Awesome condo for two right on the beach. We absolutely loved this condo with its awesome Maui Sunset View. We could watch the sea turtles play in the ancient fish pond right off the beach in the morning while we drank our coffee. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. While the unit does have A/C we rarely used it. The manager is also very responsive. We would stay here again - Highly Recommend!High

We had a great time here! The unit was just as shown in pictures with a wonderful view of the sunset. The host graciously let us have a late checkout so we could get showers and laundry done before heading to airport. There's is no AC in this condo, so we probably would come back next time in winter when nights are cooler. Tried the on site restaurant our last night and it was really good!!!

Our stay at this Condo, nestled in paradise, was nothing short of incredible! The location is quiet and peaceful and the water views are amazing! The condo itself was spotless, well-appointed and the beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home for the entire stay. Our boys loved the pool! The owners were quick to respond to any questions and were so helpful! Our family absolutely loved our vacation and although we didn't want to leave, we returned home feeling reset and recharged!

The Kihei Coop was the perfect set up for two couples traveling together. The location was ideal for accessing all parts of the island. Area was not crowded or touristy. The condo was clean. Check in was easy and we appreciated the towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc which were so nice for our beach days. The options for brewing coffee were appreciated by our group. It was the perfect vacation!!

We enjoyed our stay at Menehune Shores. The VRBO had a great layout with amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. The property was in a good location for restaurants and grocery stores as well as getting to major sites on the island. There was plenty of parking, however, due to the office hours, it was difficult to take advantage of all the amenities. Management had good communication with us and the WiFi worked well and was easy to hook up to. Overall we had an above average experience and would stay here again.

Lovely stay right on the beach! The views were spectacular. 2 beaches to enjoy. The one from the deck was great for long walks and shell hunting. The beach on the right side had easy access for those, like my mother-in-law who rode a mobility scooter on the sidewalk near the pool then stepped down a few stairs and could walk on the more solid (wet) sand with her walker. (Contact Akamai Mothers and Mobility for mobility scooter rentals). We saw multiple turtles on this side of the beach. The home had everything we needed for cooking, beach fun and laundry purposes. The Keurig coffee machine used pods AND ground coffee for a large pot. Redline 5 hour Maui snorkeling tour is a must and the boat ramp is only a short drive from the home! The host was very responsive. (When checking in, press the keypad on the door slowly, if done quickly it will not register properly and not open) The pool was also clean and relaxing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. We would stay here again!

This place is such a perfect spot to relax in Maui! It was very clean and quiet, the AC and fans kept it comfortable, and the view from the lanai was incredible. I also don’t think I’ve stayed at a rental as well stocked as this one: it has absolutely everything from kitchen supplies, spices, beach gear, and extra linens. The beach was easy to access and we enjoyed spotting turtles in the water. The hosts were very responsive as well, we would definitely stay here again!

What a gem! This ground floor condo was just as described! The view from the lanai was stunning & you are just steps away from a beautiful beach. The condo was well stocked with all that we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the all the beach gear! Everything was good! The carpets are stained and worn and need a good cleaning or replaced, and the beautiful mirror that lets you see the ocean better was very smudged. Otherwise, things were in good shape. The guest bedroom closet was filled to the gills with beach gear, cooler, etc. The setting is gorgeous and the proximity to everything you need is amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Our family rented multiple units at Menehune for our 40th Anniversary. We mainly cooked at ours so it was great that it was so well stocked, we weren’t missing anything. Any problems we had were addressed quickly by management. It’s a great location with beach access and the kids loved seeing so many turtles.

Wonderful location, easy check in and out. Ocean view. Beach chairs. Would stay again. However we were told to remove our shoes, which we did. Within 15 minutes the bottom of our feet/ socks were black. We then found cleaning supplies and scrubbed all the floors. Also the blow drier in the master bath only blows cold..so used the hair drier in the other bath.

The only surprises were good ones!The unit was as clean (immaculately so) and well appointed as we expected. What we didn’t expect were features arising from the location.It was the at the best place in the complex, 15 yards from the water, the closest we’ve ever been in Hawaii. “The water” was a prehistoric Menehuene fish pond”, and beaches were available off either side of the property. We had beautiful sunsets every night over Lanai. We could imagine the breaching whales we missed by not being there in the spring.Perhaps our favorite feature was that 200 yards north past the Humpback Whale Visitor Center was a beach where green turtles came up nightly at sunset — as few as five, as many as 15. That we’ll remember forever.It’s the northern-most complex in Kehei — away from the crush of town and nicely placed to explore the rest of the Island.You won’t go wrong here.

As a family with kids ages 8 and 10, we appreciated the protected swimming beach and the ease of having great food trucks nearby and of course the shaved ice. Just like the pictures. Location was great. Very nice having the pool and beach right there. The only frustrations were how dirty the floors were and the front office hours. The floors were so dirty that my daughter (2) would walk around for 5 mins after the shower and her feet would be black. The office hours were inconvenient. We wanted to start our days early and not get back until late afternoon and the office was closed. It took like 3 days before we were able to check in our car.
