We really enjoyed our stay! The venue was roomy enough and very well equiped. There were extras made available to us which we enjoyed as well (Boogie boards, un relis and beach chairs) to name a few). The location was exceptional as we were right across the beach and within walking distance of a few stores, restaurants and other beaches. We communicated with the owners and had swift responses every time! The other guests/owners on the premises were quiet and respectful. We do recommend you stay at Scott and Eve’s!

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It had a one bedroom with lots of room and air conditioning, both in the bedroom and in the living room.
It had everything we needed, including beach, chairs, and a cooler. Every morning I made a coffee and sat on the balcony and listen to the birds chirping, and read my book!
The first night, we had a hard time finding the condo as we arrived very late at night and had to lug our luggages up and down stairs until we found the condo.
The best thing to do is to pull into the first parking area on the right to see if there’s any spots available and then go park at the end of the building.
Once we found the condo, we had no problem parking and getting to the condo even if we had a park at the far end of the building.
This condo is in a really terrific area a Kihei close to many restaurants and shops.
The owners were terrific to deal with, and were very responsive!!
I would definitely stay here again, but this is not a place for someone that is disabled - as there are many stairs, going up and down.

We loved this condo! The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful and up-to-date. The bed was amazing, we slept so well. The lanai was great after a long day of exploring the island. A nice tropical breeze, a cocktail, and comfy lanai furniture top off a perfect day in paradise. So grateful for the use of beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. The hot tub and pool are very nice also. Would highly recommend it. Glad to hear they are getting better AC. Fans and the breeze helped keep us cool.

We enjoyed our stay here for sure. The location is ideal - near Kamaole 2 and 3 beaches, near numerous other properties (we had friends in 2 properties near by) and all the restaurants, plazas, bus stops etc.
The apartment is well appointed and has most things needed for an easy stay. There is no kettle but a pot on the stove worked well enough for my morning tea; additional BBQ tools would be helpful. We arrived well after dark had fallen and had a challenging time finding the condo. We eventually found a building map in the parking registration room, which was a big help.
A few items that detracted from our stay:
1. No where to hang/dry wet towels and swim suits. We found this a real challenge on a daily basis.
2. Property description indicates it is air conditioned but that is not entirely accurate. There is one portable style air conditioner in the living room (which can't be moved, due to the cable being zip tied to an electrical conduit). In addition this A/C unit is on a 2 hour timer. This was insufficient to cool the main living space on days above 26 degrees Celsius and was never able to cool the bedroom in any meaningful way. The extra fan in the bedroom didn't work and is very dirty. Extra fan in living room works but is also in need of a clean.
3. Lack of instructions for using the entertainment system did prove a challenge (we only tried to use it twice).
A great space that we liked but at times we were uncomfortably warm.

Great location. Short walk across the street to Kam 1 where we swam and watched beautiful sunsets. Condo was as expected. Well kept. Extremely easy check in with great communication. It was a great surprise to find pickleball paddles and balls in the beach box on the lanai and a court on the premises. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location and property. We were bummed the previous guests had broken the boogie boards, but Eve was super fast and communicative, and went above and beyond with offering to pay for rentals. Would stay here again, thank you for sharing with us!

This property is in the heart of Kihei it is a perfect location in walking distance to the beach , restaurants and mini market (abc). The condo itself had a great floor plan but could use a little love. It was clean but having fresh new bed pillows and sheets would be a good refresher as well as new rugs as they were rolled in the corners being a tripping hazard. With small updates this place would be a real gem !!!!

This condo was perfectly located half a block from Kamaole 1 beach. On-site parking was easy. Location on the shady side of the building was perfect. The condo was quiet, and the amenities in the condo were good for our one month stay. Items needed for the beach were conveniently available in the storage bin on the lanai. Communication with Scott and Eve was prompt. We would highly recommend this unit!

