Great location for access to snorkeling, grocery, restaurants, and sightseeing.Loved being on the ground floor, easy to load/unload gear from the car. Loved onsite parking. Beds were very comfortable, and we were able to fix a few of our meals in the kitchen. Nice shower and wonderful to have a washer/dryer.

Lisa, the property manager, was responsive and took care of issues we encountered during our stay with the rental, although not everything is perfect, it is about how she actively takes care of the arising problem in a timely manner that makes a difference. Great size house for our family (Myself, spouse and three adult kids 18, 20, and 25). Owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Place was spotless and very roomy. Place had all the amenities for beach days (chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella). It was perfectly located for all our adventures (Manta Ray boat trip, Dolphin snorkeling trip and visit to the erupting Volcano National Park).

Very nice condo. Beds were comfortable. Loft beds were very small for older children. Living space was spacious. Lanai was awesome. Kitchen was well supplied. Beach and pool supplies were appreciated, but the snorkel masks were broken. A/C in bedrooms was nice, but, main living space was very hot even with fans. The condo is in a great location.

Nice clean place that was perfect for a family of 6. They had extra things for beach days and grocery runs. The only negative is the bugs. this is normal for tropical islands but the bugs and roaches are insane. we kept the place clean and sprayed every night but bugs still was in the trash and counters.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything that was mentioned in the listing was accurate. Renters before us left supplies that we were able to use. We also left items for future renters. We were glad to have the AC as there was not much of a breeze while we were there.We had a couple issues, but these were items the property manager did not know about. Maintenance at the complex was working on the metal platform for the lanai. It was a little awkward as they were able to see into our rooms. Also, the chemical they were putting on the metal made it so we couldn't be out there as it was strong smelling.Lisa, the property manager, was very responsive. The tenant below us was making complaints about water dripping onto their balcony from our AC drainage tube. Lisa was quick to get someone out there to take care of the issue. Every time I have sent a message to Lisa; she responds within minutes (even when late at night).The property is in a good location. Food options nearby and stores were 15 minutes away. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large family as there is plenty of room. I would rent again if vacationing there again.

This has been one of the best properties I have stayed at! The location was convenient. The place was well furnished and all the things available made it feel like we were home, they made our trip so much better. We had access to beach towels, snorkels, beach chairs and boards. Also the kitchen was outfitted perfectly. We ate most of our meals at the condo, and I felt like I had everything I needed. We I’ll love to stay here again!

Our group is from Maui. We decided to take a local dive trip. It was a little bit of a drive to get to the harbor but definitely manageable. The condo was good for our group of 4. The kitchen had what was needed to cook at home. We had a little trouble getting the bar-b-q going as it was low on gas. They were sand blasting the railings in front of the condo and it made the unit very dusty. I would recommend replacing the outside rug as one end was permanently turned up and we were tripping on it. The unit could use a little updating but was totally acceptable. We had a miscommunication but Lisa took care of everything in a professional manner.

This kinda was more than we expected. The location close to shopping centers in peaches was perfect for our stay. The views from the lanai every morning and every night were breathtaking. The owner definitely goes the extra mile to make sure that you have absolutely everything that you could think of that you would need for your stay. Would highly recommend and if we ever get to the big island again would definitely stay here.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this well appointed condo that has spectacular sunset views over the ocean. The layout of the condo works really well for 3 couples as it has enough communal space for a group but also has the privacy of 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The owner provides everything you might need for an easy vacation. There is all sorts of beach & sports gear, a well equipped kitchen, book & games galore, a good gas grill, in suite laundry, comfortable beds and plenty of quality towels. We enjoyed spending time by the pool & hot tub after playing pickleball in the early morning. There are 3 pools and the closest pool to us was never busy. The location of the condo is an easy walk to restaurants, groceries & coffee shops. Nearby happy hour at the Kona golf course, a stroll to the various markets in the neighborhood or a manta ray tour leaving from the marina are all just minutes away.We had a great time and I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this condo again next year.

The view from this condo is absolutely beautiful. The lanai is large and the primary bedroom walks out onto the lanai and has floor-to-ceiling windows. Truly could not get enough of the view.Kitchen was spacious and had what we needed. Generally, we were very comfortable there. Location is central, but quiet. In terms of sleeping space, we were two adults with three children and had plenty of space. In terms of the common space, there are 3 pools. They are older, fine, only one or two other people there when we used it, so it is servicable if you want a quiet environment, but not if you are looking for a pool with a luxury vibe or a social, people-watching pool. A/C in bottom two bedrooms, but not in common areas or loft. The unit was easy to cool with through large windows, open lanai and available fans, but if no central air is a deal breaker for you, its worth knowing about before booking!

It’s such a cute place but the furniture is very old and crowded. The view is incredible. Had some service issues which were somewhat rectified.The biggest issue was the incessant amount amount of noise from the upstairs unit. Not a fault of the unit itself, but feedback nonetheless.

We stayed in the condo for 3 weeks. Condo was equipped with almost everything you would need for a stay. The lanai was great to watch the golfers, ocean and the Sunsets were amazing! Living room was comfortable, bed was comfortable as well, but squeaky when sitting on the bed, or tossing and turning. The condo complex was quiet, pool was never busy, and it was nice have a designated parking spot. The condo is central to most tourist attractions, with the volcano and Hilo the furthest away at 2 hours, but certainly worth the drive to both places.

Communication with owner was first class, and the condo had everything that could possibly be needed to enhance anyone's stay and loads more besides. We used nearest of the three pools many times, and again, it was perfect. The welcome by the onsite manager, Wayne, was lovely. We also joined in the monthly party and were made very welcome. The proximity to the Keauhou shopping area and restaurants was brilliant too. Looking at dates for a return visit ....

My husband and I were so happy to find that this beautiful condo was available and booked it for a month. Unfortunately, my husband had to have emergent surgery and was unable to fly for a month or so post-procedure. The owners and management have been incredible to deal with and I am so grateful that we will be able stay at the condo later this year. We have stayed at Country Club Villas before and absolutely love the property and area! I really enjoyed the sunsets, the pools, and the feeling of community. The property was absolutely beautiful and well kept. We really enjoyed the fact that all three couples had their own room and bathroom. The nightly view of the sunset over the ocean was breathtaking. Communication with the owner was terrific. The property was well stocked with everything you would need for a Hawaiian vacation. The only concern all of us had was the list of rules that we had to agree to and sign. It really made us paranoid the entire duration of our stay if we were too loud, or left the AC on too long, or if somebody would report us for wearing our sandals from the lani into the condo. If all these rules were clearly posted in the VRBO listing we would have never selected the property.

Condo was in a good spot just south of Kailua-Kona but still very convenient to everything. Pool and hot tub on property were nice. View of the ocean and 17th green was fantastic. Because it’s on the 17th green there weren’t golfers out there until hours after sunrise. Condo community was quiet and parking was just across from the unit. Ac in all the rooms worked great. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The washer/dryer was new and worked great. Only negative is the amount of hot water. Only accommodates 2 showers before you need to wait a bit for the water to heat up again. Highly recommend.
