Great value for this spacious unit. The living, kitchen, dining area are large and open, and the wall of Windows leading to the lanai are awesome! We enjoyed the comfy outdoor furniture too, not stiff and just to look pretty. The condo has a home like feeling, large kitchen with convenient island and all you'd need to cook, dine and even pack food out for the day. Overall clean and tidy, a bit dated but very comfy. We didn't use the amenities but the pool area was very very pretty, the other common areas were very nice as well. Quiet complex, walked to Kam I and many dining, snack and shopping complex's to choose from.

A great, well-equipped condo kn a great area. Exactly as described in the listing. Rachel was very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. Our trip was affected by the Maui wildfires and she quickly called us to make sure we were ok and to provide us with updates. I would highly reccomend this property to anyone staying in Maui.

The condo is great. Very clean and nice. Exactly as it was listed. Family had an awesome trip. Located near shops and beach. Beach is beautiful. The communication throughout everything was top notch. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Maui.

We had an amazing 2 week stay at Rachel's! You can see the ocean from the lanai! Its beautiful while the sun rises and sets! Bathroom and bedroom were great! Nice to have a full kitchen to cook if you would like. We will be staying here again!

We had such a great stay here! The description was spot on and the location was perfect. We finished our trip here after a week near Lahaina and all agreed we enjoyed Kihei better. The entire trip was paradise and nothing against the west side, but this side was just better suited for our family. Rachel went above and beyond to be such a gracious host while we were here. I definitely recommend this place and would rebook when we come back. Fyi, we weren’t expecting a/c as most places on the island don’t have it. If that’s something you’re looking for then it’s one more reason to stay here!

Rachel was a wonderfully communicative host and her condo was perfect for our family of four - we felt right at home and really enjoyed our stay. We stayed there for 4 days and it was one of the best maintained properties we’ve visited. Close to beaches and food nearby, it’s in the nicer part of the island. Rachel (host) was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. All in all, it was a great vacation.

We had a great time booking Rachel’s condo. She was extremely attentive to any issues we had and they were resolved pretty quickly. Her unit was very big compared to our last condo we stayed in Hawaii so that was awesome to find out. The sauna downstairs also came in handy to wind down after a long day as well as the pool/jacuzzi! I’m a very hot sleeper so the A/C fan combo in the bedroom was an absolute game changer and very much appreciated. I really hope to book Rachel’s condo again soon. A small recommendation would be possibly adding an Apple TV in the living room. I ended up purchasing one and having it shipped there since I left mine at home. It’s not necessary, but just convenient and nice to be able to unwind after a long day and be able to view my content from Netflix or Disney + before bed. I’m sure your future guests would very much appreciate it. Other than that everything was fantastic 10/10 experience. Thank you Rachel for being a wonderful host and we can’t wait to be back soon.

The location was great. Rachel was a pleasure to work with. There was construction happening in the unit next door which made napping difficult, we had got up at 2:30am to do the sunrise tour and wanted to rest later. They also shut the water off during the day and had maintenance come in to flush everything prior. Which was a nuisance but out of Rachel’s control. Just know that you can’t always be sure what will be happening around you, when you rent a vrbo. I agree with other reviews about the owners there and the pool. We didn’t even go to the pool but as we left the condo to head out for a snorkel adventure. 3 couples in the hot tub glared at us like we had 3 heads. I would not have felt comfortable being in the pool with people who obviously didn’t want visitors there.

Rachel's condo is very comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, gear rental places, shops, groceries; just about anything you'll need! The beach is sandy and has a great reef as well as some good boogie boarding waves later in the day. The pool and. hot tub are close to the condo and are plenty big with a good amount of lounge chairs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only warning I would give is that the complex is a maze and requires you to go up and down stairs. If you have mobility issues this may not be the condo for you.
The condo itself comes with beach chairs, boogie boards, an ice chest and a beach bag. These were greatly appreciated during our stay. There was a water filter pitcher in the fridge and an ice maker which came in handy when we wanted to take drinks down to the beach. There's an air conditioning unit in the living room and the bedroom as well as multiple fans which kept us comfortable. Two items that I've found to be missed when not present are enough hangers and a pair of scissors, I was very happy this condo had both! The condo even had pickle ball paddles and balls but we didn't have a chance to play.
Rachel was a great host and was very timely in her communications. Five stars to her and her condo!

Condo was right next to the pool, which was very convenient! And just a short walk to a great beach! Short drive to a lot of fabulous places to eat and shop. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals there, and the washer/dryer was a plus so we could come home with clean clothes in our cases!

Loved this condo for many reasons. The location was so great. Walking distance to everything: beach, snorkeling, sunsets, shave ice, smoothies, many, many restaurants, ABC store, and even a health food store (which was especially great for the vegetarians among us). Rachel, the owner, was super helpful. I had many questions while I was there and she promptly answered all of them. She lives just 5 minutes away and knows the area very well. Also, I thought the condo was actually a little bigger than it looks in the photos. My family of 4 was very comfortable. And it had everything we could have wanted - beach chairs, boogie boards, games, books, TV, washer/dryer, AC in the living room and bedroom, and on an on. Highly recommend.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Rachel’s place. She’s a fantastic host, in part by accessible communication and the Vrbo unit itself. The unit was perfect for our needs. Bright, so close to the beach, spacious and with a/c after a hot day! Also with some added bonuses of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. We loved using the outdoor bbq in the evening to cook our dinners and chat with other visitors and locals. We would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you so much, Rachel!

Rachel, we really enjoyed this clean inviting condo. Private but in the heart of Kihei. Air conditioned and a great kitchen for cooking up our meals. Loved the walk-in shower plus having a washer and dryer. The view from the lanai was my favorite morning coffee spot. Parking was easy and ample. A short walk to the great beaches, restaurants, grocery stores. Easy access to all main highways and short drives to all that Maui offers.

