Great location less than 5 min walk from great beach with a shallow shelf and the softest sand in the world. The unit fit our family of six perfectly. The three younger kids loved having “their space” in the loft. The unit had everything we needed including some great beach gear. Would stay again.

Our family of 8 had a fantastic time in Kihei. The location of this condo is excellent and near one of the best beaches on the island. The building is a bit dated and there are many stairs, but that was stated in the ad. Maria was fantastic and was available throughout our stay when we had questions.
Overall a great place to stay for a large family.

Well stocked and homey. Instructions were very helpful. Thoughtfully done amenities. Very comfortable stay during our family vacation with our 4 young adults. The condo complex is complex and getting to the place was a bit of a hike but nothing healthy people can’t handle easily. We loved being close to a lovely beach and being able to walk to the gelato place and Natural food store.

We had (2) four person families stay. It was perfect! Our kids (ages 8-11) loved having the loft as their own space. The decor was inviting and made it feel like we were at our own beach home.
We were super appreciative of all of the beach gear (boogie boards, chairs, cooler) available. There are umbrellas available but with the windy conditions, we didn’t find them to be valuable during our stay. We found all the kitchen supplies we needed and loved the convenience of the dishwasher and washer / dryer. The location is great being so close to the Kam beaches and some great restaurants/ shops. Parents enjoyed the ocean views at sunrise and sunset.
They warned about the hike up to your unit but it’s not bad at all. If you’re not in shape or have accessibility needs, it might be a struggle. But we didn’t mind it at all - knowing that you get the reward of vaulted ceilings and better views from this unit.

Stop looking elsewhere and rent here. It was special all the way around. The host just made it that much more spectacular. The team was responding to the Maui wildfires and it was simply a dream to come home to such an amazing place. They were gushing about the accommodations. Truly something special.

First off, the condo was absolutely immaculate! I also, loved all the Hawaiian details from the sea turtle knobs on the dressers, pineapple silverware, prints from the local beaches and hooks on the backs of the doors...an adorably decorated and furnished condo. The beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach bags, boogie boards, sand buckets and coolers provided were icing on the cake! Our two minute walk to the beach was easy enough for people to leave and grab lunch back at the condo or from one of the local restaurants at the "strip mall" just down the hill from the condo. Amazing bakery...but get there early or the cinnamon rolls will be gone! Couldn't have asked for a better stay or location! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Maria!

We stayed for 7-nights. 5 adults and one teenager. Condo was a three min walk to the beach and we used it as much as possible! The location was central to the entire island, so we were never far from anything and could easily plan activities and meals throughout each day. The bedrooms were spacious, along with the loft, we all slept comfortably. The kitchen was large enough to cook breakfast and lunches (we ate out for dinners). The living/tv and lanai areas allowed us to play cards, read, and watch our beloved Celtics. It felt like home. We’ve already connected a friend to the owners as they want to stay there as well. Thanks for a week our family will never forget!

1-2 blocks from anything you may need during your stay- the beach, restaurants, groceries, gas. The space offers flexibility for families- 2 bedrooms plus a loft- so everyone can have their own space. Great view of the ocean. Appreciated the beach gear provided and having the pool and hot tub for use when it was raining and the ocean wasn’t safe. Would stay here again!

Everything about this process and location was incredible. Maria was easy to communicate with and offered many options to help us in the booking process. The condo was perfect for our family (my parents, husband, and 3 adult sisters). It was clean, spacious, and perfectly situated. We enjoyed our stay, the only negative comment I have is all of the stairs to get to and from the condo from the parking lot. We were able to navigate them but our young daughter was supposed to come with us but had a recent knee injury and was not able to come due to the fact she was not able to navigate the stairs. The condo is beautiful and well maintained, the owner was very responsive and pleasant to work with.

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 (2 parents, 1 Grammy, and 3 kiddos). We love Kihei, and this condo is perfectly situated for shopping, eating, and beaching! Our kids loved the pool during the famous windy Kihei afternoons (and it's beautifully upgraded!) The advertised stairs are no joke - but you'll get your steps in to work off all the Gelato from Dolphin Plaza and fish tacos from Coconuts. There was a slight hiccup with the A/C which really didn't inconvenience us, but Maria brought us tasty treats from Sugar Beach Bakery for our "troubles." We're already looking forward to next Thanksgiving!

Very close to the beach and walkable to anything you could want, shopping, dining, etc. The condo itself, had everything you could possibly need from beach chairs and toys to everything you could possibly need to cook at home. Lots of room for three couples or couples with kids. Large lanai Nice master with ensuite and private lanai. There are stairs to climb and lower parking lot rarely available so walking back from the upper lot. Lots of chairs cooler bags one umbrella. 1/2 block down to stores restaurants across street is Kam 1 beach.

Maria was an amazing host! She was quick to reply back to me and very understanding. I loved that there were so many amenities. From the coffee filters to the beach chairs. It was a great stay. Unfortunately, our AC went out during our trip, but Maria was quick to have the handyman come out to fix it while we were out of the condo. My family and I had a great stay and would recommend this place and Maria to anyone.

