Condo was everything we needed and then some. View was second to none! All the beach and shore equipment you could ask for. Great kitchen. The condo was great.Only problem we had was the pool staff / experience. Very disappointed. Staff rude. It was clear to use they didn't want us there. Won't return to this location with family again because of it.

Great experience for our extended family of 6. Fantastic location with beautiful pool and excellent restaurant. Our coffee maker had a slight crack in the carafe that was promptly replaced by the service technician James (who also generously gave us a gift of chocolate covered macadamia nuts).

This property is beautiful! The view from the primary bedroom and living room/lanai is spectacular. Although we didn't prepare any meals here, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you'd need. We appreciated that the property manager reached out before our stay to see if he could help us in any way.

The place was nice. I WILL ONLY BOOK DIRECTLY FROM VACASA IN THE FUTURE TO AVOID THE VRBO SERVICE CHARGE THAT I WAS GOUGED WITH. WHAT A SCAM THAT WAS. CUSTOMER SERVICE BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH AND WAS NO HELP.Great place to stay though. Good location. nice (small-ish) pool. The kitchen was fine (everything worked), the WiFi was good, the showers / bathrooms were very good.

The place was immaculate! The kitchen was well stocked with staples and utensils. Plenty of beach toys to enjoy at the beach. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was a lovely place to be for sunsets. We highly recommend!

Nicely decorated and well equipped condo. We had very hot weather and AC was OK. Lighting in twin bed bedroom was insufficient. Tile floors throughout with only carpet being under the dining table provided no space for daily floor exercises.

Lance and Susan were genuinely nice hosts, we left a whole drawer full of personal items and they went to great efforts to return them to us. We had an amazing time on the island and it was great coming back after a long day of adventures to a very nice place to call home for two weeks. Outstanding property with stunning ocean views and sunsets. Unit was beautifully appointed and amenities were plentiful. Hosts provided everything needed for the beach and other activities. The location of this unit could not have been better. The club house, pool and restaurant were nearby, and two shopping centers were a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The condo had everything we needed for our vacation. The host was great at communicating and providing instructions a suggestions for a great stay on the island. The golf cart to get around the resort and the access to the golf course were such nice perks. Lisa even reached out when we had a Tsunami warning to make sure we were okay and knew where to go. We will be back.

We had an excellent stay, in spite of two obstacles. First obstacle was our original location, and the fact that mold found. However, this was rectified, prior to our arrival, by the property management, with the offer of an upgrade, which we took! The second obstacle Was the tsunami. And, the need for temporary evacuation. However, the evacuation was brief. The communication with the property owners was excellent. And all in all, mother nature rules!

I can’t say enough… The pictures do not do justice for the view. However everything in the condo was great. Great washer and dryer! Great shower pressure. A/c was fully functional!Kitchen was stocked. The condo was super close to the pool and restaurant which was also nice. The area of condos is also very quiet and the condo itself was quiet so neighbors did not disturb you at all. I can’t think of anything that we would have wished. We shall be back!

This ground-floor unit was perfect for our family of six, five of us adults, and offered plenty of space and comfort. Each of the three bedrooms had cozy, high-quality mattresses, and the ceiling fans in every room kept us cool throughout the night. The entry closet was a treasure trove of beach gear, including boogie boards, Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella, snorkels, and sand toys for the kids. Everything we needed for a fun, relaxing stay was right at our fingertips. I’d happily stay here again, need I say more!

This unit has a king bed with master bathroom and a Queen with the separate bathroom. Perfect for our family. My 28 year old son and his gal Lacey enjoyed the kitchen and created some great meals. We watched the sunsets in the evening. Had our coffee outside in the morning scanning the ocean to view flying fish and dolphin pods. Fabulous time!

My wife and kids had a great stay here. The unit is located in a really great neighborhood. It is very quiet and family friendly. The unit itself was well equipped with very comfortable beds and all necessary kitchen utensils plus a three burner gas grill. The unit has a great ocean/golf course view with ample snorkel gear/beach chairs/beach towels/boogie boards ect. Sitting outside on lanai was very quiet and peaceful. The golf cart that comes with the unit was a really nice bonus. The neighborhood pool is very nice with beautiful ocean views and a bar/restaurant. We would definitely stay here again. The unit was great. It had everything we needed and the included starter items like paper towels, toilet paper, a day of coffee, and toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Location was excellent! Very close to the pool and gym. Only negative was that the grill wasn’t working. Only 1 burner worked and it wouldn’t get hot enough to cook our chicken.

We loved our stay at 18E. The location was great. A short walk from the pool and right next to the basketball court, putting green, and pickle ball/ tennis court. The home had everything you could need for a fun day on the island; beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and snorkel gear. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you can think of. There were plenty of pots, pans, utensils, salt, pepper, blender, toaster, etc. We loved using the gas grill on the back patio. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 5. It made it so everyone had their own space when needed. We also enjoyed having an in unit washer and dryer to clean towels, swimsuits, and dirty clothes. The condo is walking distance (about 8 minutes)from the Hilton and a short drive (or about half hour walk) to the King's and Queen's shopping centers and Lava Lava restaurant. I would highly recomend this property for your Big Island getaway!

I feel like the photos online do not do this place justice - it is absolutely stunning! The host is very responsive and gracious. We appreciated the large space in comparison to a hotel room, and the use of the beach gear (especially the umbrella!) was appreciated more than words can express. Highlights:*The property is beautiful! *The bedrooms are huge! 2 large beds in the second room was wonderful for teenagers not having to share one bed! Both had plenty of room to relax!*The decor is amazing! And the balcony with loungers were perfect for drinking coffee in the morning*The pool area was gorgeous! The only heads up I would give would be:1) There was only 1 spare roll of toilet paper between the 2 bathrooms so if you're also traveling with girls, you may need to run out to get more 2) The pool and restaurant close at 8pm so plan ahead if you would like to have dinner at the Ocean Club (which was delicious! I highly recommend the fried green beans!3) The host provided us with the gate code ahead of time and it was 100% accurate, however, make sure you actually hit the # sign before the number. I thought the # was just there as in number, but you really need to hit the # button first! Totally my misunderstanding and the host was so quick to respond when I asked her about the code not working so to spare anyone else the confusion, figured I should mention it.Overall, we absolutely loved it here and we would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous ground floor unit with views of the water over the golf course. Comfy beds, very strong central AC, well-equipped kitchen, full W/D, & very clean. Garage has some beach supplies, although backpack chairs are pretty beat up. Good shades in bedrooms to keep out early morning sun if you enjoy sleeping in. Two things to note: locking lanai door is tricky. You have to pull handle straight up in order to turn the lock. Also, showers get turned on by pulling handle out, then rotating for temp.

The place was pristine on the inside with an amazing view in the outside.
The passes for the Hilton pool was so much fun and appreciated.

One of the best properties we have ever stayed in. The condo was very spacious, clean, wells stocked and we especially liked the lanai/patio to enjoy the ocean air and breeze. The location was suburb and so close to the pool and onsite bar restaurant. It was perfect after a long day exploring on the beach. My family and I loved our stay at Haili Kai on the Big Island. Incredible view of the ocean (and the sunsets) from this unit. Also, the property is literally 100 feet from the club / pool / gym. Can't wait to go back again soon!!
