We had 5 people with us (2 couples, 1 single) and it was very comfortable. The host was very accommodating. Would book again if in Maui!

The host was very communicative, he emailed thorough instructions for taking care of the condo, explaining all the amenities and providing a local contact number as well. The condo is very well decorated, super comfortable sofa, brand new bed, plenty of chairs and tables inside and out on the ample lanai. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkel gear and all the appliances are in excellent condition. We cooked our family’s Christmas dinner in this condo, all the tools and pots and pans as well as plates, cups and cutlery were plentiful for 9 of us! The location simply cannot be beat, a peek a boo ocean view, steps to a very beautiful, sandy beach, ABC store and DaKine Shave ice within steps, plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. The pool and hot tub are stunning, beautiful tile in excellent condition, a sauna is also on the property.In short, if you have the chance to stay at this condo, you will have the time of your life, creating long lasting memories in Paradise!

This is our 4th stay at Kihei Alii Kai. We love this location. Kamaole I/Charley Young are our favorite beaches. The sand is the softest! This condo was perfect for us! Building A, 2nd floor is super convenient and we never had trouble parking in the lower lot which was super lucky. Loved the extra amenities like the beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and some extra kitchen items that we didn't have to buyb(dishwasher pods, olive oil, salt & pepper, etc. You don't always get that lucky. Even a little coffee grinder which was a nice little extra!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. There was plenty of space for two children and four adults. The location was a quick walk to the beach and easy access to the condo from the elevator. The pool was fun for the kids. We had a few concerns come up during the stay. For one, the beach wagon provided as broken and the owners responded quickly and brought bus another to use. We found what we think was mold in the AC unit. The repair people could not come for a few days to check it out but ultimately the issue was evaluated. Also of note, the balcony is near the designated smoking spot do the condo so often we could smell smoke from smokers nearby.

We stayed for 8 nights during Thanksgiving week and had a blast! The description was 100% accurate and met all of our expectations. The host, Dean, was very attentive and helpful prior to our arrival, during our stay, and even as we departed for our trip back home. The condo itself felt like a home away from home for us during our stay. The location was perfect! Ground floor was really nice to have, and literally, the condo is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach (where we saw sea turtles both on the beach and in the water and watched the sunset almost every evening). There are multiple delicious restaurants and shops within a very short walking distance and even more just a mile or two up the road by car. It was great to have access to beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a cooler. The appliances are all updated (super convenient to have a washer/dryer in the unit), the furniture is comfortable, and the shower pressure is fantastic! We enjoyed the pool/hot tub at the complex as well as the pickleball court where we were able to connect with many kind residents and visitors. Parking was easy, and driving distance to island attractions was reasonable. We would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it!

Perfect spot for a quick getaway! I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Maui and B105 was a great place to park my flip flops for the week! This unit is exceptionally clean and well stocked. The bed is very comfortable too - always a bonus when on vacation. The owner is excellent with replying to any questions I had. Kihei Ali'i Kai is conveniently located close to excellent beaches. This condo was a really good value, and I would normally give my rating based on expectations, so I wouldn’t normally give anything less than 5 stars based on how much I paid, it was among the cheapest rentals on Maui. There are 2 reasons that I gave it only 4 stars: the bed was stiff, and the AC has a timer. So for me personally, those are big negatives. But if it weren’t for that I would have given a 5 star review. Here’s a list of pros and cons…Cons:The bed wasn’t comfortable. The AC is on a 4 hour timer, so you have to come home to a hot condo every day. The tv was too confusing for us to figure out, we never did get it to work. The parking isn’t close to the condo, so if you have a lot of stuff to carry in, it can take a while. You can hear everything going on outside the bedroom window, and I mean everything! I will say though that the complex is a pretty quiet complex, and we rarely heard anyone walk by, but the window doesn’t mask the noise. Pros:Right across from the beach! Great value! While the kitchen was limited to what it had, we did find that we had everything we needed, so basic cooking was easy. Beach chairs, body boards, umbrellas, and snorkel gear is included, though we did walk next door and rent snorkel gear from boss frogs since the snorkel gear was limited. Washer and dryer in the unit, pool was warm, hot tub was amazing! Plenty of parking. Close to shopping. Comfortable (except the bed). Overall I’d say this was a great rental. We had a great trip

Everything was fabulous, location on S. Kihei Rd. couldn't be beat and even got an ocean view. Unit location was the best, right beside the BBQ, Pickle Ball court and elevator. Owner was great at communicating. Unit was very well stocked in every way. Not sure I'll be back because Maui is so expensive but if I do come back I would likely stay here.

