We loved everything about the condo. We've stayed in this complex for 20 years and this is by far our favorite condo. It had everything we needed and for me, the traditional Hawaiian decor made it perfect!!

Wonderful ten days in paradise. The condo has everything you need and more. Very quiet and peaceful right on the Lakes golf course of Waikoloa. Owner is very nice and helped with questions we had immediately. We will return to this unit in the future. Mahalo!

We have stayed in numerous VRBO rentals, but this was the cleanest and most comfortable one we have stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed, with high quality appliances & glassware. The bed was super comfortable, as was the living room furniture. We appreciated the welcoming gift upon arrival and the owners were highly responsive. We appreciated them accommodating a pre-arrival request we made of them, and it's clear that they take great care to make the stay enjoyable for guests. We enjoyed the view from the lanai and took full advantage of the lovely pool and gym. Had two great meals at the adjacent restaurant/bar - Tropic Ale House, and the Lava Lave Beach Club was also fun and walkable. Couldn't recommend this place more. Hope to come back soon!

What a wonderful place to stay! We loved being able to walk out and watch the golfers go by. This unit is very spacious and has everything you need in the kitchen! The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and found a close place to park to bring our gear! Highly recommend!

We loved staying at this property for our first family vacation to Hawaii. It was very well maintained and clean when we arrived. It had all the essentials we needed for our week long trip. We were close to shops and restaurants as well as walking distance to the beach. We will hopefully be returning at some point in the future.

The hosts, Terry and Nancy, have designed an exceptionally well-furnished condo with a great kitchen, excellent beds and baths, tasteful decor, a relaxing lanai, and an extensive collection beach gear (fins, snorkels, etc.). We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was suburb. Condo was exceptionally clean, amenities ++, close to everything, very peaceful next to the golf greens, from lanai sun rise, had many dinners on the lanai dining table & having the George Forman was a bonus. Very close to walk to A-beach & shops. Would recommend this condo & would love to come back here again. ☀️😎

We have vacationed in this area many times. This was the best condo we’ve had. Clean, quiet, beautiful views of the sunrise over the mountain, close to the ocean & walking distance to the shopping areas. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was well supplied with all the equipment we would need. The pool is an unheated lap pool, so we didn’t spend much time there. We were so happy with our stay and had a wonderful time! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed 53 days in Vista Waikoloa and return in May 2024 for 61 days. This condo is very comfortable for daily living. The beds and furniture are excellent. The condo view is epic. Walk to shops and beach in 10 minutes. We scuba dive with Blue Wilderness of Puako. Twice each week we do the morning 2 tank boat trip. We also go to Wednesday and Saturday Farmer markets in Waimea. Our first trip to Waikoloa was 1993. Thirty years have passed and the area continues to provide an excellent Hawaii lifestyle. See you at Lava Lava Beach club for fish tacos and wonderful view. Our family of 4 just returned from a wonderful stay in this Vista Waikoloa condo. The condo was very well maintained and well stocked. We appreciated all of the kitchen items (including tupperware) as well as the access to beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. All the small things were attended to and we even got a text during our stay from the owners about some local entertainment happening that our kids really enjoyed. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Terry and his wife are great hosts! Before we even got off the plane, we received a text,
welcoming us and to say we could check into the condo early. Terry also mentioned there was an
issue with the A/C and gave detailed instructions on what to do and that he would follow up later.
We found the condo easily, with the detailed instructions given to us. There was a nice welcome note
as well as a package of Kona coffee, waiting for us. The condo was perfect, very spacious, large
windows with great views, really neat and clean, well-supplied with everything one needs while on
vacation. Their binder was thought out, with lots of information regarding the condo, to suggestions
ranging from restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and activities to do.
The location was great as it was an easy walk to the King’s and Queen’s market and “A” Beach.
Terry and Nancy are awesome hosts to deal with. We appreciated their attention to detail and
encouraging us to contact them if we needed anything.
We would love to come back, to your condo and have a relaxing, worry-free vacation, in paradise.

The place was comfortable. Nice size and well equipped with all you need. We enjoyed our stay with one exception. Lack of control of the air conditioning made it a bit warm during the day and evening as the thermostat was locked at 76 F. It was set to 73 F at night which was on the verge of being warm as well.

Fantastic stay in the (hands down) most wonderfully appointed condo at which we have ever stayed. The attention to detail was outstanding. Location was great; we absolutely loved the location. My only constructive comment is that we were not able to control the A/C. We found this a bit frustrating as we were uncomfortably hot most days and nights. We asked the host if the temp could be reduced and it was (by a couple of degrees), but we would have preferred it cooler. We run hot, so maybe this wouldn't be an issue for all folks.

We cant say enough about the condo. There was more than enough room for rhe two of us. It would be perfect for 2 couples or a family. Very quiet, clean with great ammenities.
There is a coastal walking trail nearby, starts near ponds and goes out to the sea. Nice swimming and snorkelong areas nearby.
If you’d like to catch a sports game the Tropic Ale House is just around the corner. Its approximarely a 15 minute walk to the main beach near Lava Lava Club.
within walking distance to the Marriott which was very convenient for us to visit our family who was staying there and enjoy their accomodations and activities.
Great communication with the host. We would difinitely recommend renting the condo!!!

