How can I possibly give more than 5 stars?!!!What a complete delight to step into the Condo and everything was just PERFECT! Clean! Organized, thoughtfully curated and comfortable beyond belief!Communication was so easy and the complex is QUIET! Let me tell you how nice that is! Everyone you meet is smiling and giving you Maui love!The views are absolutely amazing! Steps to the beach is extremely accurate. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance! You’ll need that walking due to all the great food around.Also Safeway and Target will deliver to you! What a blessing when you r so beat and relaxed from your day at the beach!There is a great book on the table listing so many wonderful suggestions. Also the breeze at night off the balcony was soothing! Ok, now a thought. I drove the entire road to Hana, it takes special care. Before you embark, consider your comfort level on roads that are narrow and sometimes only can be passing by one car. Next time, I’m taking the tour bus! There is another road I drove Kahekili highway. PLEASE READ UP FIRST. Talk to the locals and assess it. Once up there, going thru it is your only option!Your hosts, and you will pick this Condo make sure that you are cared for. My prediction? This was our first Vrbo stay. We scheduled this stay for my wife's birthday and we were not disappointed. The property was much better than expected. It was very clean and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. Our hosts were more than accommodating. Answering all of our questions promptly, and accurately. I don't believe there was anything more we could've asked for. The location was perfect. Our stay was amazing and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Condo was clean, and the complex is very quiet. Enjoyed the snacks that were provided for our arrival. Thoughtful touch. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs provided. Definitely a plus. It is a maze of steps to get to the room, and the complex is on a slope, so be prepared to walk. Would not recommend this location if guests have mobility issues. Also, the A/C in the bedroom was noisy. This might be a problem for light sleepers.

The apartment is as beautiful as on the pictures. It's spacious, airy, very well decorated, and on the top (4th) floor, so the views from the generously sized balcony are also great (if you are looking in the right direction :)). We had a hiccup with the entry door code, and Christy called us and helped resolving the issue right away. Overall, we really liked the place and would definitely stay there again!

Great location within walking distance, an ABC store and the best snorkel store for renting equipment. Great food trucks around in so many different locations.Condo was exactly as it was described, and all of the rules and helpful hints really helped us out. Loved having a large size washer and dryer and the two full bathrooms. Didn’t realize we would have a partial ocean view, but we did, and it was great from the fourth floor.We all enjoyed our stay and definitely worth renting a condo here versus being 1000 more or something near the Kaanapali area!

I had an excellent stay at this apartment in Maui! The unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay—well-stocked, thoughtfully set up, and exactly as advertised. It was spotless, completely pest-free, and very well-maintained throughout.The location is absolutely awesome, with plenty of stores, restaurants, and beautiful beaches all within easy walking distance. Having everything so close by made the trip even more enjoyable and convenient.The facility itself was in great condition, and everything worked just as expected with no issues whatsoever. We had an amazing time in this condo. It was very new and clean and everything work out perfectly fine. The location was wonderful as we are right next to the beach and can walk there in about 1 minute. There are so many good restaurant and stores near by and most of them are within walking distance. There is also a parking lot right next to the room which is super convenient. The owner was very easy to communicate with and even let us in early since our flight landed sooner than we expected. We would 100% come here again and stay in the same condo. I would completely recommend this condo for your vacation.

I will start by saying that Rachel is an amazing host. She reached out days before out check-in date to ensure that we had all the information, even offered to allow us to check-in early if the place was ready. We were there for a baseball tournament and she had a small care package on the table as we walked - so absolutely thoughtful and won over our kids immediately. It was a great welcome to our stay.Now for the actual place:Location: Just across the street from Kamaole Beach Park and not even a 5 minute walk from few shops and restaurants. Unit: The unit is updated, spacious, and is perfect for a family of 4. It had everything we needed for a 4 day stay and the bed was very comfortable.Amenities: The place provides everything you need for a day at the beach so no need to bring your own. Pool was always accessible and not too busy. I do want to point out that there is an elevator but you do have to use stairs to get to the unit. It wasn't an issue for us but may be something to consider if using the stairs may be challenging for you.Overall, it's a great option to explore Kihei and an even greater host.

