Beautiful home overlooking the ocean. Home is clean and comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We've rented places in the past where the kitchen was so poorly equipped, it was difficult to even cook a meal. However, that is not the case here. Kitchen is very well equipped, barbecue is clean and functioning. Beds are comfortable along with chairs and couch in the living room. There are two covered decks, one off the main living area and one off the master bedroom upstairs. Highly recommended and we hope to visit again.

Beautiful condo in a great area. After staying in a Kona hotel for 5 nts we were so happy to have a spacious condo with a kitchen and lanai. The proximity to A-Bay and Hapuna Beach were our favorite parts. Everything was very clean and just as the listing says. We would definitely come here again.

The unit is exceptional. The location is great, the furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The beach gear closet had everything we needed to snorkel & just relax with chairs & umbrellas. The cable was a little spotty, but we didn’t spend a lot of time watching TV so it was fine. All in all a great unit.

It was everything we could have wished for! Clean, beautiful views, and so well appointed. All the small touches of Hawaii and the treats were thoughtful and yummy. If you are needing or looking for a 3 bed/ 3 bath condo for 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 kids, this condo just may be the perfect fit for you. Richard was very accommodating and easy to work with anytime I had a question. I appreciated he had reached out a couple of times during our stay to see if all was going well. Richard also sent a text on recommendations on sites to see or restaurants to try. The kitchen was equipped with any and all. Plenty of plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans, cookie sheets, plastic ware, foil, and condiments, etc. There was definitely plenty of linens, extra pillows, towels, sheets and blankets. In the garage there was extra snorkel gear, boogie boards, ice chest, and I believe golf equipment and more. The pool was quaint and quiet. I appreciated the check-in process with an easy keyless entry. I Hope this review helps when it comes to making your decision on where to stay. Mahalo

We stayed here for my wife to compete in the Ironman World Championship. It was nice to have a beautiful and stress free stay with great communication, seamless checkin, a wonderful bed, and more beach and pool toys for the kids than anyone could have brought. We left Waikaloa at 4:30 and had no trouble getting straight down to the race, nor trouble getting back that evening.

This 3 bedroom unit was perfect for us, a group of 6 ladies from Maui on a pickleball vacation. The condo was centrally located and had a beautiful outdoor seating area with a spectacular view. We did have a small issue the first day and even though Laurie Jo, the owner, was out of the country, she responded quickly and resolved the issue. The kitchen and bath were very well equipped. Additionally, we were very pleased with all the beach toys and sporting equipment that were in the garage. We would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.

We came to the Big Island for some much-needed rest and relaxation. Myself, my husband, and our two teenage boys LOVED the condo. The location was great as a jumping off point for seeing things on the rest of the island. The home was clean and set up wonderfully for the four of us to have space on our own, and also do things as a family. We really enjoyed our morning walks and coffee on the lanai. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, tennis rackets, and boogie boards that were available for our use. We would stay book this home again in a heartbeat!

Great location, awesome views, clean unit but the owner put their profit ahead of our comfort which was unfortunate and which tarnished our 5-night stay. Their listing doesn't mention that they have restricted their AC to 72F daytime/74F nighttime. We thought it was reasonable to expect that we'd be able to adjust the temperature to our own personal comfort so we were disappointed when our request that the restriction be lifted was denied and no remedy was offered. It's also worth nothing that this rental does not include a local professional management company. The owners do provide you contact with their state-mandated on-island-representative, Tiffany, but she is not an employee of Evolve and admits that she is not able to provide services you might expect from a proper management company.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location of the condo was ideal—close to our favorite beach, Hapuna, and just a short drive to great shops and restaurants. The resort itself had excellent amenities—small, quiet, and personal, which made it feel extra relaxing. We loved working out in the open air gym and watching the sunset every day by the pool. The condo was spotless and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having basic seasonings and pantry items on hand—something you don’t find at many rentals. The closet full of beach toys and accessories was perfect for our beach days!Communication with the owner was easy, and they were so accommodating and friendly. We truly felt the aloha spirit throughout our stay. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat—highly recommend!

You do need a car to get around for dhopping and sites. But if your there just for R&R no need for vehicle. Sit back and take in the beauty and chill. Nice having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Also nice grills at your convenience. Loved it .

The condo was a perfect spot for exploring the Big Island. We love Waikoloa and you could walk to the Hilton or Waikoloa Beach (15 min walk), and check in was super speedy. The access to the Ocean Club for dinner or sunset/lounging at the pool was a great perk. Staff there and food were top notch! Beach umbrella, chairs and towels provided-which was awesome. Owners were super responsive! Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful lanai for morning coffee. Bring your toiletries, but everything else is provided.

The condo was great.Only problem we had was the pool staff / experience. Very disappointed. Staff rude. It was clear to use they didn't want us there. Won't return to this location with family again because of it.

Nicely decorated and well equipped condo. We had very hot weather and AC was OK. Lighting in twin bed bedroom was insufficient. Tile floors throughout with only carpet being under the dining table provided no space for daily floor exercises.
