It was nice over all. Could have used some wash cloths. Maybe a few extras in the kitchen like coffee for the morning. Pool was so crowded and noisy every day til 9 pm. Patio door did not lock. Not good.

Unit was OK. TV did not work for our entire 6 night stay even though I left voicemails starting the morning after our arrival. Rental management company was TERRIBLE! They NEVER answer the phone. Electronic keypad stopped working on day 4 of stay and was never fixed. Overall, I would not recommend this rental.

We had a great stay in Princeville at this property! Parking was convenient and was nice to have access to the pool area as well. The highlight for me was a sweet kitty would visit us nightly on the lanai. Location was super convenient to foodland down the street, Hanalei bay and a lot of other great beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was really well maintained and excellent for a vacation stay. Fully functioning kitchen - pots and pans, even plive oil and salt and pepper in the cupboards. Towels, beach chairs, coolers and reusable bags all helped make the trip seamless. Highly recommmend!

Well decorated and homey, this small studio gives a taste of exclusive community life on Kauai -feels like a gated community, but no gates are needed. Generic but thoroughly peaceful and film quality beautiful.

Cozy little spot. Great access to everything North Shore Kauai. Comfy Bed, everything good. The lone problem: the remote did not work for the TV b/c it is a Roku TV and the remote was not compatible. Easy work-around was just to use the ROKU app on our phones.

This compact but perfectly equipped studio for 2 was just right for our needs for several days before meeting up with friends and moving to a larger venue. The overhead fan and light unit was not completely functional and the very heavy bedframe needed adjusting, but neither one of these things resulted in a significant issue for us. Great studio in Princeville. Small but perfect for a single person or couple. Has some beach accessories as well (chairs and a cooler which came in handy). Complex had a nice size pool and jacuzzi. Host was easy to communicate with and gave clear check in instructions.

She was very responsive to any concern from the moment I booked till I checked out. Place was cute and the perfect location. Mini split AC was very nice. Loft was perfect for our boys and the boys having their own en suite was so necessary. I loved the primary shower and the bed was comfortable. A light throw blanket would have been nice and a few more beach towels. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

We were fortunate to have booked a long stay in this 2nd floor streetside unit and it was wonderful!! It is well located within Sandpiper Village, a two-story walk-up condominium development situated on Ka Haku Road (Princeville’s Main Street). Offered as a one bedroom, the unit was perfect for two people – nicely decorated (very Hawaiian), well supplied (including beach toys) and extremely comfortable. It offered a wonderful view looking south across the 17th hole of the Makai Golf Course into the hills behind. We spent a lot of late afternoon and twilight time on the Lanai enjoying cocktails, TV on our personal I-pad and “tree filtered” sunsets on the side. The complex’s swimming pool and spa were also very nice and seldom crowded.Our host, Kimberlee, was very accommodating, always available and could not have been any nicer. She remained on site during our stay in her studio unit next door. (It is also available rent). When she was wasn’t out surfing, she was busy planting flowers along her walkway and building and repairing a cute “Tiki/Fairy Garden” at the base of her stairs. (What a hoot!) As a long- time Princeville/Kauai resident, Kimberlee knows the beaches and places to go to and things to do in this absolutely beautiful place. Her recommendations were greatly appreciated. What an awesome spot. We are big on walking so we were able to walk about half an hour to a few awesome bars and restaurants. Host was so helpful and the area was stunning. If we ever return to Kauai, I hope this place is available!
