We enjoyed our quick stay here. Communication was very easy with the host, very quick to reply to emails. We had no issues during the stay - it’s an easy walk to the beach and to many little shops and restaurants in the area. Great supply of beach chairs and beach supplies in the closet. The pool and hot tub were well kept and we enjoyed those. Would stay again!

The best host ever for the VRBO, period! Extremely accommodating, instant communication, great location and great. clean, and cozy place. We will first check Josh for availability before looking anywhere else next time. Felt like being at our own place. Very thoughtful amenities and information. If you missed something, hosts have thought it for you. For renters, I am sure you will have great experience. But, please respect host’s basic rules, so that, he/she can continue providing housing to continue to have the same experience for many other renters.

The size,location and amenities was much better than anticipated. The pictures make property appear smaller. I had lived in kehei in past but was not getting my bearings by maps. The dolphin plaza is a easy land mark. The plaza has good Gelato. Lena's next door is great for pedicure. 808 deli roast beast sandwich yummy. There is road detour on Wailia side of south kehei road below complex. Costco maui has larger quanity packing than mainland, gas is cheaper. Walmart and target are options. We went to upcountry farmers market. I would do better meal planning next time.The pool and hot tub where amazing. Too hot for sauna this trip.Best poke is at Tamara s Lavender farm one of my favorite places.

If you are looking for the ultimate beach location on Maui, this is it! The views from the deck are stunning, and being just a 3-minute walk to Kamaole Beach Park I was incredible. We were so spoiled by how pretty and close the beach was that we didn't even end up using the pool!The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was nice and well-stocked with all the basics for fixing quick breakfasts and lunches before heading out. They provided plenty of bath and beach towels, plus a fantastic setup of beach gear: really nice beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a cooler, which made spending full days down at the sand effortless.You are within easy walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants right in Kihei, which is such a fun, laid-back beach town. You truly cannot beat the convenience, ocean views, and beach access here. We loved our time in Kihei and would definitely stay again!

Home away from home! This condo is wonderfully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and beach toys. The location is perfect for Kamaole beaches, gelato, food and shopping. We only needed our car for grocery shopping. Surfing lessons at Maui Wave Riders were great! The condo itself is very relaxing, wonderfully decorated and comfy. So many little extras that make it special.

The room was very clean, nicely decorated and had many recent upgrades. It also has convenient parking and the location has great access to 2 nearby beaches with many restaurants within walking distance. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are also available at the condo. The pool associated with the condo is also very nice and has a barbecue area for cooking meals. I would definitely stay here again and the owner is really good about communicating with you and answering any questions to help with the check in/out process.

The condo was gorgeous! A little smaller than the pictures, but furnished very nicely and very clean. The travel size toiletries and paper products were an added bonus.One note: you HAVE to be able to navigate stairs to get to this unit. Even using the elevator, we had to go up four sets of stairs (through gorgeous landscaping though) to get to the unit. It was walkable to many great restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend!

Our family all agreed this was the best VRBO we have stayed at. The location and views were perfect. The condo layout was great. We really enjoyed the beautiful Hawaiian decor and fun accents even down to the turtle knob on the toilet base and those on the shower door (yes, we noticed all the fine touches!). Literally, everything you could possibly need is in this condo and so organized. We really didn't want to leave. The location is fantastic - just down the street is the beach - actually, multiple beaches. The pool, hot tub and sauna were beautiful and clean - we used them often. Yes, there are stairs but we just felt that helped offset all the good eating we did in Maui. Thanks for a great stay!

Enjoyed the stay and the views from the lanai! Convenient location- short walk to beach, shops, etc. Note that it took a while to cool down the unit- just be prepared- especially for the loft! The host was very responsive and an excellent communicator! My only suggestion is some actual instructions on the best way to get from the parking lot to the actual unit- with the different levels and stairs it was confusing at first with lots of luggage after a long trip!

Central location. Pictures provided are somewhat accurate. There is some wear and tear on furniture. Sunset views were spectacular for the price ,and like I said its a 5-10 minute walk to almost anything you may need. Great eating in the area, great beaches. The check in process was confusing. No one in the "office" the 2 days I tried to go in, and after calling the property management I was told to just keep trying (I think this was mainly for a parking pass). Price point was what made us choose this location and it is an accurate price point due to a few issues I brought to managements attention that hopefully will be addressed for future guests. Pests are not an issue as long as you follow the tips and instructions on how to avoid. Daughter loved the pool and husband enjoyed the sauna almost nightly.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and quiet. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Check in was smooth. We were on the 4th floor so thank goodness there was an elevator. It's so close to the beach and there is a really good fish n chips place within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our time here. We're familiar with Kihei area and were really prioritizing closeness to Kam 1 beach. Since the condo is on the ground floor and closer to the beach than any other condo on the property, you really are just a few 50 steps away from the beach directly from the patio. Also you're very close to the reasonably priced restaurants, coffee, and rental shops in Kihei too. It's worth noting that although you are close to the beach, you can't really see the ocean from the patio—since you're on the ground floor there's bushes and buildings in the way.

Lora's condo is just a quick walk down to my favorite beach. Kitchen has all the appliances you would need. The bed was so comfortable. Being a solo, woman traveler, I felt very very safe in this place. Very quiet and met a few of the residents that were so nice. Many of places to eat within a short walking distance. We stayed a week and really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was nicely set up and the neighbors/guests above and around us were quiet. It was also nice that they provided beach towels, which we washed afterwards using their washer and dryer. The only negatives were it would have been nice to have curtains (simple curtains with a rod and large o-rings to push by hand) in the bedroom, the mini blinds did not provide the best privacy with the walkway just outside. We also found out that the bedroom window was left half open. We didn't notice until the following morning after check-in when we were heading out and saw that the window was open (wondered why we heard folks walking outside so clearly that night🙂). Tips: To find the condo when you arrive, enter the bldg by the swimming pool about half way up the driveway on the left side of the facility. It's easier to find the condo. Go down a flight of stairs and then up a flight of stairs to the 2nd flr. We originally entered the front of the blg and it was a maze with many steps to get to the condo. The parking registration is by the swimming pool at the center entrance and you can park in the front or upper back lots in the spaces NOT marked "Owner". For the washer and dryer push the power button a few seconds to turn them on. The dryer exhaust box is in the hall closet next to the kitchen.

The location is perfect for exploring the island. It is located very near beaches that are perfect for sunning and snorkeling. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. The condo is very clean and well equipt. It has a private patio with dining table and chairs in addition to indoor dining. Parking us free. I highly recommend this VRBO. Dean was very responsive and has done a lovely job with the renovation. Great value!
