Everything you ever wanted to use for cooking was in the kitchen. The furniture was rich and luxurious. Breakfast on the lanai and sitting on the outdoor couches at sunset was miraculous.

This unit was one of the best rentals we ever stayed at. For various reasons:
The entire rental experience was a breeze. The owner included thorough directions and recommendations that enabled us to be fully prepared both prior and during our stay.
As far as the rental unit: This exceeded all of our expectations! You can tell the owner and operator put a lot of heart, soul, and upgrades into this rental. The unit has a great layout. The bedrooms are spacious, organized and provided lots of storage.
The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and organized with all the accessories needed to be comfortable.
The unit supplied beach gear, which was very helpful for our trip – including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and towels.
The kitchen has all the amenities necessary for a trip. For the chefs who want to cook. Various glassware, dishware, and cookware. Plus tons of cooking utensils. Even stuff for grilling.
The patio was our favorite part. It is huge!! Way bigger than the pictures represent and has two sections, lots of table, space, chairs, and lounge seating. You can see the ocean from the patio (far in the distance). However, the prettiest view is just the grounds within Waikoloa. It’s lush and well groomed. Really felt like paradise
We will definitely be staying at this unit again as we had an incredible family vacation staying at this unit and appreciate the care and details that the owner took to make our stay smooth and enjoy.

This condo has all you could think of and more. It’s a great location and decorated beautifully! Sylvia, is very detailed oriented with her instructions as well as decor in the condo. She is very sweet and wants you to feel at home when you stay, which we did. Thank you Sylvia, we will be renting from her again!!!

The place was very beautiful with lovey big lanai. Books to read, games to play and a very nice common pool. Close to a lot of great shops and restaurants. I always enjoy the Big Island.

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our immediate family. It was immaculately clean and organized with all the amenities we needed. This property was perfect for our family of 5 to visit Hawaii and spend time with family. The location was within walking distance to a beautiful oceanfront hike as well as shopping. But at the same time was situated in a quiet breezy community. My 3 girls especially enjoyed morning walks to Island Vintage Coffee shop in the King Shoppes for acai bowls.

We had a great stay despite the circus in the condo above, I could hear them walk around everywhere, which is beyond the property owners control. The owner provided a lot of nice essentials like beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and umbrella.

We loved our stay at this well furnished condo in Waikoloa. The location is great, walking distance to Waikoloa beach and a short drive to shopping, food, and many other great places on the Kohala coast. The lanai is a lovely place to relax and enjoy meals surrounded by palm trees and the ocean breeze. The interior is decorated with an impressive collection of Hawaiiana to add to the vacation experience. It’s also furnished with great extras like travel crib, umbrella stroller, collapsible wagon, coolers, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys.
Sylvia kept good communication and was very nice and welcoming.
Our only issue was with having two small kids and trying to keep them from playing with anything fragile. Coming from our child-proofed home we had to be vigilant to keep things nice but that’s testament to how nicely they’ve appointed this place and would certainly not be an issue with older kids and adults.

We had a wonderful stay at Vista Waikoloa. The condo is beautifully decorated and was very well equipped with everything we could ever need. Check in and communication with host Sylvia was easy and without any issues. The beds were very comfortable and we had some amazing restful nights.

This condo is everything and more. It's spacious and beautifully decorated with a beautiful view and and a terrific location. The bed was so comfortable, I slept great every night! The outside patio furniture was really comfortable too. I loved sitting out there drinking coffee and listening to all the birds. We will be back!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Vista Waikoloa. Sylvia’s condo is beautifully decorated and quite comfortable. Appliances are first rate and the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed and more. Sunsets from the lanai are special. But the best feature for us is the location. Vista is within walking distance of A-Bay where we would swim or snorkel each morning. The market is close, but not too close, as are shops and restaurants. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Extremely happy with the condo and location! The condo was beautiful and extremely well-stocked with all the utensils, dishes, spices and fridge staples we would ever need. The space was great for our family of three adults and two little ones. We loved the lanai and walkable distance to the beach, pool and convenient shops. I have stayed at several vacation rentals and this condo was by far the best I have ever stayed at. The condo was beautifully decorated and the location was ideal. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen I have ever seen. The host supplied a wide variety of beach items, including boogie boards, beach chairs, rolling cooler, beach umbrellas, beach towels, etc. The host checked in with us frequently and was very accommodating. I would stay here again and will recommend it to family and friends.

Property is absolutely wonderful !! Views are beautiful, kitchen is extremely well stocked, beds and linens are high end hotel quality, property is updated, extremely clean and the resort as a whole is lovely. The condo is walking distance to many restaurants, shops and A-bay... a lovely beach which is one of our favourite :). What a treat to stay in such a wonderful place! We had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed peaceful mornings on the lanai. The beach was a short walk and we enjoyed watching the surfers. Even saw sea turtles and whales off in the distance.

