Location was ideal and the condo was clean and updated.
Views of the fireworks from the balcony Friday nights and a short walk to Waikiki and Ala Moana center. All pickups for excursions were easy as well since most picked up at either the prince or the Ilikai.
Janna was super quick on responses and very helpful. Initial instructions were clear and detailed.
You have everything you need including beach chairs, an umbrella and lots of beach stuff.
Laundry was super simple - next time I’d pack lighter and use the laundry.
There is recycling on the 7th floor, but we were missing a container to carry it up there - would be nice to add a bin.

The unit is in need of updating, however, everything worked and the unit was clean. The view of the ocean is awesome. The view of the harbor is heart breaking, because it's polluted. Filled with debris (mostly trash and dead fish) and needs to be cleaned. Overall, our VRBO experience was very good.

Early Check-in was available in our time of stay.
Easy to get Ala moana center also bus and trolley stop .
We can direct access from the second floor of this buliding to Ilikai hotel.
The mattress was so comfortable.
Our stay of Hawaii was only 10 days. It’s too short to request for fix the problems below.
We found over three baby cockroaches in the kitchen. they are breeding in there probably.
There were dishes dirted by the previous users in the cupboard.
The temperature display of the oven had been scratched, so we could not handle it.
The bad smell from the drain pipe of the kitchen
The door of the bathroom would not be locked.
The toilet lever dead cracked and we had to be careful when using it.
The drawer of the bathroom sink is cracked and rusty, so we could not use it.
There was no plug of bathtub, it was unavailable to fill a bath.
There was still a dirty stuff made from hairs of the previous guest in the hair catcher.
The clock on the wall had been broken.
The light stand was unavailable.
The handle of the drawer of the side of the bed was broken.
The most terrible problem I have to report was that the lock on the window door to the balcony was rusty and did not work, so we could not lock it during our stay. At the worst case, it could be cause the serious safety problem in my opinion.
However, we enjoyed our vacation. Mahalo!

They responded when we had any issues, the parking was an issue cause online says one thing but we you try to purchase a daily pass you had to pay more. We parked on the harbor parking right down the street. It was a good location & overall basic if you won’t be staying that long in the room cause at the building there’s not much to do.

We stayed almost a month and enjoyed every day! So many stores, restaurants and live music within walking distance. The condo is high up and on the water side so it’s quieter than most places in Honolulu. We needed a few extra items for the condo and they were delivered our first day. We enjoy the condo so much that we have stayed there twice so far. We bought a monthly parking pass for $150 at the Ala Wai Boat Harbor (at the SecurePark office). Plenty of pass parking right in front of the Ilikai Marina Condos. Parking in the condo garage is $840 per month. Perfect view of the Friday night fireworks next door at the Hilton. A perfect vacation!

The property was very clean, and we were able to access it very easily and quickly. It is in a centrally located area, only a short walk from either Waikiki beach or the Ala Moana shopping mall. It has great sunset views. The major downside, as others have noted, is it is very loud. Between the bar/restaurant directly below the property and the traffic on the road, it can be a challenge to get a good night's sleep. If you're not a light sleeper, this property is definitely worth considering.

We had a lovely stay at this neat little condo. The decor was very nice. It has an open concept, but you can close the shoji doors for privacy. There is a beautiful view of the marina.
It has central air conditioning, but it would get warm as the sun hit the windows. Other than that the place was perfect.
It was great to have a parking spot. Parking is extra, but worth every dime.
We took advantage of the bus system and road buses to town too.
We will definitely stay again.

This property has a great view and is comfortable for a family of 3. The property manager is friendly and attended to our needs in a timely fashion. The place was not as clean as I would've expected since I paid a cleaning fee. I just cleaned the bathroom up myself with the supplies in the condo. There is quite a bit of outside noise as there is a restaurant on the ground floor and the street outside is the street leading to the parking lot of the beach and boat dock. Overall it was a nice stay and I would stay again.

The property was clean and it was nice extra towels were provided, including beach towels. The hallway smelled of smoke but it was to be expected since there are people that live in those units. The daily parking fee adds up so if you are not planning on going outside of the city, I would not recommend renting a car as there are a number of things you can walk to or get the bus. There is good storage with dressers and closets. The toaster didn't work well but the rest of the appliances did. The kids did not complain about the sleeper sofa. It is a great property to people watch as there is always someone walking by the area and there is a bar/restaurant downstairs. It can get loud with the music they play and with people talking but closing the glass door helps muffle the sound. If you bring a car, I suggest parking on the third level so you can walk right from the garage to the hallway of your unit. There is an ABC store on the corner. The balcony is only big enough for the chairs and table that are on it. Watching the Friday night fireworks from our room was nice. There are washing machines on site where you can wash your laundry for a fee. You can walk to the lagoon and beach and use the chairs, boogie board and beach towels provided in the unit. Not specific to the unit but other observations we noted were the amount of homeless people in the general area and also, if you do bring a car, add at least 10 minutes to anywhere you are going because of the traffic/lights.

