Only a few marks around the room, other than that a wonderful place to stay at. Did get locked out once due to a power failure. But the on call staff was able to get me in the room about 20 min after I found out that I was locked out.

Kimberlee was really great and very responsive! Definitely made our stay feel extra special. We were flying during the uncertainty of the government shutdown and although we weren’t impacted I reached out to ask about the options and she was really understanding and willing to do whatever possible if it needed to go that route. Luckily we didn’t.Aside from that the place was amazing and the kimberlee was just a message away with any answers for us. Overall great stay and very happy we chose this place!

Kimberlee is honestly the best host! She is so personable and is there if you ever need anything! The place? Absolutely gorgeous! A beautifully remodeled and aesthetic place with AC, a full size fridge, a table and seating, nice kitchen and any appliances you need. Also, the thing that surprised me the most when both my fiancé and I walked in the door was the GORGEOUS large patio! Decorated with string lights, a little table and 2 chairs to have a nice meal and enjoy the outdoors, comfy seating, and overall amazing vibes. Kimberlee also provides a few extra things for you adventures in Princeville and beyond. She provides snorkels and flippers, beach chairs, boogie boards, and more. Not only that, she is prepared for the small situations as well. She provides umbrellas and ponchos (it was POURING rain on our last day and those definitely came in handy!), guide books, first aid kit, etc. 10/10 recommend this place! My fiancé and I plan to come back to Kauai for our honeymoon and will definitely be staying with Kimberlee here again :)

Our stay in Kauai was nothing short of absolutely perfect and a lot of it had to do with Janet’s amazing home. The kitchen was perfect, the bed was comfortable and it was such a peaceful neighborhood. Janet made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The host was accommodating and fast at responding. The condo amenities were great and then condo itself was very very clean with cute decorations. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking and nicely organized. The bed was huge and comfortable and the shower was newly done. Having an in unit laundry was convenient and came in handy. Renter beware!!! Paper thin ceiling and walls. If a large person or someone who can’t sleep is upstairs, you will be awake all night!Can hear conversations, cabinet doors shutting, every step above, tv, toilet. Literally everything.Property owner says better luck next time.She listed the noise issue previously, but took it off the ad. Told me if I wanted peace and quiet, I should have paid lots more money and stayed somewhere else. She also said I was the only person to complain and it is my fault for not asking about the noise prior to booking. Both untrue.VRBO is contacting her about adherence to their transparency for truth in listings policy.If I had to do it again. I would choose anywhere but here.Look for other reviews about noise. She says better luck next time. Who says that? She actually said I should have recognized laid back local vibe to mean paper thin walls and noise! Unbelievable.No good at all.

The condo was fantastic! It was great having a loft for my friend to sleep. The loft bed and Master bed were very comfortable. Location was perfect. Has a nice hot tub and pool. I felt right at home.

The property was nice and clean. The communication was very quick and effective.Our main complain is that the first night we couldn't find a parking spot. There were cars parked in unnumbered spots without a pass and even on the grass. There was literally no place to park. We spent more than 2h at night trying to find a spot. We parked in another complex nearby and a neighbor came and tell at us. He even chased is to our unit. We ended up going to bed around 1am. Definitely not the situation we expected to be at during our vacation.I think the property should have a reserved parking to avoid this stressful situations.The unit had stairs. iIRC that wasn't well advertised.Desperate that, the overall experience was good.

We stayed for 2 nights with our infant daughter. The Sandpiper condo was perfect as a base for exploring the north shore and Hanalei!We enjoyed the lanai and room decor. The pool and hot tub were great and very close to the room. The parking lot was also very close and easy to find a spot (we stayed in October).

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, conveniently located for what we wanted to do and all communication was responsive. The kitchenette was just big enough to allow us to cook some meals in and we appreciated the cooler and beach chairs for our excursions. Great location, quiet and easy to get to all north shore activities. Although no AC, during our stay in October was plenty cool with the fans. Nice large shower. Good sized mini fridge and microwave. Never had any issues finding a parking spot. Loved! And will stay again

PROS: property was very clean, bed is comfortable, enjoyed the little bistro table for eating, basic supplies for coffee, eating, and trash removal provided, ceiling fan plus two standing fans give good air circulation to help cool off and sleep comfortably, mornings are quiet and enjoyable on the lanai, really clear and effective communication about check-in/check-out/rules, helpful property management.CONS: sleeper sofa has seen better days, it's squeaky and has a funky smell; policy permits use of only one set of towels, if you use more, you are responsible to wash them yourself but there's no laundry in unit or on property.

The room had everything you would want in a studio. It was perfect in terms of location to Hanalei and all the beaches. It felt safe and secure. My only advice is to find the studio within the complex before dark. It is difficult to find the studio due to limited lighting and condo numbers that are not sequential . It’s a 5 star rating otherwise.

Very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Close to Hanalei Bay, about a 10 minute drive to the beach. A lot to explore in the area from the paved multipurpose trail in the neighborhood to multiple beaches (all with their own style) within a 20 minute drive. Perfect for anyone who likes to be away from the bustle but still have access to everything.

Everything was quite nice. There were just a few things that needed to be attended to. The coffee maker had no light showing that it was on or off and we can’t home to a burnt pot/burner second the toilet paper holder was not fastened to the wall and small things like molding around door jams were completely broken. The place was beautiful, but I think the owner may need to inspect The facility and not just take the cleaning person saying it is fine. All that said, I would definitely stay there again.

This condo was perfect for our eight day getaway! Very well stocked kitchen. We loved having a washer and dryer, especially after hiking the Nā Pali Coast during a rain/mud storm! There were even a few seasonings in the kitchen and enough detergent to do multiple loads of laundry. What a blessing! We also loved the outdoor covered lanai to eat our tropical fruit for breakfast!The one thing to improve on would be a softer bed and/or topper and upgrade the pillows.The pool and hot tub were fantastic! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Such a clean and cozy home! You can tell the hosts take great pride in it, and we were grateful they shared it with us. The AC in the room worked great, and even with the road nearby, we had no trouble sleeping. The location is excellent with a nice walk along the course and beautiful views of the mountains. We absolutely love this place! We just came in January and can’t wait to go back again. Kimberlee is an incredible host. She is so sweet and he’s very communicative. The condo has everything you need here! It’s so nice to not have to pack all of the beach stuff, umbrellas etc. The unit is very clean with nice decor. We loved being able to sit on the shaded balcony with plants all around. The area is superb! Very quiet and Very classy neighborhood . We love the North Shore. 10 ranking Thank you so much!