The condo is lovely and the location is great. I would give top marks for this except for one thing. The A/C in the main bedroom did not work at all, making it impossible for us to get a decent night’s sleep.The property manager did respond quickly when I notified them and sent people to look at the a/c, but they were not able to repair it while we were there. Apparently it needed a new compressor.In retrospect I should have requested a portable A/C unit be delivered to get us through the hot nights.Despite this I would consider returning to this unit as I’m sure they will eventually get the A/C repaired.

Love the location of the condo complex, that's why it gets 3 stars. Being recently remodeled I guess I expected to not have cockroaches in the silverware drawer or on the kitchen counters. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, but the nonstick coating is scratching off every pan so you get a nice healthy dose of forever chemicals with your meals. We had to throw out multiple cooked meals as they had black plastic flakes from the pans mixed in. On our first day someone from My Perfect Stays tried contacting us several times because the previous renter had mentioned the loose shower shelf and they wanted to send someone in to repair it, we stayed for 2 weeks and no one ever came to fix it. We contacted the agency to discuss our issues with them after our stay, no one ever got back to us. Oh and the upstairs neighbor verbally assaulted my 11 year old over her lanai one morning yelling at him to go back home and went on about how much she hates tourists.

This condo was a great stay with easy access to some lovely nearby beaches. Make sure to bring your own kitchen and bathroom supplies. Shower body soap was already empty when we got there, and there were only bare-bones kitchen supplies as well as no spices aside from salt. However, none of this would stop us from staying there again!

Our stay at Brad's condo was perfect! The condo was very clean, with a wide variety of cooking utensils, kitchen appliances, and dishwashing amenities. The refrigerator was spotless, and the ice maker came in very handy as we took a small cooler bag filled with ice to the beach every day. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was also spotless. The wide-screen TV was the perfect size to come back and relax watching after exploring the island. The air conditioner, located in the living room, cooled the condo nicely, along with the ceiling fans. The swimming pool and hot tub are well-maintained, and the grounds are very beautiful! We can't wait to come back again!

Maria was the best host ever! And I’ve stayed a bunch of short term rentals. Her condo is super peaceful, well located, and I couldn’t ask for a better host. The washer and dryer, pool/hot tub, two rooms/bathrooms/lenais were amazing to have access to. It is literally a 3-4 min walk to the beach and close to a ton of restaurants and shops.

You can see the ocean and walk to the beach within a minute. The condo was perfect for a family of 4 for the 3 week stay. Any minor issues we had, we communicated via internet to our host and it was as though we never had an issue at all. Location exactly where youd want to be from anything. Restaurants, grocery stores, food trucks, ocean. 10/10 will stay here again. Magnificent is all I can say.

We recommend this unit for anyone visiting Kihei, it just had a couple quirks for us
This property has a ton going for it - 2 minute walk to beach, tons of meal choices within a 20 minute walk (including groceries), one of the nicest condo pools I've seen, tons of beach accessories, a great shower with generous amenities, and lots of friendly neighbors/renters.
There were drawbacks unique to our stay that soured the first day - the ceiling fan in the bedroom did not function. The window had been left open by the cleaners on a hot day, so we had real concerns abput being able to sleep well (we nearly left). There is not much natural breeze based on how the unit's doors face, and the front room air conditioner was overwhelemed for hours.
Comms with Kathryn went fine and she had the cleaning lady bring a box fan on Day 2 to mitigate the situation enough. Unfortunately the fan was not replaced during our 5-day stay (lack of repair person), so we had to work around it the whole time. (The cranked-up AC eventually worked well in the living room)
In addition, there were 2 other main issues - the dryer knob had popped off enough that a wrench was provided to turn the power switch to run. Also, the garbage disposal was a known issue (though it wasn't needed).

Only issues we experienced were just that the area it was located in is a high traffic complex and the parking was not guaranteed to have a spot next to the condo (you would likely have to walk up/down a steep hill).

The only complaint was the bedroom is uncomfortably warm. While the living room/kitchen area is air conditioned, the bedroom is not. Due to the floor plan the AC doesn’t make it to the bedroom. The location awesome! The amenities included such as beach gear .. awesome!

No AC or even fans were on when we arrived and it was blisteringly hot to the point we had to leave and let it cool down. I also found it rude to ask the tenants to leave these off at any point during their stay. We rented this for our wedding night so I would have expected a bit more care given.The building itself is a bit of a MC Escher maze but it had decent amenities, the location was convenient and we enjoyed the large porch.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more for 6 adults. The loft area was a bit warm so we kept the doors closed and used a fan, that helped. There was tons of stuff to do within walking distance (food, shopping, liquor, etc,). We had no issues with internet and tv. My communication with the host and staff was friendly, and Tour groups picked us up at the Dolphin Plaza. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. Mahalo!
