Excellent location. Kalepolepo beach is incredible for kids. This unit being on the ground floor, along with the beach access, make this a great spot for families with kids. The unit itself was outdated and well used. Cleanliness was OK. Microfiber beach towel and beach chairs were provided in the room, which was nice. I would likely pick a different accommodation in the future

The condo was very clean and adorable. The hosts are very kind and quick to respond. Parking was easy. The air conditioning is easy to figure out and manage. The washer and dryer are very nice to have. The views are amazing. We watched the sunrise over the water from the condo balcony. This is a great place for the family and we enjoyed our time at this condo.

First of all I’d like to thank our host, Jim. He was quick answering questions, probably the most helpful VRBO home owner we’ve encountered in many years of renting vacation homes.The entrance to the condo is breath taking, Directly out the doors is the lana followed by a grassy area then the ocean. We traveled with two little girls who loved the extra space to run and jump! There are 2 areas to access the water. One has a stone breakwater keeping waves on the shore small. The area to the left has no breakwater allowing for stronger current. We were fortunate to see whales breaching directly in the ocean in front of the condo and as turtles graced the shoreline as we walked the beach. We had beautiful weather and never used the air conditioning so hearing the waves all night with the windows open was so relaxing. We were close to restaurants, whale watching tours, luau’s, the ocean center, shopping, a playground and more public beaches.There is a nice washer and dryer, noodles for the pool and a couple of beach chairs available to use. The cozy kitchen is nicely stocked. The bbq grills were immaculate and cooked nicely. The grounds are perfectly manicured. We had a large suv so parking was a bit tight but for most vehicles it was fine. There is a nice pool to use on the property but it wasn’t heated so it was pretty cold. We prefer swimming in the ocean anyway! All in all, none of us wanted to leave! That’s the sign of a great vacation and condo.

Great place to stay in Kīhei. Less than a mile from snorkel rental, coffee shop and restaurants. Safeway close by. Beautiful quiet sandy beach in front of condo. Saw turtles from the beach. Within a couple miles of other beautiful beaches and food trucks. Condos a little older but well maintained. Indian restaurant onsite with friendly bartenders. Beautiful view on lanai. We spent six nights here and appreciated the location for access to the rest of the island. Owner let us check out a little later which is always appreciated. Really enjoyed our time here.

While the location of this condo was ideal and the check-in process was seamless, the overall experience was dampened by the lack of cleanliness. The unit has not been deep-cleaned for quite some time, as was evident from the thick dust on the furniture, fixtures, doors, and carpet. The kitchen counters were greasy from the cleaner used before we arrived. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean, but it requires a much higher standard of housekeeping to be a comfortable and inviting rental.

Nice condo complex. It's in a great spot. There are a lot of condo vacation rentals on the water, on this part of the beach. The sea turtle sanctuary is right next door and there's a restaurant just next to the main office in the building.Liked having the bottom floor, but there's no way to lock the door if you leave from the back porch. First floor is beneficial in that you don't have to rely on the elevator. Last I stayed at Menehune Shores, the elevator was out of service.There's a view of the water from one corner of the porch.The neighbors can be noisy.The road noise though- that was terrible. I'm half deaf and it was very loud, so much so that we had to keep windows and doors shut most of the time. This unit is one apartment from the road and has foot traffic through a ROW just in front of the patio.I don't think the floors have ever been washed. The picture is after walking on the floor for about an hour.Parking was fine. The front office wasn't open at all while we were there so no check in or out.Lots of beach stuff in the unit! Towels, umbrella, beach toys, chairs, ice packs, coolers. We rented a wagon and boogie board from a local gal.The king bed in the master is devine. It took me about a minute and a half to fall asleep each night.Washer/drier works great but takes ages- 3 hours.Has pots, pans, ziplock bags too.Thanks for letting us stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Maui condo. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout was spacious and comfortable, and the full kitchen had everything we needed. The view from this place can’t be beat! Our crew LOVED being able to enjoy the grassy area right outside the door, and the beach is such a hidden gem! Our family stayed in this lovely condo for a week. We had a wonderful time. It has a beautiful ocean view. Our kids loved seeing the turtles and playing shuffleboard on the lawn. The condo itself has a well appointed kitchen and all the beach stuff you could want! A bonus for me was that they used kettlebells as doorstops so I had some weights for a few workouts! We will definitely be coming back.

However we found it slightly uncomfortable sitting outside at the table on the lanai due to the AC units noise and blowing warm air on you the whole time. Other than that, no complaints at all. The 3 bedrooms were just perfect for our family of 7. The condo was equipped with all amenities. What makes this an extra special place is the walk from patio to lawn area then beach!! Our grandkids loved the lawn area and pool area! The sunsets were amazing and swimming with turtles right beyond the condo was extra special! We had rented another unit that was a disaster and Chad was able to get us in his rental on short notice as it was vacant for the remaining days on our trip. Lovely stay and appreciate being on the ground floor with easy access to the sand and ocean. King beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with key essentials. Parking usually wasn’t a problem but if you rent a large car (we had a Mazda CX-90) it will fit the parking spot tightly with not much room to get out with the adjacent cars parked next to it.

We stayed at Azure Bay for a week for my son's wedding and fell in love with Kihei! This condo is perfect! The location is close to everything, very clean, very well stocked and the bed was so comfortable with beautiful linens. All of the extras that Mey thinks of is certainly an added bonus as we got in pretty late. Amazing views from the 2nd floor balcony, we even got to see a whale and Honus each night!! We did not eat at the restaurant on site but did hear from friends that it is delicious! Mey was amazing to work with and stayed in contact with us the entire time. We really enjoyed our stay at at Menehune Shores. The condo felt comfortable and easy to settle into right away. The kitchen made cooking simple, and we loved having beach chairs and lots of towels available. One of our favourite parts was seeing the sea turtles sleeping at a distance, along the seawall.The location was great: right at the ocean and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind.
