Condo was beautifully remodeled in every room and included all the extras that you would need to prepare a meal or visit the beach. We were very happy with the accommodations and are grateful that the owner let us use the property during our stay.

This property was perfect for our family of 5 to visit Hawaii and spend time with family. The location was within walking distance to a beautiful oceanfront hike as well as shopping. But at the same time was situated in a quiet breezy community. My 3 girls especially enjoyed morning walks to Island Vintage Coffee shop in the King Shoppes for acai bowls.

Beautiful unit. Kitchen stocked with lots of condiments which is very helpful. Lots of beach towels and beach chairs. Lovely balcony ideal for watching sunsets. Immaculate updated unit.

We had a great stay despite the circus in the condo above, I could hear them walk around everywhere, which is beyond the property owners control. The owner provided a lot of nice essentials like beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and umbrella.

We loved our stay at this well furnished condo in Waikoloa. The location is great, walking distance to Waikoloa beach and a short drive to shopping, food, and many other great places on the Kohala coast. The lanai is a lovely place to relax and enjoy meals surrounded by palm trees and the ocean breeze. The interior is decorated with an impressive collection of Hawaiiana to add to the vacation experience. It’s also furnished with great extras like travel crib, umbrella stroller, collapsible wagon, coolers, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys.
Sylvia kept good communication and was very nice and welcoming.
Our only issue was with having two small kids and trying to keep them from playing with anything fragile. Coming from our child-proofed home we had to be vigilant to keep things nice but that’s testament to how nicely they’ve appointed this place and would certainly not be an issue with older kids and adults.

Hi, excellently maintained condo! everything is convenient. The beach is a walk. You cannot view the beach from the condo. They have the best grocery shopping place in the resort.

We had a wonderful stay at Vista Waikoloa. The condo is beautifully decorated and was very well equipped with everything we could ever need. Check in and communication with host Sylvia was easy and without any issues. The beds were very comfortable and we had some amazing restful nights.
We would definitely stay again.

This condo is everything and more. It's spacious and beautifully decorated with a beautiful view and and a terrific location. The bed was so comfortable, I slept great every night! The outside patio furniture was really comfortable too. I loved sitting out there drinking coffee and listening to all the birds. We will be back!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Vista Waikoloa. Sylvia’s condo is beautifully decorated and quite comfortable. Appliances are first rate and the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed and more. Sunsets from the lanai are special. But the best feature for us is the location. Vista is within walking distance of A-Bay where we would swim or snorkel each morning. The market is close, but not too close, as are shops and restaurants. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Extremely happy with the condo and location! The condo was beautiful and extremely well-stocked with all the utensils, dishes, spices and fridge staples we would ever need. The space was great for our family of three adults and two little ones. We loved the lanai and walkable distance to the beach, pool and convenient shops. Would definitely stay here again - hopefully for even longer next time!

I have stayed at several vacation rentals and this condo was by far the best I have ever stayed at. The condo was beautifully decorated and the location was ideal. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen I have ever seen. The host supplied a wide variety of beach items, including boogie boards, beach chairs, rolling cooler, beach umbrellas, beach towels, etc. The host checked in with us frequently and was very accommodating. I would stay here again and will recommend it to family and friends.

Property is absolutely wonderful !! Views are beautiful, kitchen is extremely well stocked, beds and linens are high end hotel quality, property is updated, extremely clean and the resort as a whole is lovely. The condo is walking distance to many restaurants, shops and A-bay... a lovely beach which is one of our favourite :). Sylvia's communication was awesome with the booking process as well as any questions I had. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend !!Tammy and Family.

What a treat to stay in such a wonderful place! We had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed peaceful mornings on the lanai. The beach was a short walk and we enjoyed watching the surfers. Even saw sea turtles and whales off in the distance.

The property exceeded expectations and was the perfect hub for our adventures. It was a short walk to the Hilton for my conference and easy drives to all the beaches we wanted to visit. Best stocked Vrbo we have ever stayed at with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal which we did a few nights. I used the grills at the common area which were really nice. We loved eating on the lanai and watching the sunset. You can just see the ocean. The beach chairs we great for me and the wife and the kids loved the sand toys. There are even boogie boards (we brought our own). The beds were nice. It was very clean. The pool and hot tub area was great. We would 100% stay here again!

If you’re visiting the Kona side, this is the place to stay. The condo is located in the Waikola resort and is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and the grocery store. We also ventured to the northern part of the island and it was less than an hour’s drive!
The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the coffee and fruit that Sylvia gifted to us. Every morning we enjoyed our breakfasts on the lovely balcony where you’re met with a wonderful view.
For the price, you cannot beat this listing!

This was a very tastefully and luxuriously appointed condo. We really enjoyed the kitchen as we like to cook and we can't say this about many vacation rentals we stay in. The lanai is very big and we spent most of our waking hours there when we weren't in the kitchen. We saw some amazing sunsets from the lanai. We also appreciated how we could walk to Waikaloa Beach and many shops!

The property is perfectly located in a self contained community. This condo was like stepping into a Hawaiian Paradise. welcoming guests gifts of a bottle of wine, cookies, Macadamia Nuts and Kona coffee was such a personal touch after the hassle of eight hours of travel from the Mainland.
Also, the unit was immaculately cleaned and the Hawaiian furnishings and decor are beautiful. The kitchen and baths were also beautifully updated. The linens and other amenities in this condo were high quality and mad our stay even more comfortable.
Most definitely this little piece of Hawaiian Paradise will see us again!

This condo was so well stocked with kitchen pantry items, showering supplies, beach gear, games, books, media... well, you get the picture. Our Hawaiian experience was beautifully supported by the thoughtfully curated provisions. Purchasing fresh fish, veggies, & island fruit, we had everything available to prepare delicious and quick meals. The ocean is visible from the lanai where we spent each morning drinking coffee before walking to Anaehoomalu beach where we paddle boarded and swam. Sea turtles greeted us daily. The sunset over the water sublime. Comfortable beds gave us restful nights. Only one problem - we have to leave it!!! That problem can easily be solved. 🌺

absolutely everything I had looked forward too! From check in to check out Perfect! My sister and I go on vacation together once a year! This has been the best accommodation we have experienced ! From the decor to all of the thoughtful touches we hardly wanted to leave the property. The view was great as well as location to beach’s , shops excellent!

This is a gem of a property. The location is perfect. The proximity to beaches, shops, and restaurants is ideal. We had a lovely time. The condo was so relaxing we were happy to spend several restful hours reading books or sipping a beverage on the lanai. We frequently used the well equipped and surprisingly under used exercise room. The pool was perfect for splashing around with the kids or some lazy laps. The view was lovely. We did not need the air conditioning as the ocean breeze provided all the cooling we usually wanted. The condo is generously equipped with beach equipment including chairs, coolers, umbrellas, towels even snorkeling gear.
We look forward to our next visit; this condo would be our first choice in the Kona area.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It had everything we needed for our stay. We only ate out 3x during our stay and was able to cook and eat all our meals at the property. We were able to walk to most places and enjoyed golfing at the golf course. Evenings we spent watching the sunset and relaxing on the lanai!