The property exceeded expectations and was the perfect hub for our adventures. It was a short walk to the Hilton for my conference and easy drives to all the beaches we wanted to visit. Best stocked Vrbo we have ever stayed at with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal which we did a few nights. I used the grills at the common area which were really nice. We loved eating on the lanai and watching the sunset. You can just see the ocean. The beach chairs we great for me and the wife and the kids loved the sand toys. There are even boogie boards (we brought our own). The beds were nice. It was very clean. The pool and hot tub area was great. We would 100% stay here again!

If you’re visiting the Kona side, this is the place to stay. The condo is located in the Waikola resort and is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and the grocery store. We also ventured to the northern part of the island and it was less than an hour’s drive!
The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the coffee and fruit that Sylvia gifted to us. Every morning we enjoyed our breakfasts on the lovely balcony where you’re met with a wonderful view.
For the price, you cannot beat this listing!

This was a very tastefully and luxuriously appointed condo. We really enjoyed the kitchen as we like to cook and we can't say this about many vacation rentals we stay in. The lanai is very big and we spent most of our waking hours there when we weren't in the kitchen. We saw some amazing sunsets from the lanai. We also appreciated how we could walk to Waikaloa Beach and many shops!

The property is perfectly located in a self contained community. This condo was like stepping into a Hawaiian Paradise. welcoming guests gifts of a bottle of wine, cookies, Macadamia Nuts and Kona coffee was such a personal touch after the hassle of eight hours of travel from the Mainland.
Also, the unit was immaculately cleaned and the Hawaiian furnishings and decor are beautiful. The kitchen and baths were also beautifully updated. The linens and other amenities in this condo were high quality and mad our stay even more comfortable.
Most definitely this little piece of Hawaiian Paradise will see us again!

This condo was so well stocked with kitchen pantry items, showering supplies, beach gear, games, books, media... well, you get the picture. Our Hawaiian experience was beautifully supported by the thoughtfully curated provisions. Purchasing fresh fish, veggies, & island fruit, we had everything available to prepare delicious and quick meals. The ocean is visible from the lanai where we spent each morning drinking coffee before walking to Anaehoomalu beach where we paddle boarded and swam. Sea turtles greeted us daily. The sunset over the water sublime. Comfortable beds gave us restful nights. Only one problem - we have to leave it!!! That problem can easily be solved. 🌺

absolutely everything I had looked forward too! From check in to check out Perfect! My sister and I go on vacation together once a year! This has been the best accommodation we have experienced ! From the decor to all of the thoughtful touches we hardly wanted to leave the property. The view was great as well as location to beach’s , shops excellent!

This is a gem of a property. The location is perfect. The proximity to beaches, shops, and restaurants is ideal. We had a lovely time. The condo was so relaxing we were happy to spend several restful hours reading books or sipping a beverage on the lanai. We frequently used the well equipped and surprisingly under used exercise room. The pool was perfect for splashing around with the kids or some lazy laps. The view was lovely. We did not need the air conditioning as the ocean breeze provided all the cooling we usually wanted. The condo is generously equipped with beach equipment including chairs, coolers, umbrellas, towels even snorkeling gear.
We look forward to our next visit; this condo would be our first choice in the Kona area.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It had everything we needed for our stay. We only ate out 3x during our stay and was able to cook and eat all our meals at the property. We were able to walk to most places and enjoyed golfing at the golf course. Evenings we spent watching the sunset and relaxing on the lanai!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this spacious, nicely decorated condo, which had absolutely everything we needed--comfortable furniture, well-functioning appliances, a closet full of beach gear, and a lovely, large lanai with ocean views and breezes. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, which had every tool we needed and plenty of cooking staples likes spices, olive oil, various vinegars, etc. The only downside was the wi-fi, which was pretty slow, but hey, we were on vacation, so that hardly mattered.
The location was great--just a ten-minute walk to the beach and a two-minute drive to shops for picking up supplies. Sylvia couldn't have been easier to work with. We hope to come back for another visit.

My second stay at the condo and everyone had a fabulous time! The amenities are perfect and we loved the homey feel to the condo. Everything was clean and beautiful. Loved the decorating! We enjoyed the pool and used the barb-que area every day. Spent a lot of time just hanging out in the Waikoloa area and Hapuna Beach. Loved walking to beach every morning to look for turtles. A perfect vacation, we will be back for sure!

