were easy. A few things to note, this suite is in an older building and the halls are poorly lit. There are also quite a few unhoused people in this area of Waikiki that hang out around the marina and the parking lot of the ala moana center nearby. We didn't have any negative interactions but it's worth being aware of if you're looking to book anything in this area.

We loved the location which was close to the beach, stores, restaurants. We had everything we needed in the kitchen as well as beach chairs, umbrella, towels. We loved the view but there wasn't much of a balcony - not enough to sit out there. The only negative was that the vertical blind slats were missing several slats, so the sun streamed in which made sleeping difficult. Otherwise, a wonderful stay!

The property is very nice. It’s a great location. I love how easy it is to walk to the beach and in the lagoon. It has a fabulous view and plenty of restaurants nearby. The only downside is the lanai, I wish the size is a little bit bigger, but overall our whole experience was pretty nice and we enjoyed our stay in the property. Accessible to almost everything. It’s a great place for a couple which is perfect for me and my husband.

Great location overlooking Ilikai Marina. Close to shopping at Ala Moana Center. And close access to the beaches- both Ala Moana Beach Park and Waikiki beaches. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and clean, and the AC kept us cool in the heat of the day. There were plenty of linens, and a few beach things too. Our party of 3 was very pleased. Mahalo!

The location was great and convenient. We parked nearby off site at the hourly parking (safe and less expensive than on site parking). Fantastic AC. The howling wind was audible overnight through the closed windows, but notably we arrived during the historic storms. Beautiful views of the ocean. Would stay again! Mahalo!

The room had an amazing view from the 37th floor. Clean and affordable as the assigned parking offers relief from the hotel parking fees. The potential savings from many of the area hotel hidden fees are a nice bonus but with some tradeoff of an aging building. The host was amazing and I would recommend the stay.

Our stay had a few positives, but unfortunately several issues outweighed them. The condo does have a great view with lots of natural light, the bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent.However, there were multiple concerns that impacted our experience. We had trouble checking in—the code we were given did not work, and it took four phone calls before we were able to access the condo and get a working code to lock it behind us.The lanai was unavailable during our stay and this was not specifically disclosed in the listing, which was disappointing—especially since it also meant we had no real way to get fresh air into the unit. Cleanliness was also questionable; we found hair in a cupboard and crumbs on and around the toaster upon arrival. There was peeling paint in the living room and visible mold in the bathroom, and the dining room furniture was in poor condition and falling apart.Additionally, the listing indicated there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but they were actually located eight floors down and required payment. After the fact, we noticed previous guests had mentioned and even shared photos of these same maintenance issues, suggesting the owner was already aware.Overall, while there are some nice features, the lack of accurate listing details, cleanliness concerns, unresolved maintenance issues, and check-in difficulties made this a disappointing stay.

This was truly a luxury Rental. I reached out to the host and communication was excellent. The Unit was beautiful, immaculate, professionally cleaned and the balcony views was Epic.. The area was perfect near to shopping centers, Lots of stores, the Mall and most importantly the Lagoon and Beach. The views from the 17th floor of the Marina, Lagoon, Beach and City Views in the night had my family not wanting to leave. I will definitely recommend this beautiful property to my family and friends and whenever my family visits Honolulu again this will be our first choice. This is a very nice location. This unit needs a little bit of repair. The front door is very heavy and gets stuck. The blinds on the windows are missing some of the pieces. The kitchen drawers should be relined and the drawers in the bathroom have a strange odor. The sink drain and bathroom sink drain also have an odd odor. All minor things that can be repaired very easily to make it even a nicer stay.

This is my second stay in Jack's condo.The view of the Marina, fireworks and sunshine from the outdoor space is an added bonus.The condo is always clean, bright and fresh feeling. And the bed very comfortable. Close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Chart House is in the lobby. If you have a car, the parking garage is in the building and you can park on the same floor as the condo. Jack responds quickly if there are any questions.

Communication with management was not good. Response time is very slow. Our lanai was being worked on- they blocked (from the outside) access to even open it. The window was bolted shut, thus making there no way to open for any fresh air. The manager’s response first said they shouldn’t be working on the lanai but would try and find something out from the property. Then the story changed to, “it was supposed to be completed May of 2025.” I figured they knew it would be worked on and didn’t reveal it when we reserved. VERY frustrated we didn’t have access to an open door or window for the fresh open air. I accidentally burned our dinner on the stove one night, and because we couldn’t open doors or windows, we had to open it into the hallway. Instead of communicating with the management, I walked down to speak with the security people. They weren’t helpful, but said they would document it. Felt like a HUGE fire hazard when I realized I had no way to get out, or ventilate anywhere. The couch was a terrible place for a 3rd person to sleep. The carpet was outdated and dingy. Everything was outdated. The bathroom isn’t in the best shape. You must hold down the toilet handle for about 20 seconds to ensure everything goes down. There are only 2 short glasses for drinking. No oven. The view was lovely. However, the doors and windows were incredibly filthy. The location is excellent. Will never stay in this unit again.

Pictures were done well, much less floor space than expected as much is cut off by outside wall in a unusual manor, the pool was not maintained and spa(hot tub) seemed closed off by pylons, chairs were missing and the whole place seemed dirty, the room also was grimy, in the end we didn’t stayed we were grateful for the refund minus the cleaning fee, and it needed the cleaning so hopefully that fee was put to good use. There were more issues such as an elevator being down etc but these were properly items as well, not the room itself

Easy walk to the beach, shopping and dinning. Clean and spacious condo. Fantastic view from the small, but rare, balcony. We saw whales and surfers while sipping wine on our balcony. Busy area but sliding doors keep out any street noise. Super comfy king bed. Beach chairs and nice beach towels a plus. Washer/dryer and free parking icing on the cake! Highly recommend using the Shaka app if you have a car. Fantastic narrated tours of the islands. Magnum PI helicopter tours, ask for Jeff, ex-military pilot.