The unit is beautiful. The pictures are accurate, but even better in person. The pool, spa and bbq area are beautiful, clean and quiet. The unit has everything needed for our stay with the exception of a can opener. The air conditioner works perfectly. The bed and pillows are comfortable. We originally planned to stay here for four nights. This condo has everything you need for a very comfortable stay: towels, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, dishwasher and laundry detergent, etc. The AC units worked great, there was plenty of space for our family of 7, plus extra blankets, and the pool was wonderful. The nearby beach was a favorite. There’s also an ABC Store (with grab and go food), a Pizza Hut, Maui Gelato, Maui Bakery, and a health food store within easy walking distance. We loved our stay. It was perfect. Carol let us do the late check out (there is a very reasonable fee) for our last day, which was really nice…and then all the Hawaiian islands received a tsunami warning. We had already started packing up, so we quickly left the condo for high ground. All flights were canceled with no vacancies at inland hotels. Luckily, Carol didn’t have anyone else coming in for a few nights, so she graciously let us come back to the condo to sleep. We ended up not being able to fly out for four more days. Because the condo was available, Carol was amazing and kindly worked with us to arrange our stay for those extra nights. We cooked the rest of our meals instead of eating out and the kitchen had everything we needed for our big family. We absolutely loved this condo and the location. 5 stars! Carol’s kindness took things way above and beyond perfection!

We loved our stay! Location was perfect, parking easy and plentiful, beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the living room had a very comfy couch. Please update your balcony picture as you missed showing the nice water and mountain views - added pictures below. I liked that the place was a bit back from the road and when you were ready for action it was a very short stroll to the beach or restaurants. Only downside is the master had a window that looked out to a walkway but the blinds kept the privacy needed.

This unit is very centrally located in Kihei. Access to the beach is just a short walk away and there are many restaurants around to choose from. This is my second time staying in this unit and I would do it again. Brad is very quick to communicate with you if needed. Highly rated.

We had an amazing time in Maui. The home is less than a 1 minute walk to the beach. There were plenty of good places to eat. We enjoyed the Maui Fish Market. They also have ice cream and shave ice, a bakery and a rental location where you can rent equipment or purchase excursions all in the shopping center next door to where we stayed. The ABC store in walking distance had yummy foods to try and made fresh breakfast, lunches and dinner, which was perfect for our grab and go moments. This spot is south, but about a 45 - 50 minute drive north will get you to beaches like Kapulua Bay where snorkeling was perfect for the little kids with calm, warm water. Black Rock beach was fun too. The current is a bit rougher though. Great location to snorkel too. The beaches in Kihei were really windy. It made it difficult to keep an umbrella up. The home has beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels. The AC worked great if needed to take the stuffiness off. The home was clean and organized, stocked well. There was plenty of space for my family of 5, with a king bed in the bedroom, comfortable murphy bed and a pull out couch. My only suggestion would be to have the shower drain cleared so the water flows out better. It would fill up and sit there for a while before it finally drained the water out and the shower water pressure could be a bit harder. The complex was very quiet. The rental host Sunny Maui Vacations are fantastic. The whole process was extremely efficient. Their attentiveness to making sure we were comfortable and aware we had a life line to ask questions or get help was readily available. I received a few quick tips on where to go for certain things which was very much appreciated. I would recommend utilizing their services in the future. Stellar customer service. Overall we had a memorable vacation and cannot wait to visit the beautiful island.

Apartment was clean and well kept. Living area was spacious and interior was new. Beach was right down by the apartment complex and there were number of dining places nearby. You have to get a self service parking pass from the office (open all hours). Dean was very responsive to any questions I had during the check in. A recommended stay for a solo traveller or a couple.