One elevator was completely down and the other was braking down 2 days out of our 6 night stay. We were on the 37th floor going up with groceries bad knees was a nightmare. We had asked for a discount or a night at the hotel to accommodate our inconvenience and that was ignored and was told the room was already disconnected because of the elevator issues. If we would have known that we would NOT have chosen that condo.

This studio was perfect for me. It was found to be clean and the linen smelled fresh and clean. It had secure parking and entry to the building. The ABC store was just 1/2 a block for morning coffee and other essentials. There are numerous restaurants, stores and bars within walking distance. The king size bed was really comfy.
Print out a hard copy of the emailed check-in procedures and other info. This will make the process much easier than trying to look at your phone each time a task is required.

Can’t beat the view, and location! Great size of the place, especially if you are traveling with just two. Anymore than 2 and it could feel cramped. It’s nice that there is a dividing wall between the master and living room if you did need to separate the two. The kitchen has all the appliances you need including a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, fridge/freezer, and even a rice cooker. They do only have 2 ice trays, so I would highly suggest getting bags of ice for the freezer if you plan on taking a cooler to the beach. There are also not many towels. There was only 2 sets (VERY SMALL) for 2 people for 10 days. But the unit says it can fit 4 people. If so, 4 people would each have 1 tiny towel to use for a long vacation. If we wanted clean towels we would have had to take them to a laundry room on another level and pay for the laundry, didn’t seem right for the amount you pay for the unit. It’s a small change that would have really helped our comfort along the stay. The bathroom does come with a hair dryer and curling iron which is nice to not have to pack if you know ahead of time. It also does come with 2 beach chairs which is very nice. Only other thing is the lanai chairs are metal folding chairs, but again, the view is unbeatable. All in all it was a great unit and stay and priced very well. I would highly recommend staying here and will be sharing the link with family and friends!!

I did a lot of research prior to this Thanksgiving week stay, choosing the Ilikai Marina (had stayed next door before). The condo is as advertised. Best thing was the always interesting 11th floor corner views of the marina, sunset, etc. Condo was clean and well-equipped. Nice Eaton Square grocery is only a 6-minute walk away. Most places in Waikiki are within a pleasant 20-minute walk, but you are away from the crowds. Good customer service when we had a few questions. Do note that the lanais in this property are really tiny, but the living space is nice.

We were very happy with this place, I would definitely stay here again. Check in was as simple as it gets, everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Beach and plenty of dining options within walking distance, and a great local bus system with a stop right outside the property that could get you to any of the major attractions in either direction. Very centrally located. We had most of our meals out, but kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to eat in if you chose to. Beautiful view of the ocean and marina from the balcony. I never received the instructions from the host she's said they sent them to me on an email on September 27th and then again on November 4th which neither wherever sent to my email address so I sat in front of the building for 4 hours to get into the unit and when she finally responded after I got in the unit her response was it was the weekend and That's why I couldn't get a hold of her and I could vacate the property and try to find somewhere else to stay. We had a great vacation. The condo provided easy access to Waikiki Beach and the sunsets from the balcony were spectacular. There were a few minor issues however the hosts responded promptly and took care of them quickly.

You can’t beat the view for the price. The room was clean and tidy. The elevator situation is not great but that’s not the owner’s problem.

I almost believe this company is a scam. This place was second place we stayed since the first place we have rented had a planned plumming project that resulted in extensive water shut off. They sent us an email at 6:30am on Saturday informing us that there will be a TWO MONTHS water shut off from 8am-5pm Monday- Friday starting Monday morning. It was not an emergency water shut off, it was pre-planned Plumbing Project that affected the unit we were renting from this company. They were impossible to get ahold of. Their two emergency phone numbers listed on their voice mail were, one, an old employee who no-longer worked there, and one that went straight to a voice mail. I truly thank VEBO for stepping in to help us navigate this disaster, but if you are looking at any properties (because they have a few on this island), I highly encourage looking at other listings. They were impossible to work with, also their units were not that clean. After getting re-located to this place in Ala Moana, they did it again! There was once again a planned water shut off that started on the day we were checking out at 8am. This time, they didn't bother to let us know at all. We found out about this because we happened to be paying attention in the elevator signs. Understand we are checking out by 10am, but we would definitely be using water while getting ready or cleanning the condo to be respectful. Highly unsatisfied with this company. This realty company is a horrible company with a bad reputation. They will rent out units knowing there will be a major construction or water shut off without informing the renters.
