Liked location. This condo had everything we needed, but it needs an overhaul as much of the furnishings and supplies are getting pretty old and used. Examples bedding, dishes, frying pans, furniture (chairs on lanai and in the living room) as well as broken beach umbrellas, just a thorough overhaul would improve the stay.

Host responded in a timely manner regarding questions prior to our stay, everything in working order & nice amount of starter amenities, condo very nice (however could be cleaned better, especially baseboards in bathrooms). The parking was not ideal - close parking was usually full, so had to walk a very long distance. The view of ocean was great, but had a very loud air conditioner unit of commercial building between condo & ocean, which limited hearing waves. Good location - close to shopping and restaurants and easy access to beach.

The beach chairs need attending. Not enough paper towel, toilet paper,dish soap for the two week stay. Kitchen ware needs attending too, everything was mismatched. I bed was uncomfortable.

The condo in Kihei was wonderful. Good view from the living room. Nice lanai and outdoor furniture. Comfy king size bed and nice soft sheets. We were thrilled to get there and find they had all of items needed for hanging out at the beach. Chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. location is great for walking to places nearby for food. Beach’s were walkable close by and adequate parking for our rental car. We used the washer and dryer there in the unit. The condo was close to the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for the great accommodations! We had an awesome vacation!

Communication from the outset was prompt and clear. We are very familiar with KAK and the Kihei area so this was like coming home. The condo had everything we needed. Added bonus that we came in January as we saw so many whales from the lanai...such a gift!

we stayed here for 5 nights and the first 2 days the refrigeration wasn't working. it was replaced on the 3rd day and we were told not to use the cold water in the kitchen sink until they hook up the ice maker, which they said would be the next day or day after. it was never hooked up so we couldn't use the kitchen sink and was very inconvenient to only use water from the bathroom sink. we had to toss our groceries and leftovers from eating out, even tho they reimbursed us for the food we had to toss, nothing was was offered help with the inconvenience of trying to cook and not being able to do dishes in the kitchen.

Loved this property! Stone's throw to the beach, food options aplenty and great lanai. We spent alot of time on the lanai taking in the oceanviews and sunsets. Plenty of space for our family of four (2 adults and 2 older teens). Only gripe was that the parking lot closest to the unit for visitors has very few parking spots. Ocean is so close that we never even used the pool!

This was by far the worst place we have ever stayed in Hawaii. There were so many issues from the very beginning. Nothing was ever fixed or resolved. The communication was awful, took days to get a response. The property was filthy. We had to buy.our own towels, dishes, pans, pot holders and many more items. The unit was falling apart, lots of appliances broken. No hot water and the list goes on. I would not recommend this property to anybody. Its unsafe and disgusting.

Josh and Christi were wonderful hosts. Communication was quick and friendly, and it was easy to adjust the dates for my stay around the flights I needed to book. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed for our 6 day stay in Kihei. All the beach gear was in great shape, and the beds were comfortable. I slept on the couch so my grandmother and her friend could use the beds, and slept great in front of the lanai. The Kihei Ali'i Kai is always an amazing location in Kihei for getting to the beach and walking to any shopping and restaurants you want to do. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the lanai, and watching whales with our morning coffee. Having the option for both drip coffee and Keurig cups was an added bonus. I would definitely come back if I'm bringing friends to see Maui.My grandmother had a great time celebrating her 81st birthday here in Kihei. Mahalo for hosting such a beautiful condo!

Wonderful hosts, wonderful property! Great communication. We loved this beautiful condo! Very nice pool and hot tub! Worked well for three 7-13 year olds in loft, their parents (king bedroom) and us (king bedroom). We cooked in lovely kitchen, got carry-out at That’s A Wrap, dined at great Tommy Bahama in Wailea, walked the oceanfront path, explored Road to Hana and top of Haleakalā, Paia, and the beautiful beach! Great view from this gorgeous,well-stocked condo! Thank you for a fabulous trip!!

We just returned from a 1 week stay at this unit. We give it a 5 star rating because it was wonderful. The unit was clean, spacious and filled with all the amenities that we needed for a comfortable, ‘home away from home’ feeling.Brad, the owner was very easy to communicate with, was very accommodating when I asked about the possibility of an early check-in, and also prompt to reply when I had some questions.We would absolutely recommend the unit and would gladly stay here again.Thank you Brad, Rod and Lois!Next time, Brad, I hope to be around on a Thurs to hear you play steel guitar!

Dean was readily available and very helpful. The property is immaculate and you can't beat the location! Property was quiet and well maintained. Access to the beach is less than a block away, so we never even went to the pool area! Next time, I doubt we will get a car as there are shops and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the location. Convenient to everything. Plenty of parking and water hose for cleaning off sand.Unfortunately no elevator access….which I thought wouldn’t be necessary for the ground level. I had an 89 yr old in a wheelchair. Fortunately only 2 sets of 6 steps..The condo was clean with the necessary amenities… linens, towels , beach chairs and towels as well as kitchen supplies The large table on the lanai worked great since we also had other family members in an other unit and we were able to all eat together!!!!The air conditioning worked well but didn’t quite reach the back bedroom. The additional stand alone fan was helpful.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!!!Mahalo

This is a very nice, clean rental and location. The only thing that was a struggle is the a/c. I did not feel like it was clearly stated that the a/c is only in the living room, and on a one hour timer. My husband runs hot so most nights he was not comfortable and could not sleep. We agreed that we would have paid more to cover the cost of having the option to run it all night to cool the place down.

Lots of space to spread out for my family. Two beautiful full bathrooms and everything is recently renovated. Nice private balconies which we enjoyed every morning watching the stray cats roaming the area. We had almost direct access to the pool and hot tub area and found it very convenient to park in either upper or lower lot. Short 2 minute walk to the beach and the best restaurants in Maui including an amazing meal at Cafe O’Lei just next door. Maria was awesome in communication and gave me a thorough list of recommendations for activities and places to eat. Her recommendations were spot on!Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and beach gear including a cooler and chairs. The blender came in handy for frozen smoothies. I would return to the same condo someday! We met lots of friendly people in the building. We brought our own pickle ball equipment but didn’t need to as there are two paddles in the closet along with everything else you might need. Thank you Maria, we had a great stay at your lovely home in Maui!

The Condo is beautiful & in a wonderful location. Very short walk from the beach, longer walk to central Kihei but doable. Condo is well equipped with the necessities. We had 5 people with us (2 couples, 1 single) and it was very comfortable. The host was very accommodating. Would book again if in Maui!
