Eight family members ages 10-72 spent 9 days at the amazing Pili Mai 14L near Poipu/Koloa. Outstanding unit, very well furnished, easy to find and close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The beach chairs and boogy boards for the beach were much appreciated, and the pool was just a short walk away.
Owners have provided everything we needed, including plenty of beach towels - and of course the washer and dryer were a great benefit, too!
Thanks for such a wonderful stay on this magical island!

Beautiful place and location was a good distance to everything. Everything was updated. Bed was super comfortable, that's a plus! Will definitely coming back to this place. They have extra blankets and a lot of towels. Love that this home is on the side end of the other homes instead of being in the middle of two home.

The location was fantastic, close to great hiking, good food, and fantastic beaches. The beds were comfortable and the there was lots of room for our group of seven. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evenings. The breeze from the nearby ocean was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms and laundry room. For the record, don't pack a blow dryer, there are four available.
We did have a few concerns, which I shared with property management. 1) The TV in the master bedroom has not been fixed. I assumed it would have been after reading about the problem in previous reviews. I was wrong. You have to unplug it in order for it to turn off. If you don't it will randomly turn on, until you unplug. 2) The sliding screen door leading out to the patio has a tear in the lower right corner, and is bent. However, it doesn't prohibit you from opening and closing it in any way. 3) The bedspread in the second guest room on the main floor had a tear in it, almost 12 inches. I'm assuming they will fix this. We just reversed the blanket so that the tear was tucked in. We didn't want to mistakenly damage it further. Outside of that there is usual wear and tear (carpets that need cleaning)--nothing that in any way affected our stay.
Don't let the negatives keep your from booking. Overall, we were pleased. For us a comfortable bed is our number one concern and they excelled in this department. For my kiddos, it's all about the pool. A+ there too.

Short walk to the shopping center, a Mexican restaurant at golf course next door had great food and margaritas, to get to beach, just cross the street at the T intersection, enter the condo complex and follow signs to the beach trail. We will definitely stay here again. We always go by Safeway and Costco on day of arrival to stock up in Lihu before driving south to Poipu. There are a couple of small local grocery stores very close to the condo for supplemental needs. A new thing we did on this trip was the Lydgate farm chocolate tour it was awesome. Highly recommend.

We were a family of 7 adults and 1 child and had everything that we needed! The place was lovely, had wonderful beds, and more than enough beach towels and beach toys. There was even a cooler that we could pack up for our days on the beach. Our 5 year old also really enjoyed being able to pop over to go swimming in the pool.
Overall, this was a fantastic place and exactly as described. Communication was great. We would highly recommend!!

We appreciated the beach towels and beach gear that were left in the garage. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, except extra eating utensils, along with some basic spices would have been nice. We were happy to see that saran wrap and aluminum foil were left in a drawer. The location is convenient to Poipu Beach and close to many shops and restaurants. We had driveway and garage parking space available for 2 cars. The pool is a walk at the opposite end of the complex. Pool toys were left in the garage too. Overall, a great stay.

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 8. It is the furthest from the pool, but closest to walking to the shops! They are steadfast about the 4 pm check in. We had overheated grandmas and food spoiling in the car so plan better than we did!

We traveled with our children and grandchildren and had a fabulous time. The condo was everything it states that it is. We were within walking distance of the beach and several resorts/restaurants. We ate in most breakfasts and packed lunches (there is an ice chest) and cooked half of our dinners. The table only sits 6 but there are 3 bar stools at the island. The condo is on the road side of the complex and there is road noise. The only problem we had was lack of response to text messages but once I contacted them, I was advised that they had just started their text app and would make adjustments. The pool at the complex was not heated. We were there from Dec 30th to Jan 9th, so it would have been nice. The beds are VERY comfortable and the showers were nice, with plush bath towels. Plenty of beach towels and beach toys. The washer and dryer were great to have.

We were very happy with our condo and the complex as a whole. We were walking distance to Poipu Beach and several good restaurants. The kids swam in the pool everyday, sometimes twice a day. We had plenty of room for our family of 9. The condo was well equipped, and we enjoyed our balcony every evening.

Great location, attractive clean condo, very attentive staff. We had a few hiccups after checking in ( broken coffee maker, ice maker didn't work, the garage door broke). I called the reality staff, they sent over a nice woman within the hour, with a new coffee maker, she showed us how to adjust the freezer to make ice, they called a garage company that came the same day, unfortunately, they were not able to fix it because they did not have the right part, that had to be ordered.
This was a golf trip with the guys, I would definitely return next year with the grandkids and family and stay here .

The home was beautiful, clean and in good condition. We had a group of 7 so having 4 bedrooms and baths was great. The location was good, however we prefer being more mid island to be closer to more restaurants and shops. Overall good experience, but we prefer resorts as there weren't amenities like an om site restaurant, bar and the pool was just your average backyard pool. We also missed being right on the water. If you are looking for a home that has plenty of space in a quiet location this is perfect.

My Ohana and I enjoyed this property. It was perfect for us to have our own rooms and a nice area to gather. We loved the condo it is beautiful and enjoyed all the amenities. Just a few things the property manager may want to know, the kitchen door was broken prior to our arrival. When we opened it, it had slid off the hinges. The tv in the room off the lanai would not turn off by remote it had to be unplugged to turn off. The iron had yellow/brown come out from the steaming vents. The high chair was dirty from previous renter. I tried to remove seating from high chair to wash but it’s not removable. The screen door to the lanai is difficult to open and close. Lastly, one of the drawers from the upstairs bedroom with the larger bed is difficult to open and close. I messaged prior to stay through the app but never received a response. Besides these items we would definitely stay again. Mahalo for your hospitality!

We recently spent 3 days at this property and wished it were longer! The townhome itself is beautiful - very modern, clean and decorated like something in a magazine. The location was fabulous, too, as we could walk to shopping and restaurants, or drive to locations such as Waimea Canyon, Kauai Coffee, and other beaches up the coast. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit, which we are already starting to plan. I would highly recommend this property for a wonderful vacation on Kauai!

There were two families of 4 and we had plenty of room. The place was spacious and clean. We had a little bit of hard time find the place since we arrived late and it was dark but we were able to get a hold of the property manager and she helped us.
The home is exactly like the pictures. In the area there are grills that you can use which we did and it was clean and easy. I highly recommend this home.

The communication from Vacation Realty Hawaii was excellent. I felt assured of our stay, felt comfortable with the check-in information, and was able to contact the management with any issues. The condo was clean and inviting. Perfect for a large family stay. The grounds were well kept and the pool was nice. The kitchen amenities were in good condition and everything in the unit was in great condition. We had an issue with one of the cable boxes not working but no big deal as we weren't in Hawaii to watch TV. Also, there was noticeable road noise which took away a sense of peace when the patio door was open and early in the morning hours. Otherwise it was a great stay and I'd definitely choose Vacation Realty Hawaii for my next stay.

This rental was absolutely beautiful and very clean. We had 7 adults and it was very comfortable, though it really needed a sectional couch to fit everyone in the living room. It was within walking distance to a great coffee shop and shopping area. It had all the pots and pans you would need to make any meal. Just FYI: Make sure to bring all of your own spices. There aren’t any in the cupboard.
There was a bit of road noise but we really liked being in an end unit where we could quickly access the trail to the beach and shopping.
Overall it was amazing!! Beds were super comfortable! Beach chairs, snorkeling gear, 5 boogie boards, and an ice chest were HUGE pluses!
If I’m ever lucky enough to make it back to Kauai, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
