Kimberlee was awesome and easy to communicate with. She was super helpful and had everything we needed for our stay available. Her home was super spacious and beautiful. We love the lani for breakfast and dinner. Can’t wait to come back next year! :)

Everything was quite nice. There were just a few things that needed to be attended to. The coffee maker had no light showing that it was on or off and we can’t home to a burnt pot/burner second the toilet paper holder was not fastened to the wall and small things like molding around door jams were completely broken. The place was beautiful, but I think the owner may need to inspect The facility and not just take the cleaning person saying it is fine. All that said, I would definitely stay there again.

This condo was perfect for our eight day getaway! Very well stocked kitchen. We loved having a washer and dryer, especially after hiking the Nā Pali Coast during a rain/mud storm! There were even a few seasonings in the kitchen and enough detergent to do multiple loads of laundry. What a blessing! We also loved the outdoor covered lanai to eat our tropical fruit for breakfast!The one thing to improve on would be a softer bed and/or topper and upgrade the pillows.The pool and hot tub were fantastic! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Such a clean and cozy home! You can tell the hosts take great pride in it, and we were grateful they shared it with us. The AC in the room worked great, and even with the road nearby, we had no trouble sleeping. The location is excellent with a nice walk along the course and beautiful views of the mountains. We absolutely love this place! We just came in January and can’t wait to go back again. Kimberlee is an incredible host. She is so sweet and he’s very communicative. The condo has everything you need here! It’s so nice to not have to pack all of the beach stuff, umbrellas etc. The unit is very clean with nice decor. We loved being able to sit on the shaded balcony with plants all around. The area is superb! Very quiet and Very classy neighborhood . We love the North Shore. 10 ranking Thank you so much! This is such a lovely place. We stayed in this location for the first half of our Kaua’i vacation and we’re so glad we did. The area is beautiful and safe. The home and facilities are clean, beds are comfortable, parking is convenient, and the host provides all you may need to be comfortable, like laundry soap, shampoo and conditioner, beach chairs, cooler with ice packs, and more. While staying here, we especially loved spending our mornings and evenings on the large balcony. This area of Princeville has a lot of homes/condos/rentals, but is in a very quiet location so it was a relaxing way to start and end our days. When it got too hot outside, we just popped inside to the cool AC. We did not have to contact the host while staying in their home because we had all our needs met. We would stay here again if we’re ever blessed enough to come back to Kaua’i.

This was the perfect spot for our Hawaii getaway! It is in a great location in Princeville, an easy drive or walk to nearby beaches and food! The space itself was quaint but satisfied all our needs - the kitchenette and bathroom were great to utilize and the patio was a nice spot to sit outside! Also incredibly helpful to have beach equipment and towels to use while we were there. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay. Checking in and out was easy. Enough parking spaces around the building. Very nice apartment that has all the utilities you need during a stay (only keep in mind that there is no stove in case you want to cook, but the bbq area is great). AC and fan worked well. It is very quiet in the apartment building. Apartment has a cooler, umbrella and 2 beach chairs. The swimming pool, hot tub and bbq area is nice. The garden around the apartment and pool area is beautiful.Only possible downside is that it is very bright in the room in the morning (there are no darkening blinds or curtains), but this did not bother us too much.

Our stay at this condo was amazing. The owner, Mike, was more than helpful with anything that we needed. We ran into a couple of small issues and he was immediately there to help. Check in was amazingly easy. Unit was clean and very comfortable. A/C was a real bonus as the weather was hot and humid. We didn't use the "kitchen" (which was set up outdoors on the deck) at all but there did seem to be a good assortment of utensils. Parking was plentiful and there was always a spot available. Location was quite convenient, Hanalei was just a few minutes away as was Anini Beach.

This was the perfect place for us to stay for four nights during our North Shore adventure on Kaua'i, as first-time visitors and honeymooners. The studio was clean and serene. We looked forward to relaxing on the lanai for leisurely mornings and breezy evenings. The property is well-appointed for beach excursions and located in a great location close to groceries at Foodland, within walking distance to Queen's Bath, and a short drive to Hanalei Bay and the surrounding shoreline. Kimberlee was easy to communicate with and listed some solid recommendations in the property guide. We would come back in a heartbeat!
