We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was adequately cleaned and stocked. Our only frustration was the master bath shower faucet/wand was broken and, not working properly so I had to request to fix it. It was obviously broken and should’ve been addressed prior to our arrival, but maintenance came the same day to attempt to repair and returned the very next day and made the repairs when getting all of the parts.

Carpet was disgustingly dirty. Air conditioner was so loud you couldnt carry on a conversation and it didnt work -- even had it set to 78 and had a hard time keeping it that temperature. Not enough silverware -- we liked to have breakfast in the room but not enough spoons for breakfast. Master shower did not have hot water. Grounds were pretty and nice location, could just use a deep clean and extra attention.

This is a great condo for its location. My wife is handicapped and this single story condo with close parking made it less challenging for her. The pool was close by too. The condo was nicely stocked with everything you would need.

We had the most wonderful Christmas stay at this condo in Hawaii. The location was perfect and made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The condo itself felt like a home away from home, especially with the well-stocked kitchen that had everything we needed for our holiday meals. It was comfortable, welcoming, and exactly what we were hoping for. We truly enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying again in the future.

I was not allowed to turn the AC below 74F due to a control lock. My family and I did not appreciate it, nor did I know about this before hand.

This is a beautiful unit located close to Hilton and the Kings and Queens shops in Waikoloa. It is very well furnished and stocked. The owners make available all their unit's equipment, so you can find beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel sets, umbrellas, chairs, etc. The kitchen had all the tools we needed. The owners and the local manager are very friendly and quick to respond. We also liked the lanai's privacy, which is better than that of other units in this complex, because of the unit's location at the corner of its building.We'd love to come back and stay in this place for other vacations.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It was a great location and a short walk to an amazing beach and shopping. We had all the amenities, and it was very well stocked (including a closet full of snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and umbrellas.) All the rooms were decorated beautifully and set up perfectly for our family of 4 The host, Jayne, was wonderful and very communicative. One of our best stays yet!

Beautifully done with a nice big couch! The ground floor unit was so wonderful for our group. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, they will thank you for this unit! The parking spot is also close to the unit (not all in the complex are). Having beach gear was great! We do wish there was a wagon. Lanai was peaceful. Property management was responsive to needs. The master bedroom bed was so comfy, but we do wish the second bedroom beds were better. Ice maker seemed a little moody, but they supplied standard trays as well. We cooked every day, and the kitchen had what we needed. Fantastic location. Thank you so much for hosting our business retreat!

Great location! Comfy beds. Property management communicated well. Loved the lanai. We wish the elevator was operational during our stay, but the kids walked up the stairs just fine. If mobility is an issue, just ask about that status prior to booking. Beach toys were handy! Thank you!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Our family of 4 really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and found the condo a great place to relax and hang out after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well equipped for our family meals and having a very efficient washer and dryer was an added bonus. We all agree that we’d love to come back to this condo again on our next trip to Hawaii.

The condo was very spacious. There was long black hair left all over the main bathroom. I contacted the house keeper who asked for pictures. I provided them and she said she would make it right and did not . The cleanliness was definitely lacking. There is no hot water in the master bathroom and the toilet ran all morning and all night making it frustrating to try to fall asleep

My family really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was available. Easy to sleep, very comfortable. The only negative is the furniture was very kid friendly when my 2 year old granddaughter visited. Everything else was wonderful.

We stay in Waikoloa every year and love the location. The weather is nice all year and located by beautiful beaches. This unit was well equipped and provided all the things needed for the beach as well as all the cooking tools for making some meals while enjoying our stay. The best feature this unit has is the views. We thoroughly enjoyed eating on the balcony and looking out over the beach and watching sunsets. The hosts were very easy to contact and they also provide you with an on island contact as well for emergencies. Overall a great stay!

This was the third time we've stayed in this condo and a total of 5 or 6 times in the same complex. It's a great location and we love the condo, which allows for views of both the mountains and the ocean. Ten minute walks to the ocean, shops and restaurants. Kitchen is well-equipped, comfortable beds and furniture, large lanai with eating space and relaxing conversation area.

Resortica Hawaii interaction was good with all information provided.The unit was well equipped with a good floorplan for 2 couples, but the wall paint and carpets were old, shabby and dirty.

Everything about this rental experience was excellent. David was very responsive and communicated well throughout our stay. The condo was beautiful with quality finishes and high end amenities. The beach gear was in very good condition and all you would need was provided. The condo was ideally located on the property: 1st floor with parking, pool, trash bins, gym, and grills just steps away. There was not another unit that was closer to all of these features. Waikoloa is also centrally located to allow easy access to all parts of the Big Island. We will definitely be coming back anytime we return to Hawaii.

Loved the pool area and the unit looked out to the golf course and the mountains.We did end up moving to a different unit as there was construction being done on the unit above us, and were not able to use our lanai as much as we would have liked. This was a temporary issue only the week we were there.

The condo is in a great location. It was very clean. Chicken was super simple. The floorplan is excellent with tons of room and a great lanai. I couldn’t give it a five star rating because the kitchen is in desperate need of a makeover and the living room furniture is abysmal. The couch is super cheap and very uncomfortable. The two chairs look great in pictures, but are actually outdoor furniture. Not comfortable at all.

We really liked the light and view from the walls of windows, and the sliding shades to block off when needed. The kitchen was spacious and the cookware was adequate. The hot tub was clean and inviting. We enjoyed being able to walk through the anchialine ponds to the shoreline.

Everything was as advertised. Appreciated the coffee, filters, detergent etc. nice to not have to buy that for a short period. Very comfortable bed. Spacious partially updated unit, huge outside area and very quiet for the week we stayed. We used the BBQs and pool area most days. Love to return. Felt extremely safe. We enjoyed the 5 minute walk to the beach for the sunset or the 15 minute walk to Lava Lava or the shops. If you are looking for a high end area, very quiet and close to the beach and restaurants highly recommend Vista Waikoloa and this unit.

A great condo with everything you need. It’s in a beautiful, park like setting with lots of privacy. We had coffee on the lanai each morning and didn’t see another soul. We also loved the pool and jacuzzi. This is our second stay at Vista Waikoloa, and we look forward to coming back!

Communication with a host was clear and timely, location of condo was excellent. We are go to the beach people and condo was literally 15 to 20 minutes max from the furthest beach. Condo was well supplied with beach toys, chairs, beach towels, etc. Large unit. Literally right next to the pool, but the site was very quiet, and the grounds beautifully maintained. 20 minutes from a major grocery store, small market, etc. five minutes away. Best by far about this unit was how well everything was stocked… Paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish, soap, laundry, soap, shampoo, etc. It’s those little things that really make a difference and made this unit stand out. We stayed for two weeks, we normally stay in South Kona. This was our first time staying up north and we would absolutely 100% utilize this condo again. Cannot say enough good things about it!
