Location is perfect with beautiful views and the beach right out your door. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking. Very comfortable unit, nicely updated. The air conditioner was very nice to have at night. Great to have beach chairs, towels, and cooler. The bed was very comfortable, we slept well. Would definitely stay again.

We love This condo because it is ground floor with a grassy area and just steps to the ocean. It is relatively updated, with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Being a smaller complex, it is relatively quiet, which suits us for a totally relaxing stay. We will return again

Everything looks exactly like the photos. Room was clean when we arrived, AC was great, kitchen had most of everything we needed, and the views off the balcony were absolutely stunning. We watched the sunset from the porch every night! Beach access is directly behind the condo on first floor. Pool was great to cool off! We loved it! Highly recommend and would 100% come stay again.

I have stayed at other condos within this property and am very happy with the location. This particular co do was not very clean. Floors were so dirty i couldnt take off shoes. The ceiling (popcorn) was absolutely disgusting in the bedroom.

Beautiful decor and everything you could possibly need. The towels were fluffy and smelled amazing. The front door enters immediately into the bedroom and the door is frosted glass. A room darkening curtain would be a nice addition on that window. The building itself is not super fancy. The other property owners could tidy up their outdoor spaces - one had an old mattress sitting outside - and this would improve the view of the building from the pretty beach and lawn area. These are relatively minor issues. The water is not quite as clear and blue as other beaches on Maui but we enjoyed the close proximity, swimming and saw a turtle and a seal!

The property was amazing, the balcony with the view and the views from the main living room are incredible! The beach access is perfect and the grass area in the back of the property is great when its too windy on the beach. My only criticism of the property was there were quite a few ants in the kitchen, we kept everything tidy but still noticed ants on the kitchen counter (no idea where they were coming from) also the location in Kihei has a number of homeless people that hang around outside the property and up the blocks surrounding the condo. Obviously nothing you can do about that but was surprising upon arrival. Other than the homeless the location is very centrally located and makes it easy to get to all portions of the island. Overall the property was fantastic and we very much enjoyed our stay.

The condo is beautifully remodeled and furnished! The living area and Primar bedroom have A/C units which were greatly appreciated at night. Every space had ceiling fans. The blackout shades in the bedrooms were wonderful! I found it helpful that not all food items had been removed from prior renters. We loved having some jams, lots of spices, several condiments and cooking oils to use. The condo was well stocked with paper towels, dish detergents, TP etc. Lastly, having 4 beach chairs and beach towels available to use was perfect! I highly recommend this condo!! We will be back for sure!

Perfect location on a uncrowded beach. AC was nice for those warmer days. Unit has all the beach stuff you might need and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sunsets. Property manager was responsive to any questions or needs. If you’re looking for big waves and crowded beaches, choose another place. But if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable condo facing the beach with few people around, this one is for you!

The condo is spacious, right on a beautiful beach and centrally located to restaurants and attractions. It is very well appointed with everything you need for a beach vaca - from beach chairs, sun umbrellas, cooler and boards to sunscreen. Furniture and decorations were tastefully chosen, functional and clean. However, there were a couple major issues. First, the air conditioner is woefully inadequate. It was always hot and stifling in the bedroom. No matter how long you run the air conditioner, the bedroom is never cooled. We had both ceiling fans, the two portable tower fans and the air conditioner running and we still had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed. It really did no good to close the outside sun shade, the curtains or open windows to let the breeze through. Very disappointing. Second, as acknowledged by the host in their extensive rules and instructions, there are bugs - specifically roaches … and lots of them. They congregated on the kitchen counters and hid under coffee maker - “Good morning.” The condo needs to be fumigated and treated much more often. Very disappointing. Oh, also remove the water restrictor on the show head or replace it. You have to keep the shower on for a long time just to rinse off soap. Adding to the heat and humidity in the unit.

What can I say? We were so happy when we arrived at this property to find the most beautiful view. It was exactly what I was hoping for our quick stay on Maui. The view of the water, palm trees, and sunset were just breathtaking. When we arrived there was an amazing treat waiting for us, along with a super clean, and fully stocked condo! Every detail was not overlooked. Seasonings, olive oil, aloe for burns, towels, chairs, everything you could need while you stayed here. The beds were extremely comfortable, even the pull out, which never happens. Falling asleep to the waves, was exactly what I wanted. We were extremely comfortable, with two air cons, one in each room. The upgrades were beautiful, the towels were soft, everything was clean and well thought out. Joe was great and got back to me within minutes about any question or need. We all can’t wait to come back and stay again!

If you want a room with a view, this place is awesome! It is on a picture perfect beach! The property is older, the updates in our unit were poorly done in terms of quality of workmanship, but it had most things we needed for a week's vacation. To help you decide if it works for you, here's what we didn't like. No real air conditioning and the ceiling fans are past their prime. The window AC unit is loud and old and does nothing to help the bedroom -- it was hot and stuffy the entire week and the bedroom ceiling fan barely moves air (tradewinds were no fix for heat and humidity in early May). The washer/dryer is a shared coin laundry (3 per load) and the hours are annoying (8 am to 8 pm) -- so no option to do laundry in the evening after dinner or early in the day -- which is what I do on vacation. The pool is beautiful, but the hours are restricted -- no early or late swimming -- which doesn't work for eastern time zone people wanting an early morning swim. That said the location is central and it's easy to get around and see and do everything on Maui. It is in a neighborhood, not only a tourist area and some streets are really nice, others are not that great. The balcony is fantastic for enjoying morning coffee or a snack at sunset. The view is awesome and it's on one of the best beaches in the vincinity.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit and although we had a couple of issues when we arrived, the property manager was wonderful. We had a broken chair on the lanai and a burn mark/hole on one of the couch cushions. We reported it immediately and were very happy with their response. The broken chair was removed and they already knew about the couch cushion. Beautiful views. Phenomenal beach. Mahalo!

This is a relatively small condo complex which added to the charm of the condo. We enjoyed every moment especially morning coffee on the lanai. We used the BBQ grill and the swimming pool areas, both well maintained. The grounds were well maintained and the swaying palm trees added a touch of romance. Owner was great and very communicative, property is as listed, we walked right out to the beach, walked to coffee shop, grocery and restaurants. The location on the island is also amazing - easy to get around the entire island from here. The owner kept us informed about what was in the house, it was well stocked for simple cooking and snacks and such. Not promised, but other guests left beach chairs that were most welcome to use. Laundry in the building, not in the unit, and it cost, but we were grateful for the owner providing laundry soap. Suggest that you bring you own larger shampooconditioner. Yes, the kitchen had what we needed to cook a few meals, containers to bring snack with us out on our travels. Yes the kitchen is a bit old, but you don't come here for the kitchen, go sit on that porch and watch the ocean! We loved our visit. Our check in was a bit off because of a new air conditioner being installed, but that was really minor and they kept us informed. We used the fans the whole trip, it was never hot enough to turn the AC on. (April) 3rd floor walkup. We did not even look for an elevator. Everything in the unit worked, the building was nice and quiet, and the views are spectacular. It really was a great location.

Very quiet neighborhood as well as the condos! 2-5 minute walk to grocery store and several restaurants and even a live show theatre. Long walking beach where we saw sea turtles basking in the sun. This place needs an update - windows were totally dirty. When wind blows it whistles loudly thought he louvered windows. When my daughter first walked in she came out and said, "I think someone is inside vacuuming!" There wasn't, it was the wind blowing through the louvered windows, which were closed. Very little pride in ownership!
