We absolutely loved staying here! The views of A-Bay were beautiful. Mornings on the lanai - drinking coffee and enjoying the tropical breeze, sweet birds chirping, beautiful landscaping, and mountain & A-Bay views. Evenings were also spent on this amazing lanai, sipping wine, listening to the breeze blowing through the trees, and just relaxing.
Jayne provided everything we needed! A fully-equipped kitchen, plenty of nice, fluffy towels, and all the beach gear you could possibly need! The bed was comfortable as was the seating. A great washer and dryer (and she even has plenty of laundry pods & dryer sheets on hand). We used her provided cooler to pack lunches for the beach.
The pool was really nice! There are separate bathrooms and a nice shower at the pool area. We made good use of the provided grills, too!
This Waikoloa location was prime! Our second stay in Waikoloa, and we will definitely return to Jayne’s condo if we are blessed enough to return in the future. We cannot recommend it enough! Jayne is an excellent host, providing excellent communication.

The stay was good. Jayne is an awesome host. Few days the property management stopped air conditioning without any earlier notice. Jayne was quick in getting us fans to reduce the heat in the condo. The property is near good shops and restaurants and close to airport. Thank u Jayne!!!

Our experience in Jayne’s beautiful condo was nothing short of amazing. Jayne is an excellent host, was easy to get a hold of, and very accommodating. This condo has everything you need and more to make your stay on the big island amazing. It is super clean, and every little thing you need while you are there is thought of from the kitchen, to the bathroom to the beach closet! 5 minute walk to the beach and the kings shops, plus a few nice running/walking paths close by. We loved it and are missing it already! Thanks Jayne!

Great location, quiet complex, good walk ability to beaches and shops. Appreciated the quality linens and mattress. Kitchen has all you need. Spent most of our time on the lanai and enjoyed the sounds of the birds and breezes in the palms. Very relaxing.

Jayne was a pleasure to work with! Her home was spacious and provided all necessities needed from kitchenware to towels and beach chairs. The grounds were beautiful and near shopping. The only callout is that we needed a car to get to the beach versus the short walk mentioned.

My husband, two adult sons and I had a wonderful vacation at Jayne’s beautiful condo. The decor, location and accommodations were perfect for us. Jayne’s hospitality and excellent communications skills were icing on the cake. We were looking for an upscale location that had access to a gym with walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. This location definitely fit the bill.

Great place to stay. Would definitely stay again. Jayne, was awesome. Very responsive and very helpful.
The only thing I would say, and this is a very minor thing, the listing said it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. But it’s probably minimum a 15 minute walk. Unless there was a path that we were unaware of. But I don’t think so.
We loved the place and would stay there again in a heartbeat :)

This condo was beautiful. It was extremely clean and brand new feeling. Ms Jayne left us a handwritten note with coffee & macadamia nut samples on the table. There were plenty of supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen, even beach, snorkle and pool items enough for our family of four to enjoy. Books and magazines about the island were very helpful for our sight seeing adventures. The parking was very close to the unit and the pool was fantastic! We had a fabulous time and wished we had booked more nights on our trip. Jayne was very helpful and easy to work with. We can’t wait to come back and would definitely stay here again.

Jayne’s property is exactly like the pictures. Every accommodation that you would need is provided for your use. This includes a well equipped kitchen to all the beach equipment that you will need. We are definitely returning again. Thank you Jayne

The property was outstanding. The patio closet was full of everything that one would need for the beach. We only used the AC once for about an hour one evening. The view from the Lani of A bay was as advertised, great 👍😊. The kitchen had everything needed for meal prep. Outstanding location to discover the Kohala coast, Hilo and Volcano N.P. Thank you Jayne.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful condo. I think it was the most well stocked condo I have ever rented - it had absolutely everything you could ever need, and some things you didn’t even know you would want! Airy and roomy, with a beautiful water view from the large balcony. Short walk to A-Bay beach, and easy drive to Hapuna and Mauna Kae beaches. Nice quiet complex with a pretty pool area. Jayne was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would love to visit again!

Loved our stay at this hale. Condo had everything you’d need for a fun stay in Kona/Waikoloa. Great access to many sights, food, sunsets, snorkeling, hiking, etc. Relaxing Hawaiian vibe here. Awesome lanai hangout too. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

We stayed in this beautiful condo for two weeks with our family of 4. Everything was close from shops to the beach. We spent many days on the beach at A Bay. The condo came with chairs, a cooler, boogie boards and everything we needed for a day at the beach. Jayne was the ultimate host answering all of our questions and checking in with us during the stay. The condo was stocked with all of the items we needed during the stay. It was one of our best VRBO experiences. We will definitely be back.

This property was amazing! You can’t beat the location and all the amenities provided. We loved being so close to the beaches and the shopping/restaurants. The house had umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers, etc. which made it perfect for us. Jayne was a great host too. She was always available and gave us updates about checking in and out. I would love to stay here again :)

We and another couple stayed here for a wonderful week. The property is beautiful and the condo was everything one could desire. It was attractive, very well outfitted for cooking, beaching, lounging, laundering, and using as a base as we explored the western side of Hawai'i Island.
The beach closet was great with chairs, some snorkel equipment, boogie boards and even a beach umbrella.
Jayne was only a text away if we had concerns, but, not many concerns when enjoying Hawai'i!! We would definitely return.

