The condo is a good deal for the price. It was clean, comfortable to stay in, and a great location.The pictures make it look like it is on the golf course--fair warning, there is a busy (for Princeville) street between the condo and the golf course. Since there is no AC and you leave the windows open to get cool air circulating, you do hear all the traffic on the road.The space is great, it's awesome that boogey boards and beach chairs and towels are available to use. The bed is so/so. Pans and utensils are just ok, which is fine if you're just doing easy stuff but makes it hard if you don't want to eat out a lot. All in all, we greatly enjoyed our experience.

We love the North Shore of Kauai and had stayed at another of Mike's condo 4 years ago. Mike is a wonderful host - his properties are clean, have all the comforts of home and the location is perfect. He communicated with us before we left VA for HI and several times while we on the Big Island of Hawaii, providing details about check-in.This was our 20th trip to Hawaii; we'll definitely be back and hope to stay at Mike's condo again.

The property was exactly as how it was described in the ad, and the photos were also accurate. Although it was hard to get a hold of the host at the check-in process to see if we could check in a little early, after this, we were able to communicate with them very easy, and they were very responsive. They were very accommodating in letting us have a late check-out. Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed our stay, but we only stayed for 2 nights. As a result, the added fees, taxes, and service charges nearly doubled the nightly rate from what was listed. I know this isn't the owner's fault, but I do suggest a longer stay.

Great space!! Lanai is not super private as it is directly over the parking lot. For the space, it has a lot of cooking tools available so you can make some basic meals too. The adjoining condo’s bathroom is right next to yours so you can hear some showering and conversations from them sometimes— but not a big deal. The most difficult thing is finding parking. There are “reserved” spots and “unmarked” spots. This property can only park in unmarked parking spots and those fill up quickly. Assume that you’ll have to park at the far side lot and walk across the property to the condo.

Great place to stay. Loved the lanai view of the golf course, mountains, and waterfalls. We enjoyed spending time out there with the friendly neighborhood birds and geckos. Clean and well stocked with basic everyday items. Beach accessories were a plus. Highly recommended.

Very good price/quality ratio as for the location. All amenities as described. Princeville is actually a private village. We travelled around the island and as I thought stay on this side of the island is incomparable - nothing can compare to Hanalei Bay Beach on proximity. It's just a few miles there from the condo. Visit nearby Princeville resorts beaches too. Some commenters complain on lack of air conditioning but once you turn on the fan and open lanai door it's fine. We personally don't enjoy air conditioning if it's not necessary.Would stay again. Have a great time!

Overall, the condo was quiet and clean. Even the lanai floor was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and had decent pressure. The unit had lots of windows to allow in the breezes. They were all opened when we arrived. The breezes however, died down and it was a bit too hot. So, we closed the windows and used the a/c. That also helped keep the noise down when an occasional car went by on the nearby road.The fridge had been stocked with some Cokes and some cold water and glasses. The kitchen was well supplied, but could have had a pizza pan and an actual bottle opener. Appliances seemed newer and worked well.The view from the lanai had a peekaboo view of the ocean, but you mostly saw the other homes in the quiet, nicely landscaped neighborhood.We had an assigned parking spot that was just steps from the condo.The internet speed was fairly good at 110 MBPS.The shared pool area was very nice and quiet. It was nicely landscaped. There were high quality chaise lounge chairs that lay flat. There were also a number of umbrellas and small tables. There were clean restrooms in the pool area. The pool is sunny most of the day.You needed to use a key to get in AND out of the pool area. It would be nice to be able to leave without using a key.The one issue we had was the sliding, glass door to the lanai – it was very difficult to open and close. Definitely would return.

Our stay at this property in Princeville was so enjoyable! Kimberlee thought of everything we would need to be comfortable. The welcome binder was especially helpful in finding needed items around the unit, the bed was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed eating meals on the lanai. Nice clean place . We love Princeville. Food was great. Everything was very close. Pool was not heated but the day we were there it was taken over by a birthday party.I was really hoping we would have a view of the ocean but that was a 10 min walk away.

This home was wonderful. Very clean, comfortable, and Kimberley the owner is a sweetheart. She helped us with the tv and brought us a bath mat for the tub shower. Her King size bed is amazingly comfortable and slept like a baby. We would stay again but climbing the stairs was hard. I probably would anyway because we liked the place and the owner so much. This condo was so relaxing to come back to after exploring beautiful Kauai during the day. They had all the amenities to make our own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed playing cards on the deck, with gorgeous tropical plants in abundance around us. The bed was very comfortable, and we spent our evenings relaxing on the comfy furniture in the living area. A couple minute drive to Foodland grocery store was so convenient and very well used. Their extensive poke bar choices at their deli were amazing. The pool and spa area was a wonderful place to hang out too, with very nice grills that we cooked our ribeye steaks on one evening. Thanks for a truly fabulous stay, we highly recommend this place!!

Just the right amount of space for me! My family was staying across the street and I just needed somewhere to sleep, I was mostly out. Very efficient little unit. It says it sleeps three but not sure how, that would be pretty tight. Perfect for two IMO.
The kitchenette was perfectly stocked. I made sandwiches for a hike and packed veggies for general snacking. There was even coffee provided!
Lots of water toys as well and beach chairs.
Great location. Can walk to a couple beaches (a bit of a trek), food trucks, and a coffee truck. It was lovely to be on the golf course and walk around there too. A little further walk will bring you to the main shopping center in town.
Overall, clean and functional, just what I needed.

This is a lovely place to stay. Feels like you’re staying in your friend’s apartment. Large lanai overlooks lawn and complex. Well maintained pool and grill area, friendly people both local and visiting. There can be noise from upstairs but we were so relaxed and happy it didn’t really bother us. Will definitely stay there again!

Unit was OK. TV did not work for our entire 6 night stay even though I left voicemails starting the morning after our arrival. Rental management company was TERRIBLE! They NEVER answer the phone. Electronic keypad stopped working on day 4 of stay and was never fixed. Overall, I would not recommend this rental.

The highlight for me was a sweet kitty would visit us nightly on the lanai. Location was super convenient to foodland down the street, Hanalei bay and a lot of other great beaches.
