This property was perfect for us. My husband and I went with another couple for a week long trip. This property was perfect. It allowed us to have privacy as couples while still all hang out in the main living spaces together. I will rent this place again.

We had to last minute rebook our Maui trip to Kauai and were able to secure this condo for reasonable rates. Stayed with 4 adults (2 couples) and 2 toddlers.
Positives - newer/clean, A/C very cold, spacious main living area and master suite, lots of beach gear available w/the unit, walkable restaurants/shops nearby and very short drive to the beach, parking not an issue at the condo, nice location/not too close to main road.
Negatives - chickens/roosters constantly pooping on the lanai (and with 2 toddlers that meant we frequently had to hose off the lanai and sometimes the furniture - doesn't seem this problem was exclusive to this unit), not the quietest (upstairs neighbors - 2 different groups while we were there - sounded like elephant herds at all hours of the night; and the golf green mowing w/lights at 5 AM a few mornings was irritating), no screen door to the lanai so unable to take advantage of any trade winds (chickens tried to get in w/bugs) if door was left open for more than a minute, seems silly but kitchen trash can had no lid and was too large to fit under the sink - had to empty every day to avoid smells and keep away from kids; and there were sooo many light switches that controlled everything, including outlets, but only some were labeled - spent far too much time trying to figure out how to turn something on/off…
Overall, would consider staying again knowing what to expect.

I traveled here with my in-laws, husband and 2 children (ages 3 years and 6 months). This condo complex is great- you really can’t go wrong. We loved the proximity to the poipu beach and restaurants (everything within a mile or 2, some walking distance), excellent pool, great for family (grandparents, mom and dad + 2 kids), kid friendly (pack n play + high chair; note that toddler or baby could sleep in master closet!), excellent Lanai, great lounge furniture, great beach equip (no beach wagon but they had everything else- cooler, chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, boogie boards, etc), great management (very responsive, very friendly and well maintained property, they tried to address the few concerns we had), beds very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, excellent functioning AC and last but maybe most importantly the ice maker is a rock star- keeps up with our cocktail needs!

We loved our stay in southern Kauai. The property had a great floor plan and many amenities. The pool and golf course were just a walk away. There is great food and activities with a short car ride. Checking in/out was easy and communication was great. We look forward to coming back and would definitely book this property again. ♥️

Loved the condo and location but 1) the bath towels are super old and had the mustiest smell to them that would not go away despite multiple washings, 2) the upstairs guests (This was a downstairs unit) were so loud throughout the night it sounded like they were moving furniture and elephants were running around, 3) there were no kid friendly touches in the actual unit…no kid toilet seat, no stools to reach the sinks etc that made staying there with our 4 year old any easier. The disruptive guests upstairs just made the stay not as relaxing as it should have been.

Great condo inland, but not too far from the beaches. Great pool and awesome clean gym! Only concern / complaint was the lawn off the patio was always saturated and muddy. Impossible to hang out on the lawn :(. Otherwise great.

My husband, sister, 93 year old father and I enjoyed a week in this comfortable and well appointed condo on the ground level at the 9th hole of a golf course. My father made friends with a rooster we named Koko who visited us daily. The location is minutes from Poipu Beach and they had beach chairs and umbrella, cooler and ice packs for us to use on our beach excursions. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby.
We had a wonderful time.

The condo facility offers an excellent location for a family to stay if you are seeking more of a do-it-yourself vacation than staying in an all-inclusive resort or hotel. The grounds are beautiful, the golf course offers an excellent back yard, the pool is fine (cold and messy at times), but the accessibility to all of the south shore while staying removed from the crowds down by the water is the key selling point.
The unit was fairly well-furnished. Some of the beds are a little hard but the unit has additional down mattress toppers that can be used.

The garage had a full set of beach tables and snorkeling gear. The additional awesome part was that Paco’s Tacos was walking distance along with other restaurants that were about a 1 minute drive.

Too notch rental. Community was so gorgeous and exceeded expectations. The condo was also decorated beautifully and very clean. Never saw a single bug, spider or creepy crawly visitor!

Highly recommend this property! The condo was very clean and spacious. We loved sitting on the back patio overlooking the golf course and mountains. The location is ideal close to the best restaurants and the beach. Would definitely love to stay here again when we return! Only negative things that happened; 1. When we arrived the AC was broken and it was 80 degrees inside. We didn’t get a text beforehand so we didn’t know it was broken for a few hours and thought it was slow. Luckily the condo was fully equipped with fans for the night. Someone came the next morning to fix it. 2. We requested the twin beds to be made into a king. This wasn’t done when we arrived so we ended up finding the king mattress maker and doing it ourselves. No proper bedding though so we had to use to twins sheets and blankets. 3. We had a late check out but they changed the door code too early and we were locked out for a few minutes. Only minor in convinces that we were able to fix. Still highly recommended!

This was a perfect space for our family of 4 plus a set of grandparents. The house was very well stocked with beach and pool supplies making for easy hours spent at the beach. The pool area here is also lovely and a great area to enjoy. We would definitely stay again for our next Kauai vacation

We ate every meal out on the lanai. Beds and bedding was comfortable. Plenty of towels for all plus beach towels. Nice beach chairs, umbrella and scuba gear as well as floatation devices.

The place was well equipped by in-large, but in need of some upgrading, mostly with the out-door furnishings and chair in the dining area. The most disappointing factor was not having a totally functional Television for 3 weeks and no response from the management people as to our query!The team of cleaners that came weekly were very pleasant and did a great job to the best of their ability.

We had a wonderful time in Kauai! With Covid, we haven’t been able to travel as much as we would typically. It was our son’s 17th birthday and my husband and I offered him the option of a party or to pick a friend and we would go somewhere fun instead. We are from the Seattle area and he decided on the trip to sunshine with a friend. We were also blessed to have my mom with us as well. We have stayed in a unit at Pili Mai a few years back so we booked without hesitation. When we arrived, everything was sparkling clean, there was a delightful welcome basket and very clear/simple instructions on how to get inside as well as all needed information for our stay. We had everything we needed for our stay, the air conditioning was wonderful and we even had all the beach accessories which made our excursions so much fun! We had one little issue with opening our garage door. The maintenance team was there within a couple minutes. Turns out, we didn’t push the keypad hard enough. They were kind, helpful and lovely to work with throughout the process. Thank you for taking such great care of our family. We will definitely be back!!