My husband and I stayed at Jayne’s place and it couldn’t have been better. We appreciated all the thoughtful details to make our visit extra special. The well supplied beach closet was helpful in allowing us to pack light- it had everything we needed for a complete beach day. The view from the Lanai was also amazing- perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning. Will definitely stay here again if we return to the Big Island!

We stayed for 8 nights with a family of 5. The condo was perfect, great location, fully stocked with everything we needed. The owners were great to work with. We had an early flight and they allowed us to get in right away. The complex is beautiful with everything a family needs including BBQ and pool. Highly recommend!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this condo was and very reasonably priced. It is located in a quiet secure complex with lovely landscaping, and within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants, hotels and the beach. It has an amazing view from the large lanai, and is decorated beautifully. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and had everything I needed. Steve and Jayne were great to work with and always responded right away when I had questions. I feel like I've made new friends and found a great place to stay when I return to the Island again!

The condo exceeded all our expectations. The photos do not do it justice.It was equipped with everything we needed and more, from the thick beach towels to the beach chairs. Everything was in good condition and there was more than enough. The kitchen was well equipped and not piece meal. We took advantage of eating on the spacious patio that has a nice view of the beach. The complex itself is situated on beautiful and secure grounds and very quiet. There is a salt water lap pool and restrooms in the pool area as well,as a shower and jacuzzi. There are nice shopping centers,
restaurants and hotels within walking distance. if you love the water and water sports then this is the place.. I really can't say enough good things about our stay here. A big plus was that Jayne was just a quick phone call away to answer any questions we had. We are planning on coming back.

The condo was a great fit for our family. It was in a great location (close to beaches, restaurants, grocery, shopping) and I'd recommend it for extended stay. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and even has a full rack of spices. We appreciated beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler for our travels around the island. We did laundry before moving on to the next island which I really appreciated. My two sons loved the space to spread out and run around. Plenty of towels, sheets and toiletries. I would rent again on our next visit!

Pride of ownership from start to finish. Jayne, the owner was very responsive when we had questions or needs.
Well appointed kitchen made cooking a pleasure. Lot's of room to spread out, especially the lanai. Waikoloa Vista is one of the better condo locations; we took a nightly short walk to a beautiful coral beach to see the sunset, a 10+ minute walk to A-Bay beach with wonderful snorkelling and swimming, and could walk to other amenities like the shopping centers and the Hilton. We highly recommend this quiet, well maintained condo, you will be very happy.

We stayed for an entire month and the time just flew by! The condo was the perfect choice, in great condition with everything you could ever need...a well stocked kitchen, chairs, umbrellas coolers and boogie boards for the beach! The condo is quite with lovely views. There is a well equipped gym, separate office area, pool with hot tube and outdoor grills in the condo complex very easy to walk to. There's also a sports bar and grill you can walk to next to the condos. There are plenty of beach options that are a quick drive although you can walk to lava beach but not easy with beach chairs etc. The Hilton is an easy walk, we went for lunch and the outdoor pools. Worth a visit. Shopping is also walking distance although with bags a car is easier. Kona can get very hot on the sun. The owners are very helpful and get back to you right away if you have questions.
The condo is on the second floor but there's an elevator. The beds are very confortable as well and condo is maintained in new condition. Would not hesitate to book it again for our next trip

We stayed for a few days with our friends here....we will be back! This unit has it all....a great view, easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, groceries, walking trails, historic sites......and that's just by foot! It's centrally located on the island so there's so much to see and do.
We enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the birds and swaying palms, and looking out to the fabulous A/Bay View. We had most meals on the lanai.....something we rarely do at home (eat outside!) so we just reveled in that experience. Many a nice nap was had on the lanai as well!
We appreciated the details that Jayne and Steve took care of for us.....and are really appreciate their responsiveness to our questions and travel planning. We will be back!

This condo is amazing....close to everything you'd want to do and perfect by itself as well. This is our second trip to the big island....the first time we stayed in a hotel, the second I wanted more of a home experience. This was perfect......we walked to the beach every morning for a swim or yoga class, then came back and made breakfast, then took a nap on the lanai! Heaven.
Jayne and Steve have really paid attention to detail...the condo has everything you need and feels like a home. It's totally outfitted with everything you could need.....and I loved the brand new cookware and BBQ set. Jayne was really helpful with local information and answering all of my questions....so nice to get to know the person who's home you are staying in! I appreciated the welcome note and fresh coffee, cream and an abundance of local amenities....nice touch!
You can make this vacation whatever you want. Stay within the Waikoloa Beach Resort, and walk to golf, the beach, restaurants and shopping, or use it as a base for your island exploration. We did a little bit of both!
We had another couple join us for the second part of our trip and there was more than enough room for all....especially since we spent most time at home on the lanai or down by the salt water pool.
A good time was had by all....thanks Jayne and Steve we are already looking at dates for next year!

We had a wonderful time vacationing at Vista waikoloa. It was quiet, peaceful, and a great location. The condo was roomy, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.
We would definitely consider a return visit.

Lovely, well kept grounds. Easy walk to the beach for sunsets. We stayed for 11 nights. Everything we needed for the stay was available in the condo. The unit was on the second floor with a peek-a-boo view of A-bay. We had 5 people and used the roll away bed, which was a nice accommodation rather than the couch. Plenty of room to not get in each others way. We would stay again if we get the chance.