Rachael and her husband were great hosts. They were very responsive and always willing to help answer any questions that we had. The apt was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Even better, the apt was just a few minutes walk to the beach and good restaurants. If you need beach gears, chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler were also available to use. Would stay here again if we are back!

Rachel's condo was just what we needed for a fantastic Maui vacation! I love staying in Kihei and I am so happy that I found this lovely condo a short walk to the beach and to so many quality places to eat, drink, and shop. There is so much close by we hardly ever drove. The bed is super comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Sitting on the lanai each morning listening to the birds singing and looking out at the ocean was one of my favorite memories from this trip. The beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and cooler were added bonus. The condo complex is meticulously maintained and the pool and hot tub were great, super hot hot tub one of my favorite things. A short walk towards the ocean is a small mini mall with great coffee, boss frogs rental shop, sandwiches, teriyaki, burgers, gift shop and tasty gelato. There is plenty of included parking, two outdoor showers for rinsing after beach trips, and two outdoor barbecue grills. We did not have time to play any of the games offered but they looked fun.
I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Maui.

Everything about the condominium was accurate and perfect. The bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve experienced in our travels. Highly recommend Maui Ocean Center and the Lava fields South of Makena. Beach’s are amazing and you will be central to all it all.

This condo is in a great location - in a quiet building but just a few minutes walk from the beach. It was very clean and the kitchen has everything you could want to cook meals. Amazing location and views of the beach and sunsets from the lanai. Waking up listening to birds sing while my wife and I sipped on our Maui Coffee listening to the waves. Rachel is a fabulous host, condo is well prepped for good beach times with Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, beach towels. Enjoy a game of pickle ball, and a swim in the pool. Nice Rain shower and handheld shower with great water pressure. The kitchen was updated compared to the bed and bath and came with everything you need. Bed was comfy soft, although I like firm I still slept well. Convenient location to lots of things around the island. You can walk to the beach, some stores and restaurants too. Our first time staying outside of Kaanapali, Kihei is low-key and not overcrowded. The condo was clean and the complex is well maintained. Beautiful pool area. Host Rachel was a wonderful host and answered our questions promptly. Would definitely recommend this place.

If you are staying in Kihei then Rachel's place is a must! We stayed all over the island- Paia, Hana and ended in Kihei. My only regret was not staying at Rachel's place longer. The property is amazing and well kept, very clean, and has any amenity you could think of. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking nearly every meal here. It is a very short walk to a beach that provides stunning sunsets. The property also comes with a sauna, which was such a nice added bonus. We loved relaxing in the sauna and then jumping into the pool to cool down. We loved this place and if we ever come back to Maui, we will definitely be staying here again. Mahalo Rachel!

Rachel’s place is spacious enough for a family of four. The kitchen were stocked with appliances and spices. There were beach stuff (e.g. umbrella, chairs, etc.) so we don’t have to get our own. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this unit and it's location in Kihei. It's very centrally located, easy walking distance to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The unit was well furnished and comfortable. We really liked that there was a cooler, lawn chairs and other play equipment there for us to use. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Kihei. I will say that people should be aware that it is a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the unit that includes stairs. It wasn't an issue for us, and I'm 60, but if you have any mobility issues you should be aware of this. We stayed here for a week, then spent another week in the Ka'anapoli area, and I have to say that I enjoyed our stay in Kihei best. Aloha!

We stayed in this condo for 1 week for a wedding and didn't want to leave. The pool/hot tub area with bbqs is great, it's right across the street from the beach, and there is a small ocean view from the lanai. There is a plaza right at the bottom of the street with places to eat and book trips. The beach across the street is beautiful and at the far end there is some great snorkelling. The condo was well stocked with everything needed for cooking, extra towels for the bathroom so that you can do laundry, and it felt like a home away from home. This is our first experience with vrbo and we were very happy. The rental manager was very helpful and organized, providing lots of information before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in this condo for 5 weeks was thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable. The location was quite, handy to all facilities and the condo was equipped with everything you needed for cooking or to relaxing on the beach. We enjoyed a few quiet days at Kihei Alli Kai with a Sauna, followed by relaxing by the prestien Pool and Spa Pool.
The rental manager (Rachel) was wonderful and went beyond what was expected, and cannot give her enough praise, thank you.
We would certianly recommend this condo and can't wait until we return.

We rented this condo in May of 2015, and it was better than we could have imagined. Condo is as advertised. Comfortably appointed with fantastic lanai set up. Kitchen is gorgeous and new with everything we needed. There are beach accessories provided for renter usage as well (boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrella). The location was excellent - just one minute to popular beaches and restaurants. We also found that Kihei remained sunny throughout the day while most of the island was cloudy.
Rachel, the rental manager, was very accommodating during our stay and was a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend renting this condo! Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Maui!

We loved our stay at this Kihei Condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed and nice and quiet! The Manager was delightful to deal with and lives locally; thus is a wealth of knowledge about Kihei and surrounding areas. There was even a lovely "Welcome, Aloha" basket filled with Hawaiian snacks; very thoughtful! There are boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella, coolers and nice big beach towels; so going to the many beaches nearby was a cinch. The lanai is a good size and covered, breakfast there in the morning was a true pleasure! The kitchen is beautifully updated and had everything we could want, and we found it very handy to have an in-suite full size washer and dryer. We mostly ate in, but did enjoy the Thai Bistro restaurant only 2 blocks away a couple of times. Also, you have got to try the shaved ice in the same Plaza nearby with vanilla ice-cream on the bottom and coconut cream over your flavorings; yummy! We are already planning our next trip back and would highly recommend this condo to other couples!
