Beautiful condo with a view. Very nice appliances, furniture bed and location. It had it all. Free parking was a bonus! It was nice to have beach chairs, cooler and snorkel/fins we could use. Very quiet building. And we always like a king bed! The only negative (and out of the owners control) was the lanai was closed because they were working on the outside of the building. It would have been nice to be able to sit outside or at least open a women.

This unit was great. Awesome location, comfortable bed and I think more room than most 1-bedroom units in Waikiki. Not sure why there was a question on the survey about our "winery experience." Maybe because there's a wine refridgerator? If you plan your stay before the lanai work is completed (work was disclosed in posting), make sure you plan to be gone during work hours. The noise is unbearable. Would definitely stay again after the work is completed.

The view is incredible and the condo has everything you need. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and cooler bag. The bed was very comfortable. Only reason for 4 stars is there was construction noise off and on throughout our stay, we woke up to discover the water was off one day and then had no hot water one evening.

Everything was wonderful! All communication was clear and prompt. We had a delay in our flight, and were able to access the condo when we finally arrived at 1:30 AM-even better we were pleased to see coffee and fresh creamer in the fridge for the next morning! The condo was very clean, with a well appointed kitchen. The sunsets from the lanai are amazing and the proximity to Ala Moana Park made our morning walks/runs fantastic. We would stay here again!

Captain Cook properties reached out prior to our stay and gave us the option to select a different property due to construction outside the building prohibiting us from using the lanai duing our stay. We chose to select a different unit in the same building. The unit we stayed in would not have been our first choice, after staying in that unit, we will not select that unit again. I will not say anything else, just not up to our expectations. I will say Captain Cook was transparent and the situation was not their fault. Please note. The unit VRBO is questioning about, is NOT the unit we stayed in.

As soon as I saw the pictures of the condo, I was sold. A separate bedroom was a must and it was wonderful. The view of the ocean, the marina, the sunsets and the rainbows were phenomenal. The condo was wonderfully well appointed; the hosts thought of everything. The hosts provided all you need to enjoy the beach and water. They were also extremely thorough in the information provided. If we return to Honolulu, we will definitely look to rent this same condo.

The view was wonderful and the unit is close by to a few restaurants. The condo had everything that one would need for dinner and beach. The decorations are gorgeous and unique making for a very cozy and inviting atmosphere. Unfortunately, during our 10 day vacation we had some hiccups with a loose main entrance door knob, a difficult to control shower for hot water, building maintenance and electrical interruptions. Two out of four issues were addressed immediately by the owner once they were made aware. The third issue was being woke up in the morning by construction work being done on all balconies in the building. The fourth was due to a construction crew which had cut into the underground electrical line that left us without power over 19 hours which was out of the owner’s control. There is some street noise as anywhere in Waikiki, but I would recommend ear plugs for light sleepers. As for the comfort of the condo some brighter light bulbs would be nice especially in the bathroom and the foam in the sofa cushions replaced since there is barely any support left for comfort. I would recommend this property because the owners were very attentive and addressed the issues immediately.

Property owner failed to inform us that the balcony would not be available the entire week we rented the place. Once I heard back from the owner they offered a different unit the last three nights of our stay, but it wasn’t worth packing to move and unpack again. We also provided feedback that the online pictures need to be updated as well. A mirror gave the impression of a panoramic view that wasn’t there. When taking a shower be prepared for scalding hot water and then very cold water. It was impossible to regulate the water temperature. I would have to be guaranteed a different updated unit before I would recommend this rental.

The building itself is quiet and very safe.Modern kitchen and accessible bathroom. It was so nice having a water dispenser & ice maker in the fridge!King bed was very comfortable, pull-out bed was a typical pull-out -- teenager didn't complain. We appreciated that it was already made up into a bed when we arrived. On-site parking garage is spacious and convenient -- much appreciated in Honolulu where parking can be very difficult. Owner reimbursed the parking fees and quickly responded to questions.We really enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

We could easily walk around the nearby resorts right next to our building—it was gorgeous!The place itself had just the right amount of space for us and was very well kept. Everything was super clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only small issue (which wasn’t really a big deal) was the TVs—they’re a bit old school, so you have to stand to the right side to change the channel, and the one in the bedroom only connects to a laptop or HDMI cable. Just a heads up!Customer service was awesome and answered all our questions right away. If you want a late checkout, it’s 25 per hour up to 3 PM—just let them know.We’d definitely love to come back and stay again in the future. Much Mahalo!”**

Balcony view was lovely but difficult to sit at for long periods of time because the furniture was uncomfortable and easily got dirty. There is no parking included at this property. If you want parking in the adjoining garage, it costs 33 per day and it can be difficult to get a monthly pass if you’re a long term stay.

The view is amazing! Everything we needed in the kitchen is provided. The room is clean and comfortable like a home away from home. It was great to have a fan as we like having moving air while sleeping. Although we didnt make use, we loved that there were beach amenties available.

The unit was clean and pleasantly decorated. It was also warm. Definitely needed the air conditioning. The kitchen could be better equipped. Not even a baking sheet .... which we needed. Constant dripping of hot water in shower. Also, the bathroom door stuck, which was annoying.
