Pili Mai is beautiful! Unit was very close to pool and loved that we had an end unit! Only thing that was a downfall was the AC unit overflowed and wet my items that were in the closet. Had to rewash clothes (thank goodness for washer & dryer in unit) had to toss a bunch of things due to water damage. Couldn’t use the AC until someone came to fix the problem the next day. Called 2 different numbers and made a report but the ones who helped was someone who wasn’t on the list and was a friend of my sister in law.

This cute little condo was perfect for our girls trip. The layout is perfect, and the lanai was my favorite way to spend the early morning. The birds and lizard’s offered plenty of entertainment. Beautiful view! The space was clean & tidy and kitchen offered all of the amenities we needed.

We chose this condo for its location in Koloa. Perfect size, home away from home, kitchen modern and functional, nice bedrooms, beds comfortable, leather sectional couch, washer and dryer. The clubhouse pool/gym was better than resort style. Aside from the beautiful pool, they had inside/outdoor workout areas, pickleball court, tennis, and basketball. As well as nice bar/restaurant with great service. We also worked out at the condo gym which had a modern equipment. I didnt bring my clubs but i wish i did because we were on a golf course! 15 min walk to local shops and another 10 minutes more to poipu beautiful beaches. great memories

Absolutely lovely stay! Nice clean and quiet place with more than enough space for everyone. The pool and grills were located a very short distance away and the grills were very well maintained. We stayed for 12 days and the mid stay cleaning was a very welcome addition. The lanai was a perfect place to have coffee in the morning and a beautiful view for an evening meal. The unit was well provisioned for all your needs from beach gear to cooking needs (there was even little flashlights for walking to the pool after dark). Would 100% stay here again without a doubt.

Booked this property almost a year ago and were counting down the days to our trip. The property was exactly as described and had everything you needed for a long stay. The property was clean and had a great layout. Being so close to the pool was a bonus to utilize the grills for a few home cooked meals. The property management company checked in frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach chairs and boogie boards were a bonus. Great view of the golf course and the ocean behind it. Would definitely rebook.

Great location and plenty of room for our family if 7! It was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved being able to sit on Lanai every morning and drink coffee and watch the sunrise together! Some rooms were cooler than others with the a/c, but overall the temperature was comfortable. Loved the beach towels provided, and the beach toys, but would have loved a few more boogie boards. We just ended up renting a few more. Great location close to restaurants and shops, but it would have been nice to maybe have a guide with some of the local restaurants and menus, excursions and grocery stores. Overall, we had the most amazing vacation and would definitely book again!

This was our 4th time to Kauai. The Pili Mai Condos weren’t around the last time we came, but we took a chance. I’m so glad we did. First of all, communication with property managers was excellent and always friendly, timely and comprehensive. The unit itself was well kept, comfortable and conveniently located for our needs. We liked that it backed up against a golf course; it made it feel private and spacious with lovely views inland and the sea at a distance. The pool was much used and quite nice. I lap swim and there was a designated time from 8-9am for that. the fitness room was fine for small workouts. Having the complimentary passes for the Poipu Athletic Club were also welcome and used often between myself, husband and son. Unit had two beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and some floaties. Full kitchen complete with coffee maker, toaster, keurig, blender and pretty much everything we needed. There were 2 BBQ grills across the lawn which we used one night. We were very comfortable here and I would definitely stay here again.

I came to Kauai with 5 high school friends to attend a wedding. The house was beautiful and better than advertised. The island of Kauai is gorgeous and the vibe is indescribable. This house is close to Poipu Beach and great shopping plus the pool in the development is awesome. The beds were comfortable and the common space can't be beat. will definitely be back. First time in Kauai. Loved the unit and grounds. Great location. Easy drive to all the sight seeing places. Unit was perfect for my all adult family. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. We loved this condo unit (four adults in our group). The property management company communication was excellent! (they texted and emailed). They even provided a welcoming gift basket in the unit for our arrival. The condo was very clean. The condo had signs posted throughout the unit, which provided very useful information and instructions. We were all very impressed with the modern and lovely finishes throughout the unit. The unit is very spacious. The beds were all comfortable. Having three bathrooms was fantastic. The AC worked well, after we adjusted the vents, so that the front bedroom (twin beds) was not so warm. The WiFi worked well too. The kitchen was very nicely and amply equipped for our week long stay, and lots of storage space to boot!. The fridge even had an ice-maker! The unit has a full-size washer & dryer which was very convenient. The views of the mountains and grounds from the lanai were beautiful. There were parking spaces included with the unit. We only ended up using outdoor parking space, as it was most convenient. The pool/hot tub area was very clean. The hot tub was not set too hot, it was the perfect temperature. The complex is very quiet and well maintained. The location is superb! It is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, a few beaches, and nearby orchid/succulent gardens. It's a short drive to all the sights, shops, restaurants, and excursions around the southern Kauai area. We highly recommend this condo unit!

Everything is good. The apartment is huge, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a big living area. The only things disappoint me is that is the nice kitchen there is no seasoning to allow us to cook simple food. I only found very little salt and pepper to use.