This an absolutely lovely property with beautiful lanai's that enjoy a partial ocean view. The home is tastefully appointed with elegant island decor and furnishings and for those who enjoy eating in,the kitchen is clearly designed and supplied to address the needs of any serious chef including new appliances.The property comes fully equipped with an abundance of beach going accessories to make your beach days a breeze. The grounds of the development are scrupulously manicured and well maintained with a lovely pool and ample outdoor cooking facilities. I found myself nearly alone every night at the gas BBQ's during our July stay simply enjoying the view and listening to bird song while I cooked.The owner is a delight to work with and extremely attentive to any needs or issues that may arise during your stay. The hospitality is really unrivialed as we have stayed at numerous Hawaiian properties over our years of travel and this was by far and above our best rental experience.. You are within an easy walk to both the Marroit and Hilton beach front properties as well The Kings and Queens shops as well as "A" Bay/Beach. You are only a short 10-15 minute drive from Hapuna and Mauna Kea beach parks which are unsurpassed in natural beauty and luxurious fine sand with shallow water for swimming and playing.This Waikoloa location puts you at a driving advantage compared to Kona to head east if you wiish to visit Hilo or north to Waimea or to visit Mauna Kea over Saddle Road.(The road is fine by the way except for a few brief one way yields on some very short and small "bridges"over ditches.This is a big island so plan on some serious driving if you decide to move off the beaches.The scenery is diverse and compelling and if you catch a local farmers market all the better. Prices are high no matter what,but the taste of locally grown product is far superior to what is in the local store. We save money by cooking in most nights so we can dine out a few. Our top choice is the Ocean Grille at the Four Seasons Resort .Food is consistently superb and the service is old school Hawaii with much Aloha whether you are guest on property or not.($$$ but only 15-20 minutes from the property). Roys is always a winner no matter where you find them and this one is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Kings shops. Sashimi here melts in your mouth like butter.($$$). This a great property in a great location to take advantage of all the Big Island has to offer.Our top choice by far!

We had the most fantastic vacation because of this beautiful condo and it's location! Sylvia made our vacation effortless. The condo exceeds expectations! Comfortable beds, plenty of space, gorgeous view, and excellent kitchen. The pool was fantastic and this place has a great BBQ area. Feels like home away from home!
Great access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The night we arrived we walked down to A-Bay (beach) and enjoyed the picture perfect sunset! The kids loved beaches at both Hapuna and Beach 69 for boogie boarding which are within minutes from the condo. The King and Queen shops are great for spending time out of the sun as well as just filling the need to SHOP! Waikoloa Beach area has a fantastic running/walking loop too! We love this island and can't wait to stay here again!

This condo has all you need. We have got a nice wellcome present with fresh fruit and coffee.
Everything is in a new and clean condition. You feel home short after arrival.
Even our daugther - 5 years - loved it. She didn't want to leave.
You have only few steps to the pool, a Short drive to the next shopping area or the beach.
Our stay was perfect, thanks Sylvia (the owner). She prepaired this condo with Lots of love.

We had a lovely stay.The condo Its beautifully decorated. The new master bath was like something out of a magazine and the king bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable. They had everything we needed for the beach including towels, chairs and boogie boards- we didn't have to fill our suitcases with bulky beach towels. And there is a large capacity washer and dryer so we didn't have to overpack either. It is awesome! The location of the condo was perfect for us. A Bay is right down the street. The Shops are super close. The unit is kid friendly. We had our 3 year old grandson with us. He loved playing with his toys out on the beautiful (and well enclosed) lanai after long snorkeling morning trips.
The only thing we didnt realize is that this unit is on the street. The buses are a bit noisy but regular traffic wasnt really an issue. We had a couple of days where the owners were doing construction in their condo next to us and it sounded like they were coming through the wall but we rolled with it and the rest of the stay was perfect.
The owner is very accommodating and sincere.
We hope to be able to return for another visit in the future.

This was a last minute trip for first timers (2 adults + 1 year old kid) to Kona and we were thrilled with the place. The home is just fantastic. Sylvia clearly put a lot of heart in setting the place up and it showed. The place is HUGE, well appointed, and the views from the Lanai of the (somewhat distant) Pacific Ocean were nice. We stayed an entire week and did not eat a single meal indoors - every meal was eaten on the lanai. (We cooked almost exclusively at the condo and there was not a single kitchen implement which was unavailable - impressive). We also loved how the place was supplied with coolers, boogie boards, and other travel gear. The baby high chair and crib were also life-savers. It was like being at home - except it was Hawaii! Great place and we would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at most of the hotels and many condos in the area north of Kona.This was our first stay in the Waikoloa Beach area. Beautifully furnished in a Tommy Bahamish tropical style with a very nice view of the ocean. Enjoyed many sunsets on the lanais. Very well equiped kitchen.A short lovely 10 minute walk to the beach as well as the shops in Waikoloa. Golf is also very close. The new saltwater pool is a minute away and is a delight. While we were there, we met the owners, Sylvia and Rod, who were also staying there. Wonderful couple who are clearly committed to make sure their guests have a stress free time. Also, in the week we stayed there, we made friends with many of the owners. Very friendly place and the entire condo area is very well maintained. We had a perfect time there, no complaints at all and are looking forward to returning. We were sad to leave. Highly recommended.