Our family loved the property. Literally half a block to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs included in the condo. Close to shops, supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Master bed was super comfortable, and our 3 boys loved the various choices for beds - between the loft and the guest bedroom they mixed it up every night. We all used the pool and hot tub as well. Lots of steps to get to unit but as long as you are in half decent shape it’s not a challenge. Recommend parking in lower lot if spaces are available - much closer to unit than upper lot.
Maria was extremely responsive via text and phone and addressed any questions we had immediately. Great home base to explore the entire island. Road to Hana is a must (leave by 7-7:30a), catch sunset / stargazing at Haleakala, and definitely get some cookies from the Maui cookie lady. The kids favorite beach by far was Big Beach which is just a 15 minute drive.

Our family was young children and seniors and the apartment was really fantastic for everyone. Luckily my parents are in good health and were able to climb the numerous steps from the parking lot to the unit which is on the top floor. Aside from the numerous steps, the apartment was perfect. Great beds, great views, great layout. Very responsive owners who text and call on the cell to answer all our questions. We had a wonderful experience and thoroughly explored the island of Maui. Great place to stay!!

We could walk straight across the street to a beautiful beach and swim with sea turtles and fishes. Or walk to cute shops and cafes. Loved the condo. We had such a wonderful week in Maui with our family and three little kids, and a big part was due to our wonderful stay at Maria’s place! Both before and during the stay, she was always very responsive to questions and very kind. Instructions to access the unit were provided in a timely manner and clear. The location was great just across the street from the beach, even our 15 month old was even able to walk there on his good days! Parking on the lower lot was limited. We were lucky to find a spot there on most days but the upper lot always had space, though it was much further from the unit. We made good use of the beautiful pool, barbecue, beach toys, huge set of kitchen items, spacious rooms, balcony and AC. Would definitely be back here if we were to visit Maui again!

This property is 1/2 block from beautiful Kihei beach with walking distance to some great restaurants and shop! Wake up to your own balcony looking at both ocean and Mountain View! We stayed with 8 people and were comfortable with plenty of amenities provided by our host - beach gears, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, everything we needed for our stay! Maria was a fantastic host and communicated well. I would definitely recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay at Kihei Ali Kai. Nice top floor unit with views of the ocean, a good sized deck to relax and enjoy the view. Property is close to beach and stores. Good supply of beach stuff in the closet that we were able to use at the local beach. Kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft bed as it was new concept to them. One thing to be aware before booking that even though property has elevator, you'd still need to walk few flights of stairs to get to unit, which was a small problem (but not unmanagable) for my mother who has difficulty on stairs.

The property is beautiful and is well maintained. The garden areas are just beautiful. The pool and hot tub felt so good after a day at the beach or hiking. The unit was perfect for our 7 guests. We enjoyed eating on the Lani which has spectacular views of the sunset. There is a beautiful beach just a short walk down the street.. Our host left us a surprise for when we arrived - we really enjoyed them. The only thing I would point out is getting to the unit has several sets of stairs once you take the elevator to the 4th floor to get to the unit. We really enjoyed our stay and hated to leave!

Despite all the convenience, the property is very quiet which I appreciate very much. You can watch the beautiful sunset from the balcony or at the beach. My friends and I were all in love with Joy’s property in Kihei. Very comfortable for all seven of us. Ammenities of the complex were just right outside the front door, and we were only steps from the beach and shops. We loved our stay in this condo. It is in a great location in Kihei, there was plenty of parking and the condo itself was huge, clean, and packed with amenities. Two large bedrooms, each with a king size bed, the master bedroom had a TV with cable in it as well as an additional patio area. There was a ton of closet and storage space throughout. The loft area had two beds, one of which was a pullout/bunkbed hybrid sort of thing. All in all you can sleep 7 very comfortably in this unit.
The in-unit washer/dryer is very useful. The closet was stocked with everything you need for the beach. The kitchen was also stocked with every sort of utensil/plate/accessory you could want.
Lots of rooms for lounging after a long day in the sun.
The hot tub in the pool area was closed for repairs.
If accessibility is an issue for you, just be aware that even if you take the elevator to the top floor of the complex, you will still have to go up a few mini sets of stairs to reach the condo.

This condo is a short block from beautiful swimming beach Kamaole beach park I. We saw a large Hawaiian green sea turtle swim under us when snorkeling at this beach. The surfing beach is walking distance. Great places to get food like the Maui bread company, natural food market and many others are a block away. Also great paddle boarding and rental places. The dock for snorkeling excursions to Molokini Crater is a mile away. The bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony had a great view. Easy drive to Paia and Twin Falls or to start road to Hana. Wonderful hospitality by the host as well. We definitely recommend this condo and area.

Wow!!!! This place have absolutely everything what you need and more . Plenary of towels for bath and for the beach . Spacious, open concept high ceilings, balcony with a great view , excellent location plenty of stores , restaurants, gas station , walking distance to the beach . We loved this place . We definitely rented here again.