Family of 4 stayed in the condo for 7 days. It was the perfect launchpad for our big Island adventure. The condo is well maintained with lovely decor. The indoor and outdoor spaces were great and the location is amazing. Walking distance to A-Bay and a short drive to the most gorgeous beaches. Coffee, groceries, shave ice and restaurants all a short walk. It's about 40mins from Kona, 30 to Waimea and a little over an hour to Hilo. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit the island.

This condo is in a wonderful location. Walkable to shopping and plenty of restaurants. You can even walk to a close by beach or a short drive if you’d rather. The condo had everything we needed and more. We loved our view of the sunrise every morning! Terry and Nancy made sure we had all of the information we needed, checking in with us on our day of arrival and were quick to respond when we had a question. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This condo is amazing - spacious, clean, and inviting. The furnishings were comfortable, appliances and housewares plentiful and top of the line. Beach accessories were so appreciated! The location was great (north of Kona so a car is recommended), but close to lots of activities and includes a parking spot. The condo pool and grill area are beautiful and never overly busy. The Big Island is really under-rated. It is gorgeous, and not as "touristy" as Maui or Oahu. Terry and Nancy were so accommodating. We LOVED our stay and hope to return again soon.

Sunrise over Mauna Kea.
After a long travel day and an arrival after midnight we awoke to a beautiful, brilliant sunrise from behind the majestic slope of the volcano. This was just part of the expansive view from the lanai of this well appointed condo. It set the stage for our relaxed, enjoyable nineteen day stay.
Our hosts, Terry and Nancy, made us feel right at home with a welcome basket of; coffee for the pot, a gift card for Starbucks and a personalised note. Their home is current, well kept and complete with anything you need to enjoy your time on the Big Island, including books on the shelves, suggestions for activities, entertainment equipment and beach gear. They also thought of many of the little things you forgot like; scissors, packing tape, envelopes, a first aid kit, note pads, you get the idea.
The bedrooms are large and comfortable, as are the beds. The bathrooms are clean and bright. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare sandwich or a gourmet meal. The living and dining area has lots of relaxed seating and large widows looking out over the golf course and the mountains beyond.
The Vista Waikoloa is a charming location. Convenient walking distance to A’ Bay and the stores but at the quieter end Waikoloa Beach. The property has a beautiful salt water pool and the grounds are like a well maintained park. At supper time the communal barbecue area is a great place to meet the various interesting people who share this space while comparing recipes and bar-b-que techniques.
Simply put, this is one of the best places we have stayed on the Kohala Coast.

This is our third stay in Waikolea. The location of this condo is great. A short walk to the king and queens' shops and restaurants, including the Tropic Ale house which is a 2 min walk away. The condo itself was very well supplied with any kind of cooking device you would want. 2 Full Bathrooms are beautiful and spacious. Wifi was excellent and my family enjoyed using the spacious Lania. We all wish we could have stayed longer at this wonderful unit and it will be on our shortlist when considering a vacation on the Big Island!

Excellent stay! We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. As others have noted, it is incredibly well equipped with everything you could need. It is obvious that a lot of care and consideration go into making sure that it is comfortable for gas, has a fabulous kitchen that as well stocked with anything you could need to cook, very comfortable linens and tons of towels, and all kinds of great beach equipment. We really enjoyed being in Vista Waikoloa, which was very quiet, had a lovely pool, an easy walk to beach and other resort points of interest. This unit worked really well for our family that included a toddler, and we would love to stay here again. Many thanks

We loved this condo! We have stayed in this area before so we knew we would have easy access to beaches and we always love running or walking "the loop" in the mornings before starting our day.
Terry and Nancy have gone above and beyond in making this condo comfortable and relaxing. The mattresses were both very comfortable, the internet was fast enough for our son to attend Zoom meetings and virtual classes and the furnishings and appliances were high quality. We ate in for most meals and the kitchen had seasoning, an assortment of pots and pans and even Tupperware type dishes for storing food in the fridge.
One of our favorite daily activities was sitting on the lanai each morning watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee in hand. And, of course, we often walked to the ocean to watch the sunset. The people in the complex were welcoming and kind--we would stay here again and again.

They had all the bells and whistles and the condo was quite a bit bigger than I anticipated from the photos. We found the condo to be very comfortable and well stocked for daily living. The only trips to the grocery store were to buy food and drinks. The condo was already supplied with soap, laundry detergent and necessities. The Tradewinds blew every evening right through the condo keeping it nice and cool, we rarely had to use the AC. The grounds are gated and felt secure. I would definitely stay here again.

Terry and Nancy’s condo was just what we needed! It was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We are a family of 4, and it was perfect for us. The beach accessories were an added bonus: towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and even the cooler. It was so nice to come home to a relaxing place after a day of touring or going to the beach. This is probably one of the most well stocked rentals we have ever stayed in. Very nicely furnished. Terry and Nancy were great hosts and very friendly. The condo is in a great location walkable to restaurants and shops, as well as the beach for great sunset watching. The pool area was great for the kiddos. Would definitely come back. Mahalo!