Kihei Alii Kai is a lovely property with a great pool and BBQ area and easy walking distance to a wonderful bakery, shopping, eateries and 4 great beaches. Our unit was beautifully upgraded with comfortable furnishings inside and out, a large very well equipped kitchen, lots of towels and beach chairs/toys, and clean. We had a marvellouss stay.

Clean, quiet, and secure facility. Easy, hassle free parking, Recommend for adults wanting peace and quiet. 1 minute to Kamaole Beach for great sunsets, a few restaurants and a general store.
Not recommended for families with energetic kids under 12. Standing shower only with half glass wall, one bedroom, and restrictive pool rules. Very quiet establishment.
We had a good time because our family isn’t very loud or rambunctious.

The condo fit our needs just perfectly. Chairs, umbrella, beach toys and boogie boards were used practically every day we were there. The condo was comfortable…I do wished there was an AC unit in the bedroom as well. Other than that it was a great stay.

We spoke with the condo owners and was very disappointed about the A/C in the living room. During our entire stay - we only enjoyed 2 hours of the A/C. It was very uncomfortable without the A/C but we were able to use the fans in the condo to circulate the hot air. We opened up the sliding doors for better ventilations but there was no trade winds. The owner compensated us for the inconveniences caused.

We've stayed at this condominium complex before because of its location. Just below the complex is a beautiful beach, restaurants, groceries, shopping and the best Gelato in Kihei. The owners were very quickly responsive when needed. There are lots of stairs here. If your knees are painful, there's an elevator, but still five or six stairs once more to get to the nicely updated condo. The kitchen is very well equipped, even a crockpot and a small steamer saucepan insert for vegetables! Normally, we have to go buy one. A+ Mahalo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The complex is well managed, taken care of well and quiet. The location is fantastic.
The kitchen was updated and we enjoyed cooking some meals. We really liked the tiles in the shower. They felt good on our feet.
We would like to stay at this condo again when we come back to Maui.

Everything was as described on website, well stocked the hosts were easy to communicate with and take a lot of pride in giving you a condo in paradise. The only complaint and this is not the owners fault is the parking situation. If you have to park in upper lot it's a long hall with groceries etc. All in all I would stay here again.

We loved staying at this property. Everything you could want is provided (from everything in the kitchen, washer dryer, beach chairs toys and towels) just a quick walk to the beach. Great location near shops and dining but very quiet, smart tv was nice so we could login and watch things. Great relaxing trip. Mahalo

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We really like the location and property and have stayed in complex many times. Unit close to beach and front parking lot. Walking to shops and many restaurants. We were disappointed that the recliners in pictures have been replaced by rattan chairs that weren’t that comfortable. I choose the unit as my husband has bad hips and needs comfortable seating. We arrived at checkin time to find unit not clean. Waited 30 min to get in. Found dirty wash cloth next to bed. Shower although updated, appears moldy in spots. Bed king size, very comfortable when we took off foam topper. Items outdated, towels, sheets, seating, rugs, worn and old, not great quality. Couch had a smell to it. Bedroom ceiling fan on high worked well but noisy. Portable ac in living room didn’t work well, but there were a lot of fans that did. It was cool at night when we were there. Kitchen was well equipped and updated, nice appliances. Kitchen ceiling light did not work. Would have liked instructions for TV. Thought initially was only steaming but finally able to get cable stations after some word to find cable on HDMI2. Owners nice and communicated well. Price good for quality and location.

On our first night I found a dirty underwear under the bed!! The shower has mold on the grout, there is no shower curtain or complete door so the rug and toilet seat get all wet when you’re taking a shower, found all kinds of black straight hair on the bathroom floor and clumped in the shower!! It was not mine or my sons as we have short curly hair!! We just felt as if it was not clean at all!! I had to buy laundry detergent for my clothes and even used it to wash the towels and bed sheets all over again as I felt it was not clean to start off with!! This was my first time using Vrbo and was not very impressed with it!!

This was a convenient location close to many beaches; the condo was also close to the parking lot allowing for easy access. The condo had everything we needed, and we had a good time in Maui.
