This condo was so relaxing to come back to after exploring beautiful Kauai during the day. They had all the amenities to make our own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed playing cards on the deck, with gorgeous tropical plants in abundance around us. The bed was very comfortable, and we spent our evenings relaxing on the comfy furniture in the living area. A couple minute drive to Foodland grocery store was so convenient and very well used. Their extensive poke bar choices at their deli were amazing. The pool and spa area was a wonderful place to hang out too, with very nice grills that we cooked our ribeye steaks on one evening. Thanks for a truly fabulous stay, we highly recommend this place!!

Our stay here was great! Kimberlee was so kind and generous to us as her guests; she was extremely responsive to questions and even provided us with some places to check out while enjoying our stay. The stay had everything listed and is the perfect set up for a couple staying on the north side of KAUA’I. Would highly recommend this stay, we will definitely be back!

Just the right amount of space for me! My family was staying across the street and I just needed somewhere to sleep, I was mostly out. Very efficient little unit. It says it sleeps three but not sure how, that would be pretty tight. Perfect for two IMO.
The kitchenette was perfectly stocked. I made sandwiches for a hike and packed veggies for general snacking. There was even coffee provided!
Lots of water toys as well and beach chairs.
Great location. Can walk to a couple beaches (a bit of a trek), food trucks, and a coffee truck. It was lovely to be on the golf course and walk around there too. A little further walk will bring you to the main shopping center in town.
Overall, clean and functional, just what I needed.

This is a lovely place to stay. Feels like you’re staying in your friend’s apartment. Large lanai overlooks lawn and complex. Well maintained pool and grill area, friendly people both local and visiting. There can be noise from upstairs but we were so relaxed and happy it didn’t really bother us. Will definitely stay there again!

It was nice over all. Could have used some wash cloths. Maybe a few extras in the kitchen like coffee for the morning. Pool was so crowded and noisy every day til 9 pm. Patio door did not lock. Not good.

Unit was OK. TV did not work for our entire 6 night stay even though I left voicemails starting the morning after our arrival. Rental management company was TERRIBLE! They NEVER answer the phone. Electronic keypad stopped working on day 4 of stay and was never fixed. Overall, I would not recommend this rental.

We had a great stay in Princeville at this property! Parking was convenient and was nice to have access to the pool area as well. The highlight for me was a sweet kitty would visit us nightly on the lanai. Location was super convenient to foodland down the street, Hanalei bay and a lot of other great beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was really well maintained and excellent for a vacation stay. Fully functioning kitchen - pots and pans, even plive oil and salt and pepper in the cupboards. Towels, beach chairs, coolers and reusable bags all helped make the trip seamless. Highly recommmend!

Well decorated and homey, this small studio gives a taste of exclusive community life on Kauai -feels like a gated community, but no gates are needed. Generic but thoroughly peaceful and film quality beautiful.

Cozy little spot. Great access to everything North Shore Kauai. Comfy Bed, everything good. The lone problem: the remote did not work for the TV b/c it is a Roku TV and the remote was not compatible. Easy work-around was just to use the ROKU app on our phones.

This compact but perfectly equipped studio for 2 was just right for our needs for several days before meeting up with friends and moving to a larger venue. The overhead fan and light unit was not completely functional and the very heavy bedframe needed adjusting, but neither one of these things resulted in a significant issue for us. Great studio in Princeville. Small but perfect for a single person or couple. Has some beach accessories as well (chairs and a cooler which came in handy). Complex had a nice size pool and jacuzzi. Host was easy to communicate with and gave clear check in instructions.
