The Condo was great - it was clean, well appointed (although we didn't use any of the kitchen appliances as we went out to eat all meals) there appeared to be all the things one would need to prepare meals for their family. The designated parking space was great as well. The host was extremely responsive and gave me wonderful suggestions on places to visit as well as restaurants.I highly recommend this unit.

This unit was very well stocked and very clean. Spacious floor plan and nice furnishings. The resort was clean, safe, beautifully landscaped, lovely pool and spa areas, very nice BBQ and picnic area. Location was great, walking distance to the beach, shopping and several restaurants. A view is very important to me. This unit states ocean view, it does have a very limited view of the ocean from one small area on the Lanai, this is my only complaint. The view in the pictures is more expansive than the actual view.

Kamaole Sands Resort is a beautiful property and the staff are wonderful. Super clean BBQs and well kept grounds and friendly staff. Our condo was spacious for our family of 3. Murphy bed was wonderful to have for our daughter and still allowed for plenty of space to access the living room area and lanai. Lanai is very private. Beds comfortable and AC kept the entire condo cool. Only issue was the master bathroom shower wasn't working but the 2nd bathroom had a more preferred shower anyway. This location of Kihei is also our favourite as the beaches are amazing. Can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay here. Judy communicated with us from the moment that we booked and continued to check in during our stay to see how things were going. Everything about this place was perfect. The condo was clean and well taken care of. (It was great to have a second bathroom and washer/dryer) The beach is a pleasant walk through the grounds and right across the street. It was nice to have access to the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler included with the condo. We enjoyed the location as well as we were able to walk or take a short drive to many eating spots and tourist locations. The lanai was probably our favorite thing about the condo and we spent most of our time and all of our meals out there. It was very large, had a great breeze, and we were able to sit out and enjoy the beautiful landscape and pool. If you are there on a Wednesday afternoon, you can enjoy a mini luau and hula lessons at the pool put on by some local musicians and dancers. We highly recommend this location and hope to be able to make it back again some day. It was hard to leave this paradise!

This Kamaole Sands stay was fantastic! My wife and I took our little one, toddler age, and the place had everything we needed and more than we even thought we needed. There was a wagon for carrying our beach stuff, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, high chair, pack in play, kid toys for the beach, kid life vests, a couple minute walk to Kamaole Beach III, a great view of the ocean, and a fully stocked kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for a better situation. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it for any family of 3-4, especially with little ones.

Everything about the space was great. We slept five— two upstairs, two in the bedroom, and one on pull out sofa in living space. We had coffee on terrace patio every morning. This was our family's first trip to Maui and this condo exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed- convenient location to all shopping and restaurants, excellent views from the lanai, close to the pool for the kids and short walk to Kam III Beach, which was stunningly beautiful. The condo was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated all the beach gear and plentiful towels as well. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. The condo was just what we needed - the kitchen is fully equipped, the view from the lanai of sunset is lovely, and the air conditioning works really well! We really loved being able to use the beach chairs and umbrella, and the property grounds and amenities were fabulous. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Our condo was very clean and met all of our needs. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. Being able to walk to the beach was nice. Having restaurants and shopping nearby was great. Our only complaint was that you couldn’t really enjoy the lanai because the hot air from the AC unit blew right onto it. Other than that, we loved it.

We had a great stay at this condo. The condo was clean, spacious, and was well equipped with beach supplies including beach chairs, a wagon, sand toys, and even a child life vest which we found very useful. There were plenty of spices available for cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with small appliances. Pools were great and there were always beach loungers available. Location was perfect with the beach across the street. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and Foodland was just a short drive away. They also accommodated a late checkout. Staff were all very friendly. Would definitely book this place again the next time we are in Maui.

We had a good time in Kihei. Overall the property met our needs and we enjoyed our time there. The kitchen was well organized, the bed was comfy and the unit was very clean when we arrived.The complex at Kamaole Sands is such a wonderful place for families with a pool within 1-2 mins walk. There are two reasons why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5.One - The bathroom with a tub seemed to have an issue. The water would not flow so we could not use the tub for our toddler. The tub is looking older and should be considered for replacement too.Two - The washer broke while we were there on the second day. I called the Customer Service team who took my call promptly. The technician was there the next morning, which was great. However, they needed to order a part from another island (Oahu). That part is understandable, but it was a bit frustrating that 4 days later no one had returned or called me to give an update on what was going on. Long story short, we could not wash any of our clothes while we were there. I understand things happen, but I would have liked more communication. Overall, we left happy and content with our stay.
