Property mgr Marilyn lovely and very helpful walking us thru process and wonderful hostess.
The condo was clean and welcoming - enjoyed the balcony seating for meals when we were there. Prior visits were all WorldMark and we would come back here again for another family holiday!

Our stay was great at sandpiper village- exactly how it was described on VRBO. Very comfortable bedding, quiet environment, lovely amenities.
It was a little tricky finding the parking spot and condo but with help from the property manager we were able to locate each!
Marilyn was so quick to respond when the WiFi wouldn’t work to help find a solution which she did!
Had all the pots and pans and necessities for cooking. Was a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay in Princeville at the condo unit 229A! The condo is exactly as pictured! It's clean and comfortable and the kitchen worked great. The washer/dryer is inside the unit which is a great help. The bed on the second floor is a little softer than the main room bed. The air conditioning was a massive relief from the September heat!
The Princeville market is just a mile away and has a lot of food and shopping. The ocean view is in the distance but the view of the lush garden neighborhood is lovely from the huge deck. We didn't hear the neighbors at all unless they accidentally slammed their door. The reserved parking spot was very helpful. The pool was clean and not too busy. This area is really convenient to get to Hanalei bay in 10 minutes or less. The owner was also easy to get a hold of and kind. Thank you!

What a fantastic stay!! The unit is spacious and well stocked. It is perfectly located to all the best Kaua’i’s North Shore has to offer, including Hanalei for shopping, dining, and beaching, Anini Beach for snorkeling, and Kilauea for good views and eats. We especially enjoyed amenities that this unit offered, including a designated parking space, laundry facilities, beach supplies (towels, snorkel equipment and towels, etc.), and community pool and hot tub. We didn’t need air conditioning at all during our stay - the fans were more than enough. Mahalo Marilyn for your hospitality!!

In summary, I really can't fault the place. Princeville is gorgeous, Kauai is gorgeous and the accommodation is gorgeous. The place is spacious, clean, quiet, and the hosts have provided everything you need, even those things you didn't realise you needed, such as snorkel cleaner! Sleeping arrangements for a mam, dad and two teenage sons was excellent. No need to worry about the heat, as the cooling system was fantastic and we were staying in the heat of August! Great base for the North Shore but even visiting the South wasn't a huge issue, as long as you give yourself plenty of time. Would I stay here again? A resounding YES PLEASE!

This unit was beautifully decorated inside and out. The lanai was large enough for the 3 of us and more to move around freely with very comfortable patio furniture. The loft had its own bathroom and a great view from its 3rd floor advantage, my granddaughter only came down to eat. It was stocked with just about anything needed to enjoy time on the island. I would definitely book this place again non my next visit

When we booked our stay we found that if we added a day the airfare dropped considerably. I messaged the owner to see if would be possible to add a day to our stay. They said they would check on it. After 1 1/2 weeks I sent a friendly message to see if the day was available or if we should make other plans for the one day. No response. I tried again 2 1/2 weeks later. No response. A simple no would have made things easier for us. I never heard from the owner until months later, when we were in Kauai. It was unnecessarily stressful.

My family really enjoyed the condo. It was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Its nicely located just steps to the pool and a short drive to shops as well as the beach in Hanalei. It was a great location to walk out Queens Bath, Hidden Beach and see the sunsets near Hideaway lookout. Our host was great and we look forward to coming back to Kauai one day.

We enjoyed our stay and found it well located for all of the outdoor adventures the North side of the island offers. Working with Marilyn was easy and the condo was perfect for the two of us. We loved playing cards at night, out on the covered porch.

We loved our stay here! Place had everything we needed, we cooked breakfast and dinner a few times. The place was roomy for 4 of us (we brought our 20 and 22 year old sons) The pool was awesome after a day out, was also great to have parking. We used the food out couch as a bed, and it was fine.
The porch was the best- had coffee out there every morning while listening to the chickens and birds. We walked to the local farmers market, and went on beautiful runs through the golf course. I highly recommend staying here!!

Everything one could hope to have on hand for a stay on the island and a few pleasing extras … cooler ,snorkel gear , filtered ice cold water and a close parking space all helped us throughout the 10 days we stayed and the guide books were a real bonus W a 21 yr old a 13 yr old and healthy parents in their 60s this property worked well

This is a great spot on the north shore. Take morning or afternoon jogs along the golf course. Can get to Willy beach short drive or walk and hideaways beach. Pro tip for hideaways beach, park your car early in the morning in one of the few spots with beach gear, then jog/walk back to the property. Then get your kids to take an easy walk to the beach, grab your stuff and head down to a great spot to snorkel. Property was excellent, full size washer/dryer, snorkeling gear, nice portable cooler, and we left some body boards behind for the next family. The pool and hot tub is a great place to relax to end the night with kiddos, then sleep, and back out exploring each day.

This condo is absolutely lovely, & the perfect location! The kitchen is fully equipped with pretty much everything you could need to cook. Washer & dryer are so convenient! Within walking distance to grocery store in Princeville. No AC but fans & open windows help keep it cool. The lanai is absolutely lovely - we had every meal/coffee out there, even on rainy days as it’s well protected. Highly recommend this condo to stay on the island!

Marilyn was fantastic to work with and her place was amazing. Neat and clean, it was exactly as advertised. The layout is great, maximizing the space and you could likely die happy living on the beautiful balcony enjoying the morning sunrise and evening breeze.

This place was wonderful. It was super close the shopping center nearby which has a supermarket and some cute shops. Also a quick ride to the town of Hanalea where there restaurants, farmers market and other shops are. The place was spacious and the beds super comfortable. We relaxed in the hot tub and pool almost every night. Would definitely stay here again.

As a family of five with three little kids, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property had places to sleep 6, two of the beds were giant comfy kings. Plenty of bonus things we weren’t even expecting like boogie boards, pool noodles, sand toys, seasonings, some condiments, etc. Our only minor complaints were the master shower made a very high pitch shrieking sound unless carefully adjusted to a setting that had less water flow and one of the nights we had the fire alarm go off at 3am. This was just an error because there was clearly no smoke or any other problem in the house. Like I said, super minor complaints and the rest of our stay was great! The pool area also was fun to play in and we loved the hot tub. We also walked down the street 2 miles and found a beautiful beach. Loved the location.

We loved our stay here so much. Host was easy to communicate with and super accommodating. We basically lived on the lanai, loved hearing the birds and watching the sunset every night. There was more than enough room for my boyfriend and I, super comfy king bed, and the community pool & grills were such a plus. We worked here remotely and it was perfectly located to explore the nearby beaches and towns in the afternoons and weekends. We didn’t want to leave!
